In need of an update. Not a very big pool area so the fact that other holiday makers were bringing in people that weren’t staying at the apartments spoilt it for us. Also there is a large bin at the side of the apartments which is used by the bars and restaurants to empty all the glass bottles so lots of noise

Cuando llegamos encontramos pelo en la nevera, la pared y las sábanas. Además, el estropajo de la cocina estaba usado.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Location was very good, the pool was great, the staff were excellent, Nothing left in the apartment by previous guests it is all cleared away (coffee, sugar, salt, shower gel etc.) sometimes not a bad thing as this can build up and you do not know how long it has been there.
no mosquito mesh on widows, no Air con (fans were provided). A little noise as it's on the front main strip (nothing major at this end of Del Carmen)

Staff were attentive, helpful, informative and friendly. Soria and Christine were brilliant. Can not fault anything. Already booked for next year.

Amplio, zonas comunes bonitas y cuidadas, apart. aceptablemente limpio, piscina muy agradable, personal excepcional. Se aparca medio bien por las calles de atras a 5 minutos andando. Hay 2 lavadoras en zona común. Suficientes. Apartamentos con terracita. Ideal si pillas los de la planta alta para tener mas privacidad en la terracita. Repetiriamos sin duda.
Todo muy bien teniendo en cuenta que consedero que fue un buen precio para exigir más detalles. Por poner algo a mejorar, de forma constructiva, no estaria de más gel y champú de cortesía en el cuarto de baño, y jabon de mano en el lavabo. No hay nada y tienes que comprarlo.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Fantastic location and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Good WiFi and some English TV channels. The fan provided was very useful as there’s no air con. The small pool (not heated 🆒🥶) is nice but can become very noisy. We were able to check out at 11.30am which was appreciated, and there’s baggage storage available if needed.
The apartment was not clean on arrival. I had to clean the worktops cups, plates, cupboards and the toilet before we used them. There was a safe in the wardrobe, but it wasn’t bolted down and could have been easily removed. At 11pm 3 young lads jumped into pool and carried on in there for 20 mins, and nobody challenged them ? , there didn’t seem to be a security guard at night , and a couple that arrived late at night proceeded to fight each other in their apartment for over 40 minutes before he stormed out ? All quite entertaining but not really what we were looking for on our holiday.

Nada más llegar la estancia estaba sucia, pelos y suciedad además de algo negro en el plato ducha. No nos pusieron toallas. Para una tercera persona tienen el mismo sillón del salón (que no es sofá cama) y que ni siquiera reúne las condiciones para descansar el cual tampoco tenía sábanas ni almohadas para dormir . Los tenedores sucios. Y ya lo peor encontrarte cucas en el baño. Para rematar el fondo de la piscina estaba sucia, Para no repetir

Quite location with small pool and sunbeds always available,my room number 11 on 1st storey got sun on a large balcony all day ,with a sea view was worth the €500 I paid for week (may june ).but would want to pay much more ,nice staff and lady on reception easy late check in with good instructions,would come back again if price was rite
Overall good i cooked most nigths was on my own but if 2 need to have 2 off everything wine glasses ect ,balcony ligth did work and was building works next to.my apartment noise at times but not a issue

Los muebles podrían ser actualizados y poner todo más moderno. Pero es cómodo y limpio.

Lo alquilé para dos adultos dos niñas y solo pusieron dos toallas y tampoco pusieron sábanas para el sofá ya que éramos 4 personas y solo una cama doble. Y el sofá un poco viejo.

Reviewed May 7, 2026L'établissement est très bien situé.calme,propre mais tous ce qui est matelas et canapé du salon sont trop usés et vieillots ça fait très mal l'usure les as rendus inconfortables .il faut les changer ça date des années 2000. Aussi il faut des ustensiles de cuisine de moyennes qualité. Ceux qui se trouvent à la cuisine sont trop nuls marmite trop légère et qui brûle et cole les aliments, poêle qui n'a plus son adhésif elle est dangereuse pour la santé. Mais un personnel super surtout la dame qui s'appelle soraya très souriante, serviable. Moi j'ai eu un voisin du dessous avec un chien que la propriétaire laisse toute la nuit et qui est trop agité donc impossible de dormir jusqu'à ce que son maître le fasse sortir à son retour tardivement. J'espère y revenir et trouver un changement pour une amélioration du sommeille.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Really lovely apartments. I stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was very nice, it was spacious, big fridge / freezer, stove top, utensils etc. Big table and chairs, big TV and couches. My back door opened straight out to the pool. Really really quiet and no noise could be heard from the busy strip and its in an ideal location. The staff we so lovely also. Literally a 1 minute walk to the strip with lots of bars and restaurants, and about a 5 minute walk to the main beach. Really clean, cleaners and workers there all the time keeping it maintained. The pool and pool area is small compared to other places but this made no odds to me, there were a nice few lounge chairs to sit out on 😀
There was nothing I didn't like, will 100% be booking this complex again.

IMPOSIBLE CONTACTAR CON EL ANFITRION FUERA DE HORA. HABÍA AVISADO QUE LLEGARÍA DESPUES DE LAS 16.00 H Y LLEGUE A LAS 17.00 H. NO ATIENDEN EN NINGUN TELEFONO DE TODOS LOS QUE FIGURAN EN LOS CARTELES. NO SABIA COMO ENTRAR, NO HABÍA INDICACIONES, ME ENVIARON UN CORREO CON EL NÚMERO DE HABITACION DICIENDOME QUE SE ADJUNTABA UN PLANO PERO NO HABÍA NADA. PARA ENTRAR EN LA HABITACION HABÍA QUE DAR LA VUELTA A LA MANZANA, NO ESTABA DENTRO DEL RECINTO. DI MUCHAS VUELTAS HASTA DESCUBRIR EL MODO DE ENTRAR. ADEMÁS AL MOMENTO DE DEJAR LA HABITACION TAMPOCO HABÍA NADIE ASI QUE NI SIQUIERA ME REGISTRARON
