The hotel was nice & clean. Front desk was nice and helpful. Our room was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome size room, very comfy beds and sizable bathroom! We enjoyed our stop here on our way home from the Keys back to KY very much. Breakfast was good, lots of options and the coffee was great. Staff very helpful and very nice

Parking is very tight and they need more spaces! We were near an elevator and it sounded like thunder during the night, but not really a problem. Just like a thunderstorm.

I requested early check in at 10:30 and received email confirmation that it was approved. When we arrived, we were told that they wouldn’t honor my request so we had to wait to check in. Very inconvenient since we needed to change clothes

Both manager and enter clerk were not helpful in resolving this. I’m sure the the hotel wasn’t fully booked so it couldn’t have been a problem

Nothing it was great

This hotel is located right next to an exit from the highway so it was easy to get to. Check in was quick and easy and the room was just right for our needs. The dining area was clean and breakfast was just right (typical continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffle maker, pastries/bagels, cereal...). We didn't use the pool since we were busy at Wild Adventures but there was an exercise room that we briefly used a few times. The location is great! It's within walking distance of several stores and restaurants and the mall is only 5 minutes away. I would return to this hotel the next time I am in town.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast options were great, and the location was great.

I didn't like that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, and I really prefer walk-in showers over tub combos at hotels. It wasn't a deal breaker, though.

We were in town for a wedding and needed somewhere close to stay. The room was very spacious and could easily sleep 5-6 with the sofa bed. Location was great and had plenty of eating choices nearby. What we especially liked was how close it was to the highway so we can easily hop back on to go back to florida.

If you’re big on hotel breakfast, they didn’t have to many options when we were there.

The location was perfect! We were 10 miles from Wild Adventures and just a few minutes from the mall. Had a really nice breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were a nice size.

The hotel and the room was clean and as expected, but I would definitely not rate this hotel as a 5* hotel as Booking.com have done. Its a 3+ star hotel.

The dining area for breakfast was extremely unpleasant and small. So don't except to enjoy your breakfast here and I may recommend to not think about it to eat there!

Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Very clean. Easy to get to and great price. Lots of hard surfaces for luggage and stuff. Large full mirror .

AC did was not cool enough even though it was set low. We could hear highway traffic all night long. Maybe because of the location of our room. (See pic)

The front desk staff, the house keepers and kitchen staff were all great. When we arrived they had happy hour it was a great way to unwind and they gave me fresh cookies for all of our kids. We needed some extra things for our room front desk was glad to help. The house keepers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had quite the variety. We would stay her again. It's very family friendly.

There ants in pool Area and pool towels small. The pool was nice though and clean.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and clean And the rate for three nights was the best we could find around that area

The hotel was convenient and offered a good value for the price. Maintenance was very helpful whenever I needed assistance, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with flavorful home fries and a nice variety of options. My kids especially loved the kid-sized waffles. Overall, we had a great experience.

Overall, the room was clean, but I noticed a few areas that appeared to have been missed during cleaning. There was moldy staining underneath the shower soap dispensers and under the toilet rim, which suggests those harder-to-see areas may not be cleaned regularly. I also found paper bowls under the bed that were not ours. Aside from those issues, the room was clean and well maintained, but paying closer attention to less visible areas would improve the overall cleanliness.

Easy access to interstate, close proximity to food and quick trip to Wild Adventures. Staff was great.

The doors did not feel like they sealed correctly. You could see light all the way around from the hallway. The pool was closed and we were not made aware of this until we arrived. My children were disappointed. The truck with supplies was also late, so they ran out of waffle mix our first day.

The staff were welcoming and nice. It was very clean, comfortable and had no nasty smells like a lot of hotels.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance.

The breakfast was not to good. Sausage was rubber like, eggs were watery. Would like more cooked options like biscuits and gravy if it’s good. Maybe build a breakfast bowl or build your own breakfast wrap area. Just an idea.
