Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The location was excellent, very close to the train station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Travelling around was very convenient, especially with easy access to the tram. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to assist us and helped us a lot with finding places and navigating the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay.

専用駐車場（有料）は入り口が狭いのに業者の車が止まっていたりで出入りできないし、待たされた！ 連泊でシーツ交換は無しだと部屋には入らないですねと確認していたのに清掃ありのプランでしたのでと部屋に入られていた！受付時清掃で入りますと説明もなく、部屋に入られていたのでありえない。ないって事ですよね？ それに部屋の空気清浄機はフィルター交換されてなくて夜中にピーピー鳴って起こされた。 クレーム立て続け過ぎてかなり不愉快だった。

冷氣噪音大，如果要換房，第二日就要將行李拎到酒店前台，3時後才可安排新房間，覺得非常麻煩，最後決定放棄，員工建議開窗睡，但房間係最低層，開關都要需要鎖匙，感到非常麻煩。 還有早餐餐點太少熱食，選擇也不多，座位空間少，希望酒店有改善。

Reviewed May 10, 2026Ich fand alles super! Die Lage war hervorragend, das Personal freundlich, das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das beste war, das Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis inklusive. Schade, dass ich nur zwei Nächte dort übernachtet habe, ich wäre so gerne länger in Toyama geblieben.

若めの男の職員さん、歯医者行った方が良い。下顎前歯の外側まで歯石がこびりついてるという事は、前回歯医者行ってから、相当期間が経っているばず。自身が歯医者なので、どうしても口元が気になってしまう

朝食の環境。 外国人（東南アジア系）の旅行者が圧倒的に多かった。彼らは食べ終わっても居座っているので、席空待ちの渋滞が発生。 また、外国人たちの多くは食べ終わった後、テーブルにそのまんまで、食器の返却をほとんどしていない。スタッフが足りないのかもしれませんが、このあたりをサポートするスタッフを配置したほうが良いと思います。

朝食が混み合うからといくつかの時間帯に分けた整理券配布はよいが、インバウンド客が食事終えても席を立たず話し込んでいることに対してスタッフが退席を促すアクションがなかったので、朝食を食べにきた人の席が不足気味だった。なにか貼り紙するとか注意書きしたらいいのにと思った。

I had fun making origami there. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty, though the variety was somewhat limited.
The room was on the smaller side, so it could feel a bit cramped, especially if you have large luggage.
