Quiet and comfortable 4 star. Only 20 or so rooms, great staff. Close to restaurants and bars of Seminyak, about 15 minutes walk from the beach, or $1.20 AUD gojek bike ride to Ku De Ta. Lovely big rooms.

Good locations. Friendly and helpfull staffs. Clean.

Comfortable simple hotel. No problems with WiFi, showers etc. Stayed here 3 times now. Nice rooftop area. Always quiet even though it's just off Petitenget street by noisy places like Calle Ocho bar.

The staff were good; and rooms were nice.

The location was subdued and there was no elevator in the building. And breakfast was limited.

Close to shopping area, phenomenal customer service, clean and comfortable.

The restaurant’s menu could have more variety.

Il n’y avait pas vraiment d’eau chaude, c’était tiède voir froid. Le petit déjeuner était pas bon du tout et la personne qui nous a servi les deux matins était pas du tout agréable.

No elevators

We are a family with 2 kids (5 years old and 8 months old) From When we arrived until checked out everything were wonderful. The staffs were very nice and friendly. Our rooms were cleaned every day with new fresh towels for our entire 6 nights stay. We got the big room, so specious. The bed is comfortable. Baby cot is available, they even provided it for free for our 8 months old baby. We like the location, everything is closed by.

I stood here a few times and I'll be back. Lovely staff, great location and comfy beds.

Room 205 is near a water tower that occasionally makes a whistling sound. Water from the jet shower smelly.

I have stayed here before and knew about the stairs so I booked the two downstairs rooms months in advance but didn’t get them . We are two older ladies so they would have been nice . We did have lovely rooms and managed the stairs easily though .

Very relaxing pool just in front of our room Spacious bedroom, very quite.

There weren't many reviews when we booked so we took a chance with this villa and so happy we did. A lovely villa with a warm and comfortable living and dining area amongst a beautiful natural backdrop. Spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Onsite staff provided cleaning daily which was lovely and online staff were so helpful to provide assistance for whatever we needed (e.g. car bookings, laundry). Overall a wonderful stay!

The location is about 15 minutes drive from Ubud centre, which is not too bad but there is not much around, just mostly other villas in the area. There is a restaurant/cafe right next door and three mini marts just outside the villa which is very useful, but other than that need to drive/bike to get to places.

The hotel is located In a fantastic location close to bars, restaurants, cafes etc.. short bike ride to other parts of Seminyak also. Staff are polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. They Have a vintage feel which I like and also I found the outside noise to be not too intrusive. Great value for money, excellent price. I’d recommend and stay here again.

New water bottles and toilet paper every day. Cleaned up all the sand on our floor from surfing that day. Breakfast was really nice. In a great spot in Seminyak, walking distance to everything.

A bit expensive if you got laundry. Shower water did go on main bathroom floor

We have visited Visala 5 times now and enjoy the space in rooms & the terrific staff

We had noisy neighbours but staff spoke with them twice and they sorted it out which was appreciated. Pool is in shade most of time so quite cold which is ok on hot days

To be honest i liked every thing from the rooms,staff where very friendly, location is amazing which had verity of top resturants on the corner...would live to stay more but they where over booked on day 3 shame

I like the Villa very much, they even offer to give me the extra two weeks that I didn’t stay but in order to get the money back I had to get the approval from Booking. Com , that i did on three different times but I never got your answer back!!! So I I’m not happy with Booking. Com!!!

Stayed in Bali for a month and out of all the accommodation it was without a doubt the best.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable.

Difficulty as an older person in getting in and out of the swimming pool as there were no handrails, or ladder into the water The pool is beautifully located amongst lush vegetation and the water, very clean and chlorine-free but it was risky and difficult getting into the pool due to the steep descending steps. Toilet area was badly designed in our room so that you almost had to sit sideways on the pan.

Great location, spacious and clean room and super convenient. I booked a motorbike package room and was happy that I didn't have to arrange any transport, checked in and got the keys for my bike right away. Friendly staff and good food, close to everything, would recommend 👍

Breakfast and location were excellent. They provide a motorcycle for transport, which is included in the stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator. Therefore, it should be advertised somewhere to inform people with special needs in advance. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom should be in detail to manage mould and water marks (hence the water has calcium and potassium leaves marks on black surfaces)
