En recepción el primer día nos cambiaron de habitación a petición nuestra y al día siguiente nos dieron otra mejor. Fue muy amable. El desayuno normal, nada excepcional. Colchón y almohadas muy cómodas. Piscina cómoda.

Location and pool

La habitación que nos tocó en el sexto piso con vista. El desayuno era aceptable para ser Italia. El personal muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena ya que el transporte te lleva directo a la puerta, no como otros lugares que tienes que andar caminando con maletas. Queda muy accesible para llegar al centro hay súpermecado cercano y muchos lugares para comer. Tiene piscina, aunque no lo usamos.

Internet mala recepción Unas cuantas arañitas en el baño de la habitación, cosa que a nosotros no nos molesta, pero cualquier otro cliente sí. No tiene mini bar

The hotel is very clean and in a great location, 10 min walk to Sorrento Town. The staff are nice. Staying here, you will know it is clean and in a good location. Stay here for the location.

The air con is centrally controlled. That means yoy have no control at all over the temperature in the room and it goes off at different times throughout the day and night which means the room is quite uncomfortable at times during very very hot weather. There isn't a fridge in the room so you have no way of keeping drinks cold which was necessary during the intense heat. Breakfast is not worth the money, pass breakfast and eat out is my advice.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tourist. The double room was very spacious, and the balcony was easily the highlight. Breakfast offered a great selection of cereals, cakes, and omelettes. Relaxing by the swimming pool was amazing, and I hope to spend even more time there next year! The hotel is also conveniently located close to essential amenities and public transport. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Jättefint. Rent och fint överallt. Jättetrevligt poolområde som blev som en oas av lugn och ro. Hotellet ligger nära allt.

Vande oss efter några nätter men just vårat rum låg mot en vägtrafikerad gata. Ljudisolering var inte då bra. Fick köpa öronproppar för att kunna sova. Frukosten hade inga bär eller färska frukter som man är van vid till yoghurten. Men ok ändå

Near the train station. Not very noisy. The pool was great but closedown at 6:00. There was a bar and food service at the pool. The breakfast was very good with a great selection every morning. The breakfast staff were very kind!

Location was good. Lots of shops/cafes within a 2 minute walk. 10 minute walk to main square and old town area. Great for train/bus links.

Very noisy through the night so definitely take ear plugs. Staff in the restaurant are very lazy. They don’t come to serve you. They aren’t at all forthcoming with offering you choices from the menu, Infact they boarder on rude. You have to go and find them to take an order. They are normally in the kitchen area chatting to each other. We watched the waitress clear a table one morning and wipe the cutlery off with her fingers which put us off and The food that day was very poor so we didn’t eat in there again.

The hotel is lovely. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and the hotel's proximity to nearby shops, cafes and restaurants is fantastic. 5 minute walk to train station and a quick taxi trip to port to catch ferries to Naples, Capri...The pool and the pool area is beautiful. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. Francesco will get you a coffee or drink. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Tourist. Giuseppe, Marco, Patrizzia and Francesco. To Vincenzo, thank you for our coffee while we waited for our taxi on our last day. Thoughtful.

Room didn't have a fridge. Suggest a small bar fridge be put in to keep water and fruit chilled.

Soluzione perfetta per qualche giorno in solitaria a Sorrento. Dovessi tornare in zona, prenoterò volentieri la camera singola. Silenziosa, pulita, con tutto quel che serve.

The main thing I liked about the property was the location, which was convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Unfortunately, the overall stay did not meet my expectations.

There were several things I was disappointed with. The breakfast was very poor, with very little variety and not much choice. The room was small and felt quite cramped, and the shower was not clean when we arrived. Overall, I felt the property could have been much better maintained and the experience did not feel worth the price.

The pool was a nice way to stay cool. The breakfast choice was pretty good and it was nice to have a proper cup of tea. The location was in walking distance of the town.

On arrival we were told that our balcony room was not available as the shower was broken so were given a discount and a different room with a small window. I knew this was a 3 star budget hotel but I was quite disappointed with the small and dark room overlooking a busy road.. A few of the plug sockets didn't work and there was a lamp which looked like it was hanging off the wall. The bathroom was dated and very basic and the shower was tiny and falling apart. There was stains on the curtains that looked like blood. The air conditioning was EXTREMELY loud and there was no fridge. On day two we returned in the afternoon to find a large amount of ants crawling out of the socket and up the wall. A member of staff came to sort it out and we were told to stay out of our room for 15 minutes while they cleaned the area. I think in hindsight we should have been given a different room while this problem was sorted. I was not comfortable on the last night because of this. Corridors seemed to be permanently filled with cleaning products and dirty towels. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again.

L’hôtel est à proximité du centre historique, on peut tout faire à pied. Parfait également quand on arrive par le train ou le ferry. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L’hôtel est très propre. La piscine est agréable et bien équipée en transats. Si vous y déjeunez, les spaghettis au pesto de citron sont très bonnes.

Un frigo dans les chambres serait un plus pour conserver des bouteilles d’eau bien fraîches.

Localizarea pe strada principala, aproape tot ce ne era necesar. In fiecare zi mergeam pe jos pana in port pentru a lua ferry catre diverse destinatii. Camera suficient de mare. Aerul conditionat a functionat foarte bine. Piscina a fost un mare plus. Recomandam cu drag!

Putin zgomotoasa strada pe timpul noptii din cauza scuterelor.

El desayuno muy bien. La piscina en verano te da la vida. La habitacion grande, limpia, y cama muy comoda. 100% recomendable. A 5 minutos de la estacion de tren y a 10 del centro

Quello che non mi è piaciuto e il fatto che nella stanza non hanno un mini frigo, poi la posizione era anche centrale ma anche con tutto il balcone chiuso si sentivano terribilmente i rumori delle moto durante la notte, la colazione intercontinentale un po’ povera.

I was for 5 days in the hotel and the experience was absolutely amazing. The service, the staff, the rooms and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend to stay here if you plan to know the amalfi coast in a comfortable way, as the location is very close to the train station/port. I would like to also highlight the kindness shown by the staff, who took care of our needs during the week.

Het zwembad was heerlijk. In de namiddag lekker in het zonnetje. Veel ligstoelen, water was afkoelend. Het is een kleine tien minuutjes wandelen van het centrum en iets minder naar het station waarvan je de bus kan nemen naar Napels/luchthaven Napels. Heel handig.

De gordijn in mijn kamer kon niet helemaal toe dus dat was S ochtends minder handig.

My room was tiny with a wall outside the window and only one socket nowhere near the bed . A bedside lamp had been provided but nowhere to plug it in . I had to choose between kettle and tv. .

Access to a swimming pool and poolside food and drinks was fabulous through the heatwave. Very handy location with bus stops and train station within easy walking distance. Grocery stores around the corner and convenience stores across the road. Good selection of food on offer for breakfast with menu items included (the communication about this isn’t obvious so I think a lot of people miss out). The room was well appointed. As a solo traveller it was fine even though the single bed was a narrow it was comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeepers do an amazing job and very friendly. My room was internal looking over the pool so didn’t hear the street noise others comment about. Not too sure if you can request these rooms as the balcony over the street would be unbearable as the street is chaotic, in a summer coastal vibe kind of way.

The pool area was not always busy ,sun beds always available,there were umbrellas and trees for shade but the pool was not really big enough for a substantial swim.Kettle in the room, which is always a bonus, no fridge. Room was quite small but we were a 3 and some hotels just put an extra bed in. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, granola , yoghurt and you could order eggs/ omelette or pancake for free each day, lots of sweet pastries as you get in Italy.Super cold room👍

Room for 3 was a bit small. No real hotel bar area, it was reception.Pool closed at 6 , 7 would have been better, but it was a very good hotel with friendly , nice staff. Balconies on on the front of the hotel, we would have liked one , but we were on the side. However our room on 4 th floor was not noisy

I stayed at this hotel four years ago and had a great experience, so I was very disappointed this time. The biggest problem was the receptionist, who was not helpful or cooperative. I made a mistake with my booking, and while I was away on the Amalfi Coast with my granddaughter, she told me that we had to leave that day. I explained that we were away and asked what we were supposed to do, but she simply said they had no room and that they would remove our luggage. She even sent me a video of the cleaning staff gathering our belongings, which I found very upsetting. I did not want anyone touching my personal things. After insisting, she finally referred us to another hotel. Thankfully, the receptionist there was extremely kind and welcoming, and the room was much more spacious and very clean. Honestly, I wish I had stayed at that hotel for my entire trip! Also, the breakfast was awful compared to my previous stay. There was basically no healthy breakfast—just many different kinds of sweet pastries and cakes. It was a disaster compared to the good breakfast I remembered from four years ago. I understand that I made a mistake with my booking, but the situation could have been handled with much more understanding and professionalism. Very disappointing experience this time.

Hotellet ligger ved hovedgata på kort avstand fra togstasjon og Piazza Tasso. Bra beliggenhet. Rommet var rent og romslig. En liten koselig balkong til å ta et glass vin og følge med aktiviteter på gaten. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Vi bodde 5 fem netter på hotellet og fikk nye håndkle hver dag. Mange spisesteder i nærheten.

Frokosten kunne ha vært bedre.

Hotelul este amplasat într-o zonă centrală, ușor accesibilă către gară, port și centrul orașului. Personalul este foarte primitor. Curățenia se întreține zilnic. Micul dejun este ușor diversificat, dar cu multe produse dulci. Internetul funcționează foarte bine.

Mobilierul puțin cam vechi, dar per total e ok.

- Situation centrale (à quelques minutes à pied de la gare). - Petit-déjeuner de qualité (carte de menu pour demander un plat qui est préparé), des gâteaux « maison », un choix varié, personnel très attentionné. - La piscine ! - Chambre de qualité avec petit balcon et tablette, donnant côté piscine.

- Prix élevé par rapport au standing de l’hôtel qui reste assez simple - Personnel de la réception très peu poli et souriant (à l’arrivée… et au départ : ne même pas répondre à l’au-revoir… très limite). Tout le contraire du personnel du petit-déjeuner et des femmes de ménages : souriantes :) - Les horaires de la piscine : 9h30 le matin… 18h le soir (sachant que l’on vous dit à 17h45 qu’il reste 5’…). En été, une fermeture à 19h serait la bienvenue, au retour d’une journée chaude et de ballades ! - Si la chambre donne côté rue : balcon donnant au croisement de deux rues, font la principale, très fréquentées.

A beautiful hotel in a good location. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices, hot and cold. The pool area was lovely. We had a little balcony which was a lovely bonus.

A little noisy from outside, which didnt bother me and can't be helped, but which some people may be affected by. No fridge in the room, which would have been useful.

Hodně zrcadel. Místo toho bych dal kvalitní velkou Tv. Mohla by být na pokoji mini lednice. Snídaně mohla obsahovat více ovoce.

Viszonylag kevés volt a választék, a kenyérfékék és sós pékárukból szinte csak 1-1 féle volt. A felvágottakból és sajtokból szintén kevés fajta. Meleg ételválaszték egyáltalán nem volt, például tojásrántotta sem. Gyümölcs egy darab se, zöldségből is pár féle.

Very frustrated that in the height of summer the pool area was closed at 6.00 pm each day and the young man looking after the pool was closing parasols and tidying up around guests at the pool from 5.30 which was annoying

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The photos on Booking.com don't do it justice!! it was even more beautiful and spotless than we expected. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by lemon trees, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center, train station, and bus station. You can easily take a bus to Positano for only €2.50. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything was kept very clean. Breakfast was good overall, although I would have liked to see more fresh fruit and vegetables instead of mostly sweet options.
