Very walking distance to Siam shopping centre, if you know the way. It is also very close to Siam BTS station, even though the hotel is right beside National Stadium BTS station. There’s also a 7-eleven right underneath the building next to Ibis Hotel lobby. Close to Art centre as well.

Not that I didn’t like, I find it funny to see the slide screen next to shower wall and you can see your companion from inside/outside the bathroom.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable clean close to everything and fantastic rooftop pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst it’s in the main area it’s quiet you certainly get a good nights sleep! It is literally in the shopping area across the road from MBK and trains are a short walk up the stairs. Reasonable price and theres even a 7/11 on the ground floor. Certainly stay there again.

הזמנו מראש חדר עם מיטה נוספת לילד אבל היא לא הייתה ערוכה כשהגענו ונאלצנו להזכיר למלון כדי שיסדרו את המיטה. בכל יום הם שמו פחות מגבות ממספר האנשים בחדר.

Zentrale Lage direkt an der Metro Station. Insbesondere die Zimmer in der oberen Etage haben einen tollen Ausblick. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und überaus freundliches Personal. Tolles Hotel für ein paar Tage in Bangkok!

Wir haben eine schöne Bar vermisst. Die Bar im Bereich der Rezeption fanden wir nicht sehr einladend.

The toilet door does not have a lock and also does not close till the end. There is a gap that anyone can see the person inside. No privacy.

Es war alles gut. Die zentrale Lage direkt an der Skytrain Station war optimal.

Etwas umständlich war, dass man an der Rezeption im 8.Stock den Fahrstuhl nach Oben wechseln musste. War aber sonst kein Problem.

I loved how central it was! It was within walking distance of Siam Centre, Centralworld and MBK Centre. There were also lots of different shops surrounding the area!

The restaurant wasn’t great. The food was bland and yeah wasn’t the best experience.

The property is very convenient due to the location in the Siam centre

האירוח היה מושלם! המלון ממוקם על הקניונים. קיבלנו חדר בקומה 27. חדר נקי מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה! הצוות נפלא! איפשרו לנו להתקלח בערב לפני הטיסה, במקלחות של חדר הכושר. אין ספק שאחזור לשם שוב!

Otel Mükemmel konumda, herşeye yakın . Odamızın manzarası harikaydı. Oda çok konforlu ve yeni. Personel harika.

לא היה ברור לגבי השימוש במיני-בר, האם מותר רק מים או עוד משהו. בסוף חייבו אותנו בחיוב מוגזם על השימוש השגוי שלנו שנעשה באמת בתום לב… חבל

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable.. close to all the major shopping malls in Siam. Beautiful view from the room (we were on the 26th floor). The service of the staff was good and courteous. The rooms and the hotel are not the largest and not up to date in fashion for those who care about that, but they are clean and tidy. The pool on the roof is very nice and provides a refreshing break for those who need it.

It's not that I didn't like it, it's less important to me, but the design and appearance of the rooms and the hotel itself... is less fashionable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful with our complaints

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in.

موظفه الاستقبال غير جيده المعامله . طلبت التمديد يوم طلبو تقريبا 7500 بات للغرفه . واتفقنا تمديد 6 ساعات بمبلغ تقريبا 4000 بات للاسف ذهبت كلها وانا وأفرد أسرتي يجلسون على الارض . ننتظر تصليح مفتاح الغرفه حيت انتظرت كل الفتره بدون تصليح عليك ان تتخيل ذلك . علما ان حجزي غرفتين اربع ايام 38000 بات . اضافه ان موظفة الاستقبال كانت جدا سيئة فى التعامل و ترفع صوتها و تنظر باستهتار . للاسف تجربه سيئه و محبطه جدا للاسف !!!!؟؟؟؟

There was kind of awkward to have two different class hotels in the same building and with the same entrance.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and it truly made our visit to Bangkok even more memorable. The surprise arranged for my mother was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful introduction to the warm hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. It was a beautiful touch that meant so much to our family. Everything was excellent. We especially appreciated how professionally the hotel handled the scheduled power outage. Guests were informed well in advance, allowing us to plan our day before even arriving in Bangkok. This proactive communication reflected the hotel's outstanding planning and genuine care for its guests. A special thank you to the tour desk and concierge team, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with excellent service and helpful recommendations. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Bangkok!

The location is very convenient. There is a 7-Eleven right downstairs. And there is a shopping mall. Unfortunately, despite the excellent location, the poor cleanliness and disappointing service significantly affected my overall experience.

I had a very disappointing stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam. The room had a strong and unpleasant smell from the moment I entered, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The cleanliness standards were far below expectations. There were urine stains on the toilet seat, and I even found unidentified hair on the bed, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The bathroom faucet kept dripping continuously throughout the night, creating constant noise and making it impossible to sleep properly. As a result, I barely got any rest during my stay. The amenities were also poor. The toothpaste was provided in difficult-to-open sachets, which were very inconvenient to use. Even worse, no new toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided on the second day. What disappointed me the most was the service. The staff communicating online were rude and unfriendly, and their attitude was far from the level of hospitality expected from an international hotel brand. Overall, the service quality was extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

I had recently stayed in the Superior Queen Room for 7D6N with the first 2 nights as 2 guests and the remaining 4 nights as 3 guests. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. All the reception, housekeeping and concierge staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. The room is not particularly large but the size is reasonable and comfortable enough. Cleanliness was also good. However, the pillows were a disappointment as they were far too soft. We requested firmer pillows but were still very soft. For the third guest, the additional bed was converted from the sofa,which was not very ideal. It would be much better if the hotel could provide a proper rollaway bed instead. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of tasty food. Breakfast starts at 6AM, and all the dishes were already fully prepared and available right on time which we really appreciated. The hotel's location is also very convenient. There is an escalator to the National Stadium BTS Station just to the right of the hotel entrance, making it extremely easy to get around. There is also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor of the hotel. Although it is small, it carries sufficient essentials. For more options, there is a larger 7-Eleven less than a 2-minute walk away on the left side of the hotel entrance. One thing to note is that Ibis and Mercure share the same ground floor but the Mercure check-in lobby is located on Level 9. Despite the soft pillows and less-than-ideal extra bed, the excellent staff, great breakfast and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay overall.

This was my family’s first time visiting Thailand, and the team at Mercure Bangkok Siam made the arrival unforgettable. They were both brilliant, but Proud deserves an extra mention — she was fantastic with our two young children, instantly putting them at ease after a long journey. Her kindness, patience, and natural way with kids made a huge difference and set such a positive tone for the start of our stay. Check‑in was smooth, efficient, and personal. Proud and Ellie struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and it truly felt like we were being welcomed into a home rather than just a hotel. Sehr schickes Hotel! Modernes gemütliches Zimmer, die Dusche hat zwar ein Fenster zum Bett, dass kann jedoch mit einer Schiebetür Blickdicht gemacht werden bei Bedarf. Netter Pool auf dem Dach und ein Fitnessraum mit Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist absolut großartig! Und als es etwas Schwierigkeiten bei der Bezahlung mit der Unternehmenskreditkarte gab, wurde sich ausführlich und nett drum gekümmert bis es eine Lösung gab. Insgesamt einfach super Service.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel, entsprechend kostet es halt auch etwas mehr. Außerdem ist das mit den Aufzügen etwas nervig gelöst, man muss immer zuerst in die Lobby (9. Stock) fahren und muss dort den Aufzug wechseln, um zu den Zimmern (18.-27. Stock) zu kommen.

A bit pricey but with an unbeatable location. Close to the busiest BTS station, meaning that you can go about anywhere in Bangkok conveniently. Breakfast is nice. The price is a tad high compared to the neighbouring options though.

L'hôtel est bien placé, près de grands centres commerciaux comme le MBK. La chambre était spacieuse et très agréable avec un mini bar free et renouvelé tous les jours. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est fabuleux et pour tous les goûts.

Located right next to Exit 1 of National Stadium BTS, the hotel is right in the middle of the shopping district, yet the rooms are quiet, giving me a really good rest both day and night. Breakfast is a really huge spread of Thai and international food. My favourites are the blueberry yogurt, fresh fruit and salad. I love the way the perishables are kept fresh and cold in fridges, so it doesn't spoil so easily. Here's the staff who made my stay absolutely wonderful: Snooker, Joy, Sakky and Trainee Beam at Eight Restaurant; Dej at the Concierge at Level 1. I am definitely going to stay here again!
