It was in a great location! The free breakfast was great! It was overall a great hotel and wish we could have stayed longer!

Literally everything was great! But the only thing I could think of was when we came in June the gnats at the pool were miserable. I don’t know what it was but we could not stay out there long due to the gnats in our face. BUT if the gnats weren’t there the pool was great!

We have stayed here many times on our way to FL… The staff is always very helpful and friendly!

Kickback and swimming pool

Everything was just perfect!

The breakfast was very good though I wished bacon was on the menu. The location is in close driving distance to shopping which was great and right off the interstate was helpful too.

I have nothing against someone having a pet, but I do not feel that animals should be allowed to be at hotels.

Friendliness of staff members and clean, quiet room. The accomodated my single request for a walk-in shower which was very much appreciated.

Hotel is very busy with the pool and lobby bar full of people and children. Not that we didn't like it, just an observation that this is a very busy property.

I like everything about the property! It is especially nice that they have a dinner and drinks for guests in the evening. After driving for hours, it’s nice not to have to get back out to go eat. The food was excellent too! Breakfast was equally nice. Everything tasted great and was very clean. The rooms are well equipped and very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. I loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the fact that it’s located right by the interstate; yet, it’s very quiet.

This was an amazing hotel!!! The place was super clean, really nice lobby and dinning area. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived tired and exhausted from traveling to find out they do dinner and drinks free like they do for breakfast and it was so good!! Pasta, salad, nachos, chicken hot dogs and more and free drinks and adult drinks! The breakfast was the best continental I’ve ever had! Fresh cooked food not just cereal. And the staff were beyond friendly like the chick fil a of hotels! The rooms were perfectly clean beds comfy! We will definitely go back to stay there again and not just for passing by like we did this time. We liked it so much we plan to go back and stay longer then a day and go to wild adventures park close by. Stay here you won’t regret it!!!!

The bathroom shower was dirty it had not been cleaned properly. The tub was adequate.

The breakfast bar is amazing. Well stocked at all times and you can't beat free breakfast of this quality. Diffently a money and time saver. The evening kickback meal was excellent as well. The staff was very nice and the service was great. Very clean facility with excellent pool area.

I would note that I travel a fair amount for business, this was first time at Drury property and I was IMPRESSED! will look for other locations and book should the opportunity arise. This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. the rooms are nicely appointed and he service is great. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Though it was right next to I75, the noise level was low.

The sitting area for breakfast was big enough.

The breakfast options could be better. We met several empty stations that wasn't refilled and they didn't refilled them again until they closed.

I wasn’t expecting such a great experience from the hotel staff and the breakfast and dinner buffet was completely on the house even free drinks. beds were comfortable and the spa and pool was great as well.

My air conditioner did not work in my room and it was very hot. My last stay at the same hotel I had the same problem. Might have even been the same room.

Our room was clean, great value for room with Kickback and breakfast. We selected Valdosta because of location for our trip. We selected Drury because of Kickback

Clean, friendly staff and friendly hotel environment all around hotel, nice size room for a double Queen bed, the only thing I think could be better is the towels and rags provided could've been newer or non stained although I brought my own that's still important if I decide to use a towel to take with me to the pool I don't want a stained towel.

Some of the bathroom towels were stained, they gotta do better with that.....

We enjoyed our stay in Valdosta. The front desk staff was amazing. Matt is a great leader. Everything was clean and the food was good. The beds were comfortable and my room had plenty of great lighting. Although they had a full house, it was pretty quiet throughout the hotel. The pool & hot tub was clean. The a/c definitely works.. I was cold but comfortable. We will be back!

Great variety at the morning breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pancakes were delicious and they catered to everyone’s tastes and needs! KJ was a very helpful and kind cook who took the time with almost everyone!

Pleasantly surprised!! We usually stay at Hampton or Holiday Inns.. Recent stay at a Holiday Inn was horrible and when looking at the rising prices of Hampton Inns, we decided to try Drury. It was excellent! Great amenities with the added Bonus of the Supper Buffet with 3 drinks (mixed, beer and wine) and the hot Buffett breakfast with pancakes, waffles, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, breads, muffins, fruit and juices - this made this hotel so much more affordable! Our Queen double was $178 with taxes! So we had an excellent room (very clean and quiet), dinner, drinks, and breakfast all for an incredible price. It is a very busy, family friendly hotel! They have pet rooms available too! The pool, hot tub and gym were excellent.. now, this would not be the place for a quiet and romantic getaway, but there are other places for that! The only negative was no smart TV’s! There are plenty of channels with no guide as to what’s on! So, bring your Amazon or ROKU stick and you will be fine.. thanks Drury! You made our travel much better!!

The Review: This hotel was very easy to get to from the interstate, though you do have to turn down a small back road to actually reach it. The location is great if you want to be close to food, as it is nearby a lot of restaurants and places to eat. When we checked in a little later in the evening, the hotel was pretty packed, but the check-in process itself was quick and easy. They also had plenty of luggage carts available, which made bringing our bags up to the room a breeze. While we didn't get a chance to experience the evening reception, the common area where they host it looked very nice. We did have the morning breakfast, which was good for a typical hot hotel breakfast. One thing to note is that there were definitely a lot of younger kids around, so if you are looking for more of a quiet couples' getaway, you might want to look elsewhere. The only real con for me was a noticeable smell in the room. The hotel allows pets, and it felt like they were trying to cover up an odor left behind by animals. There were a lot of dogs at the hotel during our stay, and when we lay down, we could definitely smell it in the carpet. The room looked clean, so it might just be that I have a sensitive nose, but the pet odor was definitely there. Rating Recommendation: 3.5 out of 5 Stars (or a 4/5 if you want to be generous, given that it was clean, easy, and convenient despite the carpet smell).

Shower was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Each evening they had a light meal/ snack bar with various hot foods and 3 cocktails per person from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The Breakfast bar included a hot bar and cereals, yogurt boiled eggs, waffles etc.

The Pool wasn't accessible due to number of people the hotel was hosting so we didn't get to enjoy that amenity. Apparently locals book the hotel on Holidays and bring their children as a basic staycation. Just wasn't the serene Pic in the ads.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable, it was extremely loud downstairs. I expected much much more from this hotel. There was a terrible wreck outside the entrance , coming from out of town it took us another 45 minutes to find a way around to the hotel. the front desk would not extend the food time for us. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Front desk, night staff were not very friendly. Seemed like they just wanted to leave.

We arrived and ate the free dinner they provided. It was really good food. This is the only hotel chain that has ever had continental dinners. FANTASTIC!! And The continental breakfast was also out of this world fantastic as well!!

Everything! We will have Drury on our radar when we travel. Included dinner and breakfast is a bonus. Rooms were comfortable. The coupon for drinks was nice too. Actually, there are no negatives! We will return.

The pet fee is pretty high. I would like to see a graduated rate for weight. We paid the same for our 10 lb mini poodle that owners of big dogs paid. It would be more fair to charge based on lbs. thank you

The hotel was clean, spacious room/bathroom, all the staff was so nice, all the amenities were great. Free breakfast and dinner buffet which was tasty everyday we were there, and the 3 free adult drinks at dinner time was a very pleasant surprise. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beds were very comfortable.

Love the Valdosta Georgia location. Stay there every time I drive to Florida. All the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean, quiet and comfortable, the amenities are great. Have stayed at other hotels and this is definitely my favorite.

The property was very nice and easy to get around

Overall nice clean property. We are repeat guests at this hotel for a reason BUT the only complaint is the surprise billing for pet fees. The internet posts a $50 pet fee for 2 dogs. Upon receipt of the bill after check-out, we were charged $70. The explanation given was that Georgia Drurys do not have to follow the posted rate, and thus the $20 CA-CHING! Then the rip off continues by the State of Georgia. They charged my dogs a hotel occupancy tax. You just can’t make this stuff up.
