Personel spisywał się doskonale, bardzo kompetentnie i z zaangażowaniem. Po naszej reklamacji odnośnie jakości przyznanego apartamentu szybko i sprawnie zaaranżowali zmianę. Poza tym obiekt ma bardzo fajny basen/y, leży przy plaży, wiosce rybackiej. Zarówno w pokojach jak i na terenie jest czysto. Widać dużą liczbę pracowników dbających o porządek, rośliny, itp.

Stołówka mogłaby być już trochę odnowiona. Obiekt leży w bardzo spokojnej i cichej okolicy ale za to wszędzie jest daleko więc jak ktoś szuka spokoju i poleżenia przy basenie to będzie ok, ale jak ktoś chce robić coś więcej to trzeba używać Graba lub transferu hotelowego.

Tôi đặt 2 phòng. 1 phòng 2 giường đơn và 1 phòng giường đôi nhưng khi nhận phòng thì cả 2 đều là 2 giường đơn. Khi báo lại với lễ tân thì lại bắt nếu muốn giường đôi thì phải ở khu khác xa 2 đứa con tôi còn không thì phải thêm tiền để nâng cấp phòng. Trong khi tôi đề nghị ghép giường thì lại nói là không được thật ra việc đó rất đơn giản và tôi đã tự làm. Đây là trải nghiệm không vui vì đây đã là lần thứ hai tôi ở đây.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The pools are nice. The private beach is good. Breakfast is good.

House keeping’s quality is horrifying and a complete nightmare. We got the impression that housekeeping staff got no training at all. One pyjama in our room was hung in a badly mouldy hanger. I complained this to the front office staff, the next day they left the mouldy hanger there, and dumped the pyjamas onto my luggage. All toiletries in the bathroom were not orderly arranged, and they were just dumped onto the sink. The bed sheet in one of the rooms in our group was smelly as if they were used many times by previous guests, without changing for new check-in guests. The corridors to the rooms were VERY VERY dirty, with dead insects, as if they were abandoned for a long time. This is THE MOST DIRTY AND THE POOREST HOUSEKEEPING quality hotel we have ever stayed. Cant claim to be 4 stars.

What stood out most to me was the lovely flower decorations throughout the resort. The thoughtful floral arrangements made the atmosphere feel even more welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommended!

That it was on the beach and it wasn’t too crowded. Garden area is well maintained except the main fountain has algae in it. They have rabbits and there is algae in the water bowl that no one cleans.

Hallways are running grounds for kids and the halls are open and echo so you can hear kids running on every floor. There’s no security to stop them from yelling so you have to call the front desk which if you’re on the other side of the property is far away. They should offer more frequent shuttle service as well and tell you about when you check in. I found out only by reading the book in the room.

La chambre était magnifique. Spacieuses. Corespond aux photos. . Personnel désagréable si vous ne comprenez pas l'anglais. Choquant vu leur niveau d'anglais, a part les manager qui le metrise bien.

Il n'y avait plus suffisamment de nourriture a 9 heures du matin. Ceci les deux matins de suite. Le personnel est dépassé par le nombre de clients. Les tables après 9 heures n'était plus apprêtée, no nettoyé. Cartes des restaurants en Vitnamien Anglais et Russe et Chinois, aucune photos des plats J'ai suggéré de mettre un code barre pour faciliter la compréhension en différentes langues. Réponse du manager, il y a que les anglophone et les russes et chinois qui les intéressent. Le reste sous entendu c'est pas leurs priorités. Manque d'expérience évidente du personnel La plage ne correspond pas aux photos. Difficile d'accès. Des sac de sable empilés pour ralentir l'érosion. 12 chaises longues pour plus de 500 clients. Il n'y a rien a proximité de l'hôtel. Obligé de prendre un taxi . 3 jours maximum, dans cet établissement Ennuyeux

The welcome jasmine tea drink was great - staff are excellent and the reception is responsive. Everyone is nice even the staff at the beach. It was a great getaway for my family. The complementary breakfast was the best - it was out of this world!

This hotel is quite far away from the centre of Mooney and any restaurants and bars so if you use this Hotel,do not have a car or Motorbike it will be quite difficult for you to get t surrounding the hotel there is lots of rubbish and lots of homelessness. The general area is also poor and there is not much to do. The tourist attractions in the area are bad but the hotel is clean and the pool is lovely. However the breakfast was very poor and they only had lemongrass juice on one

C’est un hôtel un peu excentré mais avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont très propres. Le restaurant est de qualité piscine très agréable et la plage est belle.

Il faut peut-être voir un peu les aménagements extérieurs, notamment près du restaurant

Het resort heeft een erg rustgevende atmosfeer. Het ligt ook wat verder van het centrum wat, als je rust zoekt, ook wel weer prettig is. Zwembad en strand waren top, dus perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Het personeel was ook vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam! We hadden op onze kamer een issue met de airconditioning, maar daar werd echt ontzettend veel moeite en aandacht in gestopt om het op te lossen, werd erg gewaardeerd! Heb zelden zo'n goede service gehad om een probleem om te lossen, onze dank is groot. Kortom, we hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad!

De airconditioning werkte niet helemaal goed in het begin maar zoals hierboven omschreven werd dit uitstekend opgelost!

Highly recommended!! A huge and marvelous beach right beside the hotel. Two swimming pools surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. Friendly staff. Perfect buffet breakfast. Spacious corridors and rooms. 非常推薦! 飯店旁邊就是一片廣闊美麗的海灘。飯店內有兩座游泳池，周圍擺放著充足的日光躺椅。工作人員親切友善，自助式早餐非常完美，走廊和客房都相當寬敞。

The hotel is a bit far from town center, it takes 8-10 minutes to get there by Grab. The gym equipment has limited equipment. 不過渡假村離市區有點距離，坐計程車要花8-10分鐘。健身房設備很少。

My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, our first trip not only to Vietnam but also to Asia. Mui Ne, and above all, the hotel itself, is an extraordinary place, providing a sense of security and the opportunity for wonderful relaxation. The extensive hotel area offer a variety of opportunities – from two large pools with bars to a spacious beach with warm sea. The staff meticulously maintains the cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, the beautiful green surroundings, and the beach itself. Air conditioning is a key feature in the rooms, which can sometimes spoil a vacation. Here, it worked perfectly – quietly, almost unnoticeably. This isn't a place for those who prefer daily, nightly entertainment, although on two or three evenings, local musicians played during dinner (including one song in my native language, which is certainly difficult for a Vietnamese person!). I got the impression that the warmth and smiles of the hotel staff when interacting with guests are not just a result of their excellent training, but simply their inherent, very friendly attitude. The hotel's extensive cuisine also deserves special mention – we had the pleasure of enjoying a different dish every day. We also extend our warmest regards to Ms. Thi, who made us feel so welcome while discovering delicious Vietnamese cuisine. We will happily consider returning to this hotel when planning our next trip.

First the staff; all were professional and friendly. The food was delicious and the wine selection very good.

Unfortunate about the beach but that is not the hotel's fault. Some of the businesses and restaurants in the surrounding area were closed and run down so going for a walk, except for along the beach was not pleasant.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl. Der Bungalow war in Ordnung. Sauberkeit passte sehr gut. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und parkähnlich. Man kann hier sehr gut entspannen. Mit den vom Hotel zum Ausleihen bereitgestellten Fahrrädern lässt sich gut die naheliegende Düne sowie der Fairy River erreichen. Der Empfang ist sehr nett und es gibt einen kleinen Snack am Nachmittag. Personal im Restaurant ist sehr aufmerksam und durchaus bemüht alles stets aufzufüllen und Geschirr zügig abzuräumen.

Lage ist sehr weit außerhalb und im Umkreis gibt es fußläufig keine Restaurants zum Abendessen. Man benötigt immer ein Taxi, Fahrtzeit bei schlechter Straße und Baustellen fast 30min bis zum Zentrum von Mui ne. Warmwasser im Zimmer läuft nur sehr träge, daher kann man die tolle Badewanne nicht nutzen und sich nur schnell duschen. Man sollte beachten, dass es ein Tagungshotel ist, sehr viele Personen beim Frühstück, es ist laut. Tennisplatz konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden, da immer durch Tagungsgäste zum einstudieren von einem Tanz belegt.

From the very first moments, I felt I was somewhere special: beautiful surroundings, a friendly atmosphere, and wonderful people created the perfect conditions for rest. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind — always ready to assist with a smile. I truly felt well taken care of, and the daily interactions with the team gave me energy and a very positive outlook throughout the stay. The rooms were always clean, tidy, and carefully prepared, which greatly contributed to comfort and overall well-being. I also have great respect for the gardeners, who worked tirelessly to keep the grounds lush, green, and beautifully maintained. The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious — every meal was not only filling but also full of amazing local flavors and fresh ingredients. Thanks to this, each day began and ended on a wonderfully tasty note 😊. I would like to give special recognition to Thi, who took exceptional care of us — she has a rare gift for warm, genuine, and friendly hospitality. Her care, smile, and dedication made this trip even more special and truly unforgettable. In summary, this is a place I would happily return to again and again. A perfect combination of peace, excellent service, delicious food, and amazing people who create the kind of atmosphere everyone hopes for during a truly memorable vacation.

La camera Ocan View è stupenda. Resort bellissimo ma soprattutto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Piscina enorme e sempre molto pulita. Struttura con tantissime attività.

I was completely satisfied with Mui Ne Bay Resort, where I spent New Year’s Eve 2026 with my kids. The staff were friendly, warm, and always smiling. The resort is airy and peaceful, and from what I saw, all rooms have nice to beautiful views. I didn’t choose a specific view, but my room overlooked a lovely pink bougainvillea. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a balcony, which I really enjoyed. A nice surprise was seeing my name on the TV welcome screen. Breakfast buffet was tasty with many options for both adults and kids. Room service and poolside food were reasonably priced and good. Free afternoon tea from 3 PM was very relaxing. My kids loved the swimming pool. The beach is calm, clean, and peaceful, though the sea comes in a bit. I would definitely come back.

This was one of the best travel experiences we’ve had recently. The sheer amount of space in the resort means it never feels overcrowded. Our bungalow was an excellent size; the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was huge and clean, featuring an amazing outdoor shower. The pool options are great, and although it is 30 minutes from town, the shuttle is super helpful (plus Grab is readily available in the area). We are looking forward to being back there again!

Everything was absolutely great, though perhaps one thing to improve would be the TV connection. After spending a week enjoying so many activities, we needed some downtime to watch a movie or the news. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible because the connection never worked. It wasn't a big deal, but having it available would have made our stay perfect.

Great support from Facebook site to receptionist. They not only responded my queries quickly, but also helped me carry my luggage when I made a phone call for checkout procedure. Furthermore, they also helped me to clean my room.

Really nice setting, long beach, good breakfast, comfortable room, staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle was useful but make sure that you book seats as it can fill up.

It is a little way out of town, but Grab is easy to order and excellent value.

Perfect everything

I traveled with my parents within a travel group and this was our last destination for the relaxing part of the vacation. I had a really nice room with a small view of the beach. The location of the resort is a little bit outside but in a quiet and nice area. With a shuttle bus from the resort you can travel to two cities, one 8km away Hàm Tiến or 18km away Phan Thiet. The bus driver Nguyên was a really nice and friendly person and I went twice to Phan Thiet and he showed me around the city when I was the only one who went to the city. I can recommend this! A really nice, lovely and honest person who can give you more insight of the city. The language barrier was not an issue at all, we live in a modern world and with kindness we can all have a conversation together. In general the staff is greeting you with a big smile and they are all lovely people! The Beach is directly at the resort and you got two pools too. Around the corner is also a small temple, it is worth a visiting too! Atmosphere and Cleanliness is top, nothing else to say. I will definitely come back for the people I met here and who made the stay perfect as it was. Thank you! Cảm ơn bạn! :)

We came here for 5 nights after a busy 4 nights in Ho Chi Minh and wasn't disappointed, the rooms were lovely and spacious with a sea view. The pool was lovely along with the friendly bar staff. A friend on holiday with us had a birthday while we were there and the staff were amazing, they decorated a table and did a cake and made a fuss which was lovely. The food was great and Thi in the restaurant was amazing, after 1 night she knew what we liked and the service she gave was excellent
