Posizione ottimale fronte-spiaggia. Struttura curata nei dettagli, diversi punti ristoro di qualità. Colazione super variegata. Ci hanno permesso di usare la piscina anche dopo il check-out!

Al nostro arrivo purtroppo gli asciugamani di benvenuto avevano un cattivo odore.

The park.

Was our third syay here. Very loud corporate activities early in the morning(7:00 / 8:00) till the night for 4 days in the beach area near our bugalow. Not what we expected. Very noisy occupant in the bugalow next to our. Had to call several times reception for this to be fixed, but the occupant was very disturbing all our stay long. Only cold water in the bungalow for several days. Was not fixed. Disgusting smells in the water room. Versatile service in the restaurant. The quality of tve food was under our previous stays. As always, german clients leaving their towels all dau long and desapearing.

Superb buffet breakfasts with fantastic choice. I would like every dish to be hot though - some were luke warm or cold. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The beach bar had a very good range of international food and the pizza there was very tasty, more so than in the main restaurant. Clean, immaculate smart resort. Very pleasant swimming pools and clean new looking loungers.

This time I stayed in a block that was far from the restaurant and reception, although reception were pretty good about organising transport buggies. But it was also rather noisy - I heard everyword of a football mtach on the Friday night, followed by loud music and karaoke on the Saturday night. Not sure if that came from the Pandanus or a nearby resort.

The suites were very spacious and felt like full-size apartments, not a hotel. Housekeeping service was excellent. Huge, clean pools with lots of space. Breakfast buffet is exceptional. Spa massages were the best we had in Vietnam. Live music at the bar made our short stay very special!

Made-to-order dining service was very slow. Rooms were sparse in terms of decor. The tiling on the pool deck was very slippery and could use a cleaning. The beach is nice for lounging and walking along the shore, but since the fishing boats are so closeby, we stayed out of the water and opted for the pool instead.

The well kept resort. In general the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Thanh on Reception. And the buffet breakfasts were superb, although a few dishes were only luke warm. But a lot were hot thankfully.

Problems at check in which took about 1.5 hours out of my 2 day stay. Portions of food quite small in a la carte restaurant.

Все понравилось Через дорогу брали скутер в прокат В деревне особо нечего делать А так все рядом Не эксерементируйте как мы ))- берите ужин в отеле. Будет вкусно . в деревне много где были - но отель- топчик. Завтраки - отдельная любовь. Там есть всеее❤️

Денек были медузы- но басейны спасали . дети из них не выходили

Das beste Hotel das wir in Vietnam besucht haben. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig mit einer tollen Auswahl! Das Hotel Personal sehr zu vorkommend. Sowohl Pool als auch strandabschnitt sehr gepflegt. Kostenlose Getränke aus der minibar die jeden Tag aufgefüllt werden.

Gehobene Preise bei Getränken und Essen.

綺麗。ハネムーンやファミリー向き。ホテル内で全て完結できる。貸し出しタオル、ビーサンあり。プール内にバーがあり、プールの中にイスがあり、おしゃれ。ロシア人、韓国人が多い。中国人は少ないがベトナム人が意外と騒がしい。朝食が豊富。有料だがアクティビティがたくさんある。プライベートビーチにも遊具やビーチバレーセットがある。ジム、卓球、ビリヤードがある。部屋菓子がある。冷蔵庫のドリンクは全て無料。

中心地から遠い。プールやヨガ、シャトルバスの時間はあらかじめ知りたかった。ルームキーは要求しないと2つくれません。ポーターがたくさんいるにも関わらず呼んでもきません。ホテルは悪くないが周辺ホテルがカラオケ装置を屋外に置いており、夜中までうるさい。廊下の声がシャワー室まで丸聞こえ。耳栓は無いので持参必須。

Site vaste a la difference de la majorite des hotels de Mui ne et tres bien entretenu. Plage magnifique et deux piscines. Service de bonne qualite. Restaurant et room service efficace.

Rien a part des clients mal eleves parfois qui s'approprient chaises longues et tables.

Beautiful property, beach super clean.

Beds were really firm! Also dining options inside resort are limited.

The resort was well maintained they had entertainment in the lounge every night. It was a nice way to end your day lots of lounge chairs around both pools and on the beach.

I have absolutely no complaints check-in check out was fast and easy

The room is nice and the beach is clean. Breakfast buffet has both western and local options. The free minibar with free refill was great. They also have tours and shuttle they offer for free. Red sand dunes is just a walking distance away.

The website for the menu re: BBQ buffet is not updated. We bought it but in the end had to revert to ala carte for my son (he has multiple food allergies). On the upside, they were flexible about it when we showed them the menu on the website.

The beach is amazing!!! Staffs are friendly. Overall the resort is very beautiful. We love draft beers in the restaurant

Hotel complex was beautifully kept and a very relaxing environment. Staff friendly and facilities good. We had an amazing room which was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately not enough beds round pool and people placing towels on them at the crack of dawn. We only stayed two nights, one being a Saturday with live music. Although the music was good, it was too loud.

Super nice hôtel with amazing staff ! Restaurant is tasty with nice choice for breakfast. Bed very comfortable and the beach is large.

I have known about this resort for a long time and I was pleasantly surprised how large the it was as well as how well the maintenance and service were. The facilities were great and the breakfast was really delicious.

Azonnal fizetni kellett,nem lehetet a szobaszámhoz hozzá íratni. A medencébe ritkán visz az ember pénzt.

The property was exceptionally clean and tidy, set on beautiful grounds. The food was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Always willing to assist with any questions. Highly recommend

Rooms are extremely comfortable and stylish. Dining and drinks were also excellent. Grounds were kept perfectly. Staff is friendly.

A beautiful resort situated right on the beach! We really couldn’t fault the hotel and their staff - it was all just amazing! The two pools were well kept and the options to join in with free morning yoga each day was a great addition. The hotel food was delicious too! We want to especially say how great the band was that performed every night at the hotel, it really made the stay special! We definitely will be returning

es war alles perfekt,die anlage ist ein traum,das essen super,alle wirklich alle sind super freundlich und nett .die anreise ist zwar lang und auch beschwerlich aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wenn möglich nächstes jahr nochmal ins pandanus resort .

Sehr entspanntes Hotel in super Anlage. Essen, Frühstück, Pool, Spa, Personal alles TOP. Es hatte sogar Deutschsprachige Touristenbetreuung im Hotel, was unglaublich toll war.

Es war wirklich alles einwandfrei. Aber wenn schon so oft für den Gratisshuttle am Abend zu diversen Restaurants gemacht wird, sollte auch Platz sein. War immer ausgebucht. Dann bitte 2 Mal fahren. DANKE

Die Bungalows direkt am Strand sind Mega. Das Hotelpersonal ist super kinderfreundlich und zuvorkommend, die Sauberkeit ist überragend. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr vielseitig, lecker und wechselnd.
