Well first of all I'll tell you this hotel offers a shuttle to the airport LOL but if you have a pet with you forget it. Then upon check-in they want you to give them 100 euros cash they don't want credit card they want you to pay a damage deposit for the dog or cat in cash. The girl at the desk told me that once I check out and the room has been cleaned they will give the cash back to me LOL yeah right how are you going to do that when I've already left the hotel and on my way to the plane or on my way to another country that was really sketchy I argued with her. I told her you can use my credit card she made it look like she was texting someone or trying to get some information and finally she said no it's okay so that seemed awfully weird to me? The rooms are suites and actually very spacious. The interior of the rooms is adequate but very very dated but the room itself has lots of space. The TV sets do not have any English channels whatsoever so if you don't speak French you're out of luck. They do have a bar and a eating area but it's all sort of one big area. I've only given this hotel 3 stars because it did what I needed it to do it was pet friendly although I must tell you catching a uber even back to the airport which is only about 8 minutes was still 35 to 40 euros it's ridiculous otherwise the hotel did what I needed it to do
We stayed for 1 night as we arrived on a late flight. We were too late for the shuttle so we got an uber to the hotel. Welcome was ok, we were able to buy some drinks from the fridge in reception and a truly diabolical sandwich (avoid), this all seemed quite expensive, the bar didn’t seem to be open. We were directed to our room which was huge, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, really good value just lacking some quality comfort in the living space, it seemed sparse and tired looking. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on this but everything else was adequate, the place is just a bit run down. Never had breakfast but it looked OK with a nice cafe/bar area.
Being able to book a 4star Paris hotel suite in 2025 for about $60/night seemed too good to be true BUT it is 5 minutes from CDH airport vs. being minutes from things like Galleries Lafayette. PRO * Kitchen includes frig, microwave, sink, stove top, dishwasher, 2 dinner plates, one bowl, silverware for 2 people. * Bathroom has giant tub and multi-use shower. * Bed with comforter has plenty of fluffy pillow and extras in closet. * Excellent soundproofing since hotel is less than 5min from CDG airport. * Excellent free WiFi in room. * $20 breakfast buffet includes yummy chocolate croissants and Nescafe expresso machine. * Shuttle service (about $8 each way) every 30min to/from CDG and despite having tickets with set time, you can usually sneak an extra seat or two earlier/later. CON * You get an electric stove top but ZERO cookware. * Bathroom had 2 large bath towels but ZERO hand towels. * Thermostat control was broken so unable to adjust temp or fan for entire suite. * Breakfast buffet scrambled eggs were cold and bland. * No little toiletries to use or take home as souvenirs.
We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Shuttle service was excellent. Customer service was very responsive. The breakfast surpassed our expectations. We will be staying here again.
Propreté,calme et très bon service. Personnel serviable , gentil et à l’écoute
Hotel room, plastic chairs, shower broken, no shower curtain
No dishes in kitchenette. No air conditioning. Elevators broke, I was trapped inside for long time, did not want to call in service help. Would not call fire department as they did not want them in building. Stay away!!
My kids stayed at this hotel the night before their flight home. They were surprised at how big the room was!
Good!
The stuff was amazing
The property was ok, it was too far from the main attractions. It was close to the airport which is a good thing but too far from the city happenings. Uber was costly.
Ok hotel but very slow at reception
Not a hotel for us.
Stayed here last year and gave a good review. Stayed here last week, and the place is filthy, reception area and room. Shower was a joke. Breakfast was bad. Don’t stay here, pay the extra and go somewhere else.
The hotel was convenient to the CDG Airport. I was arriving late so it was great to have the shuttle. I did email the hotel several times with questions at the email given and was never answered, thus the less than excellent rating.
Travelled as a couple, there was more space in the room than expected especially talking about Paris. Bed was nice and not too soft. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel added a nice touch especially for tired travellers that did not sleep well on the plane ride to Paris. Although it was about 30min to the city centre by train, would definitely book again for convenience and close proximity to the airport.
Good enough for a stopover from CDG. Room was clean and had been updated
Great value. Not a luxurious hotel, but very clean and perfect location for travelers
The property needs deep cleaning, fresh paint and to wash their hallway carpets. The space inside the rooms is decent. But so many broken things inside :( The complementary breakfast is horrible. dirty, we stayed three night and is not worth it. the only good thing we experience was the diner. The salmon was delicious!
The room was big and the bed was big and comfortable. It is very much an economy room and hotel. The AC struggled. However they gave us a fan which helped a lot. The bathroom didn’t have hand towels. Only bath towels. The soap was out and I had to use my own. I could’ve asked I suppose. There were dishes but no soap to clean them. The shuttle was hard to figure out but they sent very detailed instructions to help. And that’s also an airport problem not the hotels.
Pour le prix c’est pas mal. Il n’y avait pas de serviettes et personne ne répondait à la réception. Certes, le monsieur du navette et les filles du restaurant sont très accueillant et sympathique.
The room smelled really bad.
Advertised as free courtesy bus but charged both ways
The bed was relatively comfortable, though the pillows were flat. There were issues with maintenance, including a stain that looked like semen on a twin bedsheet, a clogged tub drain, and signs of past flooding around walls outside the room. After asking twice, I got a new bedsheet. The curtains did nothing to block light, as there were huge gaps between the curtains and the walls that required using couch pillows to block, and the bathroom light stayed on all night, requiring a towel at the bottom of the door to block light.
Shuttle drop off was not convenient, they did not tell us they did not drop us at our terminal. Take uber instead
Very great experience. Easy and fantastic airport shuttle. Very large rooms too..we'll definitely come back
I keep coming to this hotel for practicality : close to the airport, shuttle to the airport, good communication with reception and drivers, grocery stores close by, comfortable bed, very large suite with full kitchen for the price of a tiny room. I always go to that hotel for a flight , to take a train to go in the south of France , or just going to Paris.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of a restaurant strip. It is relatively close to CDG airport with a shuttle service operating on a regular basis. The breakfast is quite adequate. The rooms are very large and quite comfortable although they are now a little dated.
Fine overall, but understaffed. Had to wait a long time for reception to show. Our first room the bed was not made/still dirty. Receptionist gladly switched the room, but the second room had stains all over the bathroom sink wall. Gross.
Despite the older and ran down condition of this hotel we did have a good night’s stay and a restful sleep. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cool and dark. It was very convenient getting from the airport to the hotel
Large room/suite, very clean, very good value. A bit difficult to contact them from airport for shuttle.
We booked the executive suite back in March 2025 but when arrived were told the room was unavailable and there must have been an issue when I booked. Very difficult to do as it shows up as sold out on Expedia thereby impossible to book in that case. The reception associate told me we could have 2 separate rooms instead. I was travelling with my spouse and didn’t want to sleep in a separate hotel room. So we ended up with a standard room which cost half as much. There was no compensation offered (except for an extra hotel room) and was not happy with that outcome. When we had an issue with a room key and went to the desk to fix the gentleman at least offered us a breakfast. Standard rooms are fine, but don’t book the executive at twice the rate as they obviously can double book them and no financial recourse if they do.
The floor was dirty, and the TV did not work.
The room was nice and spacious. Fairly clean but no hand towel and kleenex box was empty.
Handy location for access to an early morning flight from CDG airport. Really appreciated the shuttle pick up on arrival from the train, clear instructions really helped. Hotel is a bit tired. Roissy itself is a cute little town to pass a last day in France. Nearby tourist information centre is very helpful!
Difficulty getting any extras: towel, pillow. No remote in room. Driver dropped us off at wrong terminal and we had to find our way to correct one. He couldn’t take us because he had to ‘pick someone else up’.
AC was not available, on request we go a small fan. stay was good, clean rooms. we were charged for AC rooms and same was not given.
The property is very run down. The hallways need painting and new carpet. The room didn’t have tissue, only two bath towels (no hand towels or face cloths), the safe didn’t work ( apparently none of the safes in any of the rooms work). I would never have booked this hotel if I saw it first. We actually tried to move to another hotel but nothing was available.
The rooms are quite large. Breakfast is ample although it doesn’t have a huge selection. Our tour group was quite large and many of the guests reported that their air conditioning was not working. The rooms and public areas were quite hot. Each room has a kitchen however it doesn’t include any plates, utensils or cooking items. I was told you could request them from reception with a security payment. The restaurant strip nearby has many fine restaurants. There is also a large shopping centre only a five minute drive away. The location is quite suitable for a short stay when flying in and out of Charles DeGaulle airport. If the air conditioning could be fixed, we would stay there again.
The free shuttles were all booked by the time we got to the hotel so we had to pay for an Uber.
Rooms were nice but in one of the 2 rooms that we reserved the a/c was not working. Hotel could not fix it. When we asked for some discount for our discomfort they refused to give any discount on the current reservation but offered 50% discount for a future reservation.
spacious
The good thing about this hotel was the location. Close to Aeroville mall and the airport. It is $10 extra to park here outside. You have to contact the front desk to get in amd out of the parking lot so that was very inconvenient. We booked this hotel for its amenities, but it does not have functioning air conditioning at all! A tech came to our room finally after me going down to ask twice at reception, the filter was full.of dirt and no maintenance had been done on anything in this room. Most things were not restocked like kleenex or seat covers. It was just bare minimum effort done you could tell when we walked in the room. Needless to say it was not an enjoyable night the room never cooled down and it was plus 30 outside and the windows could not even be opened for relief. The curtains do not even fit the windows so hot sun comes blasting through the window pane as well. All in all hot as hell in our room. Didnot get much sleep before flight home the next day.
Amazing
Basically they lied about having A/C. It was so hot in the rooms and they turned iff the A/C in the hall ways also. Had to but them just to get a fan. False advertising that they have A/C that works in the rooms. We had two rooms with niether a/c and we booked specifically because of A/C advertising. Saw others complain also. Not as advertised felt very mislead. Reminded me of how a used car salesman tells you one thing then does another. We left another hotel whosaid their a/c was out to come to this hotel who claimed to have A/c. I even specifically mentioned that at check in. Asked fir a room with good A/C. His response was I hope. Which I interpreted as we aren't getting any. Felt scammed out of our money
I have stayed here before, and the location, price, and rooms are very suitable for an overnight before an early flight from CDG. Service is excellent. The only issue we had this time was with temperature - our rooms were a bit too warm, and there seemed to be no way to fix this. According to the front desk, the thermostats in the room are no longer in use, and the temperature is controlled remotely, which limited what they could do. We were there on a moderately hot day, and our rooms and windows were on the sunny side of the building; I would be worried if we stayed during a heat-wave. Perhaps a room on the shady side of the building would be better.
It was excelled . And staff very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff. Good sized appartment
Worst hotel we have stayed in for years. Room was like an oven and temperature control was only available to the management via computer program. Kitchen with no dishes or anything else. One small thin towel each, no hand towel or wash cloth. Shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal and had to shlep luggage forever. I wanted to change hotels and the desk clerk told me he couldn't cancel my credit card payment that he just took. Yikes!
A bit tired but perfectly ok
For over night to wait for get on air plant, this is a perfect choice. Large room, has everything you need. And has shuttule to aieport.
Not what we expected… we appreciated the shuttle from the airport. Our suite is spacious but not comfortable. The AC is terrible and I’m up at 5am typing this because it’s too hot and sweaty to sleep. Can’t open windows to get fresh air. Can’t cover a window in each room because the blinds are broken. Only provided 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more and they gave us paper towels. Only a small sad pillow per person. Not the most clean. One bathroom is open to the master w a big glass window no privacy . Basics in mini kitchen lacking. Biggest issue was poor AC quality and inability to sleep due to hot stuffy rooms. No rooms available for us to switch. Won’t book here again.
First, the room is huge. The size is very comfortable. However, this property clearly needs some renovation. Walls are scuffed, elevator had a piece of wood missing on the wall. The sofa in our room was ripped. While the food was good in the restaurant, it took over an hour to receive our order.
The breakfast was good. The ac didn’t work well. The manager arranged a taxi for us because our group had too many people for the shuttle. Room was large, but facility seemed run down. Very close to airport.
The hotel staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. However, the rooms are in need of renovations. There was no chain or any way to secure the door from the inside. The A/C is not working properly. There is no way to control it. I tried several things and it stayed the same and I was hot all night. The black out curtain is torn and not functioning. There is no tissue paper in the dispesner and no soap in the shower dispenser.
It was old. Tub was dirty. Very limited amenities. In addition the rate dropped drastically but because i booked months ago cost me more.
Rooms are dated and worn
Needs modernising and a clean but great service
The hotel was a great deal and the location is great. The shuttle was easy to use and on time, very convenient if going to airport. The only issue my air-conditioning was not really working. Would stay again.
shuttle bus from/to airport was smooth and the room was comfortable and large.
Very nice place to stay waiting for a flight. Hotel staff are excellent and village of Roissy en France is a must do for dining or a nice walk.
Kind reception with shuttle to the airport. Short walk to local village with restaurants. Very happy with stay here.
Close to airport and convenient shuttle to airport
Was very clean and friendly
I only stayed there overnight but was happy with room and staff (reception and bar). Excellent place to stay if you need to be close to CDG airport
The staff were excellent. Great overnight stay for an early flight. Value for money.
We asked twice for the managers to turn on the Air conditioning. They didn't. The room was hot both days we stayed and we didn't have windows to open so we opened the front door to get air. The room was out dated and had no kitchen dishes for a junior suite. We couldn't cook anything so we had to eat out every single meal. The pictures on the website is a total lie. When I checked in I had to pay another 148 in euros. The bed was hard as a rock. Don't waste your time or money here.
The pick up from the airport was excellent. Our bed and room was comfortable just a little tired. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.
There is a reason why rooms are cheaper at this hotel. Don't expect much.
Awesome
The room was clean and spacious. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice large room with two meals at a great price. The airport shuttle driver went above and beyond to be helpful!
Great value for money. Very convenient for an airport stopover ina leafy neighbourhood.
Close to the airport, predictable transportation.
The room was big and comfortable, but the kitchen didn't have enough utensils (plates, cutlery or kitchenware) or even a cloth. It was very quiet.
Very large and comfortable rooms. Staff is really nice and I’m glad for the shuttle to & from the airport. Thank you!!!
Good utilitarian hotel near airport and quick walk in to Roissy village. Large comfortable room for weary travellers, a friendly small bar, and a good supper menu - could eat in small hotel restaurant or bring to your room. Easy shuttle to CDG Airport.
It is just what is needed for an airport hotel. The shuttle was perfect.
It was good but should have ice machine
Location is very convenient for layover, 5 minutes from airport and suite is very spacious. Cleanliness could have used improvement and bedding was unacceptable. There was no cover on the mattress at all.
We did not stay a full night. We just needed a place to get some sleep and a hot shower before the next 12hr flight. The rep was super understanding and allowed us to check in early since we weren’t staying over night. It was quiet and tidy. Nice for a family.
Large suite
We needed to be near the airport and the shuttle service was the major factor The breakfast was a welcomed addition
No cups, soap, basics.
Staff was great. Hotel and room needs updates. Room appeared dirty. Hallways stained.
The rooms were nice and my son was happy he had his own space!
Excellent and very helpfully with shuttle service! Friendly service
Basic hotel room with kitchen no pots pans or dishes? Dirty sofa, floors and walls.
Nice little area for a stop over- restaurants and amazing bakery and grocers within walking. Shuttle was fast. We didn't get breakfast but it looked great. Fast check in. Quiet. Large rooms and kitchenette. Would stay again.
For a hotel near an international airport there is no instructions in English at all. Missing temperature knob, no shampoo, limited coffee.
Nice suite amenities
Convenient
Nice staff
Our first room had not been cleaned and had dirty towels and dirty bed. We went down and they gave us another room, but the air conditioner did not work well. The staff was very helpful and our second room was clean. We were riding our bikes into Paris from the hotel and the staff let us store our bikes in a safe room before we left. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It was a reasonable price and we were not expecting anything fancy.
Shuttle service-I called to let them know that my flight got delay and I will arriving after 10:30pm, and they told me no problem, just call us and we will pick you up. Then when arrived called them and they told me No, we are closed no more shuttle after 10:30pm, with a minor outside trying to get and Uber and no one around to help. Shower tub was plugged and dirty with some hair.
Great Hotel near CDG Airport in Paris. We will come again in our next visit in Paris. Everyone from the reception is friendly and speaking well English.
Mixed experience at this hotel. 3 night stay booked. Positives - spacious suite with separate bedroom & living/kitchenette. Free shuttle to/from airport, with great driver (note, the hotel will start charging for this in May), with clear instructionson how to access. Well priced. Short uber ride away from Usines centre outlet mall. Negatives - our flight was cancelled & I advised the hotel we'd be arriving the following day twice via hotels.com app (which the hotel have messaged me on multiple times). When we arrived we were told we were a 'no show' despite having paid in full. They were able to accommodate us, but at opposite ends of a floor. The layout is a bit strange, with a window from the shower into the bedroom. There are curtains on the window. No cups/glasses, except paper cups. Have to pay a deposit to get real crockery, i suppose they must have had a lot of theft to warrant this?
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was bigger than expected. The room had large tub and a comfortable bed.
It’s a decent hotel, good size rooms, good restaurants, nice area. Wifi was ok. The room needs a really good cleaning, light switches, towel holders, etc. just made the place feel grubby.
The suite was beautifully appointed and had every convenience a visitor could want or need. Plenty of space for 4. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again!
