Perfect hotel om na een lange vlucht even te acclimatiseren. Personeel is onwijs vriendelijk. En alleen al voor het ontbijt had ik langer willen blijven.

La chambre était bien, le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuné est un buffet asiatique avec énormément de choix et le personnel qui y travaille est adorable. L’hôtel est assez bien situé et assez bien insonorisé.

La personne qui s’est occupée de nous n’était pas toujours très agréable et a oublié diverses petites choses (nous avons ajouté une nuit et nos clés ne fonctionnaient plus le lendemain par exemple). Nous n’avons pas fait de massage, car ils ont lieu en chambre. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. Les cocktails pourraient être meilleurs…

Breakfast was good, large amount of options incl a lot of traditional food

We requested a non smoking room, and we got a smoking room. After 21h of travelling this is not good. The air purifier did not perform well, the smoke smell is in everything. We had no choice and couldn't change after asking. They didnt inform us only untill check in. Poor customer service

Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer, comfortabel en ruim bed, uitgebreid ontbijt, dichtbij treinstation van en naar de luchthaven. Groot zwembad. We konden eerder in onze kamer en iets later uitchecken, wat erg fijn was.

Another great stay in this Hotel. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. The room was quite cool and comfortable. The bed was very good not to hard. We stayed there for a few weeks and breakfast was a joy to have. A special mention for Ade who made sure we never wanted for anything. He was super friendly and always happy when we chatted in the morning. Else was also very helpful. The food was very good and always hot and fresh. I’d also like to thank Dewi on the management team for her help. I can’t recommend this Hotel highly enough for me the best in Medan. Thankyou to everyone who made our stay so good, We should be there again next year. John & Juli

Early morning yoga class with the coach shouting into the microphone. Take my deposit and isn’t released till a month later.

I've enjoyed staying at this hotel very much, and it has always stood out to me as being my favourite after coming back several times. The staff are so accommodating and friendly; plus, they're always more than welcome to help when needed. Everyday I could, l've gone to the swimming pool here, which is so pretty and well kempt, as well as going to the cafe/bar that it's equipped with. The gym is also a nice quiet place to relax and workout whenever you have the energy to, and once you're all worn out, the massage place is an amazing choice to go to. The food here is way too good not to mention: breakfast is served as a buffet, with an appetising array of options to choose from. As well as this, the rooms are so lovely, no matter which one you get. They're always so comfortable, and room service is really easily provided. I highly recommend staying here!

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum, es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist mega freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Es hat alles gepasst.

By far the worst element was the noise - the windows are single glazed so it was incredibly loud, either from music from the pool area, events or from surrounding buildings (until late in the evening) and the call to prayer from the mosque directly behind the hotel. I had to wear my headphones the entire time I was in my room to get some peace and quiet. Despite being a 5 star hotel lots of issues and weird rules. No ironing board provided and I was only allowed to borrow one for one hour max, not ideal for a work trip. No physical information sheets provided in the room and when I scanned the QR code the website was down so couldn't get the info I needed. Breakfast was very average. The entire pool area was often occupied with a huge group connected to an event, either having lunch or socialising. I asked at the restaurant for a few bottles of water to bring back up to my room as I was sick and needed more, they gave me an incredibly expensive mineral water for this, I just wanted the water in plastic bottles that they provided in the room. I asked for a takeaway box for food I didn't finish in the restaurant, they insisted on sending it up to my room, it was sent up on the plate and not in a box so I couldn't even keep it, I just finished my dinner and was full so didn't intend to finish it upstairs? Lastly when I was leaving very early in the morning I wanted to briefly sit on the stairs outside to wait for my cab, someone stormed over and told me I couldn't sit there, so unnecessary when there was literally no one about and never been told something like that ever across many 5 star hotels I've stayed in. There are very few options for higher service hotels in Medan but I didn't have a great experience here, the rooms were low cost but everything else was incredibly expensive. Wouldn't stay here again. Our participants also ranked it low in our surveys after our event.

After being in the provences of Lake Toba for a week it was like stepping into heaven. The place is very beautiful, staff so friendly, room so big and great WiFi. The bed was really comfortable and had lots of food places and even a billiards gaming place near by. Definitely recommend. Oh and the breakfast. So many choices! Loved it

Nonsmoking room was not available as per my request and the room smelled of smoke - The refrigerator was noisy - One water tap leakage water when open - need some minor maintenance

Nice and elegant hotel, spacious and well furnished rooms, quality of food excellent, both for in-room dining and for breakfast, with wide selection of indonesian dishes. Enjoyable swimming pool with bar and tables.

The breakfast was ok, very little choice for a foreigner.

I was given a smoking room even though I requested for a non smoking room. At check in I was asked to pay more to upgrade to a non smoking room as they said there were only smoking rooms available. Then after challenging the staff and telling them that I was going to complain to booking.com, they gave me a non smoking room at the end!

Very nice and comfortable hotel!

In the morning it was very noisy because of the traffic outside. But maybe it depends on the side of the room.

I only stayed the one night as planned. I arrived without my luggage, and a bit emotional. The staff were amazingly supportive, assured I was checked in and comfortable, they took over the communication with retrieving my luggage and returning it to me. The food was delicious, nice portion sizes and reasonable prices. The room was large, airy, clean and wonderful air-conditioning as it was so muggy. The pool side cafe and seating area was well maintained and clean. Pool was wonderful! Such an amazing hotel, highly recommend

They ran out of house white wine the first day. The gym is pretty run down.

Poor cleaning and maintenance. Staff trained to smile and be polite but not to think. Restaurant had limited choices for dinner snd service was unbelievably slow. Lots of undisciplined noisy children. You can't walk outside. Dirty ir no sidewalks.

Cogimos el hotel para disfrutar de la piscina pero llegamos a la hora de comer y cuando volvimos la piscina ya estaba cerrada, a las 5 de la tarde con la calor que hacía allí. Las sábanas estaban sucias, está al lado de una mezquita que te despierta a las 5 de la mañana y hay una planta del hotel que parece que está tapiada.
