For us it was the perfect quiet place. We don't like the chaos and lot of people on holiday. Breakfast, lunch (from the menu) and dinner (from the menu) were very good, they have a super Chef, who cooks very well, the beach was like a private beach, clean and every day cleaned up, the room was big enough for 2 persons, every day cleaned and by necessity was changed the towels, and the necessary toiletries would be replenished every day. The staff was very very nice and kind. Thank you for the many smile! :)

the one thing what we not like, but is almost a personal , that the matress was too hard.

Great room had a pool right on the beach was fantastic, location is private sunsets every night, great breakfast, beautiful staff, great weather, close to the airport.

Fridge was too small, I found there wasn’t enough rubbish collection around the resort not enough bins, in general I think the hole country needs to manage there rubbish a lot better because it’s everywhere, need more bins, and that’s about it really otherwise everything was fantastic.

The hotel is a bit old but who cares if you get an absolute tranquility with outstanding sea views on a white empty beach. We stayed in July the hotel was not full, the were days when the only people we saw was the stuff to deliver room service. Absolutely loved the place.

Sehr schön an einem Privatstrand gelegen, was außergewöhnlich ist. Wir hatten eine Strandvilla und das ist wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man seinen eigenen Pool hat und die wirklich ganz direkt am Strand ist. Außerdem hat man Privatsphäre

Das restaurant für abends haben wir nicht so viel genutzt, sondern sind mit einem Taxi in die Stadt gefahren. Da muss man das in Kauf nehmen, dass man etwas fahren muss aber ist alles ganz einfach man ist in 5 Minuten dort und die Taxis kommen sehr schnell.

Absolutely beautiful. We loved every second. The outdoor jacuzzi bath offered beautiful views. Staff were wonderful!

You can't beat the private beach with powedery white sand and crystal clear waves! The breakfast was adequate. It was lovely to have a covered porch with a view of the sea!

In terms of service, the experience was mixed. The receptionist with the stylish glasses and short hair, along with one male staff member whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. However, most of the other staff members seemed indifferent and lacked the warmth and hospitality that guests would expect from a beachfront resort.

This was our second stay at Andaman White Beach Resort, having previously visited last year. We chose to return because we had fond memories of our first visit, and we appreciated that the resort welcomed us back with complimentary fresh coconuts and a fruit basket. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued as returning guests. Unfortunately, our overall experience this time was quite disappointing compared to our previous stay. One drawback is the location. While the private beach setting is beautiful, the resort is quite far from Patong and other popular areas. Even visiting the nearest beach, Nai Thon area, can cost around 200 THB for transportation, which adds up quickly during a holiday. The biggest disappointment was the dining experience. One evening, while we were outside, we called the hotel and informed them that we would arrive before 10:30 PM, which is the restaurant's last order time. We returned at approximately 10:32 PM and politely requested to place an order. However, the restaurant staff member was very rigid and simply stated that the kitchen was closed. No effort was made to accommodate us despite our prior call, and we ultimately had to order food through Grab. This was particularly frustrating for a resort of this category. The property itself also appeared to be suffering from a shortage of staff. This was noticeable throughout the resort. The beach, which was one of the main reasons we returned, was littered with garbage and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. Some of the room door locks were not functioning properly, and several poolside recliners had torn fabric, giving parts of the resort a neglected appearance. Breakfast was average and did not meet the expectations we had based on our previous stay.

Wie in den ganzen Bewertungen schon beschrieben gehört das Resort wirklich renoviert! Es mangelt mittlerweile schon an einigen Ecken und Kanten. Ist wirklich schade, da die Lage wie gesagt traumhaft ist!

Wir waren zum 4. Mal in diesem Hotel und sind immer noch sicher, dass es nicht das letzte Mal war😉 Die Unterkunft ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung ist dringend notwendig. Das betrifft aber nur die Zimmer und die Villen. Die Lange ist einmalig! Hotel eigener Strand ist unschlagbar! Das gesamtePersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war diesmal sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Pokoje wymagają już odświeżenia ale są wygodne.

Das Einzige, was ich an diesem Hotel wirklich gut fand, war der Strand sowie die Nähe zum Flughafen. Mehr als zwei Nächte würde ich dort allerdings nicht bleiben. Wir haben es hauptsächlich gebucht, um schöne Fotos am Privatstrand zu machen – was auch wirklich gut funktioniert hat – und um vor der Abreise aus Phuket in Flughafennähe zu sein. Das war dann aber leider auch schon alles, was mir an diesem Hotel positiv aufgefallen ist.

Es fing bereits mit der mangelnden Sauberkeit im Zimmer an – egal ob im Bad, am Bett oder im gesamten Raum. Zudem war der Boden tatsächlich schief; vermutlich hat sich der Untergrund gesetzt, sodass das Laminat sich verzogen hat und teilweise nicht mehr richtig zusammenpasste. Weiter ging es mit dem Pool: Dieser war nur etwa 1,20 m tief und weder im Wasser noch im Außenbereich wirklich gepflegt. Auch der Weg zum Pool war in schlechtem Zustand – viele Bretter waren locker oder kaputt. Das größte Problem war jedoch, dass mit Bildern geworben wird (z. B. Sitzmöglichkeiten am Strand), die so vor Ort gar nicht existieren. Das ist für mich ein absolutes No-Go. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ganz zu schweigen – meiner Meinung nach ist das Hotel deutlich überteuert und entspricht eher einem 3-Sterne-Hotel, aber keinesfalls mehr.

Fantastic location with a stunning private beach. Staff were incredibly friendly.

Bathroom was beyond disgusting, I stay in lots of hotels around the world and this was the nastiest bathroom Ive ever had. The pool is completely tilted but half the grout is missing giving it a run down look. Its a beautiful property but it’s obviously the owners aren’t spending much in upkeep or improvements.

Room was tired, door to bathroom didn’t close. Air con old & noisy Our terrace had no outside table & chairs We stayed in this hotel many times but this time our room was very disappointing. Ask to upgrade our room but we were advised it was full. To us the hotel didn’t seem full.

It's literally like a small paradise for yourself. The resort is not big and it has an entire beach with white sand and palm trees just for the guests. It feels like you are on a pretty much private island there. The staff was very friendly and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was so great we plan to stay there an entire month next year.

We had problems with internet access in our room as one of the access points was defect. Internet was working fine anywhere except in our room. However, as the problem couldn't be fixed easily, they gave us a room upgrade and we moved to another room where everything worked fine.

The Andaman White Beach Tucked away off the main road, the Andaman White Beach Resort feels a little like discovering a forgotten tropical hideaway. We were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly welcome before being shown to our room — spacious, comfortable, but unmistakably from another era. The hotel was built in 2002 and renovated in 2015, though one suspects the renovation budget may have been… modest. You can see hints of the resort’s former glory everywhere. The turquoise-tiled main swimming pool must have looked spectacular in its day, and in our room the sunken bath and jacuzzi finished in the same tiles would have felt wonderfully luxurious back in 2002. Today, though, the furniture has been painted, some tiles are cracked, and the taps have taken on that slightly tarnished look that only time and sea air can create. It’s all still charming — just with a gentle patina of age. The outside restaurant and bar are simple but good, and the sea views from the bar are quite literally unbeatable. You sit there looking straight onto what can only be described as paradise. The resort itself is wrapped in jungle, and the soundtrack is a wonderful mix of rustling leaves, distant wildlife, and waves rolling onto the shore. The staff are excellent — always smiling and clearly proud of what they do. Special mention to Alex, who was friendly, informative and an all-round top guy. I’m not entirely sure who the manager is, but everyone certainly seems to know their job. Breakfast was excellent, happy hour was even better (the Piña Colada deserves particular praise), and although the odd weed growing bravely around the pool hints again at the resort’s past splendour, the atmosphere remains wonderfully relaxed. The resort is about a 15-minute walk to Nai Thon village, though the walk involves a road with very little pavement — so unless you enjoy living dangerously, a taxi for around £7.50 is probably the wiser option. Nai Thon itself appears to be something of a Russian province these days — quite extraordinary how many there are. That’s not meant as a criticism at all, just an observation — they all seemed to be enjoying the sunshine as much as we were. But the true USP of this resort is the beach. It is absolutely stunning. My wife and I actually renamed it “Ray-Ban Beach”. Why? Within an hour of arriving we wandered down for a gentle paddle, only to be hit by a rogue wave that swept both our pairs of glasses clean off our faces and out to sea. We spent the next few days searching the shoreline in vain… hence the name. Consider yourselves warned. All in all, I’d give the resort four stars. It would easily be five if the property weren’t a little tired around the edges. That said, the charm, the beach, and the wonderful staff more than make up for it. And yes — we will definitely return.

Der Privatstrand und das Meer war wunderschön. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Essen war das beste in unserer ganzen Thailandreise. Personal sehr freundlich. Bequemes Bett (nicht zu harte Matratze). Bequeme Strandliegen mit Auflagen. Meerblick vom Zimmer war schön.

Das Hotel wirbt mit falschen Fotos wie z. B. die Bar mit den schönen weissen Rattansitze und blauen Kissen am Strand gibt es gar nicht. Kein SPA. Keine Massagen. Pool ist zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet weil nur 1.20 Meter tief. Das ganze Areal ist veraltet. Die holzigen Gehwege sind alle sehr kaputt (Verletzungsgefahr). Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Superior Zimmer Nr. 231 war alt, der Boten war schräg und man hatte das gefühl umzukippen. Die Bettwäsche und die Badetücher waren verrissen und wurden nicht ausgewechselt. (Siehe Bild). Geputzt wurde nur oberflächlich. Duscharmatur verrostet. Keine Lüftung im Bad (Schimmelverdacht). Klimaanlage alt und laut. Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

We arrived at the hotel from Bangkok to await news of a return flight to London after three previous flights were cancelled. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff and given cold towels and a cool drink. Understandably, our rooms were not quite ready but our luggage was stored and we were provided with pool towels. When our rooms were ready a member of staff came and found us on the beach to let us know. Our room was spacious with a large veranda facing the sea. The breakfast was of a good quality and well prepared. We had dinner twice at the hotel, the food was very appetising, and the staff attentive.

TV non connectée et qui ne captait aucune chaine. A 1.2 km de du centre de Nai Thon par une route non sécurisée aux piétons, mais les automobilistes font attention.

Chambre upgrade en villa piscine sur la plage. Plage que pour l'hôtel, exceptionnelle et piscine très bien. Bonne cuisine et personnel très chaleureux.

I loved the quiet, sandy beach with beautiful sunset. Plenty of shade too by the trees.

Beliggenhed øde, det er ikke muligt at gå til nærmeste by, så man skal med taxa eller anden transport. Eksklusiv strand. Simpel morgenmad, men ok.

Vi fik et værelse hvor a/c var i stykker, det virkede som om det var bevidst, da vi klagede kom der en fra vedligehold og skulle fikse det, det varede dog kun et par timer og midt om natten var det galt igen. Vi fik et andet værelse at sove i resten af natten, og skulle så kontakte receptionen igen næste morgen. Vi fik lov at beholde opgraderingen med egen pool, og det er klart en bedre værelsesstandard. Men om det er prisen værd, det synes vi ikke, man kan finde mange bedre hoteller til den pris som det værelse koster.

Snídaně na kategorii hotelu podprůměrná Pokoje celkem vybydlené,zastaralé, je vidět, že za poslední dlouhou dobu tam nebyla žádná investice Úklid pokoje probíhal až mezi 4.30-5.30 což je značně nekomfortní , pokud jste na pláži , tak nelze vyměnit plážové ručníky. Povlečení po prosbě bylo vyměněno za 13 dní pouze jednou :((((

The beach remains absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant staff are genuinely kind and friendly. The natural setting is still stunning.

We had stayed here four times previously when the hotel was managed by Luciano, and it truly felt like paradise. Unfortunately, since the management changed, the overall standards and atmosphere have clearly deteriorated. It now feels like cost-cutting has become the priority. What used to be three restaurants has been reduced to two, with only one shared menu and kitchen. The beautiful beachfront restaurant has been closed. There is no longer beach service, and surprisingly, no lifeguard on duty — both services that were previously available. Months before arrival and again shortly before our stay, we requested the same room we had stayed in during past visits. Our request was simply ignored, without explanation, and we were assigned a different room. The most disappointing part of our stay was the reception experience. One receptionist was consistently rude, avoided eye contact throughout our holiday, and appeared to deliberately ignore us. She was constantly on the phone. Asking to have our beach towels changed daily seemed to irritate her, and when we politely requested one additional towel, we were told it was not possible — without any effort to assist or find a solution. We are truly saddened to see a place we once loved decline like this. Because of the changes in service and attitude, we will not be returning.

We loved, loved the place, simply paradise for the four times we have been there, when it was managed by Luciano. This time the management changed, and we won’t go back - we don’t put a lower rate because the beach is beautiful and the restaurant staff is really nice and friendly. Other than that, it is easy to tell the main focus is to save money. They had in the past three different restaurants, now they closed the beautiful one at the beach, they kept just two but with one menu/kitchen only. No service at the beach as in the past. And no lifeguard was in service, as it used to be. Months before arriving and shortly before, we’ve requested to have the same room where we stayed in the past. They simply didn’t bother and we were given another room. One receptionist was particularly rude, not looking at us for the whole holiday as we dared asking for our beach towels to be changed daily. We asked for an extra one but we were told it was not possible.

前の宿泊者の髪の毛が残ってたり、タオル置き場の棚にほこりがありせっかくのロケーションなのに掃除が行き届いてないことが本当に残念でした。

The quality of cocktails and very modest setup of the bar/restaurant. By learning an art of cocktails, creating more romantic and comfortable atmosphere in the restaurant this establishment would win more happy customers also during the evenings.

The location is wonderful and I assume why the price is a bit high, as nothing else about the hotel was particularly nice.

It was more outdated than I expected. The rooms did not get cleaned very well during the stay. The pool bar drinks were limited.

Prachtige locatie

Лучший пляж на Пхукете, это самое большое преимущество данного отеля. Мало людей, тишина, природа, пологий вход в воду. И это то из за чего сюда приехали и закрывали глаза на недочеты.

К сожалению, очень плохой номер на пляже. Все очень старое, потертое, пыльное, кондиционер на последнем дыхании работал, холодил, но так шумел, что на улице было слышно и практически невозможно было уснуть, только беруши немного помогали. Много муравьев, да это Таиланд, но из за старости всего и отсутствия обновления их очень много и в зоне лежаков у личного бассейна и в самом номере, уехали с многочисленными укусами.

The food was really good. The staff was very helpful. we had breakfast , lunch and dinner all were good. The beach could not be better. The staff were very helpful securing our taxis and transfers also

There definitely needed some maintenance, the big pool needed some upgrading . Also our sliding doors were hard to use and one screen almost fell apart ,we had to push it back together . light bulbs needed to be checked too. The lower end near our rooms on the beach could have been cleaned up a bit as they did clean the other side of the beach under the coconut trees
