La vista y la amplitud de las habitaciones.

El estacionamiento no está a pie de calle y hay que caminar. Las almohadas y camas en general no estan tan cómodas. El colchon ya está deforme y eso te hace dormir chueco e incómodo. Me gustaría que el menú del desayuno fuera más variado.

L'hotel stesso riflette il fatto che è stato progettato da due famosi architetti. Non è il tipico hotel con camere standard. Ha davvero uno stile tutto suo. Ho dormito benissimo. La doccia era fantastica e il letto era comodissimo. E poi, c’era una vista stupenda da tutte le parti, sia la sera che la mattina.

In generale tutto mi ha piacuto.

La piscina es muy buena para usar.

El agua caliente tarda una eternidad en llegar a la ducha de la habitación... Y el desayuno era muy básico, incluso escaso. La cadena podría aprender un par de cosas de NH Hotels en ese sentido.

La ubicación es muy buena y el staff es muy amable

El desayuno incluido no es muy bueno y hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones, la cama no es comoda y que todo dentro sea transparente, el closet y los baños es un poco extraño

El WC no funciono. Lo vinieron a arreglar y siguió sin funcionar...

Location with unique design and atmosphere.

Some facilities should be renovated, for example the gym equipment and swimming pools.

Good location, unique room, front desk was friendly and allowed us to check in very early, also felt safe returning at 3am, queer-friendly (no one questioned us sharing a 1-bed room)

Some stains on the pillowcases, hotel staff member approached us at breakfast (which was included in our stay) and told us we had to pay extra to eat, it was awkward to have to explain we had already paid, and she did not approach anyone else…

La habitación M que nos tocó tenían fuerte olor a caño, además la primera noche hubo mucho ruido de gente riendo y hablando muy fuerte de 3 a 5 de la mañana, fue una pésima noche

El diseño de la habitación el lugar es muy bonito sus camas muy ricas para descansar

No tiene centro de negocios Había ruido afuera en la noche música.

Beautifully designed hotel

Unbelievably loud noise every night from bar next door making sleep almost impossible. Many of facilities looking tired and need investment eg jacuzzi doesn’t work, shower control falling off wall in room

Nice rooms, comfortable. Mini bar, has a restaurant attached. Kind staff.

Pillows weren't comfortable to me.

El hotel es precioso y el personal fabuloso. Nos ayudaron a tomar café a las 5 de la mañana en pleno ataque de jet lag

El único fallo es que se estropeó el agua caliente aunque lo solucionaron muy rápidamente

No pude usar las instalaciones por trabajo

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no sirvió y tuvimos mucho calor, lo reportamos pero nos dijeron que no tenía pila y que no podía arreglarlo.

The room is not sound-proof. You could definitely hear the noises outside the hotel.

The toilet did not work properly. They said breakfast was included but it was only basic and for extra money you could buy a proper breakfast. No water in the room. Church bells start at 7 am almost non stop, also in weekend. Really not the value for the price

Everything was perfect since getting there earlier than my check in and the staff very friendly helped me out.

The dining room was very cold as it is not enclosed. The room looked stylish but a bit impractable. The roof terrace with pool was not well kept unfortunately.

Spectacular courtyard and beautiful design details by famed Mexican architect Legoretta (didn’t realise till we were there!) Quiet location, lovely garden green views from our room.

Tired and tattered furnishings. The rooftop pool area, a selling point for us, feels very lonely. No towels to be found. No staff. Dusty furnishings. A bar that appeared closed, no music and no people. The place is beautifully designed but apparently was the place to go before Covid and now seems a little forgotten. It needs a refresh of some light fittings, furnishings and towels especially which were all frayed. One morning the buffet breakfast was only a La carte but that could have been because the hotel wasn’t busy and that saves wastage, which is a good idea. But having breakfast in a cavernous dining room alone with no music is a lonely experience.

the place is huge and cold. it was raining and so going down for a meal we were cold in the vast space. The Noise from the club across the way from the hotel kept us awake until the early hours. So not a rest

Tuve una muy buena estadía, buen servicio de parte del staff de recepción y ama de llaves en todo lo requerido, la comida fue excepcional, muy deliciosa. Lamentablemente no recibí ninguna cortesía y/o amenidad VIP tampoco distinción, por lo que no se si no me correspondía o simplemente lo olvidaron.

Iconic and Romantic experience in Puebla

Given there were no people at the hotel---very depressing---at least the young lady who tended the bar was charming and efficient.

The staff was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and seemed they were there temporarily. Are you selling the property? BTW, the floor in the entrance was a law suit waiting to happen.

Very cool boutique hotel with great architecture. Rooms also cool but lousy mattress. Great service and front desk. Great location and restaurants. Walk to Zocolo in 20 minutes. Will stay here again.

The rooms need some mantainance. The first room the AC didn't work so they changed us to another room but that room's WC didn't work very well.

the overall design and the rooms ar very spacious and the beds are supper comfortable and the fire features in the lounge area are very nice. and love the glass staircases and walk ways

that some small details, the Jacuzzi did not work, not a good introduction of the hotel and rate when we arrived, and some small details where missing. also the service is not very consistent in the restaurants and bars

the concept and decor - its a modern boutique hotel built within an old water purification factory. also the staff was super friendly and provided great service.

if anything the surrounding streets were a bit dark at night. it made me feel a little insecure. but nothing happened

sometimes a bit windy when having breakfast. shower water went over to the toilet next door. better to place a piece of glass between both rooms.

Excellent staff and a truly beautiful property! Great restaurant onsite, too. One item to note -- there is some nighttime noise from a neighboring club. It didn't impact my stay, but I could definitely hear it. Excellent location for exploring downtown Puebla

Muy ruidoso. Hay un bar cercano que no nos dejó dormir. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación pero sirvió de poco.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Very comfortable room which are perfect for those who need to conciliate work and pleasure.

This hotel was the most special hotel experience I have had. It was safe, we were taken care of and it felt like a spa oasis nooked in a bustling part of city.

It was a great stay. walking distance to great attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself has great food which I was surprised. I ate breakfast once and lunch once and it was tasty food.

The style of the hotel, hacienda style with a modern touch, a little confusing to get to the entrance of the hotel more signs will help specially at night

We had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is convenient, the room was spacious and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The hotel has a beautiful terrace, and their in-house restaurant is very good. Would stay here again.

Modern architecture and spacious rooms. The continental breakfast is generous. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel location is very close to Puebla Zocalo. The dinning area is open air, which makes it chilly in wintertimes and hot in summertimes.

The hotel is like a sculpture; the modern design elements within the ancient building are often spectacular. As a work of art, lovely. a place to stay, few creature comforts. Rooms stark, inconvenient. Lobby this time of year when temperatures at night go into 40’s, is freezing and windy. Breakfast in lobby so all eating in winter coats and blankets.

Fuera de que me Tocó el cuarto B y literal tienes que tirar el agua 10 Min para que salga agua caliente. El hotel está precioso y tiene una camada súper cómoda.
