Do hotelu jezdíme několik let. Díky změně řetězce nastalo i pár hotelových změn - třeba snídaně, za nás o něco lepší než dříve. Nicméně vše je blízko, takže se určitě znovu vrátíme.

Úklid se trošku zhoršil a hlavně se změnili úžasné sprchové gely 😔. Dostali jsme také jiný pokoj než jsme měli objednaný, náš bohužel nebyl dostupný.

Hotel in posizione vicinissima alla metro e vicina alla stazione dei treni. Camera molto confortevole con scrivania e frigorifero e spaziosa così come il bagno.

Purtroppo non ci è stato detto al check in che la pulizia della camera andava richiesta. Dopo il secondo giorno che la camera non veniva pulita ho chiesto alla reception, ma la mattina successiva avremmo lasciato l'hotel. Credo sia importante informare i clienti all'arrivo.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the breakfast service was disappointing. During peak hours, around 8 a.m., it could take about 20 minutes to refill missing items, and there were not enough places to sit. The biggest issue was the cleaning service, which was completely missed for most of our stay, even after we requested it at reception in the morning. A few times, I had to go to reception myself to get towels and toilet paper instead of having staff come and provide the service that should have been done. This is an area that really needs improvement. When you choose a hotel from a well-known chain, you expect a certain standard of service.

Top Lage für ein Wochenende in Wien!

I have booked one month in advance and request high floor room, but they gave me handicap room on ground floor. Moreover, they did not inform this condition before I paid. After I came back to reception to complain and asked for another type of room, they said no.

中央駅を出て緩やかな坂を下って歩いて5分ほどの距離にある。空港からのアクセスも便利。最近改装されたようで真新しい設備は申し分ない。朝食も非常に充実していた。8月の末だったが猛暑の名残が残っていたので、エアコン完備だったのは重要だった。

立地や設備に不満は無いが、中央駅周辺の他のホテルと比較すると費用は高めだった。一階ロビーで飲み物が提供されているのは有難いが、充分に補充されていないことがしばしば見受けられた。

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The staff were wonderful – everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is located on a very quiet street, and the metro station is very close, making it easy and convenient to get to the city center. Although the hotel is about 2 km from the center, we knew this when booking and it was not a problem for us. We would happily stay here again.

Nothing significant. The bathroom door is semi-transparent, which felt a little unusual. Room cleaning is provided upon request rather than automatically.

Puede estar un poco lejos del centro caminando pero el metro te conecta en minutos

Mi aspettavo ci fosse una maggiore pulizia. Inoltre, nella mia stanza non funzionava l’aria condizionata. Il mio soggiorno è durato 4 giorni, al secondo mi hanno proposto di cambiare stanza. Sono andata e il condizionatore non funzionava neanche lì. Alla fine, ho deciso di restare nella stanza che mi era stata data all’inizio e alla reception mi hanno fornito un ventilatore che ho usato per tutto il soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in due. Lo Staff è sempre molto disponibile ed il deposito bagagli è incluso. Appena arrivati, nonostante l'orario fosse in anticipo rispetto check in, la stanza era già pronta. La camera e il bagno erano spaziosi e puliti, il set di cortesia era composto di interi flaconi di shampoo, balsamo, sapone.. c''era persino la lozione! Quindi non serve portarsi i propri. Anche il phon era un ottimo prodotto rispetto a quelli classici piccolini che si trovano negli hotel. La posizione è ottima, a pochissima distanza c'è la metro e la stazione centrale dei treni. Inoltre in soli 10/15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Castello del Belvedere. Zona tranquilla, ci sono due supermercati proprio di fronte l'hotel e vari localini in cui poter mangiare. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Cercando il pelo nell'uovo: L'asciugamano della doccia era delle dimensioni di un normale asciugamano per il viso, potrebbe essere' scomodo per chi è fisicamente robusto.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful, room was a good size, very clean, quiet, and with excellent air-conditioning during a very hot summer. Breakfasts were very good. Tea and coffee available at any time of day in the foyer. Location quite close to main train station and subway, and several good restaurants.

We found nothing to complain about at all, and would happily stay here again.

Alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten Zimmer zum Hof und dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Kaffee und Tee konnte man am Automaten und im Zimmer kostenlos bekommen. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem alles ist perfekt eingerichtet.

Das Frühstück ist recht kostenintensiv, aber Wien bietet endlose Alternativen. Bis zum Zentrum sind es circa 2 km, ist aber durchaus fußläufig machbar.

Tutto ottimo, hotel moderno, pulito, vicinissimo alla stazione centrale. Camera grande, ben illuminata, letti comodi, bagno spazioso. Reception molto disponibile e gentile, colazione buona.

El personal muy atento, tuvimos un inconveniente personal y respondieron muy bien, está en una zona intermedia cerca de la estación central y al que le gusta caminar no queda lejos del centro,camas muy cómodas amplia era la habitación éramos 3,todo muy bien

אהבנו כל מה שקשור במלון הזה. המיקום מצוין וצמוד לרכבת תחתית . ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת ולא היה חסר דבר. צוות שירותי ואדיב. ניקיון במלון ובחדרים ללא רבב. שקט ונעים. ביקשנו ארוחת בוקר מאוד מוקדמת (שש וחצי בבוקר) ביום שיצאנו לטיול יום מחוץ לוינה ומיד נענו לבקשתינו . ממליצה בחום .

Excelente ubicación, atención, mobiliario y limpieza

中央駅から徒歩で5分ほどの立地。周囲にスーパーなども多い。ベルヴェデーレ宮殿の近く。空港からのアクセスをはじめ、交通の便は申し分ない。部屋は充分な広さがあり、清潔で快適。朝食の種類は豊富。申し分のない滞在だった。

もう少し値段が安ければと思うが、設備や立地を考えればやむを得ない。フロントにスタッフが不在であったり、飲み物を自由に飲めるスペースの水が補充されていなかったりと、少々気になる部分が散見されたことが惜しまれる。

A busz-, ill a vasúti pályaudvartól gyalogosan könnyen megközelíthető. A szállodától a belváros látnivalói tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhetőek. A reggeli bár drága, de jó minőségű, elfogadható választék. A személyzet udvarias, segítőkész. Az ágy kényelmes.

Az utcafronton lévő szobánkba erősen behallatszott a forgalom zaja (motorosok, mentők, árurakodás). A szoba takarítása elfogadhatatlan. A szemétgyűjtőt csak külön kérésre ürítették. Se söprés, se porszívózás, se felmosás nem volt egy heti tartózkodásunk alatt. A zuhanykabin ajtajáról a fürdőszoba padlójára kifolyt a víz. Takarítás itt sem volt. A zuhanykabinban nincs szappantartó, csak a szálloda által a csempére rögzített flakonokban lévő ismeretlen márkájú folyékony mosdószereket lehet használni.

Die Lage ist perfekt: U-Bahn Station in der Nähe und 20 min zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum. Das Zimmer war ok aber das Bett und die Matratze war perfekt. Eine tolle, große Garage ist auch dabei.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer reserviert und ich hatte gehofft, dass sie nebeneinander liegen und nicht in 2 verschwinde Gebäuden .

Large, bright room—including the bathroom—on the sixth floor. Effective air conditioning. Nice outdoor area. Close to Vienna Central Station, and the nearest metro stop is just a two-minute walk away. A 10-minute walk to the Belvedere, and 20 minutes to the Hofburg or St. Stephen's Cathedral. Restaurants and grocery stores are located in the immediate vicinity.

The building wasn't particularly soundproof. The room doors were heavy and slammed shut with a loud bang, which was disruptive when other guests arrived late. There was only one rather small elevator, but that wasn't a major issue for me. I would happily stay here again—it was good value for money.

Posizione eccellente, comoda alle fermate di tram e autobus e alla stazione centrale. Noi abbiamo prenotato due stanze, una doppia e una tripla: spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. In ogni stanza è presente il phon, cassaforte e frigorifero. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile

Materasso molto comodo, doccia fantastica. Personale efficiente e molto gentile. Colazione ottima e abbondante. A 5min da Wien Hauptbahnhof, a 1min dalla metro 1 (rossa) Südtiroler Platz. Se tornerò a Vienna, soggiornerò ancora qui.

suggerimento: la vasca della mia stanza era molto alta, io non ho avuto problemi ma l'accesso potrebbe essere un po' difficile se non si è agili, o per le persone anziane.

La struttura si trova in posizione strategica, a due passi dalla metro. Possiede un comodo e ampio parcheggio per l'auto. Il personale alla reception è stato disponibile e cordiale nei nostri confronti, ci siamo sentiti ben accolti. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile e la nostra camera era spaziosa e molto comoda. Colazione di buona qualità e varia.

Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun tipo di problema. La nostra permanenza è stata molto piacevole e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla struttura e dalla sua organizzazione.

5 minutes walk to one of the train stations (better check which one you are arriving to as they are quite far from each other but there is a tram that connect both) 10 to 15 minutes walk to Karlsplatz, and the Belveder. % minutes wlak to a subway station from which yiu can basically go anywhere in Vienna. 2 for 1 breakfast which was really appreciated (i.e 10Euros per person for a very good breakfast with a variety of things to choose from: Cheese, meet, bread, pastries, cereals, etc)

Room a bit small by American standard. The AC was not working in the room but apparently working in the other rooms on the same floor

The hotel's location was excellent. It was a 5-minute walk from the central train station and a 30-minute walk from tourist attractions. The metro and bus stop were very close. There were three large supermarkets right across from the hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful. There was a nice indoor relaxation area and garden. There was a free tea and coffee maker in the lobby. The room and bathroom were spacious. The room also had a balcony.

As part of our sustainability initiative, daily room cleaning is only done upon request, which I fully support. However, upon checking in and receiving my room, I found that the trash cans were still littered with garbage, the area under the beds was dusty, the sofa wasn't clean, and there was hair belonging to other people on the floor. I believe we deserved a thoroughly cleaned room.

Breakfast was sumptuous and quite enjoyable. The location was perfect as we arrived by train and underground station was also close by.

Our stay was three nights, or two full days. During that time nobody cleaned our room, which was quite a disappointment.

1. L'importo richiesto per la colazione secondo me non è giustificato (20 euro a persona) 2. Le camere non sono state fatte tutti i giorni e se questo accade, lo fanno in modo sommario; si sono giustificati con la mancanza di personale... 3. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno consegnato un foglio dove scrivevano che il riassetto della stanza doveva essere richiesto (per non meglio precisata salvaguardia ambientale...)

The staff was very polite and helpful! Even though when we arrived to check-in our room wasn't ready, the employee in the reception was very kind, she found another room and even gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The location is one of the best someone can choose, both for tourism and business, since it's very close to the main train station and a walking distance to the city center and right next to a metro station.

The bed was not very comfortable and there is definitely not soundproof between the floors since we could hear every movement above us.

No puedo opinar sobre el desayuno pues mi hijo y yo salíamos temprano y desayunábamos por el camino, si puedo opinar sobre el hotel, esta muy bien ubicado ya que tienes una boca de metro cerquísima y la estación central a cinco minutos, lo cual nos permitió movernos por la ciudad de una forma fácil y rápida. La limpieza del hotel y habitación muy bien. No cambian las toallas diariamente, aunque si quieres que te las cambien solo tienes que solicitarlo, no es problema, a nosotros nos pareció bien como medida de ahorro. En la habitación tienes un hervidor de agua para hacerte infusiones que las reponen todos los días, así como café instantáneo, también tienes una pequeña nevera que puedes poner algunos refrescos o fruta. Estuvimos muy a gusto, repetiríamos con seguridad.

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicacion

Nos dieron una habitación en el último piso en la que era imposible estar por el calor. Una de las persianas no funcionaba, la otra la yocabas y quemaba del carolazo y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Bajamos a recepción a decirlo y nos cambiaron sin problema, ya que el hotel tenia poca ocupación, por lo que no entiendo por qué nos dieron esa habitación (habiendo además reservado en febrero). El desayuno poco variado. La habitación tenía bañera y era muy alta y además no era antideslizante, por lo que se hacía muy complicado entrar pero sobre todo salir sin resvalarse.

У номері було ідеально чисто, тихо, було все необхідне для комфорту. Все нове, все працює справно. Готель має платний підземний паркінг для авто. Зранку подають недорогі смачні сніданки. Персонал на рецепції дуже привітний, небайдужий, тепло усміхнений. Спілкується німецькою, англійською, французькою, польською, українською мовами. Особлива подяка п.Марті.

Everything. The staff was amazing, the room spacious and clean and we were offered free cofee at any point during the stay! There was a nice garden as well, where I could work and the intermet was fast and reliable

Air conditioning was useless in the heat, they were fully booked and all they could offer was a fan. It was basically only a couple degrees cooloer inside than outside. They obviously knew it was like this, since there was a fan in the room already.

It was a perfect location for us to be able to strike out from to visit all the historical sites in the heart of Vienna.

The pillows were a little too soft for my liking.
