Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen Airport by IHG

always use it. handy for airport always friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Handiness for airport

Uncomfortable bed, noisy outside. Food wasn't great either in the evening or breakfast

Everything

Nothing

Reint, stille og god seng.

Kunne vore bedre trykk i dusjen.

The price - town prices were much higher (we usually stay in the Express in town but it was double the price here. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. .

Reception very welcoming and helpful. free car parking for blue badge holders., The room was comfortable and well equipped for our needs. Also well sound insulated being adjacent to the airport.

Breakfast was very poor. We were told it would be served between 5am and 10am. We went down at 9.50 and the fruit juice containers were empty, There was no sausage. The hash brown was not only lukewarm but nearly finished Like wise the scrambled egg was not fresh. On the subsequent mornings of our stay we dined elsewhere.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Convenient for airport.

Heating control did not work and they couldn't fix it. Options for something to eat in the evening was very poor.

Great location for airport 5 min walk

Comfortable, clean and tidy. Excellent food in Restaurant and for Breakfast.

Nothing

Very convenient to airport, clean and comfortable.

Very clean , quiet , comfy beds , good choice of breakfast , all staff I met were very friendly and helpful, good location for bus and p and j live .

Nothing

Location early breakfast parking

Always a good standard

Room smelled a little damp

Breakfast was very nice. Not a big selection of hot food but was very good.

There was'nt anything we did'nt like. We were quite surprised about the size of the room and size of bathroom also the facilitise in the bathroom.

Very convenient for us.

Having to pay for parking.

It was near to the venue we were attending ,also the breakfast, which was included in the price , was excellent, staff were great

Nothing

Close to airport. Reception lady on arrival was lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff in evening were lovely.

Breakfast. Went for breakfast at about 9am. No glasses for juice, no croissant, no bacon. Bacon and a glass did arrive but no croissant anywhere to be seen even 30 minutes later.

Beautiful clean hotel. Warm helpful, hard working staff. Very well run restaurant a menu to with something to suit everyone. Great breakfast included. Staff kept everything running smoothly considering it was an extremely busy morning following a Andre Rieu concert at the P&J Live the previous evening. Kelly the manager is fantastic at her position she is friendly, very approachable and obviously works with her colleagues to keep everything seamless. This is apparent when you watch them working together. This will be a definite recommendation to friends and anyone who is attending an event at P&J.

I don't have any issues with this hotel.

Everything was excellent, from staff, the room and ideal for location for event we were attending.

Breakfast was very good, buffet service, but plentiful and hot . Location excellent for purpose, either concerts at P&J Live or for airport.

The location, the staff,the breakfast

We couldn’t unlock our door but staff helped us.

Everything Breakfast room

Everything staff are brilliant excellent Brilliant

Convenient location and really friendly staff .

Lovely staff at reception and dining room. Well appointed clean room. No noise. Good car park. Enjoyable breakfast with a number of options.

Breakfast and evening meals were both delicious and food was very hot. Plenty of choices. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was bright and clean with well laid out tables.

The bed in our room was really not comfortable. I felt it was too small for 2 adults. We didn’t sleep that well during our 2 night stay for fear of falling out of the bed. We both are of average weight.

The staff were friendly and the location is excellent. The room and shower room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Cooked breakfast was more than half an hour late, not haveing been supplied by 05:30 so missed out on it as had to catch flight. Also the tvs need updating. I would have liked to cast from my phone to tv as Prime, Disney, Netflix etc or any other apps were not installed.

Breakfast

Having brandy at the bar

I like where it is and its affordable

The manager at breakfast was very bossy I tried to explain that we had asked for a table before the 8 people she seated and she literally spoke to me like a two year old, not interested at all, and then my husband went to get something to eat when we got a table ,she tried to send him to the queue and when he made a joke and she told him he was rude so not impressed

easy access to airport

Failed to get an early morning call

Location Value for money

Had to change rooms as first room not set up

Proximity to the airport excellent. Room pleasant and bed comfortable

I missed the breakfast because I had an early flight next morning and wasn’t shown where it was available. It would have been helpful if it had been explained when I booked in.

Breakfast was good,so was location.

Nothing it was all good, would book again at right price.

Easy to find, close to airport & great parking price

Was very warm in room and quite a small bed (even though it was a double)

Proximity to airport, friendly staff, availability of evening meal.

Staff were friendly and the place was perfect for airport would stay here again anytime 👍

We were going to a concert at night at the P&JLive so it was ideal to walk.

The sofas were a bit low so my neck got sore having a drink in the bar area speaking to my husband.

Short walk to airport, bar and breakfast great

Confusion at check in but manager stepped in and quickly sorted

Ideal for overnight before flight. Very clean. Staff friendly.

All good.

Easy access to the Airport

Perfect for airport / early morning flights. Covered walkway from carpark to airport door!

Comfy beds

Nothing

Great location, quiet. Very clean.

Location great for airport.

Nothing

Great location for us and great price.

Liskilacja blisko lotniska. Wczesno poranne śniadanie.

Breakfast had good variety. Rooms had plenty of space. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing

Warm welcome, staff exceptionally helpful and caring. Room was absolutely perfect for our needs particularly for not so able folks...housekeeping exceptionally brilliant and lovely

Breakfast menu change in supplier, bacon and sausages(definitely not Cumberland sausages and tasteless) not palatable, scrambled eggs looked as through they had been put through a shredder. Hash browns fabulous on one day, rest of the days they were awful and not eatable. Fruit - banana- rotten. Can't go the yoghurt as usually it's pro biotic which wasn't available. Beans were fabulous and hot as were the tomatoes - best part of the breakfast.

Very convenient for the airport, early breakfast available for early flights. Reasonable parking fees considering it's for the airport.

I feel the parking is expensive if you were using the accommodation as a stop over, £50/ day if not staying in the hotel £10/day for residents

Specially the location almost inside the airport

When you leave the airport there is no sign of the hotel and you get confused before asking someone... There was only one glass in the toilet.

Breakfast poor

The property is fine. An easy mainly covered walk from the terminal building

The computer system went down which lead to a long check in procedure and then getting an unmade up, unclean room

Beste Lage 👍

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen

Handy for morning flight

Drop off arrangement inconvenient

Close to airport, clean and comfy

At tea the staff was slow and uninterested, we were neglected for long time and also never got offered the chance for pudding, also waitress was awol mist of time! Bar staff practically non exsistent. 5 people waiting to check in at desk when we were going to bed and no sign of staff!

Clean and comfortable room very close to the airport. Met our needs very well. We were impressed to be offered continental breakfast from 4am onwards. Convenient parking.

The staff were not very attentive. We tried to order dinner but no one came to serve us so we went elsewhere

Convenient

Nothing

Proximity to the airport Staff where friendly and helpful

Compared to other IHG hotels I have stayed in the bed was very small and the room was clean but tired

Location was great

Dinner was expensive not much choice for vegetarian

Location and early morning breakfast. Friendly staff

Bland decor

Hyggelig personale

It was good value for money ,staff very lovely and helpful. The place was clean and tidy and breakfast was good .

Nothing .

Everything

The hotel information needs to be clear that it is an easy walk from the airport. That would have saved me taxi cost since hotel doesn’t have a shuttle.

Staff were very helpful, polite and explain the parking requirements. When I lost my parking ticket it was no issue to replace it. Wish I could review breakfast but I didn't make it out of my bed in time!

N/A

Close to Airport

Staff need to be better trained to communicate with Guests

The whole package

Nothing to dislike

24 hour pizza, great room, great early breakfast times, great menu in restaurant with gluten free options, great view and offered complimentary toiletries if required

Friendly staff quiet clean hotel close to the airport

Na

Close to airport and rental car pickup.

It’s a bit tired and not very relaxing lighting around the bar area.

Room was great beds very comfortable Staff friendly Breakfast great

The only issue was the door to room s key card didnt work . But delighted to say by next day it was sorted

Przyjęto mnie wiele godzin przed oficjalnym “check-in”. Śniadanie serwowane już od 5 rano. Bardzo profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Pokój był czysty.

-

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and shower worked well. Food was good. The location meant a short walk to the airport.

The air conditioning was noisy and bed uncomfortable. As a result we did not get a good night's sleep.

Clean , helpful staff and a 5 minute walk to airport

Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Erg goed ontbijt, vriendelijke medewerkers, schone kamer. Dichtbij vliegveld Aberdeen.

Niets

Vriendelijke medewerkers, geweldig ontbijt, uitstekende schoonmaak kamer, erg goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Loopafstand van de luchthaven.

Niets

The locality and the price which was excellent value gor money

Being booked in when the staff member kept leaving us to attend to someone else, obviously due to staff shortages but it was not welcome having had a long day's travelling only to be kept waiting numerous times halfway through the booking in process. Whilst staff need to multi task it should not be to the detriment to the customer being dealt with at the time.

Very quick at getting back to messages and very reassuring and helpful. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Nothing!

Layout, restaurant; excellent value menu. Super early breakfast on offer. Kind staff

Extra expense of car park

Closeness to airport

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Room was too hot, couldn’t get it to cool down enough, resulting in a very poor sleep

Gåafstand til lufthavnen. Rent og pænt.

Vinduet kan ikke åbnes. Morgenmaden u-spændende.

Bedroom great bed was so comfy and fantastic shower, breakfast definitely hit the stop wish they black pudding apart from that it great

Nothing everything was perfect

Short distance to the airport, where you mostly walk through a pedestrian tunnel. Appreciated the ability to adjust the temperature in the room.

Discovered when we were going to bed that the bed in the room was broken. Still appreciated that the receptionists found a new room for us. Ordinary breakfast. Simple scrambled eggs, but good porridge.

Ligger nær flyplassen

Hard sovesofa.

Perfect for my needs. Affordable, right next to the airport. Simple and Comfortable. Nothing to complain!

Nothing really. Its a budget hotel next to the airport. That's what you get.

The hotel was lovely , spotless and the beds are really comfy and the bonus for us were the extra pillows.

Everything was available that we needed.

Nothing.

Very near the airport

Clean and helpful staff
