Los Tulipanes is a beautiful apartment complex. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a super complex for families, right near Rancho Texas theme park. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk from the main strip on Puerto Del Carmen.

There didn’t seem to be any A/C in the living area where the television is. Myself and my fiancee used this area to sleep by moving the couches as our 2 kids claimed the beds in the bedroom. This could be fixed by asking for a fan in the reception, we didn’t need to do this as we didn’t get back to the apartments until later each evening anyway, also our hob wasn’t working to cook any breakfast or meals if we wanted to, again, could have been sorted if we said it to reception but we didn’t do that either as we ate out most of the time anyway. Those are the only minor issues I had. Overall the stay was pretty good.

El trato con el personal, sobretodo con una recepcionista que estaba el Jueves por la tarde, tuvimos un problema con la nevera ya que perdía agua y en vez de buscar soluciones y cambiarme la nevera me daba toallas. El de mantenimiento súper agradable y simpático ya que fui yo quien tuvo que ir a hablar con el. El agua caliente duraba poquísimo, éramos 8 y una ducha rápida con agua caliente solo se podía con 2 personas el resto fría.

The accomodation was walkable distance from the beach, near shops and main promenade, even though it was a bit walking needed up the hill. You could easily park the car in the front of the building. The reception and swimming pool was nice with a vibe.

The beds in the kitchen vere very short, probable for children up to 13yo OK, not after that. Not suitable for anyone 180cm and up. We were really missing the Airco. The kitchen equipment is worn out and many basic things was missing, perhaps re-equip the kitchen would be great.

el agua a veces no salía caliente (según el momento) y a veces los vecinos ruidosos, y como las paredes son finas y hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas por el calor, no se descansa bien. Por lo demás bien

Buena calidad - precio Zona de piscinas muy bien, apartamento comodo, camas comodas, y limpio.

En la cocina pocos utensilios para cocinar, no hay microondas. No es una cocina al uso.

Los apartamentos estaban un poco sucios , sobre todo el baño y el sofá . La terraza necesita mantenimiento .

Nada no dejaban papel para el baño las toallas la cambiaban de 3 en día en 3 días

Cuando entras en el apartamento tienes una puerta la cual comunicas con el vecino de al lado el cual escuchas No hay aire acondicionado y hace tela de calor Pésimo

Muy limpio todo y lugar muy cerca de todo .la entrega por parte de la chica muy buena y atento por si necesitábamos

Tener el apartamento en frente de la piscina, no tener ningún problema para aparcar, tener el servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas a menudo, estar cerca del aeropuerto y el precio de la estancia..

Que el bar de la piscina cerrrara tán peonto.

El apartamento estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones pero para dormir hacia mucha calor hace falta un ventilador o aire acondicionado

La piscina è bella , l appartamento aveva una bella vista sulla piscina, era inoltre dotato di una cucina attrezzata . Lo staff molto gentile e la pulizia era buona .

C’era scritto che ci sarebbe stata aria condizionata e divano letto. Non è stato così in quanto l’aria non era presente e il divano letto non c’era ,era dotata di un divano in cui riusciva a starci una persona di 1,60

2nd day I woke up at 4,30 am and a guy in grey tracksuit bottoms, blue hoodie , hood was up over a grey baseball cap, black gloves on , had a tool in his hand trying to force the lock, I banged on door and He ran off, we were on the second floor, reported to reception but they didn't seem bothered as he didn't get in ... place has zero security

La ubicación súper buena, tiene mucho sitio para aparcar el coche en la calle

Que las limpiadoras entren a las 9:30 de la mañana y nos despertasen, creo que eso lo deberían de hacer de otra manera

El apartamento totalmente equipado y cómodo, vistas muy bonitas. Terraza muy amplia

La zona de piscina tumbonas podrían renovarlas ya que se las ve antiguas y algo incómodas. Eche de menos un ventilador aunque no pasamos calor pero durante el día no estaba de más.

Limpio y con todo lo necesario. Tener acceso directo a la piscina desde tu habitación ha sido lo mejor.

Was awful, I u destined it’s 2 star but this was unfit for anyone to stay in. Hotel apartments were very basic but liveable no air conditioning very hot in rooms. But it was the staff the unwelcoming feeling the broken tv on the first night the linen and towels dumped outside the rooms in dirty shopping trolly the broken slabs building stuff and the shower room we were told was available to use as we had late check out was full of paint tins and bin bags. The electricity vault cupboard had the padlock unlocked next to a pool area and our belongings we ask to store at hotel we found dumped on a table in a washing room area for everyone to be able to steal if they wanted to so no safety whatsoever . The lady at reception told us it was locked it was wide open and the bar man had the key who rudely told us to get our stuff when he decided he was shutting g the bar no manners very rude.

La ubicación y la persona que limpiaba nuestro apartamento fue muy amable tras disculparse por un error de limpieza.

Cuando llegamos descubrimos que el apartamento de 4 personas con una habitación no tenía sofá cama era un sofá bastante duro. Se lo comunicamos a la recepcionista pero nos dijo que era así y que es lo que había. Después de enfadarnos no buscó una cama de 90 y pudimos dormir un poco mejor pero solo una persona.

It was small and quiet. Cleanliness & location were okay.

The sun beds were atrocious, impossible to lie comfortably around the pool area, they are broken and all dipping down, leaving you lying on plastic. The pool was freezing cold.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione molto comoda, si possono raggiungere facilmente i punti più interessanti dell' isola, per escursioni e trekking e punti di interesse culturale Ovviamente l' auto è indispensabile. Apprezzato molto: viene pulita e fornita di asciugamani, anche quotidianamente.

Avrei apprezzato una cucina più attrezzata, un po' spartana, ma comunque sufficiente per prepararsi qualcosa di veloce.

Adjoining door caused noise from next door apartment. No privacy. Bedroom on the small side in standard apartment.

The area was very quiet, which was great! The bed was comfy, the apartment was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds, for when the sun was out! 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants.

What I did not like about this accommodation was mainly the cleanliness and the smell inside the apartment. When we arrived, there was a strong musty and closed smell, as if the apartment had not been ventilated for quite some time. The blankets and pillows smelled of humidity, and some kitchen items and the kitchen cloth also had an unpleasant damp smell. This gave the impression that the apartment had not been properly aired or prepared before our arrival. We also found hair on the floor and visible stains on the sofa. In addition, the terrace was quite dirty, with soil and pieces of plants. I understand that it can be windy in the area, but it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. The common areas were also poorly maintained, and the apartment floor was made of concrete, which made the place feel even colder and less welcoming. I have stayed in other two-star apartments before, and the minimum I expect is basic hygiene. In this case, due to the damp smell from the blankets and pillows, I even had an allergic reaction. Honestly, based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

No toaster and trip switch went off when kettle and oven were on at same time.

L’appartement était super mal isolé. Il faisait super froid la nuit (chambre 24) . On voyait que la porte d entrée avait une ouverture, donc on entendait le vent souffler toute la nuit. C’était pas du agréable de se réveiller plusieurs fois la nuit pendant des vacances car on avaient tous froid. 🥶. Pas assez de draps chauds fournis pour un mois de mars surtout pour un logement aussi mal isolé. Pas d’équipement basiques sachant qu’il y a une cuisine équipée ,tel que du sel, de l’huile , un ouvre bouteille,etc. Le logement était assez sale lorsqu’on est arrivé (de la poussière sur toutes les surface) sachant que on as pas fait que check-in tôt. Les essuies sont changés tous les 3 jours pour une questions environnementale, chose que je peux comprendre, mais la poubelle pourrait être vidée chaque jour car j’ai pas eu l’impression que la dame de chambre passait reelement chaque jour donc parfois tout s’empilait et était jeté dans un sac à côté par manque de place. J’ai également payé pour vue piscine mais on a été logés au coin donc j’ai eu droit sur une vue toit.

Los apartamentos no están bien equipados, tienes hasta que alquilar por días el secador

Petit complexe, avec des appartements vue piscine très agréable...Puerto del Carmen étant assez pentu, celui-ci ci se trouve assez proche de la plage à pied sans grosse montée. Petit snack qui peut dépanner. Taille de l appartement très bien. Le prix moyen pour Lanzarote.

Très mal insonorisé pour les chambres côté rue. Menage moyen, avons trouvé vaisselle et ustensiles collants. Poêle quasi plus de revêtement. Transats piscine auraient besoin d être changé.

L'emplacement était parfait proche des grands axes routiers de l'île et aussi du centre ville. La qualité de l'établissement, piscine, snack, très pratique pour les familles.

Aurait mérité que le snack évite de se transformer en pub écossais même si l'ambiance reste sympathique cela peut être bruyant pour ceux qui veulent se détendre.

The beds were very comfortable. Pool area and apartment is clean. Size of apartment for two people is good.

The pool sunbeds and umbrellas are very dated and some don't work properly. We visited in February and the apartment would get very cold at night time. No air con for summer or heating for colder months. Definitely needed more blankets on the bed for sleeping as we were very cold. Large coward of tourists arrived for a weekend stay drinking from early morning until 8pm when snacks bar closed. They were drunk and loud.

Apartamento con muchas comodidades, limpio y muy tranquilo. Buscábamos tranquilidad y sin duda lo logramos. Cerca de la playa y zona de restaurantes. Totalmente recomendable.

Basic accommodation but reasonably priced, two pools (one large(ish) the other looks like it was for swimming lengths) Property is around a 10-15 walk to the main strip.

Only an internal door dividing mine & the apt next door. Could actually hear their conversations. Shutters on back bedroom window make bedroom very dark & unappealing. Bedroom looks onto a small laneway which is used by staff so if you open the shutters for light you’ve staff walking by…not ideal for a bedroom

Apt was so small and dark ..Connecting door to next apt so could hear their tv or people talking no privacy at all..

A little more sun loungers around pool would be great.

We chose the apartments because of the location and we wanted 2 bedrooms rather than 1 bedroom and a sofa bed. Apartment was very nice and spacious. Very clean and great shower! Pool bar (and staff) were good. Good selection of food and drinks and reasonably priced. Could get a few essentials in there too.

Not enough sunbeds. In the 5 days we were there, we didn’t get a sunbed once. The usual, put your towels on first thing and then go out for the day! Needs to be managed better
