Staff were friendly and helpful, specially at main restaurant (Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Soliman for his great effort), Food was good, Reception was understanding and helpful. Aqua was fun, Beach was nice, Animation show was good.

Food variety compared to other 5 star hotels, there was meat/chicken/fish but just one type of each, Animation team wasn’t so friendly, also the chef making eggs was horrible, Sea wasn’t clear and murky at the sandy part, pool cleaning wasn’t perfect. snacks weren’t the best, beach restroom was horrible.

I really liked my hotel, it was close to the city center, we could go out to everything, we could walk in the evenings, the hotel itself is very child-friendly, everyone is very nice, the food is varied, we really liked it, the wi-fi didn't work, we told the reception, they came immediately, they replaced the router, plus they gave us a portable router, there were always clean towels on the beach, they weren't observant, but they were always helpful, I can only recommend the staff, there were two very serious managers, one of them is the manager Beshoy-Desk manager, he is very, very serious, I can only recommend it to everyone, come and try the hotel

Our 3-day stay just before the diving safari was very pleasant and relaxing. All staff members were smiling, friendly, and helpful. There was a wide selection of food and soft drinks. We also received a free upgrade to a better room with a sea view. I can’t comment on the alcohol, as I am not much of a drinker. Highly recommended.

Very nice welcome from staff who gave us a tour of hotel and facilities. Had a beautiful family suite with sea view. Very spacious, comfortable beds, good shower, bathrobes, fridge stocked daily with water and juice. Impeccably clean resort. Good selection of cocktails in all-inclusive package. Had a lovely meal at the Mexican restaurant. Christmas Eve Gala dinner was awesome.

Could do with an extra chair in balcony but otherwise perfect.

Otel havalimanına ve şehre çok yakındı.Deniz ve agusı oldukça güzeldi . Güzel vakit geçirdik. Animasyonda oldukça iyiydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. yemek çeşitleri az olsa da lezzetliydi.

Yemek çeşitleri azdı. Pizza çeşitleri ve Türk yemekleri yok demecek kadar azdı. Tatlı çeşitleri hep aynı türden birbirine benzerdi.

Vi havde en dejlig uge på hotellet og nød opholdet. Hotellet er meget børnevenlig og der er forskellige aktiviteter til både børn og voksne. Det er muligt at komme ud af hotellet og gå en tur på en lang gade med mange butikker. Det er muligt at snorkle lige på hotellets strand og se en coralrev med mange fisk. Personalet var virkelig venlige og god service.

Man kunne godt udvide antallet solsenge da man skal være tidligt op for at få en plads. Det vil gøre opholdet endnu bedre.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel de la hôtel. La chambre était magnifique avec une très belle vue. À notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassé ! Les extérieurs sont très agréables également ! L’hôtel dispose de 3 restaurants nous n’avons pu en tester qu’un par manque de temps mais c’était bon et varié. Nous nous sommes sentis comme des rois, nous regrettons de n’avoir pris que 2 jours dans cet hôtel !

It was a wonderful stay — it truly felt like home. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Bishoy Gabra, Disk manager for his warm welcome, for organizing everything for us, and even accompanying us to our room. Special thanks also to Chef Ahmed Fawzy, the Executive Chef, and Mr. Mohamed Soliman for their exceptional care and attention to every detail, Especially considering that my daughter is one and a half years old and has a dairy protein allergy. They went out of their way to prepare special breakfast, lunch, and dinner for her without butter or ghee. Honestly, it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The hotel makes good coffee everywhere, eat is very good, the staff is nice and helpful. They try to do everything for you to feel comfortable. I recommend visiting this hotel without a travel agency. From the cleaners to the manager, they will give you everything you ask for.

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their customer-centric approach really stood out, making us feel valued at every step of the way. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The food was not only plentiful, but also delicious, with each meal of the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always excited to see what was on offer, and the quality exceeded our expectations every time. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant. The combination of amazing service, a fantastic food selection, and a comfortable environment made for a memorable stay. The staff have been exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and available throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Outstanding customer service, outstanding attention to everyone. Ms Eva, from Customer service, would check in from time to time to be sure that everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade with a sea view, double bathroom, and double room! You have plenty of food choices throughout the day, and you'll never go hungry! Mr Ahmed, chef, and Mr Osama, the restaurant manager, are always ready to respond to any request. There is a heated swimming pool. The Aquapark is fabulous. The gardens and the whole structure are well maintained. The Kids' Club is nice and Ms Asel makes sure the kids are entertained and are enjoying the activities. She is really sweet. The hotel also offers excellent activities for adults throughout the day, spanning from yoga to zumba, beach volley, etc etc etc Guests who want to enjoy relaxing music and have some quiet time can relax at the Gravity Peninsula, farther from the main beach. All in all, we strongly recommend Gravity Hurghada and we hope we'll soon go back.

The food could be a bit better for a 5star; pasta station we were served often cold pasta, fries were not amazing and the variety of food could be a bit better Although this was one of the best rooms ever, the fact that they cook/grill food early in the morning downstairs makes the room smelly through the day There are many people selling the extra services and that is a bit annoying when you just want to rest and enjoy but I believe they have a red flag system that we haven’t used and that’s on us

The hotel's location is ideal, and its cleanliness was impeccable. The food offered was both delicious and varied, catering to a wide range of tastes. I would like to extend special thanks to Mrs. Eva, the Head of the Guest Relations Department, for her constant friendliness and invaluable assistance during my stay. Her professionalism and attentiveness were greatly appreciated.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent! Very responsive, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Eva from reception, who cares very much about the guests' well-being while staying at this fantastic place. I really liked the choice of food, themed evenings, "live music" at dinner. Lots of pools, good water park. If you don't want to go to a restaurant for lunch, you can get snacks in various places in the vast area. Very good group of animators who try to talk to every customer. Keep that bar up. Will definitely come back here!

Too pushy service sellers, but it's probably not the hotel's fault.

Food was a disaster but it is a management issue rather than employees. They could have invested a bit to have a better chef and charge that to customers. A 10% increase in the price with a very good food quality would leave a high impact on visitors. Pools were not warm, at least one pool to be warm in november would be great. Animation team is poor.

Very noisy, over 80% of staff spoke little or no English, a lot of haggling in the hotel for any activities or anything you bought. Random people coming up to us to disturb around checking or buying their services.

I liked the facilities inside the hotel , the staff upgrade our room to suit and it was a great suit with a great view thanks Mr Rami and Mr Bishoy, The restaurant was great specially Arabic about Italian restaurants thanks Mr Maged. Inside hotel you feel relax , feel comfortable and always welcome. It was a great relax time and will repeat it again very soon.

The beach wasn't fully sand, most of the beach has stones you should wear sea shoes .

* Everything was more than expected. * The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. * The room service guys were very responsive especially Mustafa and Ahmed. * The food was good and tasty. * The swimming pools and the aqua park were good and clean. * The staff was friendly and helpful especially Dalia from customer support. She did her best to make us feel comfortable and happy even before we arrived at the hotel. She was with us until we checked out. She was so professional and dedicated. * Thanks to Mr. Maher the reservation manager and Mr. Rami and Ahmad from reception. All the staff at the different restaurants were polite, hard working and respectful Definitely I’ll come back to this hotel.

I was traveling with my wife and 3 kids. We booked 2 rooms overlooking the swimming pools and partially see the sea. The stay was wonderful everything was more than expected. I’d like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and support and for being so friendly. The hotel friendly atmosphere made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and furnished properly. They were cleaned daily and water and soft drinks were replaces every day. The food was not varied but it was very good, clean and tasty. The animation team was good but shows could be improved a bit. The kids were happy with the aqua park and the swimming pool. Special thank you to Dalia who was with us even before we arrived at the resort. She called us 3 hours beforehand to check on us and made sure that we are OK. She did all the necessary paperwork and checked us in in a few minutes. She was checking on us every single day and she did her best to make us happy and comfortable. She also finished the check out process in minutes. She was so dedicated and helpful. I’d like also to thank Mr. Abdullah the reservation manager for his support. Also Mr. Rami and Mr. Ahmad at the reception desk. The staff at the restaurants were friendly, polite and respectful. Especially Mustafa at the Mexican restaurant and Amro at the oriental restaurant. Mustafa and Ahmed from room service.

* The lobby was a bit hot but this is maybe because it was crowded at the afternoon.

The hotel was overcrowded, i know it was hard to manage. The stuff worked so hard, but guests didn't care for cleanliness, they threw everything away, in restaurant and in the pool area also. Maybe it could be better to put garbage can between every sunbeds. The children were running around and shouted on corridors till at 2 am. We couldn't sleep because of them so we were very tired every morning (we went with a 7 years old child, but She tried to sleep at night). I know it is not the hotel management's fault but maybe need a house role. In restaurant it was difficult to find table and cutlery, because we got only one fork and one knife, so We had to find the stuff to ask one more fork if we didn't want to use the same fork for meat and desserts. Guests don't keep the queue at all and nobody cares about it. So I think this hotel needs a better organization. Finally, the evening entertainment or "show" was poor. WiFi is poor also, mainly in the rooms. I'm sorry but this is our opinion.

- Aqua park is amazing for children and adults. - Buffet is delicious with lots of varieties. - Animation team is very amusing for kids. - The whole place is super clean.

Food needs more variation

1- Great private beach. It is not open to major sea water so you can safely swim in sea water with low probability of shark encounters. 2- Active & nice entertainment team. 3- Good aqua park compared to other resorts. 4- Good food quality with decent variety. 5- Hotel is relatively small so walking distance is relatively short.

1- Sea water is murky & partially rocky (Mostly sandy though). 2- I booked a sea view room which had a sitting area in the description. However, there was not a single place to sit on in the room except for the balcony plastic chairs. After complaining, a single small dresser chair was provided after 2 days ! 3- Bar drinks & snacks are very lacking in quality & variety. I booked the all inclusive package & when asking the bartender for a basic cocktail (mojito), he replied that its not included in the all inclusive package ! 4- Restaurant staff sometimes ask to show the bracelets in a rude manner when entering. Guest safety is important but attitude is crucial.

My stay at Gravity Hotel exceeded expectations with exceptional reception, flexible service, and amazing dining. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Great location, aqua park facilities for all ages, the food was most of the time very tasty - we loved the Egyptian “specialties”, lovely and friendly animator team, plenty of loungers/cabanas around the beach and pool, live music on certain days at dinner really made our evening special

Upon arrival there seemed to be a “problem” with my (Egyptian) husband’s IDs as they were all in English, not in Arabic. The receptionists after around 15 mins apologised for the issue and offered us an “upgraded”room. We originally booked a sea view family room but the upgrade was a ground floor family suite. We were allowed to choose which room we wanted but the sea view room was on a corridor where they were redecorating most of the rooms (drilling, painting, ladder on the corridor just like a building site) just opposite and next to the one they offered to us so we accepted the ground floor suite with no view and a lot darker rooms. It was a bit weird start of our holiday, i would have probably complained if we were offered only that sea view room because they should not accommodate guests where construction workers do their job throughout the day next door. When our holiday came to its end, i went to the reception to hand back the door key cards and one of the receptionists (who was making an issue about my husband’s IDs at the beginning) asked me to sit down with him in the lobby and write a 10/10 review on to Booking!!! Excuse me? I was in shock but he kept asking me to sit down with him and write at least a 9/10 review. I was absolutely fuming, i understood then why this hotel has so many brief, almost identical 10/10 reviews, these are probably dictated to the guests…We have stayed in Hurghada at least in 15+ different hotels and all i can say this is a good value hotel with great facilities but with a maximum 8,5/10 rating compared to other hotels in this city. The receptionists make the first and last impression about the hotel for the guests, please give them a proper training on customer service skills, at the moment it’s 1/10 on my scale. Apart from this experience, the hotel staff and animation team were great and made us forget about the negatives.

It was a great vacation. Special thanks to Mr Amr, Mr Beshoy, and Mr Ramy from the front disc. Mr Amr upgraded our room to a pool view with the sea side. Also, special thanks to Mr Amr from F&B for his great smile and making sure that we are happy. We tried two a la carte restaurants, and they were great. The food was fresh with a lot of varieties. The beach and pool are very good. All the facilities are clean and well maintained. The aqua park is wonderful and suitable for all age groups.

everything! this is an amazing hotel perfect location and amazing hospitality. everyone is so caring helpful and lovely. they have amazing facilities entertainment so much things to do in the hotel. I would 100000% book again when I next visit. they have buffet everyday and different food beautiful oriental food. I wish the staff and hotel all the best. worth the money too!!

the hotel is close to the airport, so easy for one-night stays if you have a flight early in the morning.

The room was not clean at all and the furniture was very old, which is a huge minus. It's a huge hotel complex with a lot of people, no individuality. Its definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel standard at all.
