Đường đang sửa chữa, nên book grab để di chuyển rất khó do xe grab khu vực này ít

The swimming pool was excellent, with separate areas for both children and adults, making it feel safe and comfortable for everyone. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Even during busy periods, they remained cheerful, professional, and patient while assisting guests. If you wake up early, you can enjoy breakfast at a table overlooking the sea, which offers a truly beautiful view and a wonderful start to the day.

While we had an overall pleasant stay, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The weather was quite hot, and despite the room being spacious, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortably cool. In addition, the breakfast area became very busy during peak hours. After around 8:00 a.m., finding an available table could be difficult, particularly due to the large number of family groups dining together. Improving these aspects would make the guest experience even better.

The breakfast buffet was great, the staff was very friendly and serviceable. Food was pretty good too.

Not feedback for the hotel directly, but the amount of plastic waste on the side of the road and on the beach was a bit of a letdown.

Phòng Deluxe nhưng không rộng 35m2 như mô tả, chỉ tầm 25m2 thôi. Cách âm chưa tốt. Đóng kín cửa vẫn nghe rõ âm thanh bên ngoài.

Отличные завтраки. Хороший просторный номер. Ухоженная территория. Ребенку понравились бассейны, вода без хлорки. Хороший тренажерный зал (можно добавить 2-й коврик).

Желательно добавить полки или комод для одежды и вещей. В душевой повесить более удобные крючки для одежды и полотенец.

Отличные вкусные завтраки. Хороший номер. Ухоженная территория. Ребенку понравились бассейны.

Дать отдыхающим памятку - как можно завешивать кондиционер, чтобы он охлаждал воздух, но при этом не дул на лежащих на кровати. В душевой повесить более удобные крючки для одежды и полотенец.

L’emplacement géographique était avantageux, jolie coins de plage et beau restaurant !

L’accueil, comme à la gare, sans émotions, sans gentillesse, personnel pas très souriant ni aimable. Pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, bien pour les familles et enfants, camps de vacances.

Very dusty with construction going on. The room is big but looks empty with the design scheme

Struttura grande e accogliente. Due piscine, una per le famiglie molto bello con aqua bassa. Buffet colazione grandissimo e molto buono.

Allora, se lasciamo fuori i standard europei: Il parco giochi e molto vecchio, la struttura di metallo e verniciata pero si sono tanti buchi e strappi del giunto. Nella sabbia del parcho giochi ci sono pezzi di vetro, pezzi di metallo, pezzi di piastrelle e mattoni rotti, molo pericoloso se i bambini ci vanno sopra con i piedi, anche dopo la seconda volta che lo detto non l‘anno pulito.

Vi bodde mycket bra på denna resort med ett fantastiskt läge vid havet. Området var mycket fint och välskött, med vackra och väl omhändertagna växter som gav en lugn och trivsam miljö. De två stora poolerna var ett stort plus och det fanns gott om plats att koppla av. Stor och bra variation på frukosten. Hotellpersonalen var supervänlig, hjälpsam och bidrog verkligen till en bra helhetsupplevelse. Sammantaget en mycket trevlig resort med fin miljö och bra boende, men med viss förbättringspotential när det gäller restaurangservice och språk.

Vi hade önskat bättre service från restaurangpersonalen. En del saker som är självklara på andra ställen var inte det här, som till exempel att få en drink utan alkohol till lägre pris än med. Vi fick betala full pris som om vi skulle ha alkohol i. Det kostade inte mycket mer, det handlade mer om själva principen och hur de missförstod min beställning utan att erkänna det. Priset på maten var minst det dubbla jämfört med restauranger i närområdet. Utanför resorten fanns det prisvärda restauranger med bättre mat. Gästunderlaget dominerades av ryska gäster, vilket märktes tydligt då menyer och skyltar till stor del var på ryska, något som gjorde upplevelsen mindre tillgänglig för oss. Solstolar som paxas tidigt på morgonen men används långt senare på dagen.

Resort magnifique, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner incroyable et le goûter offert c’est vraiment super. La restauration est très bonne et à prix abordable. Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Les 2 piscines sont très grandes.

Assez bruyant ce n’est pas bien insonorisé. La literie pourrait être améliorée. Les Russes qui monopolisent les transats en mettant leurs serviettes dessus mais ne sont pas à la piscine, ça ne devrait pas être toléré car nous qui y allons n’avons aucune place, comportement très égoïste, ils se croient chez eux !

Great place for family gathering. Pool have playground for kid. I really like the free afternoon food. Great to refresh after a snap. I also like the garden, take a walk with my son and wife. Will comeback later

the road is under construction, so there are dusts around. Hopefully, the next time the construction will be completed

Tôi thich không gian bãi biển riêng tư và khu vực hồ bơi rất đẹp. Mọi thứ rất sạch sẽ. Nhân viên phục vụ rất niềm nở và nhiệt tình. Khu vực nhà hàng rất rộng rãi và đẹp, món ăn ngon, đa dạng. Mọi thứ rất tuyệt vời. Tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi nghỉ dưỡng ở đây.

Thoải mái , 2 hồ bơi sạch sẽ và thoáng mát, view biển đẹp . Ăn sáng ngon lành .

Resort tự ý up hạng phòng 2 người thành 4 người, khiến phòng có 2 giường đôi lại không có bàn trà để uống trà thư giản. Cảm giác vào phòng ko happy.

Nhân viên : nhiệt tình, chu đáo, hỗ trợ checkin sớm, rất lịch sự Ăn sáng : khá ngon, phong phú, refill liên tục Hồ bơi : Khá ổn vì có tới 2 hồ bơi. Nước sạch và ít chất tẩy

CSVC : thiết bị phòng vệ sinh đã cũ, có dấu hiệu mốc, kiểu decor và vật liệu decor phòng cũng đã lỗi thời. Phòng có mùi ẩm mốc, nhất là trong phòng vs. Phòng cách âm cực kỳ kém. Hầu như mọi tiếng ồn bên ngoài đều lọt được vào phòng

Mình đặt 2phòng: phòng 2ng thì nhà tắm bị nghẹt nước có mùi nhưng cũng ko nồng quá, phòng 3ng thì chỉ có 1 ổ cắm điện Khu vực bãi biển thì có nhiều rác nhỏ

Restaurant, the pool.

The room was like a mosquito kingdom. My kid and I had been bitten all night. The toilet had unpleasant smell. The beach is so dirty.

The resort was great - fantastic pool, great food, lovely room with fantastic view!

The beach was unbelievably dirty and littered with rubbish, plastic and oil, it was quite sad to see. Staff are lovely but don't speak much English so weren't able to help us book transport to our next location.

Newish hotel but with a weirdly dated feel in the brickwork. Nice clean rooms, lovely pool, beautiful dining area, good breakfast choices and friendly staff. We ate at the nearby Dong Vui food court with lots of food choices.

From the moment we've arrived we were greeted by warm and friendly staff there! The room, the breakfast, the tea time, the pools were all amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and wished that we could stay for a few more nights! Definitely we will come back to this resort again

Warm welcome from reception, both pools were beautiful and maintained so well and they were the highlight for us. The breakfast was exquisitely done, so much to choose from in the most beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean, we really loved that to start the day. Lots of little local shops and restaurants around the area, and lots of restaurant options on Grab. We had an stress-free 3 night stay! Thank you 😊

Very nice staffs, good location with very good facilities

Location was great , pools were amazing, breakfast was good, had afternoon tea, staff was nice. Great layout , not too crowded.

There was another hotel being built on one side. It didn’t affect where our room was.

The bed was comfortable & I have good sleep.

The room is small, bathroom & lighting is dark & not designed fir 4 stars hotel & resort
