Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We willen als eerste benadrukken dat het personeel echt enorm vriendelijk is. Zowel bij de receptie als tijdens het ontbijt waren ze super behulpzaam, aardig en gastvrij. Ook de locatie en de omgeving hebben veel sfeer en zijn een fijne uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken.
Helaas vonden we het hotel zelf erg verouderd in verhouding tot de prijs die je ervoor betaalt, zeker wanneer we het vergelijken met de andere accommodaties waar we tijdens onze reis door Italië hebben verbleven. De kamers zijn erg gedateerd en daarnaast enorm gehorig. Je kunt de gesprekken van de buren letterlijk volgen, wat niet prettig is. Ook de bedden zijn wat ons betreft echt aan vervanging toe: ze zijn erg hard en je voelt de veren in het matras. Het internet op de kamer was daarnaast erbarmelijk slecht. De kamer was op zichzelf wel schoon, maar er lag overal behoorlijk wat stof, waardoor het geheel minder fris aanvoelde. Ook over het ontbijt waren we helaas minder enthousiast. Er is veel keuze in zoete producten, maar het hartige aanbod vonden we beperkt. Het brood was niet vers en ook het aanbod aan vers fruit viel tegen.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Super mooie omgeving. Zeer rustig gelegen. Zowel hotel als zwembad zijn zeer rustig. Het voltallige personeel is enorm aardig en super gastvrij. Prima ontbijt.
Badkamer was erg klein en we moesten haaks op het toilet zitten en de douchecabine is te klein om in af te kunnen drogen. Paar keer de deurklink tegen me aan gekregen toen de ander de deur opende. Erg krap.

Hotel w okolicy, którą znamy, cenimy i lubimy do niej wracać, sam obiekt jest komfortowy, ze smacznym śniadaniem, bardzo dobrym serwisem i nienaganną czystością. Bardzo chętnie wrócimy na kolejny kilkudniowy pobyt.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Très bel emplacement, les bâtisses sont magnifiques. L’accueil est très chaleureux et toutes les personnes que nous avons croisées sont très sympathiques. Le logement (avec une chambre en mezzanine) était grand, plutôt fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner sympa.
Le logement est un peu triste, décoré très sobrement et assez sombre. Nous nous attendions un peu à mieux. La piscine très peu profonde. L’ambiance un peu « froide ». Sensation de déranger si l’on ne chuchote pas assez bas… Peut être plutôt recommandé en couple ou pour le travail plutôt qu’en famille avec des enfants. Mais ce n’est que notre ressenti le jour de notre venue. Cela dépend certainement aussi des autres personnes présentes également.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Anche se per un solo giorno ci siamo rilassati come volevamo, la piscina la tranquillità di quel posto sono magici! La colazione ha la giusta quantità di scelta e i dolci preparati da loro sono buonissimi. Il letto comodo il personale gentilissimo e accogliente.
È stato tutto così piacevole non abbiamo riscontrato problemi o difetti nel nostro soggiorno

The accommodation and facilities are excellent and the staff are amazing. The hotel is very well located, just a short drive to the centre of Cortona and has a fantastic swimming pool to cool off in after a day out.

Z obiektu można wygodnie wyruszać zarówno do pobliskich atrakcji, jak i na dalsze wycieczki po Toskanii. Śniadania były smaczne, typowo włoskie – dominowały słodkie wypieki, ciasta, rogaliki i inne lokalne przysmaki. Całość oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i z przyjemnością wróciłabym tutaj ponownie.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Me gustó todo del alojamiento para mí fue 10 de 10, además lo elegimos dentro de nuestro viaje de luna de miel y acertamos, lo único malo es que solo estuvimos una noche y deberíamos haber cogido más noches, porque era una preciosidad de ubicación y de Hotel y el personal muy agradable El desayuno también era súper variado y artesanal está todo buenísimo las tartas, todo. Repetiría sin dudarlo

Outdoor curatissimo, natura dolce, erbe aromatiche odorose, rose e fiori colorati, uliveti e prati morbidi dove poter camminare scalzi. Piscina super igenizzata. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo svegliarmi al canto degli uccellini e al suono delle campane, fare la colazione al tepore del sole con la brezzolina rigenerante.

Quiete e relax!! Piscina con panorama mozzafiato. Colazione abbondante e pranzo con ottimo tagliere con specialità del posto. Consigliato!!!

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Wir haben das Hotel auf unserer Durchreise durch Toscana, Lazien und Orvieto sehr genossen !!! Die Lage war traumhaft. Richtig einen Urlaub zu genießen. Das Hotel ist wunderbar. Team des Hotels stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Parkplatz und Swimmingpolls sind für uns keine Q-Merkmalle. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In diesen Herrenhaus, wie wir das empfunden haben ( erst vor Ort), werden wir noch zurück kommen. Nur zu empfpehlen. Es war so schön ,dass wir für Herbst für 2 Wochen einen Urlaub gebucht haben. Alessandro und Eleonora sind unsere Freunde.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and overlooked an olive tree grove with birds chirping in the morning. Lovely!
Their description says it has a bar, but it doesn't. It may be a coffee bar, but not a beverage bar. Needs a small restaurant or bar with small bites. We were tired from travelling and there was no food available until 8am the next morning at breakfast. No restaurants close by, Google maps sends you down an awful and scary dirt road. They said they knew that, but it was never mentioned in their write-up! There is another, safer road to go down.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Everything was exceptional from the location, the property itself and the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The house is surrounded by beautifully well kept gardens, the location is very quiet and peaceful but at the same time only a short drive from the lovely town of Cortona. We spent a wonderful 4 days here and we would love to return in the future.
