Our stay at the Crystal Tat was actually amazing. Great resort Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere and many activities for all ages. I strongly recommend.

I did not enjoy our stay at this resort. We have been to numerous all inclusive resorts in different countries and this was our worst experience. The staff are generally unfriendly and not willing to help. Many of the staff were not prepared to serve us or help us because we spoke English. The resort allows patrons to smoke openly everywhere, lobby’s restaurants and rooms, we just could not get away from the cigarette smoke and the smell. We found that other patrons of the resort had a poor habit of staring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Our experiences right from check in , guest relations, even at the restaurants were not good. Needless to say we will not be returning or staying at any of those hotel chains again.

Nice place with friendly and accomodating staff. As we arrived early in the morning and needed to leave later in the afternoon we were offered early check in and late check out to a very reasonable price. The pool area with facilities are well kept and nice with plenty of things do do and a good variety of drinks, ice cream, coffee and food. The buffet food is of good quality and the only thing we really missed was the possibility to order nicer wines which was not possible even for extra cost. Overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed very good golf courses in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend the area.

Çay alırken, omlet sipariş verirken, waffle isterken, gözleme yemek istersen, ızgarada pişeni merak ediyorsanız, pişi almayı kafanıza koyduysanız, kokteyl içme inadınız tuttuysa sıra beklemeyi sevmeniz gerekiyor. Bu arada ödeme yapmanız için geceyarısı saat 23.50'de resepsiyondan aranabilirsiniz sakın şaşırmayın..! Odaların eskiliği, elinizi attığınız her şeyin dökülüyor olması, yatakların çok eski, pis kokulu ve rahatsızlığı cabası. Spor salonuna kurulduğundan beri bir yetkili girmediğine yemin etsem başım ağrımaz. Sadece kötü demekle anlatılacak gibi değil maalesef. Canla başla ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışan personel gençlere sonsuz teşekkürler. Gerisi konuşmaya bile değmez

It’s a very nice place for families

We had a good stay overall but the most important thing for family is iron they have ironing service if you pay for each clothes other than that everything was nice they have unlimited food drink alcohol and very big and beautiful pool and beach workers are very polite and friendly thanks

It was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless, well organized and offers a great variety of activities. Not only that but the food was excellent as well with a huge buffet that changes its meals every single day. Especially amazing was the staff. Everyone’s been super friendly and helpful! Special to mention the whole housekeeping team doing a tremendous job cleaning, Ahmet from the restaurant, the young guy from the patisserie (don’t know his name) and the whole photographer team in particular Mikail. Thank you all for giving us an unforgettable time.

Hotel war sehr schön, man hatte alles was man brauchte und der Service war sehr sehr gut und jeder unserer Wünsche wurde erfüllt. Einzige was gestört hat war, nicht jeder Mitarbeitende konnte Englisch reden und wenn ja dann sehr schwach. Würde 9 von 10 Sterne geben.

Otelde bırakın eşlik etmeyi odamızın yeri bile düzgün tarif edilmedi, dolanıp durduk. Duşta saçlar, yastıkta karıncalar vardı. Oda genişti ve mobilyalar yeniydi. 3 defa elektrik kesintisi oldu ve jeneratör o sıcakta sadece birinde devreye girdi. İnternet doğru düzgün çekmiyordu. Sahilde duşlar çalışmıyordu. Odada sıcak suyun gelmesi için 20 dk su açık bekledim. Yemekler beklentimin üzerindeydi. Genel olarak korkunç değildi ama 5 yıldızlı otele ve o ücrete hiç yakışmayan bir servis hizmeti ve temizliği vardı. 3 yıldızlı otelde kalmış gibi hissettim. Bir daha kalmam.

Çok yoğun, hizmet sıfırdı. Arabayı otel dışına parkedebildik. Personel umarsız. Kasa bozuktu 2 kere aradık, eleman gönderiyoruz dediler gelen olmadı, kafamız ziynet eşyalarımızda kaldı. Yemek sırası kahve sırası heryerde sıra, eksik personel. Bavulları çıkışta kendimiz taşıdık, arabayı check out esnasında içerde otelin önüne getirdik diye de azar yedik. Parayla rezil olmak deyimi tam olarak budur.

We had a pleasant stay except of 2 things that I was pleased about. They have a secret garden room that you need to make a reservation and I did not know and I asked for a cup of tea and they would not serve the tea even though I have asked them I will take the cup of tea and drink it outside the garden. The manager finally agreed to server however I waited 10 minutes and I was not served that stupid cup of tea. Also the bathroom had a major leak and they did fix it nor change my room. Other than that everything was amazing.

Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel überbewertet. 3-Stern Level ist realistisch. Essen war gut, Zimmerservice und Restaurantservice schlecht. Getränkequalität schwach.

Sammenelignet med andre 5 stjernet hoteller i området, så er prisen alt for høj og servicen for dårlig. jeg har boet på Sueno, Titanic og Maxx Royal, som kostede det samme men standarden var meget højere

Stor hotellkompleks med fine utearealer men IKKE en golfhotell. Olga,golfvertinnen gjorde en fantastisk jobb for å booke starttider men hun kunne booke kun Titanic golfbane. Andre baner måtte vi bestille selv. Dette er en svakhet for de fleste hoteller,de er knyttet til en viss bane. Golfpakker må bestilles på forhånd. Hotellet selv er bra selv om det trengs oppussing. Personellet er hjelpsomme og blide men det kan ta litt tid før bestillingene fullføres. Og ja, dette all inclusive konsept er meget populær bland russiske turister.

Die Anlage liegt an einem sauberen Sand Strand( blaue Fahne steht für sauberes Wasser ) Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber befinden sich immer noch in bewohnbarem Zustand. Das Arbeitsklima beim Personal scheint sehr gut zu sein da alle immer freundlich und gut gelaunt waren. Besonders die tierliebe in dem Hotel hat mir das Herz geraubt und mich als Stammgast gewonnen! Es gibt überall Katzen Unterkünfte in der Anlage verteilt. Keine Katze wird verjagt wie in anderen Hotels sondern mit Liebe behandelt und es steht überall stets frische Milch und Wasser für die Tiere zur Verfügung!

Reluctant to give this place one star, truly horrible place. The best part was hiring a car so we could escape. The rooms had mould in the bathroom and were quite shabby with crap beds. The carpets around the rooms were just covered in stains. Food was just so bland and repetitive. Staff were generally good but there were some really rude ones. You couldn't sit by the pool unless you want to be defended by the music. The shop charged us €25 for sun screen. We actually sat down for dinner one night and realised we were sitting in sick, it was so disgusting. Just horrible place.woukd never go back. Shame because Turkey is lovely.

Le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute, surtout les "trainee" qui sont les serveurs et les agents d'entretiens particulièrement gentils. Hotel avec beaucoup d'équipements ideal pour des vacances en famille au top. Au niveau alimentation j'avais lu beaucoup de commentaires concernant la nourriture et je pense que certains ont été durs, (je precise que nous sommes français et niveau nourriture nous ne sommes pas mal placés pour en parler) nous avons trouvé quil y avait beaucoup de choix , que la nourriture etait variée, en 9 jours nous nous ne sommes pas lassés. Vous pouvez manger à tout heure. C'est le meilleur hotel de ce type que nous avons pu faire. Les animations sont très sympa (intervenants extérieurs: cirque, artistes....)ça change des hotels avec des animations ringuardes. Si vous comptez y sejourner il y a un bus (toutes les 20 mn à 5TL) qui enmene de l'hôtel à the land of legend qui est sympa ou a kadriye (ou il ny a pas grand chose à faire mais vous pouvez prendre là bas un autre bus pour aller à antalya (9TL)). (A savoir qu'un taxi propose 50 euros pour aller à Antalya). Arrivé à antalya le bus vous depose dans une sorte de gare et vous pouvez prendre un taxis jusqu'au Mall "markantalya" c'est la bas ou il y a la marina c'est assez sympa: le taxi vous coûtera environ 15TL) . Ne vous faites pas avoir par les taxis. Je vous donne ces infos car nous nous sommes fait avoir au départ. Ils n'hésitent pas à profiter du fait que vous ne connaissez pas les tarifs.

Im grossen und ganzen, war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Personal: Das Personal war freundlich und konnten grössten Teils Deutsch und Englisch. Essen: Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und das Angebot wurde laufend neu aufgestockt. Das Essen im "Snack Restaurant" hat allerdings Luft nach oben. Teilweise etwas trocken und mager, je nachdem auch kalt. Zimmer: Die Austattung im Zimmer war in Ordnung, Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. So war die Duschkopf- und Handtuchhalterung sehr labil fixiert. Pool: Das Hotel verfügt über einen Ü16 Pool, heisst es dürfen nur Personen über 16 Jahren sich dort aufhalten. Leider wird dies von den Bademeistern nicht konsequent durchgezogen. So findet man auch nach einer Abmahnung immer noch dieselben Kinder im Schwimmbecken. Es wird immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, durchgegriffen wird allerdings nicht. Für Kinder und Jugendliche gibt es einen separaten und grösseren Pool in der Hotelanlage. Durch lautes spielen und herumschreien, konnte man sich nicht entspannen. Die Pool Handtücher könnten auch teilweise ausgetauscht werden. So waren bereits gewisse Tücher gerissen oder hatten Löcher. Unterhaltung: Zu jeder Tageszeit gibt es unterschiedliche Unterhaltungsprogramme wie z.B. Zumba, Wasserball, Volleyball, Aerobic etc. Shishas ab 18:00 Uhr waren Top. Vor Ort Angebot für ein Fotoshooting.

Super Hôtel, très bien pour les jeunes parents. La plage, le sable, la mer, les piscines sont nickels. L’animation, en particulier pour les enfants, est très complète. J’en recommande.

The food and coffee was great, which I really enjoyed throughout my 10-day stay. Otherwise typical Turkish all inclusive hotel.

Buffet war super! Animationen super! Das Zimmer war enttäuschend, zwei Bettmadratzen zusammengestellt anstatt wie gebucht ein grosses Bett. Die Lacken war gefleckt, die Kissen zu dünn(alt) das Badzimmer wurde 1x desinfiziert in den 6Tagen. Ansonsten nicht geputzt. Das Zimmer war an einem Tag gar NICHT gemacht. Wir haben an einem anderen Tag an der Rezeption angerufen und nach Handtücher gefragt da keine vorhanden waren, die sind bis heute nicht gebracht worden. Die Bettbezüge wie Dekokissen lagen unseres gesamten Aufenthalt auf dem Boden. Es wurden keine Wattenpads(allg Badzubehör) aufgefüllt. Die Abfalleimer nach Lust und Laune entsorgt. Die Anlage an sich ist vielfältig, familienfreundlich und gross. Es hat mehrheitlich russische Gäste im Hotel. Beim Essen kann man sich nicht beklagen, fürs Trinken braucht man einwenig Geduld. Im Hotel hat es weder ein Bankomat noch die Dienstleistung Geld zu wechseln. Fazit: das crystal tat beach resort ist kein 5sterne Hotel. Eine 3 trifft es eher. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht das was wir gebucht bzw. bezahlt haben.

wenn beim eine 5 stern hotel sauberkeit feld dann kann man nicht über diese hotel gut schreiben. nicht nur sauberkeit die personelle war 90 prozent amateur und lehrling. dass verstehe ich weile lehrling lohn ist hälfte von einem normalen mitarbeitern. aber sollte vielleicht 10 prozent anstatt 90 prozent sein. essen war fast jede tagen gleich. ich war 9 tage dort! in hotel hatte sehr wenig sitzt platz. wenn sie denken über 1000 gästen sollte ein bisschen mehr plätze werden. für mich war das hotel, einer falschen entscheidungen zum feiern.

It was wonderful stay.

Das Hotel war ganz OK. Vielleicht war es mal 5 Sterne Wert. Mittlerweile würde ich das nicht unterschreiben. Das Hotel muss innen renoviert werden. Es ist altmodisch und die Gänge sind mit Teppich ausgestattet. Das Zimmer selber ist mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet und das WC muss komplett neu gemacht werden. Wir haben Schimmel entdeckt und das ist echt eklig, wenn man bedenkt, dass man einige Tage dort verbringen wird. Ausserdem soll weniger Essen angeboten werden. Die Menschen füllen Ihre Teller bis zum geht nicht mehr und schlussendlich landet mehr im Abfall als in den Bäuchen. Es soll sortierter sein. Es werden bereits morgen gefüllte Tomaten, Fleisch und Kartoffeln angeboten und es gibt jeden Tag das gleiche. Fast alle Gerichte waren mit Dill gemacht. Nicht alle haben das gerne. Leider etwas enttäuscht. Was die Ausseneinrichtung anging, kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Das Resort war wunderschön. Es gibt einen grossen Pool und einen kleinen für ü16. Auch am Meer war es nicht überfüllt und entspannt. Wer aber Ruhe mag, der ist in diesem Hotel nicht ganz richtig. Täglich wird man angesprochen von den Fotografen des Hotels und von den Amateuren. Man wird nonstop gebeten Wasserspiele zu machen. Die Musik ist immer gleich. Wir haben uns dann beklagt und es wurde ein wenig umgesetzt. Dennoch finde ich es Schade, dass das Hotelpersonal nicht merkt, dass es jeden Tag genau gleich hergeht.

Die Spamenschen und Fotografen haben ständig genervt aber ansonsten war alles super. Die Anlage ist schön, Essen und Trinken rund um die Uhr, schönes Pools, nette Animateure und spaßige Rutschen.

C'est un hôtel très propre , avec des serveurs et des agents très respectueux. Nous nous sommes rendu dans cet hotel pour notre Lune de Miel , et nous en sommes ressortis très contents . Le restaurant est au top aussi , il y a un large choix concernant les plats . Nous recommandons cet hôtel avec plaisir.

Nourriture très peu varié au buffet. Nourriture sèche. l'offre all inclusive n'est pas comprise pour tous les restaurants. Restaurant à la carte décevant, mets semblable au buffet. Literie pas très confortable ( dur ). Déçu pour un Hôtel 5 étoiles. Après les autres offre de l'hôtel sont agréables, animations le soir, spa, transat et le bord de plage.

We chose this place because we wanted to stay at a tropical style garden resort with lots of palm trees, beautiful ornate gardens, and large pools. We really enjoyed this place for 10 days. Pools with loud dance music suits our type of holiday. The buildings and rooms are now in need of a luxury update to complete with the more luxurious hotels in area but they are still ok if you get a discount value for money price overall we enjoyed it, lots of entertainment, mainly Russian speaking hosts, for the many Russian guests but the workers all speak english well. Still deserves a 5 star review because of the pool garden areas and so much fun, but not quite the 5 star luxury interms of building or room decor.

Grande resort in un meraviglioso parco sulla bella spiaggia di Belek.Tutto molto curato,ottima ristorazione,buona l’animazione anche se internazionale,a mio avviso da rinfrescare le camere con colori più moderni.Lo staff tutti molto gentili .Unico neo la maleducazione di parecchi ospiti , non si mettono i piedi sui tavolini della lobby e non ci si sdraia sui divani.Buono il rapporto qualita’ prezzo.

Had a great 8 day break at the Crystal Tat beach resort. Staff all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Room was perfect, was situated on lower floor, read a few negative comments about this but we really enjoyed, didn't need to go through hotel to pools etc.. just out side door and we was there. Only small negative i could say about this hotel was that i found the internet access not the best but overall had a great holiday and would certainly go back.

Upon arrival to the hotel you are treated by reception staff, I had a few questions but was unable to get a response due to language barrier. We were taken up to our room which was much smaller then the images, the bathroom was a stand in shower- with mould on side from it being outdated. This was definitely not 5 star. Positively the food standard and staff in the catering area were outstanding in both capacities. The hotel Is full of Russians and as such caters for their needs above anyone elses. Also the hotel advertises that they had a doctor on the resort,my daughter fell off the snake pool ride, finding it difficult to breath, we ran to the doctors area only to find a nurse who speaks no English who would transfer us to the hospital. Thankfully my husbands friend is a doctor who we called urgently and he instructed us to check things. Not requiring urgent medical care. The nurse in the resort told us to sign a document saying that a doctor had checked my daughter!! This was totally unacceptable so I wrote this on the paper instead of signing it!! Also the Russians define you do not like anyone from England. It is very clear!! Avoid guys x

Everything is catered for Russians at this hotel. Rooms are very outdated and The pictures are deceiving. Hotel staff barely spoke any English. When you enter the hotel there is no welcome or greetings from reception staff. Your room key is handed to you and elevator is pointed to you. No bell service we had to carry our 4 suitcases ourselves. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Location is great and the pools are very nice. The night showes are terrible for a 5 star hotel. The food is great with lots of variety.

Nice hotel but could do with a freshen up. Room cleanliness was ok but bathroom could show some care when cleaning. Had to comment a couple of times. Plenty of variety to eat but could be warmer. Holiday overall was good with only a few problems but were dealt with fairly quickly.

We were with our friends. Food nice, hospitality, rooms clean. Sea was little cold))) All rest the best ! WE WERE IN MANY PLACES, BUT YOUR HOTEL VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY!

We stayed there for 5 days. We enjoyed every single moment. Activities and games during the day, parties at the night. the stuff and the animation team are awesome. VERY RECOMMENDED HOTEL!

It's a great hotel but accessing to the city is not that easy

4* not 5* but very good relaxing hotel food is nice but mostly Europein they do try to cater for the British bar service is very good waiting staff are great pools are super clean the beach is also very clean entertaining was poor but this was due to the time of year as I stayed early April but the weather was hot and cold at night the hotel is a good journey from main town so when your there its taxis to go anywhere (not cheap)

Had a good break at this hotel, the animation team were also very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will certainly go back and would recommend it.

It was an amazing stay for 3 days and 2 nights. Loved it alot. Spent great time with my wife here. Side dishes, salads could be made better, dinner services could be enhanced. Main meals were good.

I went here with me and my wife and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The experience was good and we enjoyed our time a lot. Everything was almost perfect except the service at night was a bit slow and the salad and appetizers were not so liked by many others also.

Excellent in everything; location, staff, food and drinks, price, hotel and beach activities, and seaview family suit. The only discomfort for me and my family is the sound of night music which start from 9:30 pm till midnight

There were parts if the complex that appeared moth/balled for the season(it was April), but for us it was excellent. A really posh experience for an all inclusive!

Fantastic hotel offering amazing value for money. Excellent standard of food (and we are foodies!). It really is all inclusive. Didn't spend a penny. Only money I needed was to tip the hard working polite helpful staff. Wifi free and available in all areas. 4 very good Tennis courts - free water bottles in a fridge for you to help yourself to. April is a perfect time of year to go to Turkey. Beautiful weather. Such a shame for all these hotels as they must be losing fortunes. They need tourists or will all lose their jobs. Hotel very quiet but multicultural and friendly. Mostly Germans no Russians anymore. No problems communicating with staff. English spoken Can't understand why more Brits don't go to this area of Turkey. I can't wait to go back!

The hotel is mainly German clients and directed towards them. The rooms are dated and the beds are rock hard. The balconies are small. The meals and drinks are good and the staff are very friendly. I wont go back or recommend.
