Zalige bedden en kussens. Moesten vroeger weg om vlucht te halen en op vraag stond er reeds ontbijt klaar. Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel.
Room friendly reception staff
Parking and breakfast
Large free car park and fast internet
Very basic breakfast and really uncomfortable mattress to the point i had to ask for extra duvet to use it as a mattress topper
Immaculate , bathrooms spotless, bed comfy
The food offering very poor and limited main courses not what expected from hotel mainly servicing oil workers wanting a hearty meal but the pizza we had was nice
Friendly staff
Room was fitted for disabled people and not very welcoming. Headboard in room was shabby and a big chunk of covering was missing.
Breakfast
Poor allocation of rooms since we came in as a family
Czysto i przyjemnie, cicho. Pyszne gofry na śniadanie.
I am writing to share that we were greeted by the lovely lady at the front desk. Her very warm welcome and smile made the visit completely worth it for both my daughter and me. Thank you for providing such excellent service.
Everything was great actually however We didn't like location of our room was on 3rd Floor despite I had my daughter it was bit annoying to go all the way to 3rd floor room 302 located at the end of the row... The sofa bed needs observation as it wasn't comfortable. Overall very pleased with the service + Breakfast + Communication was great.
location
temperature control in the room seemed to be erratic either blowing very cold or not at all
Very nice
Breakfast and WiFi could be better
Portia on reception was an absolute delight, really helpful, well mannered and happy to help. She gave me some local knowledge and advice on buses etc. i genuinely think she was especially good and certainly made my stay much better- she deserves a commendation in my opinion.
It was near the airport.
Honestly - don’t bother. Too few employees, this hotel thinks they can run a busy hotel with three members of staff and qR codes. Breakfast dismal. Dinner meh. Queues. QR codes and highly questionable service. I’ve stayed in better hostels.
Proximity to the airport, complimentary breakfast, excellent price.
We were expecting a pull-out couch as a second bed, but our room only had a chair. The internet said that there would be a shuttle to and from the airport, but there wasn’t one.
It was able to supply a room when I needed it. It had comfortable clean bedding. Food at dinner was good and breakfast as well.
Didn’t dislike anything. It was just functional and was great for a last minute stop over. Oh, not enough parking when busy. Had to park on the outer road pavement.
walk in shower
beds were hard
Working in Aberdeen for a week. When I arrive at the hotel the staff were not friendly. The lack of parking is awful. To then be told that you have to park a 7 min walk away, and pay for it. I know it's not alot but when you are working all day to then have to do this. Wifi is terrible. Was needing to do some work while back at the room but was unable to due to the lack of WiFi. Ended up hotspotting my phone in my van.
Wow ❤️ The staff were absolutely incredible 😃 they made us feel like royalty!!! My 90 year old mother in law can't wait to return. The room was beautiful. Keep up the great work 👍 👏 xxxxx
The breakfast wasn't very hot but the staff made up for it with their outstanding Customer Service 😀
Nice hotel, comfy beds, quiet, bar area nice, breakfast superb
Car park too small for hotel
While the staff are very friendly the food options are appalling. Two curries, a noodle dish and a pizza. Chips is the alt. It expecting gourmet but come on.
Located well for my journey
Quality of sausage
Ligging ten opzichte van het vliegveld is top
Kamers worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt en het parkeren was een drama, personeel regelt verder niks en doen of ze gek zijn
Shocking poor parking availablity and poor breakfast (sloppy scrambled eggs only) nice hotel but the car park is full of oil rig workers cars. It's more of a stop over for riggers rather than the general public
Staff were nice
I paid £102 for 1 night stay and a queens roam and a large double bed, and when I got there the room was not queen, and the bed was a double! I asked the receptionist about it and she said oh yeah we dont have large double beds, only double So what am I paying for? Also it is very very bad false advertisemen!!! I am extremely not happy with this, I would like compensation as I paid a large amount for one night! I will write a bad review online if I dont get compensation
I was not satisfied with the aesthetics of the room as it was outdated, the colour scheme was obnoxious and décor was just not appealing. However the quality and resources provided were good. Overall would stay again if I had to but think the room decoration just needs a rethink and update.
Modern with helpful staff warm and welcoming
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay..we have been here a few times now and we will be back again
Everything was good
Staff were very helpful, room was very clean. Shower powerful. Only downfall in room was sofa bed is too firm. We like a firm bed my son felt like he was lying on the floor!
Really difficult to get a parking space. Confident that spaces were not all occupied by guests - think they are being used by off shore workers. Parked at airport for reduced cost of £6 & only a 10 minute walk away, but I would rather park my car at the hotel I’m staying at.
Clean bedrooms, great complimentary breakfast and really what you need from a select service hotel
Parking is a compete disaster - do not stay at this hotel! Over many years now the hotel prioritizes "park and fly" type deals so the car park constantly 100% full regardless of hotel occupancy. This causes actual hotel guests to park beyond on nearby grass or pavements/sidewalks....which WILL get you an expensive parking fine issued by the local council/government - they make a point of doing a late night ticket session of dozens of illegally parked vehicles. When the hotel first opened parking was fine but the businesses has made a choice to sell all of their spaces to people who are away long term - e.g. offshore workers. Its a complete lie to say there is no parking- obviously there is, but the hotel has decided to remove the option from actual guests in favor of "park and fly" revenue from non guests. In short, if you have a car, go anywhere but here!
Chose hotel for location for my work course
Hotel dose not accept cash only card payment for bar and food Could only use the hotel app to see what food was available to eat which I did not like as app did not work which I found unacceptable I only ate once as food choice poor and not very good plus very expensive Breakfast was included in the price
Staff were very friendly.
Parking awful - although the staff were very friendly and helped to accommodate our car. Others were less fortunate. Food choices are limited and only passable.
It was awesome very good environment n the breakfast was well organised everything was perfect.my family enjoyed the breakfast.
Everything was perfect
Location near to the airport
Lack parking
La proximité avec l'aéroport. Chambres assez lumineuses.
Il est recommandé en hôtel familial alors qu'il ne l'est pas. Pas de baby-foot, billard ou jeux... Restauration commande uniquement par appli, pas de contact avec le personnel. Qualité moyenne des lits et chambres familiales de très petite taille.
Location
Room size and very clean , good array of facilities.
Being picky about only issue was the TV in the room not the best for the price of the room.
The way a member of staff at the check in desk whos name was Mark, kindly organised parking for my child and I. I have disabilities and did not have my parking card, all the parking spaces were taken and I would have struggled having to park away from our accomodation, on producing a document that proved I have disabilties he did not hesitate to help me out and I gained access to a disabled space. After such a long journey, It was a pleasure to meet such a helpful and friendly member of the Hampton reception staff.
There wasn't enough parking spaces.
Hotel good and food very poor
The food very poor quality and limited choice
Food menu after 10 pm was very limited
Clean rooms
Car park full had to park my new car on a muddy field nearby. Walking through thick mud with my luggage OMG!!!! I noticed over two days the same cars were parked in same order in the carpark. Someone has definitely done a deal to park cars for the airport whilst we guests park in the mud!!!! To top it all a van dented my car in the field but skidded so I don’t blame them. Evening food so limited I had to go elsewhere so disappointed on that front too.
Only scrambled eggs for breakfast….. no fried or poached…. asked a member of staff but was told….we don’t do them….. 🤷……!
One of several "airport" hotels situated about halfway between the airport terminal building and TECA (events & conference venue) - about half an hour's walk from both. Rooms are more generously sized than many airport hotels, similar size to Hamptons I've stayed in elsewhere in the UK. Nightly rates are quite reasonable when you remember there's a full buffet breakfast included. This is nothing sensational but there's a reasonable choice of hot food, cereals, bread / pastries and limited other cold choices. The website says there's no parking but in fact there's a good sized free car park. It was very odd that the car park was very close to full the whole time I was there even though the hotel felt deserted. My suspicion is that they're renting out a lot of spaces to non residents (they'll command a high price so near the airport) and therefore not leaving nearly enough for actual residents. I'll be interested to see whether the management choose to comment on this. For evening meals they have a very limited outsourced "order online at table" facility which I didn't use and which didn't really appeal. There's not a lot of options nearby - a few hotel chains of varying quality and a single pub / restaurant, the Dyce Farm, which looked reasonable value but extremely busy. On the plus side the 727 bus stop is a ten minute walk away with regular services to everything the city centre has to offer. Worth considering if you need an overnight before or after your flight or if you're attending something at TECA. Also a possibility for a short break in Aberdeen although its remoteness from the city centre is a disadvantage.
Love everything there
Nothing
Would be advisable to have complimentary water bottles in the room.
All good nice and clean hotel brilliant towels ,all nicely presented well-done keep up the good work
Breakfast
Room was clean and good. The only thing missing was a restaurant with a full menu which meant we went elsewhere to eat in the evening
Безумно классный отель
Покровка номер завтрак
Very clean, modern, nice room.
I reached hotel by 8pm. There was no parking space at all at that time
The hotel was clean, comfortable and location was okay.
The menu was very basic, and it was clear the staff are not fully trained in hospitality. The same staff worked at the front desk and served food, but they would benefit from more training, and the venue could offer a wider selection of dishes. I ordered the duck samosas, which were fine, and the Angus beef lasagna — unfortunately, the lasagna seemed to be missing most (if not all) of the beef. Overall, disappointing experience.
A nice hotel with large clean bedroom and bathroom. Very nice temperature through the night and a bright big bathroom with good sized shower. Would definitely stay again
Did not eat in evening, though breakfast was nice.
Having stayed at other Hilton hotels both in the uk and outwith, I expected a certain level of luxury and comfort. This hotel would nice however there were some areas which were lacking, drinks/food options, the bar running out of certain stock etc. Just little things that in a reasonably expensive hotel you don’t expect to encounter. The building and rooms were clean, well kept and staff were absolutely wonderful. But more is needed for the price tag.
Upon arriving late on 20 July 2025 I was given Room 229. Whilst unpacking I found two empty wine bottles in the room and it was not particularly clean. I would have left immediately and found another hotel. However the Night Duty staff member called Richard Cockburn tidied up the room and removed the empty wine bottles. He also undertook to ensure the room was fully deep cleaned next day by Housekeeping. All hotels suffer problems from time to time but it is when and how they are sorted that really counts.
All good
Nothing
Well appointed room with space to work and a comfy bed. Also some space in lobby for informal meet-ups.
Could be a bit better value for money
Reception staff good Rooms clean
Parking a joke Evening meal tepid heat & would say meal deals bought from wholesalers, very, very poor Chocolate bars etc at reception ridiculous prices
Our rooms were spacious.
Rooms a little tired looking, sofa bed not the most comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare. We had children with allergies and tried to find someone to ask. They pointed out a chart on the wall.. the chart had no key so we guessed that M was may contain and the A was contained. Food was dried out and overcooked.
The location close to the airport.
Parking was atrocious. Food was mostly M/W food and well overpriced. Drinks were extortionate.
First class
Room was a good size, nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Not a huge selection but enough.
Bed just slightly too firm but that's obviously a personal preference. They really need to sort out their car park. It is far too small for the size of the hotel. Had to park along with loads of other cars in a field. Which after heavy rain gets very muddy/boggy!
Good breakfast included with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, & it was very quiet.
Beds were rock solid- even my husband (who can sleep anywhere after 30 years in the military) commented & said it was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were feather & very thin, 2 each were not enough for adequate support.
Pleasant, clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.
Very small number of parking spaces at the hotel, insufficient for the size of hotel and location, which is not near any other suitable parking except the airport! ( We were not flying, we were at a show in P and J arena nearby) We were unable to find a space and parked with many others in a muddy and uneven private field behind the hotel. Breakfast is ‘complimentary’ but very poor quality. I have stayed in this chain before a with much better breakfast, so not sure if they have cut quality in the chain or this particular hotel. Afraid I could not recommend this one.
Up to date spacious rooms. Quiet.
Had to park our car in a muddy field.
Good location for attending P&j live. Good nights sleep, comfortable bed and quiet
Breakfast was a shambles. Hardly any hot food, no cutlery
The staff were lovely and the room was clean.
There wasn’t enough car parking on site for the amount of guests. The food choice for meals and snacks wasn’t wonderful. The breakfast ran out of food by 9.30, even though it was on until 10am and there were no plates or cutlery left. I would have expected more from a stay at a Hilton.
Clean and tidy and always a decent breakfast.
Just seems a little lacklustre for the price. I stay here as it's usually a cut above other hotels in the Dyce area. However, it seems a little out of touch recently.
