Towels not very clean, everything else was good

Quiet and clean property. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good as well. There is daily room service. There is spa center but it has mixed sauna area. You can get your beach towels for free from spa. The shuttle from airport to the hotel has to be booked separately. Keep that in mind since its almost 2 hour drive but its not a problem and tjere are plently of options right in the airport. Location of this hotel is great. Next to grocery store with fresh fruit.

Otel olarak hizmet konusunda fena değildi. Sadece oda içerisinde buzdolabı yeteri kadar soğutmuyordu. Bir de resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar pek güler yüzlü değildi çok soğuk davranıyorlardı. Kahvaltı dahil otel de olan hizmette kahvaltı kısmı bizim için zayıf kaldı. Odaların temizliği gayet iyi yapılıyordu. Odalar kullanışlı idi.

Yurume mesafesi. Genel olarak memnun kaldik. Hersey için teşekkürler.

Realt good place for money.

Otelin hizmet kalitesi maalesef çok düşüktü. Havlu istedik, ancak saatlerce gelmedi ve dört kez istemek zorunda kaldık. Kapalı yüzme havuzu hem kirliydi hem de çok soğuktu. Yemeklerin tadı ise gerçekten kötüydü. Hayatımda yediğim en kötü curry soslu tavuğu burada yedim. Salatada ilaç tadı vardı, bu yüzden zehirlendiğimi bile düşündüm. Hamam var diye tercih ettik ancak o da kapalıydı. Genel olarak düşük seviyeli bir hizmet sunuluyor. Eğer sadece duş alıp uyuyup çıkmak istiyorsanız belki iş görür, ama daha fazlasını beklemeyin.

4 kişilik aile seyahatimiz için tercih ettik. Kış sezonu olduğundan gayet sakindi. Family suitte kaldık temizlik bizce yeterliydi. Balkonu çok sevdim :) Oda yeterli büyüklükteydi. Denize çok yakın ama maalesef önündeki su parkı manzaraya engel oluyor :( Genelde dışarıda vakit geçirdik ancak yarım pansiyon rezervasyonu yaptığımız için akşam yemeklerinde otelde olduk. İlk gün 1 saati aşan servis süresi haricinde her şey güzeldi. İkinci gün durumu anlattığımda çok daha hızlı servis yaptı garson arkadaşlar, tekrar teşekkür ederim. Bana göre en büyük dezavantaj otopark. Tam karşıda Migros’a park etseniz de yaya geçidinden dolanıp geliyorsunuz. Ayrıca yaz sezonunda Migros otoparkı da yetmeyecektir diye düşünüyorum. Tekrar Marmaris’e yolum düşerse tercih ederim.

Otel konum olarak merkeze araç ile 5 dk. Çok keyif aldık. Personel ilgili güler yüzlü. Oteli sevdim

2 gün boyunca 45 er dakika kahvaltı beklemek, ve sonunda 1 ad ultra mini kruvasan yanında 3 zeytin 1 peynir ve haşlanmış yumurta yemek. Garsonlar aralarında sohbet etmekten hizmet edemiyorlar.

Das Hotel befindet sich in zweiter Reihe vom Strand, der in erster Linie wohl mit Engländern der anderen Art gefüllt ist. Eine Möglichkeit, das Auto zu entladen oder gar zu parken, habe ich nicht entdeckt. Das Einchecken ging recht flott vonstatten, da sich die Anzahl der Anreisenden doch sehr in Grenzen hielt. Nachts ist mit lauter Uffta-Uffta-Musik vom Strand zu rechnen, und, da die Klimaanlage wohl nicht richtig funktioniert, ist eine lange musikalische Nacht zu erwarten. Die Tür zum Badezimmer kann nur ein Änfänger konzipiert haben, da man sich in das Badezimmer zwängen muss, die Tür schließen, um dann die notwendigen Tätigkeiten fortzusetzen. Das Frühstück war, wenn man es mal nett ausdrückt, ein Witz.

Die Lage war ideal, Strandnah und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Das Hotel eignet sich gut für eine Durchreise, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es jedoch nicht empfehlen. Das Familienzimmer für vier Personen war etwas zu eng, was den Komfort beeinträchtigt hat. Das Abendessen hat leider nicht überzeugt und ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings auch nichts Besonderes.

Less than 5 minute walk to private chairs on beach. Beautiful hotel in all aspects. Great breakfast included. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day.

No information given at check-in. Keys handed over and some wristbands. Pool information, spa, gym, breakfast location etc had to be asked and met with a sigh. Pool is fantastic and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast staff also not very helpful and never smiled. Either side of the hotel are clubs that go on until 2am and are extremely loud. If you’re looking for a location for a peaceful rest this would not be ideal.

The hotel is in a very good condition, easy shopping and transport, 5 min from the beach, value for money. I couldn't use the private beach area as the chairs were occupied by not guess people but nobody was controlling. I received a fantastic room upgrade, the suit was fabulous however the aircon was not powerful enough so it was boling inside, despie leaving it on all day only about 3am it became cool a bit and by 9am was boiling again, bear in mind that were 36*C outside, in any other season could be fantastic. I would not recommend the Full board or half board food options if you want to enjoy the Turkish cuisine, this was more kind of fast food. I would use this hotel in another season but definitely not summer. Most hotels give you the option of late check out if they have rooms available, this one had rooms available but they charge you 20 Euros for an extra hour.

Absolutely first class; huge rooms, clean, professionally managed. It was quite a surprise for the small amount I paid. Breakfast, although a la carte, would be so much better if it were a buffet. Otherwise, fully recommend this hotel.

Wonderful for everything

It was good accommodation spacious rooms and clean. Bathroom amenities could be better. Breakfast offered wasn’t buffet and it was basic but purchase menu looked good but not included. Parking in Marmaris is really bad just be aware… We were lucky to find spot across the road at the shops.

First of all this hotel is nothing more than a 3-star. I chose the place based on the rating on hotel.com, which is 100% false. Most of the staff and on top of them the manager were very rude. There no buffet for breakfast. They had a very limited menu for breakfast and it literally sucked! Several times, I caught the kitchen staff collecting the remainings of the other tables and serving it for the other customers. Fortunately the hotel was half empty, otherwise their small pool wouldn't be able to accommodate the people. We paid around 250$ per night for this stay, but the true worth isn't even one third of this price. I suggest that Hotels.com investigates how such a high rating is achieved for this hotel as it is completely misleading. My suggestion is to avoide this hotel at all costs.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Cancel in the dining room works her socks off and is probably worth twice what they pay her. Service gets a little spotty when it’s busy but overall we couldn’t complain. The food on the half board menu is basic. Breakfast is ok. Half board menu is hardly worth it unless you’re on a very limited budget or you have a very limited palate. If you’re vegetarian or vegan don’t bother The a la carte menu on the other hand is excellent and the food is delicious. You get what you pay for. Pool area is very good but gets very hot. Beach is literally less than 5 minutes walk. Service on the beach is also very friendly and attentive. Sea is pretty clean and the beach is as you’d expect in a resort where most people smoke. Room in general and bed in particular was very comfortable. Room was clean and cleaning staff were very efficient and, you guessed it, very friendly. I wish the gym/spa had been open earlier in the morning but that’s a minor quibble.

Premium hotel, everything was very nice. Very Clean rooms and bathroom. A.C. was working very nicely. Perfect front desk clerks. Many thanks to the Front desk clerks Mustafa, Ahmet, and Tuba. They were so helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Center area and is 2 minutes by walking to the beach. The hotel has private beach facilities so you can swim very conveniently. Breakfast was also good.

Amazing hotel. Let us check in early, lovely amenities, clean rooms and a lovely pool. Big chefs is attached to the hotel and breakfast is there too. Maids were lovely and kept the room clean. So close to the beach and blue port too!!

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Nothing was too hard. The kids were attended to by the Big Chef restaurant very well. Big Chefs was an amazing restaurant, great breakfast, amazing food.

Staff has been very helpful in resolving small problems. Also location on the beach is very nice. They have spa services, gym and also inside pool and jacuzzi.

Marmaris is to me a great holiday resort, and the Motto Premium suited me well. It is tucked well into the top end of the marina amongst the other good hotels so the competition is valuable.. The staff could not do enough for us, and were most helpful. The outside pool is good, also the pool bar. Breakfast was enormous but unusual, enquire beforehand is your want an "English" Breakfast. Table service is good, Some guests prefer to eat out at the very many other bars and restaurants in the locality. Other guests in the hotel came from a variety of countries. The bedrooms are well furnished, and all have balconies. The hotel is circular in design, so is you want sea view, enquire. I much enjoyed staying at the Motto.

Wifi was very bad not working at all

The hotel is quite nice and the staff are truly professional and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean.

What a great hotel. The staff were amazing. The restaurant excellent and the rooms were gorgeous. We have been in Turkey for a month and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. It is a half hour walk along the beach boardwalk to get to the center.

Great place to stay in Marmaris. Fantastic customer service, the spa was awesome.

I found this 4 star hotel.just OK. The room. Was average, a little on the small side. Breakfast is in the attached Big Chef restaurant and it was fine. Parking is not that convenient. Its directly across the street, but you need to walk with luggage to the corner in order to cross. I didnt see a way of dropping luggage directly at hotel.

Everything was nice except that most of the time it was smelling smoke in the room. The breakfast was very low quality, especially the coffe.

Average place. Room cleaning is poor. Delay in cleaning till afternoon. They only make the bed without changing the sheets. Free access to spa is a waste of money.

The location of the hotel is great, close to everything yet not very close to noisy places so perfect. The room was nice and clean.

Good location, supermarket across the street, nice and clean hotel. A very nice restaurant underneath the hotel ( it is a popular chain restaurant in Turkey ). Beach is only 5 minutes walk away. I will certainly return to this hotel in the future.

Good hotel. Comfortable stay. Big Chef’s breakfast was a bit stingy compared to their normal fare. But a pleasant stay. Recommended.

Great hotel would visit again

I already did a review of the hotel in Trip Advisor. I would like to review the Spa here, as our experience there was wonderful. Katherina the spa manager, was extremely pleasant, helpful and service oriented. We had a couples Turkish bath, and massage, the two ladies doing the scrub and honey treatment were wonderful. Naz & Noor Jahan the massage therapists were fabulous and attentive, they both did a great job. Thanks everyone for leaving us with great memories.

Very nice place to stay, staff were super friendly and accomodating. We got a free upgrade on arrival, big thank you to the young dark haird girl on reception, you are the best! We had a top floor with a nice view, the room was a huge suite with a separate lounge area. Bathroom was clean and large and nice terrace too! Facilities are great, nice heated pool and spa/hamman/sauna in the hotel! The main restaurant was closed for buffet breakfast but the included breakfast was okay considering it was low season. Would come back again!!!

Overall this is a good option to stay for a few days. Rooms are big, cleanliness and quality are good. Let downs: those who want to use the gym, it’s like a smelly sauna. They cannot put AC on. There are no fans or ventilation. Breakfast (included) portion sizes are far to small. I chose the omelette. No bread, only a two egg omelet on an oversized plate. Very cheap of them.

This hotel was really nice and it was nice that the BigChefs restaurant was attached with a free breakfast and a discount for lunch and dinner. The food was really good. The property was well kept and the staff was very helpful. It’s a one minute walk to a nice slice of private beach with really beautiful views. Also next to the beach is a walking path that stretches the whole shoreline and that was great for watching the sunrise. For this price and location is recommended to stay here.

The safebox did not work in the room, and it was never repaired during the entire stay. There was only 1 hair conditioner in the bathroom, the second one was used, and when I asked to bring more, no one brought anything. At the restaurant during lunch before departure, the waiters forgot to bring 2 dishes from the ordered ones. Otherwise, I liked everything. Convenient location, private beach, very nice staff, comfortable furniture, quiet.

Very close to the beach and city but I do not recommend this hotel if you look for SPA and relaxation. The spa was not clean and facility was Nazir in good shape. Another negative point was that limited personal to help with luggage. A 3 star hotel but absolutely not 4

A bit of distance from the beach. Our room was ok with sea view. Can’t fault the room as they are newly renovated. The pool was ok but the service around the pool is almost none. Overall a good place if your looking for a short stay. We were supposed to stay there for another 6 nights but decided to switch hotels as the hotel and the surroundings plus the breakfast was getting boring

The room was clean and well equipped except for the mini fridge ( it was barely working). The room was well furnished however too small ( it barely fits the queen size bed) We could barely fit our luggage too. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s an aesthetic hotel. And for the price you pay for the quality, it is very cheap compared to other tourist destinations. Staff are nice and accommodating. There are lots of shops and food places near the centre which are not far. However, the location could get boring if you are used to a big city and travelling. There are a few bars/shisha lounges nearby but it’s not the same as the capital. So I would pass on this area for a friends holiday. And I will probably go to Morocco instead if I wanted a similar vibe but more interesting. But for a nice family holiday I would probably come to the hotel again.

Despite the national shutdown of the spas and pools, the service remained topnotch. Daily cleaning of rooms, supplies replenished. Front desk and restaurant staff, all very professional and helpful. Food was generous and tasted great.

Nice and clean hotel, great housekeeping daily, unfortunately due to covid no access to spa / gym facilities - would be fair to put an info note so people can see it when booking. Staff very nice but most speaks little English. Restaurant serves tasty food but most times there were some issues with our order due to waiting staff not understanding. However food was ok, breakfast as well ok. Since the hotel was almost empty it was quiet but one night there were guests next door to us and we could hear them well, so possibly at high capacity it might be noisy. Overall pleasant stay, god location, close to the beach and shops. What was funny / annoying was that there were like 7 songs on constant loop being played in restaurant so after few days it was tiring to listen. But nice clean modern hotel and staff very nice and friendly, would stay again.
