Very warm welcome throughout our stay and the staff, particularly Santi and Tom couldn’t do enough to make us feel special and welcome. The villa was lovely and had its own pool. Housekeeping went the extra mile every day for us. The adjoining restaurant was Kasava (where breakfast was included) with its lovely team inc Rani was amazing. Good food, great service and good value. We’d totally recommend staying at Royal Samaja Villas 😊

It was excellent value for money, the staff were fantastic, the accommodation was a bit basic but was very clean and comfortable & the breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding, I would definitely recommend booking the breakfast to be included.

Es sind sehr schöne Villas mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, die hilfsbereiten Angestellten (Santi, Tom, Adi) sind sehr bemüht um einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Careteam (Andre, Pande, Komande, Bayu und Edi) haben stets für ein sauberes Zimmer gesorgt und tolle Badetuch Tiere geformt die uns erfreuen bei der Rückkehr von Ausflügen und Shopingturen. Das Frühstück war stets sehr schön angerichtet und super lecker. Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Bali werden wir gerne wieder die Royal Samaja Villas unser Zuhause machen.

I spent two weeks at Royal Samaja Villas, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The villa was clean and comfortable, with a lovely little private pool. Our room was cleaned every day by incredibly friendly staff, who often left us cute little towel animals and figurines. The reception staff were also very kind, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. We chose the breakfast option, and the food was absolutely delicious and more than enough even for our hungry bellies! 😄 The villa is conveniently located, close to the beach and local shops, which made everything very easy and enjoyable. Every evening, we also had our own little concert from the geckos 🦎. Hearing their sounds was such a cute and unique part of our stay! Overall, we had an amazing time and were very happy with our choice. I would definitely recommend Royal Samaja Villas, and if I ever return, I will absolutely choose the same hotel again.

Our stay at Royal Samaja Villa was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. I had coordinated with Santi in advance to have the pool decorated as a surprise for my wife. Santi communicated clearly with me throughout the entire process and made sure everything was perfectly prepared before we arrived at the villa. The surprise turned out beautifully, and I really appreciated her attention to detail and effort. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every staff member we encountered throughout our stay was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and responsive, and our requests were always attended to quickly. Another great advantage is the villa’s convenient location. It is close to the markets, Eat Street, and shopping centres, while still being quiet and peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. Santi went above and beyond during our stay, not only helping me organise some additional logistics but also assisting my wife in getting some personal hygiene items when she was unwell. Her kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference. A huge thank you to Santi and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality. We had an amazing stay and would 100% recommend Royal Samaja Villa to anyone visiting Seminyak!

The villa we stayed in was lovely and spacious with a pool. Very peaceful despite the property warning us about works being done at their neighbouring building. Really nice food at their bar/restaurant. Staff are extremely helpful, welcoming and simply nice especially Santi . Close to shops and restaurants and only a few minutes away from the beach.

The place is beautiful and close to almost all of our target attractions. The staff is very friendly and kind and they helped us with our needs.

While I like the design of the house very much, I prefer to have an electric outlet next to the bed so I can charge my device overnight. But this is more of a nitpicking rather than real, major inconvenience.

Villa oli suur ja avar. Kõik toad ja alad olid puhtad. Privaatne olemine. Personal oli väga sõbralik ja viisakas. Toidud oli maitsvad. Hommikusöök koosnes, kohvi/mahl, saiake, enda valitud söök (valik oli päris suur) ja toodi lisaks veel puuvilju. Sööki oli võimalik nautida restoranis või tellida see mugavalt enda tuppa. Hommikul oli võimalik tellida basseini “ujuv hommikusöök”, mis nägi väga armas välja. Rolleri rent hotelli poolt sujus väga hästi, toodi kokkulepitud ajaks koos kõige vajalikuga ja saime tagastada sama lihtsalt. Villas olemas privaatne bassein, dušš ja vann. Lisaks sai osta romantilise õhtusöögi paketi kahele, mis oli armas, privaatne ja tore kogemus.

Tänavalt kostus väga kõva lärm (inimeste kisa, muusika, auto ja mootorratta müra.

Still my favourite place to stay in Bali! Perfectly sized villas with an awesome pool. This was my second stay at I immediately felt at home and a part of their family. Super friendly service at reception, and the adjoining restaurant. Food is awesome! This is the perfect place to really relax, and still a short walk to shopping and bars and the beach! 😎

The villa was very clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast included was great and we had many options to choose from. There was a restaurant on site so getting other means was very convenient.

Unfortunately there were building works next door which were noisy from 8am to 10pm. This could have been overlooked, but seeing the building which was being built was high we had workmen looking into our 'private pool' in the villa during the day which was quite disappointing.

This property is in a really central spot of Seminyak. We enjoyed the private pool the villas have, it’s really well priced and the people are soo friendly

Clean property, great value and the staff was very nice and so accommodating

The villas are located right off a busy road so it does get a bit loud sometimes but it’s very easy to get use to and it’s not all the time

The villa itself, looks exactly like photo, the location is perfect. The. Staff are beautiful and do a fantastic job making sure our needs are met.

Fantastic location within walking distance to many great Seminyak spots! Staff were very welcoming and friendly!

Currently construction going on above which was very noisy at times. Also many mosquitoes, we used mozzie coils and sprayed the room daily.

The villa is centrally located and a few mins walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. Nice having a private entrance through reception..

It can be a little noisy at night in the units that face the street.

The villa was clean and in such a good spot. The staff were beyond helpful and made our stay so lovely! There are many cafes around and it was in a really nice spot.

The shower is outside, which we didn’t mind but would have preferred indoors. It didn’t ruin anything for us, was just a personal preference.

We stayed in a lovely pool villa for 5 days in May. The villas are clean and well designed with a lovely outdoor area. Whilst I wouldn't call them high end luxury, they are certainly lovely. I've given 5 stars because of the service. Every single staff member went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. From the front desk staff, the cleaning staff that made the unit immaculate every day, to the bar and restaurant staff, that served us room service and cocktails. The staff were simply amazing. Daily breakfast, we had in the villa, and it was very nice as well. Thank you to all the staff, kindness and smiles on making this a wonderful trip.

The stay was great – clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The food was also delicious. The honeymoon package was wonderful and made our stay even more special.

The Villa was exactly what we wanted Good location close to shopping, restaurants and the beach The staff where very friendly and helpfull, we had some problems with our travel agency wich the hotel staff helped us with documentation. The pool at the villa was amazing, we loved being able to cool down after a full day on tour. We stayed for 10 days, however if theres one thing i regret, it has to be not staying here for longer

The only place we stay when in Bali. Even when we consider venturing out, they remind us why we keep coming back. It ticks all the boxes. We even get the occasional greet from management, who are the most personable & approachable hosts, always at arms length to assist with anything.Their core principle of the 'best of the best' in customer service is firmly embedded in all the staff's attention to guests. Just Amazing! When we experienced such great service and accommodation during our first visit, seven years ago, had to come back a second time and probably thought at some point we should try other accommodation. We have returned here for our 7th visit and can't see ourselves going anywhere else. This place is not super top end luxury but great 'home away from home' style service from super-efficient and friendly team, with amazing, clean and beautiful private villas to match. Daily villa clean, turn down service with room service and affordable cocktails and food in the Kasava Bar & Restaurant. Also, super close to restaurants, shops and beach. To all the Samaja team, keep doing what you are doing. We will return.

Always a warm welcome when we arrive, the staff is like our family. The villa is clean and spacious, our breakfast is delicious, we can choose to modify to our liking. From Restaurant staff, bar and kitchen always a lovely welcome in the morning. Greeted every morning at reception, always at hand to help with any issues, and we had none. Love every day that we are at Royal Samaja

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The staff were lovely and the facilities were spot on. The cooking class is an absolute must — 10/10 and one of the highlights of our trip. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Only things is Comfortable bed, bit hard but i liked it.

No microwave or stove , so you cant make or warm food, also no plates spoons or glass , or pots or frying pan , only 2 small cups for tea , but no fresh milk provided , creamer limit of 2 a day provided on request . Small Tv was only in the room. No fan in the room or in the powder room only ac in the room, charging point not available beside beds, towel were old and discoloured, breakfast was good but juice was only 2 sips in smallest glass, and you can have black tea or coffee but not white 😳, for adding milk you need yo pay extra 🤣, so much noise around , hit my foot in the kitchen (sharp edges ), had bad cut and bleed but no first aid kit, on request no one came , after 10 min of wait someone had to go to bring bandage from reception. will not stay again …….🥀

What an amazing holiday! The villas are beautiful, your own pool, restaurant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very clean and refreshing. Spa facilities on site, lots of choices to spoil yourself. Staff were very helpful and always happy to help. Our butlers, Santi, Adi and Arum were very attentive, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the property and will definitely be visiting again. Also very close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for an amazing experience.

A fabulous place to start out Bali trip. The staff couldn’t do more to help you, so lovely and helpful. The breakfast is free with your stay and so nice we went both mornings and also ordered lunch from there - perfect. We did the flower decoration for my birthday and it was so perfect too. Room is bigger than expected too from pictures. Lovely touches like bug spray and free bottles of water. We couldn’t fault it, really really happy and would definitely come back if ever in Bali again- thank you so much royal samaja villas ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at this villa. Everything was spotless and clearly very well maintained. The private pool was stunning and the perfect way to end each day - so relaxing and peaceful. The air conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference in the comfort of our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with so much variety and incredible quality. Lunch time favourite was a bowl of nasi goreng - delish! What truly set this place apart, was the staff. They were impeccable - always attentive, professional and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, from arranging taxis to organising our return trip to the airport and always with a smile. The spa treatments were also the best we’ve had. Pure luxury and incredibly relaxing. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service & comfort.

Nice tidy room with facilities l expected. The privare Pool was lovely and hotel breakfast was exceptional.

It is Bali, as such you need to allow for lots of mosquitos. Bug spray and mosy repellant was provided thou. Also dont expect perfection on the room, some wear n tear is obvious.

We had a great stay at Royal Samajas Villas. The villa was very clean and we loved having our own private pool. The plants around the villa made it feel peaceful and close to nature and we always felt safe during our stay. All the staff were very warm and friendly. A special thank you to Santi (front desk staff) who always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the food at Kasava restaurant. The service provided by the staff there was great and having meals delivered to our room was very convenient. Delicious food, excellent customer service! We’ll definitely miss this place and would love to stay here again when we’re back in Bali.

The room & pool were beautiful and very clean, and being tucked just out of the main Seminyak area it was a peaceful slice of paradise to come back to after daily activities. The staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful and attentive and our room was maintained perfectly every day. The villa's Kasava restaurant was also a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was delicious, especially the Indonesian menu.

Had a fantastic time at these villas. Super clean, very comfortable, spacious and pool great size. Staff very accommodating and welcoming, always smiling. Location is only 5 minute walk to Seminyak Square and our villa #3 was on the quieter side of the street. Breakfast was yummy with a good variety of choice and you can have lunch or dinner. Wide choice and everyone complimented the food. We have stayed at 1 bedroom villas up near the W but will always come to Royal Samaja for location and comfort. Thank you to everyone who made our stay great
