Avec toute la chaleur le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas sous prétexte que la télécommande était dans le bureau de l'administration et que l'agent d'accueil n'y avait pas accès !!!

Petit hotel dans un joli decor d'arbre et piscine . Une cuisiniere atte tionnee pour de bons plats tunisiens. Acces a mer eloigne et pas encore amenagee.

Hôtel vraiment très bien, le personnel est très accueillant dans son ensemble, notamment Kays toujours prêt à nous servir au moment du déjeuner, les plats sont succulents (Merci à la cuisinière)Juste un petit regret le manque d'un petit frigo dans la chambre pour pouvoir garder les boissons au frais. Mais globalement un super hôtel, avec 2 piscines et un environnement très jolie. Encore un grand merci au gérant de l'hôtel et à tout le personnel.

Aucune cohésion en fonction des réservations faites à l'avance. L'attribution des chambres au petit bonheur la chance.

Globalement satisfaisant ! Resto éco-responsable à la carte évitant le gaspillage des buffets à volonté mais service lent. Chambres propres mais trop de bruit venant de la rue, qui est une axe principale de Hammamet. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Parking à disposition. Je recommande.

El hotel estaba limpio y confortable, las camas muy bien. Pero algo deteriorado, pequeños desconchones en la pared o falta de mantenimiento en el baño, por ejemplo los espejos tenían los bordes gastados, viejo. Lo compensaba, el personal, muy amable y la piscina que era cómoda. Ambiente muy familiar.

La struttura in sé la valuto buona per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione è scadente, veramente un peccato perché il cibo in Tunisia è veramente ottimo. Inoltre mi è stato fatto pagare per portare io stessa la colazione in camera, così come ogni sera ho dovuto pagare per poter usare l'asciuga capelli (i prezzi non sono esposti da nessuna parte, tantomeno quelli delle attività offerte dalla struttura stessa). Capisco il contrattare nei mercati delle città, ma in uno hotel non mi aspetto questo! Non consiglio il cambio dei soldi in Hotel, è più conveniente in aeroporto o nelle banche.

C’est un hôtel ancien petit la chambre était bien la salle de bain affreuse. Un vieux climatiseur. L’hôtel est propre au niveau des chambres et des couloirs. La nourriture bonne. L’accueil parfaite. J’ai réservé 2 jours mais nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit il n’y a rien à faire .

Its a good place to stay for a couple of nights. I really loved the staff. They were so friendly! The room was not the cleanest to be honest. The beakfast was basic but good and also the staff there was soo friendly!

Hôtel convenable pour un séjour court. Piscine, billard et table de ping pong sont disponible à l'hôtel. Hôtel calme, personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner et dîner en demie pension convenable, avec du choix.

J'ai voulu me reposer avec mes enfants et j'ai pu le faire! J'ai été bien accueillis durant tout le séjour et mes enfants notamment le plus grand de 4 ans ne voulaient plus partir et c'est bon signe, c'est que le personnel est excellent en alliant professionnalisme et aspects humains/familiales. Coup de cœur pour Myriam la réceptionniste et AbdelRazzak pour leurs disponibilités et gentillesses. Et bel échange et ouverture d'esprit du Gérant. Une chose est sûre, je reviendrai séjourné là bas!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, j'ai été agréablement surpris. L'établissement n'est pas récent, mais il est néanmoins bien conservé, propre et relativement calme. Le débit du WiFi est bon. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié, tout comme le dîner copieux en pension complète (soupe tunisienne, 3 à 4 entrées, volaille ou poisson avec 3 garnitures, dessert). Pouvoir prendre les repas en terrasse est appréciable. A la réception comme au restaurant le personnel est très accueillant et enclin à rendre votre séjour agréable. La piscine et les abords sont agréables et propres. La plage n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pieds, tout comme les commerces, bars, restaurants... Compter 30mn de marche jusqu'au Fort.

Left earlier very noisy every night you will get no sleep. Lights in room broken. Fridge broken but they didn’t replace. Shower filthy cracked tray. Pool extremely dirty and no one used it. Food Vile rarely got what you ordered. Microwaved baked potatoes and grey chewy chicken. Female staff lovely men are terrible. Avoid the hairdresser she dyed my hair bright yellow

the staff is very nice but the bathroom is terrible the leak in the bath make me headache. is no clean they don’t change the sheets and the beds I don’t recommend it to anyone no transport to go anywhere lift no working

The room was without AC for the same same prince as standard room. No towels in the room . Just got 1 later in the night . Uncomfortable bed. Wrong check out time . I asked to leave at 12 where it is claimed in the booking that the checkout is at 12 30. Personal could not provide any solution or help. Not a good experience overall.

Hotel très sale, seulement 2 serviettes dans la chambres, aucune pour les mains et aucun tapis de douche. Portes de douche ne se ferme pas au complet et la pomme de douche fait sortir l’eau de tous les côtés (donc l’eau sortait de la douche puisqu’il y avait un espace). La porte du balcon ne fermait pas bien et ne se verrouillait pas. L’air climatisée fonctionnait une fois sur deux. D’énormes couches de poussière sur les têtes de lit, des morceaux de poussières sur les rideaux, bref, l’hotel ne vaut pas plus d’une étoile vue la propreté (0/10).

Il personale è stato molto gentile e cortese, però se pago per una pensione completa dovrei non pagare a parte acqua, caffè e certi piatti del menù. Potevo scegliere solo alcuni piatti. Cucina molto modesta

Friendly staffs, heater started to work after 1900, but was very cold in the room,it’s not advisable in winter months, Room have only fridge,no coffee/tea facilities

Our stay was excellent, Kays, looked after us as if we were family. On stepping in till leaving 3 days later,I could not fault the staff especially Kays. We ate in the restaurant the first night,food was very good,as good as anything else we had eaten in Tunisa in the past month. Breakfast was your basic buffet affair,with all the usual things,boiled eggs,meats,cheeses etc and plenty of it. Quality of the coffee was also really good. Also the shower took a minute to warm up but when it did it would go as warm as you like with plenty of pressure.

They are every bad people there, lies, thief, bad attitude, no respect, and cheters. This is the story : Booked two singles rooms and becaus me and my friend we know each other's they call us and canceled our reservations without refound our money becaus the resrvation was not refundable, they kicked us out soon we arived at 11 pm after we checked in with no reasons only because we know each other , when i called the expidia to get my refound they lie to them and said anther story . I dont recommend this hote to any one becase is very bad experience and very bad staff

Nice hotel with wonderful location

My reservation was rejected by the receptionist. A 75-year old man who uses crutches to walk, I arrived at the hotel for a four-day stay in order to find long-term lodgings in a rented villa. I was accompanied by a young Tunisian, whom I have known for two years, from Tunis who had agreed to help me inmy search. I was told that he could not stay in the hotel not even in another room than I. I was not given a reason why, only told that it was against hotel policy. I can only draw the obvious conclusion that the hotel is fundamentally homophobic. I was told I could qualify for a complete refund if we chose not to stay. Well, I would never choose to stay in this hotel and I hope that others would boycott it and that Expedia would blacklist it.

Wonderful Owners and Amazing Staff, Great Price

All staff trying they best, all very nice and helpful and that all. No private beach, play ground for kids (only swing and slide) is good for museum not for anyone to use, especially for kids. Food not nice at all (we were half board), meditorenian breakfast served in smell of old cloth restaurant, for fresh juice we have to pay and we have seen mouse runing around. For diner we were given different menu than guest from outside hotel. the menu was filthy, one creased page of 5 starters, 5 main and 5 desserts to chose. Table cloths and chairs were full of stains, they were not changed for whole week. Room was dirty, bed cover was full of stains, baby bed was very dirty and the mattress in baby bed overused. Bathroom was in very bad condition, also very dirty in the corners. Terrace on the hotel roof does not exist. Mind the taxi drivers and in all local souvenir shops - everyone want to steal your money! June 2012
