Paying to park at the facility. Guests do not have any other choice. Why is this a separate fee explained at check in and not part of the overall hotel cost?? This was a real turn off and most likely won’t book with Westin again.

Restaurant food selections were limited for breakfast and didn’t see any options for healthy lo cal eats like yogurt oatmeal.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The only thing I would have liked was for the pool to be a little more spacious. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The signature Westin scent throughout the hotel was amazing and made the stay feel even more luxurious. The location was also convenient with plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

I honestly didn’t have any complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I, along with a whole bunch of my relatives , stayed with you to attend a memorial for my cousin. We were able to spend time together in the lounge and lobby until late that night, and met up for breakfast (which was very good)as people said their goodbyes and left to catch their flights. It was an excellent experience all the way around, making a sad and difficult time easier on everyone. Many thanks to you and your great staff!

I must admit, I initially had some reservations about this hotel, but it truly exceeded my expectations. Everything about this establishment is simply wonderful. It evokes the feeling of a luxurious resort. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, and its proximity to DFW airport, approximately 18 to 20 minutes away, is quite convenient. The staff members are highly professional, incredibly friendly, and always willing to assist. The parking facilities are excellent, and the food is delightful; they even have a very efficient restaurant and a lovely bar. The overall ambiance is incredibly inviting. I truly feel as though I have found a home in Southlake.

We absolutely were blown away with the Westin Southlake! We planned our daughter‘s 11th birthday at the hotel. Nate and Ally were so responsive and helped us decorate the hotel room upon arrival to surprise our daughter. They were kind, energetic, and willing to make our stay and experience! Also, the bar is amazing! We will 100% be staying again!

This hotel is well kept and offers comfortable accommodations for business and leisure travelers alike. They have a nice gym, onsite cafe and restaurant and offer a comfortable outdoor space to get fresh air. I have visited this hotel twice for business and have enjoyed my stay each time. The staff is friendly too.

We loved the beautiful property, its great location, and the exceptionally comfortable rooms.

The only downside was that we only had one night—we wish we could have stayed longer!

On January 26, 2026, my wife and I along with my sister and her husband were traveling to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Unfortunately, we ended up missing our connecting flight at Dallas Fort Worth Airport due to a severe winter storm that crippled transportation throughout the Country. We ended up missing our flight and decided to stay at a hotel near the airport. We chose the Westin, Dallas Southlake Hotel. Needless to say, the quality, comfort, and service at the hotel turned a bad evening into a restful and comforting experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast service in the morning was outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious; but what made or stay even more enjoyable was the service that we received from our waiter, Carlos. Carlos’s service was professional, courteous, and enjoyable. We were able to have a wonderful conversation while receiving outstanding service. Carlos was definitely an example of what a fine hotel such as the Westin should strive to always have. Thank you Carlos for making our stay a wonderful experience during a tough travel time.

Thanks to Abdul at the front desk we had a wonderful experience! He was always friendly and helpful. We had a family of seven with three children and a disabled adult. Abdul made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Five stars to the Westin in Southlake!

Returned for two nights and it was a great stay. Bed was comfortable as well as the comforter. Convenient location across from the Towne Center. Checkin and out was smooth and courteous. The room was clean and modern. Bar staff were attentive and had one of my favorite beers on tap - Manhattan Project Half Life. There is also fruity water available every day. Very nice touch. Breakfast staff were also attentive. This is my go-to hotel when in the DFW area and once you stay, I am sure you will also put this on the top of your list.

We were pleasantly surprised at the staff’s kindness and hospitality. They offered us bottles of water at check in and when they heard we were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary they gave us breakfast coupons for two free entrees and the breakfast was amazing!! 😋

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Dallas Southlake. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt clean, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Abdou at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference and really stood out. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly what you’d expect from a Westin—comfortable beds, a calm atmosphere, and a relaxing overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We stayed in the Southlake/Roanoke area for an 8-day family visit—a relative lives nearby—so we tried different hotels. Hands down, the Westin is the best in the area. We also stayed at the Hilton at the Town Square mall. This Westin is not of the caliber as you’d find in a major city, but it’s worthy of the Westin brand. Nonetheless, we noticed several small things that added up to a great experience. First, we asked for a bath mat in our shower after our child took a fall on the slippery tile, and housekeeping delivered one promptly. Second, we were in and out of the hotel a lot, and we always noticed that someone was at the front desk at all hours. Third, we weren’t charged for parking, even though our reservation warned us the daily parking fee is $10. We were begrudgingly prepared to pay the fee, even though it seems hard to justify, but it’s nice that we didn’t see it on the final bill. On NYE, the hotel offered champagne to all guests, another nice touch. We used the onsite EV charger, which charged $0.30 per kWh. We didn’t try the restaurants or the pool was it was January, but if you’re staying in the area, this reviewer highly recommends this hotel.

The presentation was beautiful and instantly inviting. The taste was perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too tart — and incredibly refreshing. Special shoutout to Abhi for the warm hospitality and great service — he made the experience even better. Looking forward to coming back and trying more!

The bartender’s recommendations were spot on — a refreshing mix of berries with a perfect balance of flavors. The presentation was beautiful, served perfectly chilled and garnished with rosemary, which added such a classy touch. The taste was outstanding and the ambience made the experience even better. Special mention to ABHI, who took amazing care of us and made the evening truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!

My Family had an excellent experience for our Christmas Eve/Christmas Day staycation. I checked-in via the App and made a request for earlier check-in. The Guest Relations Specialist Anicia responded quickly. We also were greeted by her when we arrived. The Staff is very attentive & accommodating. We enjoyed Dinner & Brunch at Jellico’s and both meals were phenomenal. Kudos to the entire staff! Pleased with the cleanliness of our entire room. Bathroom impeccable. In terms of location it’s great! Alongside the expressway, and less than 1/2 mile from shopping/dining district Southlake Town Square. Highly recommend this location!

We had dinner and had an exceptional experience. In part due to the food and the service. Kate took amazing care of us throughout our experience.

Check in was quick--less than 5 minutes. I thought parking was free and I was charged $10 + tax per night. That was disappointing. The staff was quick, professional and efficient. Check out was less than 3 minutes--pre-paid for accommodations. The room had a comfortable chaise lounge by the window. It was clean and smelled brand new. The bathroom was spacious enough with great lighting. The room had good lighting. Black out curtains did not close completely. Windows not soundproofed so heard highway traffic when not listening to music or watching tv. Tv had to be reconnected by maintenance who came quickly. He was very nice and communicative. Bed and towel linens were all fresh and clean and great quality. The pillows functioned as they should, but I did supplement them with a tiny supportive pillow that I brought from home. Had coffee maker and a complimentary bottle of water. Had temperature control of heat and air conditioner. There was one bathrobe for two people, an ironing board, hair dryer, but no luggage rack and a small very shallow fridge, a wardrobe closet with good hangers, a safe, bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel connected to the wall and one tiny bottle of lotion that would not cover your entire body. Bring your moisturizer. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel next to the restaurant. Did not eat at the hotel. Used the amazing gym. The elevators all worked and were quick. This hotel is well staffed and managed both inside and outside. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return. I highly recommend this hotel. FYI, there are multiple charging stations for electric vehicles.

Our stay at The Westin Dallas Southlake was truly delightful. Anicia greeted us at check-in with warm professionalism and genuine hospitality, which was a wonderful introduction to the The spa water offerings were thoughtfully curated, starting with cucumber and rotating to elegant infusions like pineapple and dragon fruit. Having a Starbucks on site felt like a luxury touch in itself — my seasonal sugar cookie latte was crafted beautifully. Lunch at Jellico's was really fantastic! The club sandwich with salad went perfectly with our mimosas, and our server was super attentive and gracious throughout the meal. I loved the private dining room's rawhide cow artwork – it really added a distinctive, chic Texas-modern feel to the restaurant. The outdoor fire pits created an inviting ambiance for evening relaxation, and our room offered plenty of natural light, fresh cleanliness, and a sense of calm retreat. Everytime is better than the last visit. I am so grateful for the front desk staff, attentive, knowledgeable, professional and personable. The location can’t get any better than this, the hotel atmosphere is very luxurious and yet you feel right at home. Our room is very clean and comfortable with no issues as well as the hotel overall. High value for a high quality experience. Special shout out to Anicia for being professional and patient during the check-in process. The hotel is spotless and clean. The rooms are very nice. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job and Rish in the restaurant is the wait person that you want if you go there. He is really great. Master Chefs Reinaldo and Carlos at The Southlake Westin reign supreme in North Texas . I have never enjoyed so much the clean flavors of olive oil and hot fresh quinoa perfectly prepared and flavored and carefully sautéed with mushroom and spinach . These men understand the subtle secrets of not overcooking and not undercooking vegetables and eggs , their impeccable timing of preparation in the kitchen is evidence of their love for food and for people . Kudos and a huge hug to experts in Culinary Cuisine for travelers into Southlake . A more sophisticated and seriously wonderful eatery you will not find such as Jellico's for the family or work crew when wanting balanced wholesome delicious good food . We stay here often and have been delighted each visit with the friendly, enthusiastic and professional Front Desk staff including Kyra, Anicia, Jay and Nate. Bill, the concierge is a welcome sight with his smile and good humor. Always ready with fine dining options in the area.

I stayed with my son this weekend and had to leave a review. I have a bad hip and I can't sleep on my right side at home, but I was able to sleep with absolutely no pain on the bed. It was extremely comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The room was also very clean. Ji (sp?) helped us at the front desk and was very friendly and informative. Miriam in housekeeping was so very sweet- I didn't need our room cleaned, but needed extra coffee and towels. Miriam stopped what she was doing and helped me get what I needed. The food at the restaurant was decent, but Carlos, ou waiter, went above and beyond to get my son something else when he didn't like what he got. Thank you all for making our stay perfect!
