⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above & Beyond — Truly Exceptional Hospitality! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square! I had booked an anniversary stay for my daughter and son-in-law and decided to go out on a limb and reach out to the hotel with a special request. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was met with an incredibly prompt and thoughtful response from Mary Beth and Austin. From that moment on, they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and son-in-law felt special and had an amazing anniversary weekend. The care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness they showed meant so much to me as a mom. It’s one thing to stay at a beautiful hotel, but it’s the people and the level of hospitality that make an experience truly memorable. Mary Beth and Austin absolutely delivered that. They took what could have simply been a hotel stay and helped turn it into a very special memory for my family. Thank you, Mary Beth, Austin, and the Hilton Southlake Town Square team, for showing what exceptional hospitality looks like. You exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where guests are genuinely cared for. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chambre très décevante pour un Hitlon. L'extérieur et le lobby magnifiques n’ont absoluement rien à voir avec les chambres. Meubles et literie vieillissants, chambres beaucoup trop sombres et pas assez de lumière pour s'éclairer malgré cela. Nous avons dû demander a être changé de chambre car la première etait sale, très poussiéreuse, l'accroche serviette de la salle de bain etait cassé donc nulle part où les poser mis à part sur les toilettes, des tâches, des miettes... Nous avons fait un road trip en passant par plusieurs hotels et ranchs durant notre voyage et cette chambre a ete la plus decevante du voyage malgré qu’elle fut l'une des plus chères. Cependant le personnel etait adorable, compréhensif et le restaurant très bon.

The price was expensive but it was during the world cup time which is expected It is far from Downtown Dallas so wouldn't recommend if you want to go there

Frühstücksvoucher ist etwas mühsam = Frühstück wird verrechnet und mit Voucher (da bei unserem Aufenthalt Frühstück inbegriffen war) wird verrechneter Betrag wieder gecancelled. Das könnte besser gelöst werden.

I was shocked and uncomfortable when a Hilton staff member gave me his number and tried to start something personal. Guests should never feel unsafe or objectified in a hotel. I expected professionalism, not harassment. This experience completely ruined my trust in Hilton and how they protect guests. I’m still in the process of escalating the matter but Hilton was quick to try and credit me 70 dollars toward my 1200 trip to make it go away and yes credit not even a refund. The hot tub was making a terrible squealing noise that made being at the pool a very unreal acing experience.

We loved the Hotel. An abundance of food and shopping just right out the front door. Staff was great. Parking convenient. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room for my mother in law.

I would like to report an unpleasant situation that occurred on Tuesday, December 9th, between 2:00 and 3:00 PM on the fourth floor. The girl in the room next to mine — tall with her hair in a bun — was using offensive language and shouting while talking on the phone. It was very uncomfortable to hear so much noise and inappropriate language. I have babies and was trying to rest at that time; her shouting and laughter even woke them up. I would appreciate it if measures could be taken to prevent this type of situation from happening again, as it affects the comfort of other guests.

Brandon from valet set the tone with his exceptional welcome: opening my door with a smile, rushing to greet me at the front entrance, and making me feel truly valued. That level of care continued at the front desk, where the team greeted me with professionalism and warmth. My room was spotless, and the turndown service was a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. Every detail felt intentional and refined. The banquet staff deserves special recognition, they were flawless throughout our breakouts, welcome reception, and dinners. Service was seamless, and the food? Absolutely first class. Kudos to the chef for delivering meals that impressed both in flavor and presentation. Thank you to the entire Hilton Southlake team for making my stay memorable. I’m already looking forward to our next corporate event with you.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Hilton Southlake! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. By day, we explored the charming shops and boutiques just steps from the hotel, Southlake Town Square is a shopper’s dream! Whether we were browsing designer finds or grabbing a cozy coffee, everything was walkable and beautifully curated. And by night? The energy completely transformed. We loved the upscale dining options, live music, and the buzzing nightlife scene. It felt like the whole town came alive after sunset, and we were right in the heart of it. The hotel itself was immaculate, elegant rooms, plush bedding, and thoughtful touches that made us feel pampered. We especially appreciated how close we were to everything, yet the hotel still felt like a peaceful retreat when we returned to unwind. Hilton Southlake truly offers the best of both worlds: relaxation and excitement, luxury and local charm. We can’t wait to come back for another weekend escape!

Had an amazing stay at the Hilton Southlake! The staff went above and beyond—truly some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've encountered at any hotel. I loved the fresh new vibe of The Henley—super stylish and welcoming. The back patio with the new firepit and soft seating was an unexpected treat and the perfect place to unwind in the evening. Can’t wait to return in December for the holidays. Highly recommend!!

My room was not ready at check in time and after waiting an hour and a half they ended upgrading me to a suite. It was very nice!

Hilton always a great choice.

It was fine. Its one of those hotels where, on the surface, it looks all clean and new but if you take a minute to look around the room and bathroom you'll see the bad finishing and wears and tears and you realize it needs some upkeep. The lobby, bar area and front entrance are excellent. Very modern and very "Southlake" with good hospitality. However the pool is the weakest part of the hotel. It contradicts the look and feel of the welcome you get. Its dirty, over crowded and there are not enough places to station yourself. All in all, its a business and conference hotel that has had some investment to make it fit with the arwa its in. It works and youll be haooy enough, but certainly don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience. One last complaint is that checkout is 11am, but at 10am, then 10:30am, you'll have a knock on your door rushing you to leave so they can flip the room and make it available early for new guests. This is seemingly a common complaint but nothing seems to be done to stop it.

The Hilton in Southlake is beautiful, clean and friendly. We had chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival and they were perfect. Highly recommend. The location gives you access to amazing food, shopping and entertainment.

Had to move rooms because TV wasn’t working. I felt like it was a hassle so didn’t complain about the refrigerator not working. The shower head was not working properly so got blasted and face and hair got wet.

Wonderful hotel!

We used to live in Southlake and now stay at the Hilton in Town Square when we come back to visit. There are other nice hotels in Southlake but this is the only one right in the heart of Town Square. You'll enjoy the shopping and restaurants just steps out of the hotel.
