PT: Quarto estava limpo e bem organizado, banheiro um pouco pequeno e poderia ter mais suportes e ganchos, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência, só um conselho de melhoria. Queria destacar que o atendimento da recepção e equipe de limpeza foram impecáveis, muito atenciosos e gentis. No período que estive lá, as temperaturas estavam bem altas, no entanto na recepção havia sorvetes e água saborizada com frutas ofertadas gratuitamente, o que foi incrível para ajudar com o calor. EN: The room was clean and well-organized; the bathroom was a bit small and could have used more racks and hooks, though this didn't spoil the experience—just a suggestion for improvement. I’d like to highlight the impeccable service from the reception and housekeeping teams; they were very attentive and kind. Temperatures were quite high during my stay, but the reception offered complimentary ice cream and fruit-infused water, which was amazing for dealing with the heat.

ウィーン中央駅(ハウフトバンホフ)から歩いて行ける。訳あって下のベッドを希望したが、こころよく 受け入れてくれた。 ドミトリーの部屋にはシャワー、トイレがある。

エントランスの共有スペースが規模のわりに狭い。 (バー等はあったが…) そこには電子レンジ、簡単な食器類はあった。

Libil se mi milý personál, pokoj hezký, prostorný, koupelna byla zastaralejši ale v žádném případě špinavá! Hezké ubytování, určitě bych se vrátila

Soba u hostelu kao i wc i kupatilo su čisti, osoblje vise manje usluzno. Imate i zastore oko vaseg kreveta tako da ih mozete navući za vise privatnosti. Odjava je do 11, tako da imate vremena ujitro nakon doručka malo prosetati. U blizini su Bipa,Miller, Deichamn i jos neke radnje kao i McDonald's. Sto se tice kupaonice imate tečni sapun kao i 2u1 kupku i sampon.

Dorucak je bio oskudan, daleko losiji od dorucka u hostelu Jugendherberge u Myrthengassse strasse, cula se buka izvana jer su se neki gosti derali, kao i gosti koji su pjevali karaoke do kasno u noć,osoblje nije reagovalo. Kroz prozorje usao smrad dzointa. U sobi nas je bilo 6, tako da iako samo dosla oko 9 sati navecer nisam mogla kofera otvoriti da ne pravim buku. Znam da nema to veze sa samim hostelom, ali glupa situacija da te osobe spavaju od 8 navečer do 10 ujutro. Madrac je bio tvrd i neudoban. Sve se naplacuje od peskira do mini regeneratora za kosu. S obzirom na cijenu može dosta bolje.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The room was very stuff and there was a lot of noise at night. My roommates were also very noisy throughout the whole night so it was hard to sleep

The hotel is located by the Keplerplatz metro station, several minutes away by metro from the city's main attractions. We had a private triple room with an en-suite bathroom. It was clean and tidy, and was cleaned at least once during our three-night stay. The continental breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. The reception is working 24 hours. What I liked most about this hotel was the atmosphere - lively and relaxed, without any pretensions. The staff were very friendly and down-to-earth, yet professional and helpful. I simply needed a place to stay in a convenient location for exploring Vienna, but I got some added value on top of that. I don’t know if it was just a coincidence, but there were lots of young, cheerful people staying at the hotel during our stay. In the evenings, the bar on the ground floor was buzzing with life and reminded me of my best student days. At the same time, our room was quiet and provided a good rest. And free lemon water.

There's construction works going on nearby, starting after 6 AM. It can wake you up, especially on hot days when you want to keep your windows open overnight. However, the hotel isn't to blame. Free earplugs are available at reception.

The room is very spacious.

It's too hot; there is no air conditioning, and we can't even sleep when we open the window at night. It's sultry and humid.

Localização maravilhosa, fácil pra ir para qualquer ponto de Viena. Perto da estação central de trem/ônibus, dá pra ir a pé. Quarto compartilhado grande, bem iluminado, com um ventilador grande já que estava muito calor. Banheiro dentro do quarto que tbm é excelente. Tem um bar embaixo mas não se ouve nada, muito silencioso, excelente pra dormir depois de um dia cheio.

Se você vai ficar mais de 3 dias e pretendia cozinhar pra economizar, aqui não tem cozinha compartilhada. Se tivesse seria perfeito.

La zona non è molto sicura, soprattutto se si viaggia da soli. È possibile lasciare i bagagli prima il check-in e dopo il check-out, ma a pagamento. Migliorerei questo servizio, perché per il prezzo pagato ritengo sia ottimale averlo come servizio gratuito.

Two out of three reading lamps didn't work. Some of the electrical outlets, and the TV didn't work either. The windows opened onto fire escapes and were extremely dirty.

Хотяб были в ресепшене русские язычные сотрудницы. Я оставалась в Париже и в Барселоне в этом же хостеле В Париже была украинка, а в Барселоне грузин и еще украинка. Которые говорят на русском языке в ресепшене. А здесь было очень трудно мне 😫

The location was good, nearby the station so ideal for interrailing

We booked a room with 2 single beds and got 2 beds against each other with only the supplies for 1 bed so we had to get creative to make it 2 single beds. Also the shower door was almost falling apart that wasn't great either.

Location is very central for public transportation. Close to a very nice döner place.

The layout of the rooms with the very noisy built in storage below the bunk bed. The drains in the bathroom area were fully opened and the sink was clogged. The bathroom flooded easily after someone taking a shower. The fact that the lower beds dont have a full curtain is very annoying, as you will wake up everytime someone turns the lights on. the improvised air conditioning was not precisely efficient during summer. Would be nice to remind people about noise and common courtesy, as some were definitely taking way too long to use the shower while other people in the room were also queuing up for that. Providing hangers would also be a nice touch.

Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Leider ist die Gegend hier sehr eklig.

Der Fernseher ging nicht kein Antennenkabel und keine Fernbedienung bekamen wir auch nicht auf Anfrage Französisches Bett war auch keins waren 2 normale Betten mit einem Topper darauf der immer verrutscht Frühstück wurde immer schlechter am letzten Tag war die Kaffeemaschine defekt und die Brötchen waren trocken und hart

Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war gut, der Preis auch.

Das Zimmer wurde wohl länger nicht geputzt oder wenn nur ganz grob, die Toilette würde sich definitiv mal wieder über ne ordentliche Reinigung freuen (Zimmer 8 oder 9 war das,Frauenschlafsaal). Man konnte nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen weil es einfach viel zu heiß war, dadurch Lärm vom Verkehr die ganze Nacht (4. Stock). Hab trotz Ohrstöpsel und ruhigen Mitbewohnern so gut wie nicht geschlafen, die Matratze war steinhart noch dazu.

La atención del personal la verdad que fue muy mala. Tuve un problema durante mi estadía, y fue que, el personal de limpieza me saco ropa de la cama. Al hacer el respectivo reclamo durante mi estadía, quedaron en solucionarlo para la mañana siguiente ya que dejaba el alojamiento. Por la mañana al retirarme la chica en conserjería, me atendió de muy mala gana, y no me dio ninguna solución por la ropa faltante (solo miro en su ordenador y dijo: aquí no me figura nada) cuando ya se había hablado el tema el día previo. A las horas cuando ya no me encontraba en la ciudad, me escribieron diciendo que mi ropa había aparecido y que si la quería devuelta debía yo, afrontar el gasto del envió, por el error de ellos. Nunca mas volveré a ninguno de sus hostel; y no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. MUY MALA GESTION Y ATENCION!!!

La ubicación ees muy buena a un minuto de la Línea Roja de metro. En 10 minutos te plantas en pleno centro de Viena. Las instalaciones me parecieron buenas y la habitación también. Lo recomiendo.

Not clean at all. Dust on the floor. Toilet still dirty after the previous tenant. Windows full of dust. Breakfast - not bad but THERE WERE NO CUPS/GLASSES! Everyone was looking and waiting for them, the staff was saying that all the glasses are in the dishwasher. During half an hour in the breakfast room we were not able to drink coffee/tea/juice, we went to another cafe.

Vše co bylo spojené s ubytováním se nám líbilo. Skvělý prsonál a také výtečný bar. Personál byl velice příjemný, ochotný a profesionální. Bar jako skvělý doplněk k ubytování ve výborném stylu.

Δεν έχει καμία σχέση με Hostel. Δεν υπάρχει κουζίνα για να μαγειρέψεις, δεν υπάρχει ψυγείο για να βάλεις τα πράγματα σου. Απαραγορευεται να φας στο χώρο του μπαρ. Πληρώνεις για τα πάντα σε σημείο αυτό να γίνεται ενοχλητικό κάποια στιγμή.

Velmi příjemná obsluha a příznivá cena. Čistý a dostatečně vybavený pokoj s pravidelným úklidem. Dobře zásobený bar. Funkční a rychlá wifi.

Pokud vyžadujete v noci absolutní klid, zvažte jinou lokalitu. Pokud vám ale nevadí ruch města i přes noc, je tento hostel skvělá volba.

Rooms were awfully hot, no AC. Also the lockers are some metal cages under the beds so every morning I would wake up with my roommates opening and slamming those. Not to mention the door also getting slammed because it wouldn’t close quietly. WiFi was terrible. The curtain was too short and didn’t cover everything so once I caught someone sneaking in with their eyes looking at me sleeping

Lugar para dejar la mochila antes o después del check in gratis, espacio comun cómodo, cocina o al menos una pequeña heladera y bacha, sin enchufes al costado de la cama ni en el pequeño área común. El baño de la habitación no estaba muy limpio y todas las instalaciones bastante gastadas y viejas. Me pareció muy incómodo

Mas foi decepcionante. 41 graus de temperatura e o hostel não tem ar condicionado (ok, eu sabia) e apenas um ventilador minúsculo e quebrado no quarto que parecia uma sauna. Falei do defeito na recepção e não deram a menor importância e continuou quebrado e a cidade com alerta de perigo pelas altas temperaturas. Não tem cozinha, não tem geladeira para uso dos hóspedes, qualquer coisa exige pagamento adicional. Minhas expectativas eram boas e tive uma má experiência, principalmente por conta do calor e falta de ventilação mínima no quarto. Faço essa avaliação para que possam ter ciência de itens mínimos precisam ser oferecidos para uma mínima sensação de humanidade durante a hospedagem..

Сантехника явно требует обновления, неприятный запах канализации в душе. В комнате не особо видно, чтоб когда либо убирались, стены/полы достаточно грязные. Кондиционер старого образца, работает очень шумно, выключить невозможно из-за 40-градусной жары, полноценный сон врядли Вы получите.

Хороше розташування. Поруч метро. До центру 3-4 зупинки. Хостел має свої шафки для зберігання валіз. Навіть якщо вам час звільнити кімнату, то можете залишити свої речі в локері під пін за хорошу ціну

Všechno, snídaně 3 D,, jak s tiskárny katastrofa, už jen kdy si musíte na recepci vyzvednout talíř a misku, kde několikrát ten talíř je v ruce, hygiena , hrůza, samotná snídaně, rozmrazené pečivo, vejce s igelitu, neloupou se, z oprýskané skleničky plastové se naberete vše,, vodu, hnusný teplý džus, o kávě ani mléku nemluvě , šunka bez masa, sýr bez mléka., Pokoj bez ledničky. Už nikdy více. chce se mě zvracet

Very friendly Staff. Second time Checked in here. Near the central railway station. convinient for transportation.

I arrived very early and was lucky enough to receive an early check-in. I had lots of questions which Nina helped answer when I arrived. Nina also helped shuffle my booking into a bottom bunk bed due to my recently broken arm. Rooms are also very big which is very helpful when packing up to avoid interfering with other people in the room.

I think it would be nice to have slightly better social space to relax. At present there are a few chairs at reception.

Banyo ve özellikle tuvalet yeterince temiz değildi. Odada klima yoktu ve sadece iki küçük vantilatör ile soğutulması çok komikti. En kötüsü banyo ve lavabodaki suların iyi tahliye olmaması yani duş alırken su neredeyse duşakabinden dışarı taşacak. Elinizi yıkarken sürekli lavabodan pis su üzerinize sıçrıyor, lavabo ve duş tıkanıklığının acilen giderilmesi gerek. Yatak perdeleri yer yer çıkmış yerinden ve valiz konulacak yerin kilidi yoktu ve zaten zincir kırıktı.

The location was very well and easy to find. The stuff, Nina and others, were kind and cheerful. The room and bed's condition was good enough for its price. Moreover, there was a ventilator and room was well aired for such a hot summer. There were lockers under each bed but keep in mind that you should bring your lock with you.

It was a bit run-down. A few things were broken and clearly had been for some time. No air conditioning - it was a heatwave when we visited. Really uncomfortable beds - mattress springs poking you etc.

Friendly staff, clean room. Only spent a few hours here as my flight was delayed and I just needed a place to sleep until my train so I can’t really leave a proper review.

Das Hotel ist schon abgewohnt. Keine Klimaanlage.

Hostel très sécurisé avec carte magnétique à l'entrée de l'auberge, puis à chaque étage, puis à chaque chambre. Emplacement idéal pour moi car près de la Wien Hbf, mais sinon le métro est juste à côté et le centre-ville est à 3 stations. Les équipements sont assez corrects, toilettes + salle de bains à l'intérieur de la chambre, casier en dessous des lits mais sans cadenas fournis. En général assez propre, pas de bruits (l'hostel affiche partout des demandes de garder le silence)

L'enregistrement était un peu lent parce qu'il y avait seulement une personne à l'accueil. Ça ne m'as pas dérangé, mais l'espace accueil étant petit, ca fait un peut désorganisé.

The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Every little thing in chargeable. Considering it a hostel, the rooms are pricey. On top of that, they charge 5 euros if you wanna keep your luggage in the locker room, one euro for a towel, etc. The staff at the reception were rude.

Locatie was erg goed en dat er ontbijt bij zat vond ik fijn. Ook was er amandelmelk voor in de koffie! De gedeelde kamer had een klein tafeltje met twee stoelen en een raam dat open kon.

Ik had het bovenste bed en als het licht aan ging in het midden van de nacht scheen dat zo over het gordijntje heen in mijn gezicht. Hier werd ik wakker van. Ook was dit het duurste hostel van mijn reis.

Myke og gode sender, med gardiner for litt privatliv. Store låsbare skap! Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelig personell. Og veldig bra sportspar vegg i vegg!

地理位置超级好，离地铁站近，离中央火车站近，非常棒。 年轻人多，入住率高。 工作人员也可以。

设施有一点老旧，没有空调，有电扇。对面居民相对可见。 入住那天碰巧网络坏了。 对了，不能寄存行李 ，有付费的寄存间可以用。

Beyond scorching hot. Regardless of window opened or closed there is little to no airflow in the room causing for a very hard time to sleep or get rest into the morning. The shower also leaked a good amount onto the floor after every use.
