I like the reality shared via pictures, as it is. I like the communication with the staff I like the place quite and calm, very well located.

The missing of certain beach 🏖️ material The terrace wasn't as expected, not that well maintained.

L'accesso al mare, i giardini bellissimi.

Mancava la colazione; i pannelli della cabina doccia del mio bagno facevano schifo perché pieni di nero e funghi. Gli arredi dei bagni lasciavano molto a desiderare.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix, très bon accueil, propre, jardin magnifique surtout le soir, calme, très bien situé à 2 pas du restaurant La Sirène/ supermarché/ centre ville...etc Merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de me renseigner. Je recommande!

Seule la douche est fonctionnelle, le pommeau de douche de la baignoire ne permet pas de l'utiliser (jet d'eau trop faible, à changer svp). Vu le grand appartement, ça ne m'a pas posé de problème. Pas de lumière dans le hall où l'on prend l'ascenseur, sûrement ampoule grillée

Beautiful little apartment. Lovely staff on reception. Really is a little gem. Close to everything restaurant, takeaways, the main town of hammamet, a supermarket 5 mins down the road. Definitely would recommend

From the moment i arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The entrance reception staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The flat itself was luxurious and comfortable, very clean, tidy and secure.

Location, outdoor massive balcony for BQ or family gatherings. Sea view, and the calm when you need it.

We stayed in a apartment here in January. The grounds are beautifully kept year round and the beach is clean and quiet. It's really tranquil. There's a small shop and restraunt located directly outside. The souk is 15 minutes walk away. Taxis come past occasionally should you need them. The masjid is a little further however around 15 minutes walk away, you can hear the adhaan from here. The apartment was spotless and clean.

The house was perfect...clean and with all amenities...the host always willing to help in any need.

This apartment is big and suitable for big groups who want an economical stay. A long clean beach is right behind the apartment complex. The community area of the apartment is clean as well and well maintained. For somebody who just wants to spend time at the beach, this is the perfect location and place to stay. There is a big supermarket nearby and the kitchen in the apartment is sufficiently equipped if one wants to cook. Taxis are easily available outside the apartment and you might have wait for a few minutes at times to get passing taxis. Towels were provided on request.

It will be an excellent place if some of the blankets etc. are replaced with newer ones.

The place was private and easily accessible. Norman helped with any trouble shooting and was super polite and kind

The apartment is very quiet, spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend!
