iv stayed here well over 50 times iv lost count to be honest and this was the best room and best nights sleep iv ever had here

Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful (especially Jonah and Amy). Didn't have to wait too long at reception to book in on arrival. Car park was busier than anticipated but managed to find a space OK so all good.

Breakfast! It was very disappointing. Lukewarm food. No tattie scone/hashbrown/fried bread - just potatoes that looked like they had been left over from the previous night. The tomatoes were hard and cold in the middle: they looked like they had just been seared on the top with a cooks blowtorch. The fruit juice (orange) tasted like it had been watered down and had absolutely no taste. As breakfast is the last memory of any hotel stay, it left us extremely disappointed.

We had to stay in Aberdeen for a few days as our flight was diverted / cancelled from Copenhagen to Heathrow. The reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to help us out. All very helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if in Aberdeen near the Airport.

Every single member of staff during our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean and as a single mum it felt really safe.

I liked the location to the airport

The bed was not comfortable and creaked with every single move I made , the bathroom fan could not be turned off and it was a constant noise all night , finally the staff member was not helpful and did not even look up at me when booking in , another staff member on the way out acted exactly the same , there are plenty of hotel choices in the area , say hello to your customers

There appears to be two Leonardos in close proximity, taxi driver took me to the wrong one so I had to walk to the right one. Maybe worth mentioning when booking.

The quality of accommodation was excellent.

RESTAURANT - Whilst breakfast was adequate, the quality and value for money in respect to dinner was very poor. I would recommend travellers avoid eating there for anything except breakfast. For example, almost £20 for a main course comprising a single fish cake was not impressive. Whilst topped with a 'runny' egg, it was unfortunate that this was probably the cause of my wife suffering from salmonella food poisoning a couple of days later.

Friendliness of reception staff and the bar was warm and good service.

Terrible overcooked food at breakfast. Room was quite tired and needs more updating.

The room was too hot, there was a fan but it made such a racket when it was on we couldn’t sleep either way.

The accommodation is spacious and well configured, making excellent use of the available space. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, contributing positively to the overall guest experience.

tThe room itself was spacious, well laid out, clean, and comfortable overall. However, the bed was quite hard and did not meet my personal comfort preferences. In addition, the bathroom fan ran constantly throughout the night, and the continuous noise was noticeable and detracted from what would otherwise have been a perfect stay.

It was clean and affordable.

There are fences and confusing roads. A clear pedestrian route with clear signs from the airport terminal would be great. I arrive in the rain and had to walk in the rain for ages to find the way into the hotel because it looked near on the map but only in you know where the gap in the fence was. I walked round on the roads for ages.

Great location with frequent public transport connections to the city available. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, that means a lot for us recharging our energy. Enabling us enjoying the week-long international handbell symposium in P&J Live Aberdeen.

Lack of plug sockets. Unusual for a hotel that there is no voile curtain in the rooms and yet room windows face into each other, basic privacy!

There was a fire, we were evacuated and moved to the sister hotel to sit and wait. There was very little contact from any staff members with a guest receiving a call from her partner to say we were allowed back in- not from a staff member. There was also no attempt to check in and see if guests were ok despite the amount of smoke we were exposed to on the floor of the fire. At no point did anyone ask if I was ok. There was no mention of the incident at check out the next day. I felt the whole situation was not taken seriously.

lo avevamo già utilizzato per il viaggio di andata verso le Shetland e lo abbiamo scelto nuovamente in occasione del rientro verso l'Italia. Vicinissimo al terminal aeroportuale (non più di 5 minuti a piedi), si tratta di una struttura moderna, con ottime dotazioni. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e silenziosa, nonostante la vicinanza all'aeroporto; lo staff gentilissimo e professionale, la colazione continentale veramente super! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da consigliare

Great place to stay when flying out. A nice hot breakfast was much better than any airport options. The free shuttle was also appreciated.

The sound proofing. I was on the ground floor and the people in the room above me sounded like they were stamping on the floor every time they moved. It kept me awake before sleeping and woke me early when they were leaving
