Reviewed Sep 29, 2025I tried cancelling in advance and it was not working. If you can confirm the room is refunded to my account I would appreciate it. No check in was completed on my end however when I was at the location of the building a week in advance it was clean and well kept in the front lobby area of the facility.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Hotel room was gloomy and claustrophobic - tiny window and no fresh air. Improve breakfast menu - greater selection. Breakfast room needs to be enlarged - very cramped. Beds uncomfortable but well made up with linens, bathroom samples need to be improved - very cheap, few - not an inviting gesture. Staff should be visible at front desk. We understand budget constraints but even a few changes would improve the general "do-it-yourself atmosphere" would exude a more welcoming atmosphere.

Took the wrong direction and was too far away to try find the motel, so I just drove back to Toronto. The motel is aware of this. Sorry, I don’t have GPS. If you can adjust the cost that would be great!!!!

Reviewed May 27, 2025It was economical, clean, spacious rooms, working fridge and microwave, good parking, breakfast was allright - small muffins, 2 types of breads - white and brown, bran, froot loops, milk, tea, coffee, water, juice, jam, butter. Issues Room main light flickering and not working. Water machine turned off after breakfast time. Maybe just remove the juice but keep the cold water on so we can fill our bottles.

An added bonus to have breakfast included, it makes it much easier than dragging our coolers and food box in as you have to enter your room from an internal hallway. Great value for the money, don’t hesitate to stop here!

Only comments I've, bed mattress or frame need to be more sturdy as it does make some noise when you're trying to move.. This is only negative comments I've but I'm sure they can fix that. It's 2 star rating but I say it's very good place uunder $100 per night.

The lady who worked there made a scorny face and wasn't polite when we turned on coffee machine. The staffs weren't professionally dressed.

Reviewed Sep 24, 2024I forgot to bring the adaptor for my electronics, the lady at the front desk would not lend one to me. She said it was my fault and her manager would not allow lending the adapter. When I was checking out, I asked if I could leave my luggage in the lodge until 5 pm. She said "We will not be here." After some protests, she told me that I could leave it behind the stairs. I returned before 5 pm, she was right there at the reception. I believe she is at least one of the owners. As a frequent traveler, I have not met any lodge owner/employee so unhelpful.

It maybe the cheapest but no guests allowed is by far the stupidest thing ive heard. I understand if it was still covid but its not. I drove 6hrs to come out here to be told im not allowed to have guests 😡. Never again !!!

We asked what time, we were told 6-9, but 630 in the winter usually. We were there at 635, nothing was there and nothing started. We called the front desk. Reviewed Oct 22, 2023It exceeded my expectations. From outside, it looks ok. But the interior is updated and modern. Sheets were clean, bathroom was very clean with good water pressure. The continental breakfast had good choices from bread, eggos, jams, juices, bananas, muffins, cereal to really good coffee. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Dog friendly and reasonable price for pets. The staff was friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this place.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the fridge was loud and humming ! The room was loud , because of noise through walls and coming from adjacent room access door.
