Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket

Painting work almost in every floor. So stinky. Gave me a headache. Even after complaining, no proper care was taken.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming more especially one staff name by Mr Harsh, a front desk officer., he is so exceptional and helpful, always trying to make sure that the guest are comfortable. A complaint of 2 days without attention took him ony 5 minutes to fix when I called his attention to them.

The loud noise of the toilet flushing system. You could hear other room users from your room

This is my 5th visit to the hotel. I like it because it is close to three malls and easily accessable to central Delhi.

The rooms are getting a little bit tired.

The location is great, staff is courteous and very well behaved, especially the people at the front desk.

Problems with the shower, also the whole room was a bit damp, the climate control of AC was not working properly. The property has aged and needs some serious renovations

The painting smell in the lobby as well as the room as there was painting works in progress. In our request the staff changed the room. We will not stay again. The overall look and feel was dated. The carpets were worn off and the lobby wall paints are peeling. Not a typical Hilton property.

Lovely food have been served in the restaurant and staff were so kind and the service given by Akash Nisha and swapan was excellent

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, New Delhi, from the 17th of July '26 to the 20th of July '26. The hotel provides the most essential ingredients straight away: Great location, great food, and excellent standards of cleanliness. The hotel is within half an hour from the Delhi T 1 airport, and is conveniently attached to a mall. The DLF Avenue Mall and the Select City Mall in Saket. We had no need to travel out of this complex at all, since ours was a family stay and we were transiting the city. The hotel check in process is smooth, and the room size was satisfactory. The hotel housekeeping staff was prompt and answered to all our requests. A special mention to Deepa, who cleaned our room very efficiently and with a smile. We enjoyed the food at the hotel's only restaurant, India Grill. It serves multi cuisine food, and we were satisfied with our overall experience here. Although some dishes were not mentioned on the menu, the chef took special effort to customize our order. I recommend this hotel for anyone who has to stay in South Delhi. It will definitely be my choice of hotel stay if and when the need arises.

In room dining costly but still not professional.They brought cutlery for one person when we were two of us When asked to get they took 1 hour.Our food was cold.We had to call reception 3 times.Otherwise it was good

hands down, the food was great and thats the only thing we liked. Unfortunately, management failed completely. We experienced terrible service. Nobody was keen to take the orders first. The buffet was a mess due to no plates and glasses. Kinda frustrating experience.

Well! There was so much to share but the most valued experience which I shall cherish would be the morning breakfast. Mr. Sagar ensured that my regular breakfast options were prepared hot and fresh. Most importantly he ensured that as soon as I was there everything was as per my requirements. This not only helped me save my time but made my mornings productive and ready for work.

Today we dinner with my family and Mr Anupam has given best delivery in food services and he is well polite and good manners person

We came to enjoy Hilton hotel saket. Ambiance was very good, restraining is amazing but the desk officer Jainab was literally not fair and knowledgeable and we had a package for which half an hour before she said your package is finished. This is really annoying, bad and disturbed my evening. Anyone who is on desk and disturbing evening is not at all a good employee for customers. So this is not for public this is for management. She should be deputed on other path not on front desk where customer approaches first.
