The twin share studio was perfect for our stay, plenty of room for 2 travellers to unpack and store bags. Lots of windows making the room light filled by day but easily black out by night. Beds and linen and pillows were super comfortable and good quality. All staff were extremely helpful on every level. Room service was super efficient - incredibly fast turn around on requests. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! The pool is a refreshing temperature. The rooftop is fun for drinks and a bite to eat. The hotel location was perfect for shopping, eating, transport and cultural attractions such as the Jim Thompson Art Centre and museum. Absolutely loved our stay here and can highly recommend. Value for money!!!

La cama y la almohada. El personal es amable.

Las paredes no estaban bien pintadas, la cortina del baño en un baño de un hotel de 5 Estrella espero una mampara o algo más higiénico, la bañera solo tenía teléfono viejo no alcachofa completa, esto espero encontrarlo en un hotel de menos estrellas pero no en uno de 5 estrellas. La iluminación en el baño es muy deficiente y amarillenta, no te puedes maquillar sin sombras.

A piscina, os funcionários e o quarto são os pontos positivos do hotel. O pequeno almoço é bom, mas na nossa opinião não é de nível 5 estrelas. Os quartos são confortáveis.

O barulho no quarto proveniente da estrada e do BTS incomodou-nos um pouco. Esperávamos algo melhor. É bom, mas não é 5 estrelas. O pequeno almoço acaba por ter muitas coisas, sem ter grande coisa no final. A qualidade também é boa, mas não excecional.

Pool und Poolbar sind toll, Rooftopbar ist super, Frühstück ist top.

Overall, I had a very good stay. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the service was good, and everything else was excellent. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The only issue was late at night, when I could smell cigarette smoke in my room. It seemed to be coming from a neighboring room through the air-conditioning or ventilation system. As a non-smoker, the smell was quite unpleasant and bothered me, especially while trying to sleep

Personal und Frühstück war der Hammer! Koffer Aufbewahrung bei Abreise weil noch Erledigungen geplant waren funktioniert reibungslos. Gute Anbindung in die Stadt.

Zimmer war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels deutlich kleiner.

Well designed, clean, comfortable rooms, decor was nice. Great location to all we wanted to do (water Taxis, Jim Thompson house, BTS). Staff was fantastic.

Het dakterras is echt de Gem van dit hotel. Tevens heeft de kamer een fantastisch uitzicht op de stad.

Geen goede keuken ook niet bij het dakterras! Voor een 5 sterren hotel verwacht ik veel betere kwaliteit eten, óók op het dakterras! De prijzen voor het eten waren véél te hoog voor de lage kwaliteit. De badkamer heeft géén update gehad. Er hi g nog een oud douche gordijn 👎🏽 in een badkuip waarin je staand moest douchen. Dat is écht een NO-GO voor een 5 sterren hotel, met een verstopt doucheputje!! Geen föhn aanwezig in de badkamer.

This was our second and third stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel as a family with a child – and once again, everything was excellent. The location is great, the breakfast offers plenty of choice, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. What really makes the difference, though, is the genuine hospitality of the staff. We always feel very welcome here, and the team is incredibly helpful whenever we need anything. We’ve stayed in Bangkok several times and tried quite a few hotels over the years. For us, Siam@Siam has now become our first choice when it comes to value for money. We’ll definitely be back.

We received a free upgrade when we arrived. So, we had a great view of the city, which you'll also have from the pool or rooftop bar. The rooms were good, and does have anything you need for a stay. The check-in was fast.

We didn't book breakfast because we couldn't use it on 1 of the three nights we booked (as we left on that day). To book it afterwards it's super pricy in our opinion. Rather go outside and enjoy some small eateries. The rooms were not really in nowadays style. And last, it feels very crowded in the hotel. Perhaps it's also the neighborhood it's located (which is super crowded too). So, if you want to have a relaxed atmosphere you rather go somewhere else.

The hotel is a in walking distance to MBK and Siam Discovery Mall. It is a very stylish place, from the reception on the ground floor, through the pool and gym area on 11th floor to the rooftop bar above 25th floor. Unfortunately you could hear the noise of the street and the skytrain in our room on 17th floor. All staff members were really friendly and helpful.

I visited this hotel in 2025, and I don’t think much has changed since then. It’s a beautiful art and design hotel, and personally, I really enjoy character hotels that are full of interesting things to see. The colours, artwork and overall design give the hotel a unique personality. The rooms were beautiful, and the location was very convenient. It’s within walking distance of the train station, with shopping malls also nearby. The breakfast spread was great, with a good variety of choices. The hotel team during my stay was also very accommodating, friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that we requested an extra bed during our stay. At that time, the extra bed was not a proper roll-in bed but a sofa converted into a bed. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it very comfortable as I had to lie across the sofa on a rather hard surface. This was based on my stay in 2025, so I’m not sure if the hotel has since changed or improved the way the extra bed is prepared. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel’s unique character, design and convenient location. I would still recommend it, especially to those who appreciate creative and artistic hotels.

La situation de l'hôtel ne nous a pas plu, car dans un quartier très bruyant avec beaucoup d'embouteillage et pas grand chose à faire à pied apart les centres commerciaux. La.caution de 2000 baths par chambre demandée à l'arrivée. Tout était un peu compliqué (pour les repas à mettre sur la chambre ou le check out tardif par exemple. La climatisation bruyante.

We loved the friendly, staff and loved that you could lay at the beach on one side and snorkel on the other. We also loved the restaurant and ate almost every meal there.

Enige wat ik spannend vond is dat de infinity pool aan de zijkanten niets van bescherming leken te hebben. Als je er overheen zou klauteren zou je 11 etages naar beneden vallen lijkt t. Daarom zou ik er tieners niet alleen laten zwemmen. Maar verder was het zwembad prachtig en veilig als je geen domme dingen deed

The design was wonderful, from function to esthetics. A very friendly and helpful staff with easy access to everything we wanted to see. Comfortable bed, quiet nights (as much as you can get in Bangkok) and a very nice experience overall. And yes, you can close the rather odd door the opens the bathroom up to the rest of the room.

Doors to rooms were noisy and shook the adjacent rooms, if not closed slowly and controlled, but that is the case with almost any hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and close to Siam Square and the National Stadium Metro Station. The staff are wonderful, especially at reception. Name and May were very polite and at a very high level of courtesy, hospitality, and welcome. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were also excellent. As for the restaurants, the food quality was high and the prices were reasonable, in addition to a 20% discount from the hotel management. As for the rooms, the space is large and all the furnishings inside the room are very comfortable. In general, the management is professional and able to provide what pleases the guest, so thanks and gratitude to them.

The floor needs a rug for many other purposes, and it's also important to ensure that hair residue is removed from the floors.

A un passo dal treno rialzato, molto comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti chiave senza usare taxi che nel traffico di Bangkok, risultano quasi inutili; inoltre molto vicino ai principali centri commerciali che alla fine di ogni giornata intensa di visite, spesso sono un ottimo sfogo anche dal punto di vista rigenerativo.

Nonostante i check in siano previsti alle 14, ci si aspetta sempre di poter entrare in camera un po' prima, soprattutto quando si atterra alle 6 del mattino e invece siamo stati costretti a girare per la città dopo un viaggio estenuante, con un caldo opprimente perché per la camera non c'era speranza. Inoltre il giorno di una gita che partiva alle 6.30, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo anticipare di un quarto d'ora la colazione; ci è stato risposto che avremmo potuto provare a chiedere se ci preparavano un pacchettino direttamente alla sala della colazione ma l'indomani mattina mentre ci prendevamo qualcosa da portare via, era evidente che non eravamo graditi in sala anche se si trattava di un quarto d'ora appena di anticipo. Ovviamente il giorno della partenza, stesso orario, neanche ci abbiamo riprovato........Tanto valeva prendere la stanza solo per la notte visto che 2 volte su 4, praticamente non abbiamo mangiato. Forse colpa nostra o forse poca elasticità nel cercare di accontentare il cliente?

The service was not as good as other hotels I have stayed in in Thailand. The design of the hotel was really great and arty, location was brilliant, right near a station, mbk mall and national stadium skytrain station. Breakfast was ok, not the best variety. The staff at breakfast were not friendly and seated another family at the same table as us whilst getting our food from the buffet. No halal food options in this hotel, but plenty of veggie options for breakfast. The lady at concierge on the Sunday was brilliant and helped us with a grab as we had a train to catch and ours went MIA. She helped call the driver and ensure he got to us so we didn’t miss our train. Rooms were nice, beds were comfy.

Chambre très spacieuse, avec 3 lits simples, ce qui est très rare. Belle piscine en rooftop. Petit dej buffet avec un beau choix. A quelques minutes à pied de grands centres commerciaux.

The staff were amazing, and our room was perfect -- plenty of space for all of us and the facilities were incredible. The restaurant downstairs was so good, too, and we loved the location and especially the pool.

The lifts could have been a little faster. :)

The furniture in my original room was over utilized and the sofa had a stain .. I spoke to the receptionist to change the room to a better one , of course I had to pay the difference as I took a bigger room with newer furniture. Another point, the hotel is busy and there are 2 lefts , which increase waiting time.

Een heel tof hotel op een goede locatie. Er is een mooie rooftop bar en het ontbijt is geweldig.

We loved the comfortable bedrooms, à la carte breakfast and the friendly attentive staff. The pool area was nice too.

Nothing really, although they do have some very confusing promotional happy hour offers with some drinks included and others not. In the nice bars they also don’t serve standard lager, not everyone likes the IPA type beers so I’d recommend adding normal lagers to the menu.

Il a énormément de bruit. Les fenêtres sont mal insonorisées. Il y a toujours des embouteillages juste devant l'hôtel, donc c'est un peu compliqué pour avoir un taxi. Le prix est assez élevé, le service n'est pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles.
