Clean and quiet

Nice hotel, good gym, pools and restaurant. Close to beach. Close to airport.

Location very quiet. Hotel and location were 95% Russian clients, so English was limited in hotel and area. . Not much around the area except a few massage places and cafes so vibe was pretty non holiday like. Had encounter with hotel and didnt feel supported by staff or safe staying there after that so checked out 3 days early.

Staff was fast acting

Tons of spiders, location is far from central Phuket, breakfast was not tasty but they do have a lot of it.

חדר מיושנים,הייתי ממליצה על שיפוץ. מגוון מצומצם בא.בוקר לישראלים. לעיתים נגמרו המים החמים.

отсутствие детей, есть кондиционер, бассейн, ТВ, относительно разнообразное меню завтраков, вежливый персонал и приятные люди на ресепшене (отдельно большое спасибо сотруднику Mahmut на баре! - отлично делает джин с тоником + с ним очень приятно пообщаться). Убирались в номере отлично и стабильно, как и на территории отеля. Красивый вид из балкона номера (на бар и бассейн). Трансфер до пляжа и обратно (до номера). Рядом с отелем есть аптеки, кафе/рестораны + пункты обмена (курс обмена нормальный). На ресепшене есть русскоговорящий персонал

Не понравилось: очень много пьяных людей (т.к бар бесплатный и работает с 10 утра до 00.00), в основном это были немцы/поляки. Тонкие стены номеров (слышали как сосед с 7 утра до 00.00 смотрит ТВ). Не критично, но обои в номере уже начали отклеиваться. Скудные вечерние программы внутри самого отеля в 19-20 вечера. Белье кровати "необычное" - очень скользкое и не смотря на то, что оно тонкое, спать под ним было очень жарко (а без него иногда было холодно). К берегу пляжа иногда приплывал мусор (ветки/пакеты/пена) - не критично, но неприятно

المنتجع جميل وافطاره رائع وقريب من مطار بوكيت والموظفين خدومين وتعاملهم راقي جدا وهذه هي المرة الثالثه اسكن فيه.. يوجد في دورات المياه شطافات اكرمكم الله.

This hotel was huge with a couple of pools, plenty of lounges in and around pool. Breakfast buffet large selection and reasonable. Pool towels supplied. Short walk to beac and eateries. Staff friendly

The grounds and gardens are absolutely beautiful. Two excellent swimming pools and our room had a lovely view of the garden and jungle on the hillside behind us. The restaurant was great.

Expansive resort with lots to do at a good location next to the beach in Phuket.

We were forced to move rooms late at night due to discovering a cockroach in our room. The new room that we were moved to had dirt on the curtains, hair in the bath and wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard. The hotel is also fairly dated and could use some renovation

Wir mussten uns auf Grund des Krieges im nahen Osten ein Hotel in Phuket suchen. Die Hotelmanagerin war von Anfang an sehr mitfühlend. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt wegen der Flugstornierungen mehrfach bis insgesamt 9 Tage verlängern. Wir sind ihr sehr dankbar. Noch eine Erwähnung am Rande, wir haben auf unserem Thailandurlaub überall nur freundliche Menschen kennengelernt. In diesem Hotel machten die Mitarbeiter zunächst einen unzufriedenen Eindruck. Wir haben erleben müssen, dass das vorrangig russisch sprechende Publikum sehr unfreundlich war. Wir waren freundlich und achtsam, wir konnten den Mitarbeitern zunehmend ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern. Wir sagen vielen Dank, dass das Hotel uns den unfreiwilligen Aufenthalt doch so schön gemacht hat.

It was not the first time at this hotel; I love it a lot, really nice place with good service. There are many things you can o in the hotel, and the sea is super close to the hotel.

It is really hard to book on Booking. Swimming pools might be a little bit cleaner. Some rooms need to be renovated slightly to make them cleaner and more modern.

Close to the airport. Nice local restaurants outside the resort. Great pools that are open to use at night. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean facilities.

Room is a bit outdated but clean and in good order. The hotel is very popular with Russian tourists.

Miła i pomocna obsługa, dobre śniadania z dużym wyborem dań, czyste baseny.

Czystość w pokoju, mnóstwo komarów a ostatniej nocy zagościł u nas karaluch.

Pool, breakfast, I could leave my luggage at reception until evening and use the outdoor facilities.

Room was in need of renovation. It had a very strong sense of mold, airco was very noisy. There was a second separate dehumidifier which helped but all in all air quality was not good.

I wasn’t Russian so felt like an Alien. No need to worry about aeroplane noise as the aircon will keep you awake all night! The shower was lovely as long as you like Luke warm water 24/7.

Der er rigtig mange russere på resortet. De opførte sig nu ganske pænt, men det tager rigtig meget af personalets opmærksomhed at russerne ikke forstår engelsk og derfor skal have alt forklaret ekstra grundigt. Vi checkede ind kl. 22 og troede at det ville være en leg, men det var desværre lige efter en lang kø af russere. Værelset lå meget langt fra alle faciliteter, undtagen poolen. Udenfor resortet er en kort strand med lidt boder og restauranter på landsiden. Igen er udvalget lidt præget af den russiske invasion og det er derfor svært at finde rigtig original thai mad i nærheden.

Super Lage, schöne stilvolle Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail, schöne gepflegte Zimmer. Trotz Grosser Anzahl an Gästen kein Stress, verteilt sich alles auf der grossen Anlage, extrem reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet auf verschiedenen Ebenen / Bereiche verteilt, kein Anstehen. Sehr professioneller Empfang. Grosse thailändische Freundlichkeit. Angebot und Preise im Restaurant ok.

Direkt daneben ist eine Baustelle, der Lärm hält sich aber in Grenzen… Als internationaler Tourist sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass dieses Hotel vor allem von russischen Mit-Touristen besucht wird. Wir fanden das unproblematisch und sehr angenehm.

Naithonburi Beach Resort is a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway! The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and spotless, the pools are stunning, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the location is ideal. We will definitely be back! 🌴✨

Smukt sted, vi fik et dejligt værelse ud til den bedste pool på resortet. Der var mange valg til morgenmaden og det var lækkert. Dejligt det er så tæt på stranden. Vi brugte kun den ene pool, som var væk fra folk og flot.

Personalet smilet meget sjældent, hvilket ikke var noget vi havde oplevet før i Thailand. Men altså tror også vi var de eneste danskere på hele resortet, også var det ellers bare russere.

Gorgeous large property and best pool ever!! We also loved the ping pong tables and proximity to the beach.

Rooms could use a refresh but they were still very nice and clean.

I did not care for customers placing towels on chairs and then not showing up. I cannot suggest any aspect of the hotel I did not like.

Great hotel for families. The hotel has two huge resort-style pools (one with a sandy beach) and beautiful gardens. Our kids had a great time. The on-site restaurant is good (we had breakfast and dinner there) and there is also a pizza restaurant. The on-site massage services were great - and priced very well - and there's a games room and a shop on site. We had a great time and would book at this hotel again. It is particularly good as a final stop-over, as the airport is 10 minutes away. Staff were super helpful.

Прекрасный отель! Пляж рядом, завтраки отличные, разнообразие пирожных радовало каждое утро, бассейна два, бродит варан, греется на камнях, территория отеля огромная, просторно и приятно передвигаться по ней. Все, что нужно для отличного отдыха!

The facilities were amazing super fun for the kids the bikes ping pong the beach pool and the location near the beach is super! Plus hang outside near the shops and restaurants is nice! The stuff were super communicative and helpful!

The rooms were a bit old the showers and the beds.. a bit of moisture smell but not too bad and it was still amazing stay

1. Территория отеля очень красивая, несколько бассейнов (один из них в виде лагуны с белым песком). Очень приятно находиться на территории. Континент почти только русские, но всё культурно и спокойно. Есть много зон для релакса и отдыха. Тихий спокойный отель с расслабляющей атмосферой. 2. Месторасположение: через дорогу море, красивый почти дикий пляж Най Тон - на нём нет толп людей и лежаков (вместо них стульчики в тени) и красивущие закаты. Место очень живописное и спокойное! А также много кафешек, магазин, массажи, обменник. Всё необходимое под рукой. Провели в этой локации 4 дня - очень приятные впечатления от отдыха!

1. Старые номера (мы жили в корпусе 8 - ощущение, что они тут давно не обновлялись). Это большой жирный минус. Освежить бы номера, и тогда сразу можно ставить 5 баллов отелю. 2. Плохие завтраки - вроде и много всего, но по факту ничего и совсем не вкусно. Больше минусов не обнаружено.

Beautiful hotel, with lovely open green areas and 2 pools, one quieter than the other. Brilliantly designed for families. It is located right next to a beautiful beach with crystal clear blue waters, and a road full of market stalls, restaurants and bars. On site shop for food and drink supplies is welcome. Great breakfast choices.

We moved to this hotel three days before New Year’s Eve and stayed here for the last four days of our holiday, after experiencing problems at another hotel in Khao Lak. This hotel turned out to be a very good decision and gave us a pleasant ending to our trip. The property is in good condition and offers a great beachfront location. While the area itself is somewhat secluded — you need a taxi ride through forested areas to reach more urban surroundings — the beachfront directly in front of the hotel is lively and well equipped. There are numerous restaurants, massage places, small shops, and convenience stores along the beach, so everything you need is close by. The hotel complex itself is very well designed. One highlight is the beautiful beach pool, which runs through the resort. The pool does not directly merge into the sea, but it ends in a sand-filled pool area designed like a small artificial beach, which is especially great for children to play in. Combined with palm trees, multiple pool areas, and the nearby beach, the atmosphere is very relaxing and visually appealing. Most guests were Russian (around 80–90%), which we actually experienced as a positive aspect. Unlike in many European holiday resorts, sun loungers were not reserved early in the morning, and we did not encounter the usual towel-blocking behavior, which made the pool and beach areas much more enjoyable. The hotel consists of larger building complexes arranged around a well-maintained inner garden area. A special highlight was the New Year’s Eve gala dinner and celebration, which was very well organized and a lot of fun. It was a great experience and a memorable way to welcome the new year. Another practical advantage is the very short distance to the airport — the transfer takes no more than about 15 minutes, which is extremely convenient. Overall, this hotel provided us with a very nice and relaxing stay and gave us a positive and enjoyable end to our vacation.

Breakfast, unfortunately, was not a highlight for us. Both the selection and the taste were rather average, and it was not something we particularly looked forward to in the mornings.

Clean up. When we entered the room, there were pieces of paper on the floor and hair in the bathtub. People in a certain country account for 90%. They always occupy the sun beds with towels ,wastes a lot of food at breakfast buffet , speaks loudly, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

De idyllische lokatie, zwembaden, lekkere eten, super service.

Je kon bij zwembad bar gaan zitten vanuit / in t zwembad. Helaas alleen in de schaduw. De cocktails kunnen beter :) Verder om excursies te doen is de afstand al snel 1 uur rijden.
