They could make the corridors of the property a bit more appealing. The first impression isn’t that great. Also, please provide ear plugs to guests since the property is so close to the mall and the honking continues till late in the night

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and offered a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.
The breakfast options could have been more varied.

Extremely poor maintenance. AC doesn’t work, I stayed with my family for 6 nights and AC in the lobby didn’t work for one single day. Everything is old. The only good thing is the location and the staffs are exceptionally nice.

Lighting inside the room needs to be improved. Inconsistency in food quality. While B/F on 18th and dinner on 17th and 18th were excellent, B/F items on 19th were not well cooked / prepared.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The hotel was great, clean and tidy, the staff were excellent, food really good, location was great as well, there was a large shopping mall not ever 5 minute walk away, we booked the hotel taxi to take use to some locations, the lotus temple was fantastic, and the driver was very helpful and looked after us, great person. The area outside was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows in the room were so comfortable.

the room didn't have any basic facilities, breakfast was very poorand a firty place. AC as soon as you get into the hotel wasnt on...with 40+ degree outdide. There was acodd dmell in the corridor. Overal this is a 3 stars hotel at its best.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Pregnant woman here and I stayed with my husband, a toddler and a baby. I love the bed so much. It’s very comfortable and the location is very convenient. It’s like 2minute walk from the mall. The staff are also very accommodating and very kind and polite. They even let us have a late check out. We’ll surely stay here again
