Огромная, красивая и очень ухоженная территория. Приватность виллы на высоте. Со всех сторон вилла окружена лесом, и ты живешь как в джунглях, но с видом на море. Фактически персональный пляж, где никого нет. Правда каменистый, но при наличии специальной обуви это не проблема. Великолепный сервис - персонал выше всяческих похвал. Отличный завтрак. Рестораны на ужин - перебор по моему мнению с ценой, но все очень вкусно. Сама вилла и по площади и планировке очень понравилась. Минибар - широчайший выбор. В общем - мы в восторге!

Жили в 401 вилле, и периодически доносился запах приготовления еды из ресторанов. Не знаю - это особенность расположения этой виллы, или же расположения всей вытяжной системы кухни. Но нужно отдать должное персоналу, на наше замечание отреагировали моментально. Предложили переехать в другую виллу, и повысить категорию номера. Но нам так нравился вид и нашей виллы, что решили потерпеть. Тем более жили недолго там.

I can’t speak highly enough of Trisara. Everyone was very kind and every request was happily met. Entire property and our villa were exquisite. Room service was the best and high praise to the restaurant staff at Thai library and Cielo & Spice.

Rooms are outdated for what you're paying. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Restaurants are extremely expensive for Thailand. Water at the restaurant should be included as water is included with the room.

Beautiful private villas set amongst the trees. Wonderful private beach, pool and gym. Staff are lovely, very helpful and were fantastic when our flight was cancelled and we stayed an extra night.

Everything! The villas, the views and the facilities... and the staff was so friendly and fast. The airport pick up and drop off was amazing. And the hotel did something which is so rare and beautiful... our flight back was at 7pm so the night before i found a letter saying that they are offering us a late check out till 5pm (without even asking)... most other hotels make you feel bad for asking or try to take the opportunity to impose extra charges! This was incredible.

The hotel is a bit far from the key main attractions but it is great for people who want to be in a secluded luxury resort.

Wunderschönes Ressort in absoluter Traumlage inmitten eines tropischen Parks. Wir hatten eine äußerst geräumige Villa mit Pool, alles sehr sauber, luxuriös, ruhig und privat. Das Personal ist sehr effizient und extrem freundlich. Toller Strand, sehr leckeres Frühstück.

This time unfortunately we have to complain about the food. The plates from restaurant ( not the French) was not good as usually excellent . We come to Trisara also for the food this time was not good. We can see ,there is a new Chef .

И вообще внимание к мелочам. Подойдет искушенным путешественникам.

В спа и мишленовские рестораны нужно записываться до прибытия, иначе есть вероятность в них не попасть.

Amazing property with incredible location. Beautiful rooms. Extremely clean. Service is out of this world. Whan (meow meow) for breakfast was a sweetheart. Ed went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We would love to come back and stay for a longer time.

Amazing luxury property with the most wonderfully friendly, accommodating, polite staff. The best service I have ever received at an ultra luxury hotel/resort. Management has successfully created a warm and welcoming hotel staff culture that cannot be found at your typical franchise hotel.

This was one of the best, if not the best hotel I have stayed at in my life. Comparing this to hundreds of hotels I've stayed at globally; it was better by miles in every aspect possible than anything i have ever stayed at. Everything was just too perfect. I believe this is the ultimate spot for anyone looking for an extremely luxurious, quiet and private stay. The attention to details was something i have never seen before, truly astonishing. They took every note/request i had and did it better than I asked for. Will be coming back here every time I visit. Thank you very much to everyone at the hotel who made my stay this spectacular/amazing.

The staff, the services and the room

Gorgeous property, breathtaking view from the room, private space, beautifully decorated, many dining options, including a Michelin star restaurant. Staff and concierge offer impecable service. The spa facilities are excellent, including massage and sauna, but missing jet pool. The beach is amazing in high tide, but does not look very nice I low tide when one cannot swim. Food in the restaurants is way overpriced even with compared with top resorts with much better food such as the fairmont mayakoba: e.g., brunch at Trisara is usd$93+tax+service, similar for lunch and dinner is more. The breakfast is included and it is excellent. I would definitely recommend Trisara and I would come back, but I hope they reduce the prices of food or offer an all inclusive.

The Vila was stunning, specious and quiet

My 4th visit. I think what sets Trisara apart is their staff. From House Keeping, to the Pool maintenance cleaning staff, FOH, they're all wonderful, efficient and approachable and make you feel as though nothing is too big an ask. Expensive but worth every penny. Villa amazing, pool amazing, food amazing, vistas amazing. I can't fault it. No down side, apart from the noise of kids at beach area and main pool, so if you're a solo traveller, it can be... "distracting". I'm already looking at scheduling my next visit! Thank you Trisara for much needed R&R after the personally challenging year I've had. I highly recommend Trisara.

From our escorted check I. to escorted check out everything was perfect. Our Villa was comfortable and spotless. We loved the choice of in or outdoor shower. The gym was great and I windsurfed and paddle boarded in beautiful warm clear water. Had dinner at Pru..excellent. Room service was also great

Simply the best experience we have enjoyed. Our last best experience was the Bulgari in Dubai but Trisara was better. From check in to the escort through the airport on departure everything was flawless.

I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards their clients anywhere. First, I mistakenly booked a villa in this hotel and they immediately withdrew money from my card. After that, I tried to cancel my reservation, but I was denied. After that, my family and I decided to come to this hotel anyway, because they wrote off about 7 thousand dollars from my card. I started writing and asking about meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel, to which I received no answer. I continued writing for several more days in a row and also received no answer. The day before arrival, I received a message from the hotel asking me to indicate what flight and when we would arrive. I indicated all the details, flight time, passenger names, etc. When we arrived, unfortunately, no one met us or contacted us. We took a taxi and went to this hotel ourselves. When checking in, no one really apologized to us.

Outstanding: “fantastic atmosphere, brilliant restaurants, beautiful architecture and area. Attention to service is second to none” But also expensive place to stay.

This hotel is simply the best in Thailand (and one of the top in the world), and this is coming from somebody who has stayed at dozens of resorts in Thailand including Amanpuri, Rosewood, Ritz Carlton in Krabi, Four Seasons, etc. Why? Because of a variety of factors. First, the villas are in their own league. While other hotels have private pools and villas, they are stacked on each other, so you hear your neighbors, sometimes see them, etc. Not at Trisara, where you truly feel like you are at a private residence. The private villa pools are the largest I've ever seen at a resort anywhere in the world including Cabo, Bali (just stayed at Raffles Bali), Langkawi, etc. The interior decor is very Thai but in a clean, modern way, just enough Thai to make it feel extremely authentic but not over the top. And while the interior size is very impressive, its the outdoors of each villa/room that really makes this hotel shine. Second, the service is exemplary. Everyone will know your name, offer to get you buggy service, remember what you liked at your meals or what table you preferred. This points to a resort/hotel that is being run exceptionally well, and in this case Jeremy Harris, the manager, does an outstanding job. You'll see him around the hotel greeting guests and making sure everything is run top notch.

The Trisara is quite an exceptional hotel...the landscaping is stunning. The sea view from our villa was quite special. The accommodation was generous in size, clean and luxurious. The food options on site were good, including the Pru restaurant, which i would recommend every guest try one evening of their stay. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The gym is good, not exceptional, perhaps a proper squat rack would be a good addition. The spa treatments on offer are extensive. Our two hour thai and oil massage was incredibly relaxing and the staff were professional and accommodating. This is a special resort. You wont be disappointed.

The Resort ambience, design and landscaping is so amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful, coffee is another experience.

Despite that the locatio is so peaceful and quiet for relaxing but it's far from the attractions.

Our stay at Trisara far exceeded our expectations. The property, the room, the service and the food was unforgettable. The staff was so attentive to our needs. We brought our 2 young children and used the babysitters so we could enjoy massages, exercising and dinner so it really felt like a vacation. The kids club was also perfect and the staff was AMAZING there- our girls loved the toys and activities the babysitters did with them. The spa was beautiful and incredible. The masseuses were all amazing (catered to individual needs) - the Thai massage and facials were beyond- my favorite masseuse was Su. The food was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we live in Japan) - the staff at the restaurants were amazing and so kind to our kids. Highly recommend for families or for a romantic getaway.

For the high cost of the stay, I felt the service was not good. The good points were the cleanliness of the rooms and the kindness of the staff. The bad points were the spa. I had the “Jara Treatment (90min)” and there was a lot of confusing information in the leaflet. （The leaflet contained a lot of confusing information (massage, energy flow, tension release, hot stones, Indian head massage, etc.). I did not know which treatment “Jara Treatment(90min)” I wanted to receive, so I asked the hotel chat service. Then the hotel staff answered, “Please see the leaflet". I had other things I wanted to do during my stay, and I also thought “Trisara Spa will not disappoint me”, so I did not check any further and it was the day of the spa. I was not disappointed, and I did not check further on the day of the spa. There was no special treatment at all as described in the leaflet. And although the hotel claims to have the “best technology in Thailand,” in reality it was just a monotonous massage in which the muscles of the body were smoothed out, and I could not feel the technology. I don't know why I paid such a high fee for this treatment. I really thought it would have been better to go to a regular Thai massage parlor.

They were charging for late check-out, and I've never been asked this before in any hotel. They seem more interested in making money than offering an excellent service that you'll return.

We are fortunate to have stayed at some of the most luxurious properties around the world and I have to say this was one of the best, truly exclusive, with excellent service and a pool villa with real wow factor. I am very glad I choose this to celebrate my wife’s 30th. Trisara felt like it should be 6 stars and it was a classy experience all around. Will return!

If I had to find something it would be the price of food comparative to other high end resorts we also experienced in Phuket, but this was a minor gripe.

A fantastic hotel overall. Staff is super-friendly and service is flawless. The GM walks around guests frequently in the morning to check that everything works 10 out of 10. Hillside villas are impeccable and offer amazing views of the ocean. The beach is great and covered by the shade of palm trees. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant on site, which guests need to book in advance. The hotel is spread around the hillside but the buggy service solves mobility issues. The place offers top range relaxation in a secluded luxurious envoronment and therefore best suited for for guests looking for peace and quiet. This is not a party clubbing place, and nor should it be. It is perfect as it is.

Two observations. First, from time to time there is household rubbish floating in the water or being left on the beach in low tide. This is not hotel rubbish and is something that the ocean brings from outside. It is a common issue with Phuket and the only way to deal with the problem is to remove it regularly from the water and the sand. This is probably done, but perhaps not frequently enough. The ocean water itself is clean. The second issue to report is that there is only one restaurant - The Deck - apart from the Michelin-starred PRU. The Deck has a sizeable a la carte menu, which is split between the international part, the seafood part and the Thai part. The Thai part is so spicy that it was near-impossible to eat, even though I like spicy food generally. In short, a property of this size and level simply cannot live with just one restaurant for the evening. So the F&B team gets 6 out of 10 for the lack of food choice and being "usual" (whilst the hotel overall is well above "usual").
