The Property was centrally located and convenient Exceptionally clean and the most hospitable staff from check in staff to restaurant staff and housekeeping and even the Spa, all went all out to ensure we were extremely comfortable and attended to all our needs immediately You never had to wait for anything

My stay at Sheraton New Delhi was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options, supported by attentive service. The location was convenient and easily accessible. Most importantly, the Front Office and Housekeeping teams were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. The breakfast experience was outstanding, especially the delicious South Indian dishes. The chef personally visited our table, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The food was fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Front Office and Housekeeping teams were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay at Sheraton New Delhi.

I stayed there last night.. I was planning to stay in a different hotel. But by that time I received invite messsge from Ms Sonam Sharma "Stay with us on your next visit to Delhi" I really aporeciate such responsible ans sincere staff of any organisation. Hence I called her for a booking. She did it. Thanking Ms Sonam.. The room was elegent as well as the 'Sheraton Club". Itvwas Adarsh who checked me in.. Wonderful person. Ms Sonam is an excellent staff for the organisation as she not only win guest's heart through her nice behaviour but would also bring the organidation closer to our heart. I had a wonderful stay during my business trip. The facilities were excellent and the service was warm, efficient, and attentive throughout. A special mention to Arnnie, who went above and beyond by coordinating with my husband to make a day special for me. That thoughtful gesture added such a personal touch to an otherwise business-focused stay. Truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team!

Had a great stay at Sheraton while o was visiting for a business trip. Spacious rooms and courteous staff. Food was great as well. Would recommend. Arnnie and Yuvank helped with quick checkout.

The staff is very well behaved .

I was in shock at the service , I have stayed at other ITC hotels around the country. I am sad to see such poor service from them .. firstly I didn’t get the room I booked , they told me they didn’t have that room and will shift me the next day . The behaviour of the staff is very good that I have to mention . Next day the front desk acted like they didn’t know anything, so I explained them again , and again I was assured I will be shifted soon . After I requesting them all day and explaining my self again and again about why I should be moved I was still not moved . No apology just a smile and “let me look into it “ is all that I got. Maybe it happened only to me but I was deeply disappointed. We pay good money to get a comfortable stay but here I felt like it’s a waste. The room service also took too long to come after me mentioning to them it was for the kid .. the breakfast is so unorganised didn’t get water , didn’t get eggs , all was slow , plates were empty. I went at 9am breakfast is till 10:30 so I don’t have more words about their services.. I would suggest anyone who is reading this don’t book this hotel if you are planning to in the price you will get a better bigger room at any other 5star property . I am never going back.

El Hotel esta increible, muy bonito, con una atencion excelente, tal vez demasiado cargada, las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas, el desayuna tambien muy bueno y variado.

su ubicacion, quedo en medio de la ciudad, que se a convertido en una zona desagradable, con la calle de entrada muy mala, por la parte de atras, se puede salir a un Mall, pero esa cuadra esta llena de mujeres con niños pequeños pidiendo limosna de forma agresiva.

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The highlight of our meal was the Dehlanavi Biryani. It was beautifully prepared with fragrant long-grain rice, perfectly cooked meat, balanced spices, and authentic flavors that made every bite enjoyable. It’s definitely a dish I would recommend to anyone visiting the restaurant. The restaurant itself has a sophisticated yet comfortable ambiance, making it ideal for both family meals and relaxed dining. The service throughout our visit was prompt, courteous, and thoughtful, with the staff ensuring that every detail of our experience was taken care of. All the staff were magnificent with us. We absolutely have nothing to complain about. We would like to thank all the staff especially Richa, Pratibha, Arnnie, Jitender, Ranjeet, Umesh, Rashpal, shashank, Krishnan, Deepak, Sakshi, Vishal, Satinder as they all went out of their way to help us. We were like a family at home, away from home!!

Once again an amazing dinner at the Pavilion at Sheraton, we were there for the Sufi Night Buffet. Amazing spread of Delhi cuisine, Aditya and Mohit were really attentive and friendly, ensuring my whole family had a great experience. Specially my daughter who tried each dish and cherished every flavour

Clean and tidy with easy access to the shopping malls nearby.

The lack of ability to serve something as simple as breakfast. Tables not prepared, repetitive requests for items such as butter. Having requested a boxed breakfast for our last day on the way the airport this failed to be ready, and when hastily produced the drink carton had no straws to drink from. A real shame for a hotel that should do better.

As a solo female traveler, I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton New Delhi. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. A great choice for anyone travelling solo !

It's very good experience there

It was an overall very wholesome and beautiful experience. Being able to celebrate my aunt's 15th wedding anniversary experience made it ten times better in such an environment. The staff were all very well behaved and sweet. The services we used here were great and I did not have any issues during my stay here as such which were not able to be resolved. The staff helped us sort out any inconveniences we had very quickly and efficiently . Would definitely recommend it to anyone who are trying to have a great stay in delhi!

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and in housekeeping, and very comfortable beds. I had a pleasant stay.

The service has declined somewhat, especially at the breakfast buffet. The staff seemed well-intentioned and tried their best, but I had to wait around 10 minutes before someone assigned me a table. I also noticed the buffet manager and two other staff members chewing gum while on duty. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but it did not feel like the five-star standard I am used to from Delhi and from Sheraton properties.

Excellent staff & Location. The staff goes out of their way to keep guests comfortable!
