Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel

Everything was perfect! The mattress could’ve been a bit more comfortable yet everything was 100000/10z

The property is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back again. A very special thanks goes out to meena in the reception for his outstanding performance professionalism he always takes the extra step to make our stay perfect.

Just a small remark maybe the bathroom doors should provide more privacy in the rooms. Other than that everything is perfect.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr sehr sauber und sehr gutes Service

. Everything was great. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are excellent. But what impressed me most was the staff. Everyone is always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. I can't wait to come back! A special thanks to SHERIF FATHY from Tamarind. He is a wonderful person, always helpful and with a big smile. Thank you for making our stay even better!

Great location very friendly stuff.

I booked all inclusive they just need to work on their menu and offer fresh juices instead of packed ones if I compared paid money it worth looking it up. Pools need more maintenance.

The hotel is big, even though the hotel was fully booked we didn’t feel it was crowded. Staff was so helpful and friendly

The property is huge, with a nice layout and plenty of beautiful green areas. The food was excellent—probably the best open-buffet experience I’ve had in Hurghada in terms of both quality and variety. The drinks, however, were below expectations. The juices were not fresh and seemed to be artificial. Soft drinks were also disappointing, as they were often served from large bottles rather than cans. As a result, they were not always well carbonated or properly preserved, which affected the overall quality of the drinks.

The beach was very disappointing. The water is extremely shallow, which makes swimming difficult. In addition, boats using the hotel’s dock appear to contribute to pollution in the area, with oil residue and trash frequently visible in the water. As a result, the sea often feels unclean and sometimes has a noticeable smell of oil. There is also a persistent unpleasant smell around the golf area, similar to a sewage or toilet smell. It may be related to the insecticides or chemicals used to maintain the surrounding green areas, but regardless of the cause, the smell negatively affects the experience in that part of the resort.

Tüm personel sabah akşam çok güleryüzlüydü. Her gün oda temizliği yapılıyordu.

The hotel is amazing. Facility is exceptional, staff is super well trained, very friendly and doing their best to make the stay very memorable.

Nothing

The hotel offers quite a good variety of food, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a range of interesting entertainment options. We asked about a room upgrade and were offered one at a very reasonable price.

The hotel is extremely unfriendly towards families with children. Children are not allowed to use the gym, spa, hot tub, or sauna, even when accompanied by adults. There are even certain restrictions on children’s access to the swimming pool. The gym policies are particularly unreasonable. I was denied access simply because I was wearing sandals, despite it being obvious that I have plenty of gym experience and clearly understand how to use the equipment safely. This was very disappointing. Another strange rule is that the pool is closed after 5:00 PM. And, believe it or not, there are even signs stating that swimming is prohibited in the pool. Fortunately, nobody actually stopped me from swimming. The garden area is quite large and green, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the lawns and pathways leave much to be desired. Probably the biggest issue, however, is the designated smoking area in the lobby. The smell of cigarette smoke spreads throughout the entire lobby and even reaches the rooms located above it, making the environment quite unpleasant.

Omar the reception manager is so helpful Thanks a lot All was super

What I like best about the resort is the privacy and tranquility. And, of course, the incredibly friendly staff. This was our second time staying at the resort, and we would go back again and again. It feels a bit like home.

Honestly, I have nothing to complain about, except maybe that two weeks weren't enough.

The hotel is amazing, I like everything, the facilities the food , and the staff were so nice and so helpful, thank you steigenberger

The new room renovation and location of my room location

The absence of bidet or water hose in the newly renovated bathroom

There is nothing to dislike about this property

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and with excellent facilities. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, with a fantastic variety and consistently high quality. What truly made this hotel stand out, was the incredible staff. Every single team member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond created an unforgettable experience. The level of service here is simply outstanding and sets a benchmark for hospitality. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. We can’t wait to come back!
