Duży plus za smaczne i urozmaicone jedzenie – każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, a posiłki były świeże i różnorodne. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również miła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta obsługa, dzięki której czuliśmy się naprawdę dobrze zaopiekowani. Pobyt zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. The food was absolutely delicious, and the location is perfect.

The pool area is very small. Also, it was strange to see another pool area with a hot tub and other facilities in the pictures, but this area was closed.

Locatie is top! Uitgang midden in het centrum en een uitgang zijstraatje boulevard, ontbijtbuffet was ect supergedelegeerden, zoveel keuze uit veel soorten brood, vers gemaakte spiegeleieren of omeletjes, veel joghurts met allerlei fruit en… vers geperste sinaasappelsap.

Aankleding kamer is verouderd, maar bed lag uitstekend, verouderde badkamer maar wel vernieuwde inloopdouche die perfect was, verder viel niets tegen, we gaan zeker terug

Staff were great, breakfast too. Variety of food and fruit almost like in a five-star hotel. Proximity to the beach is a plus.

The room was too loud. Sounds from the street and from what was probably a broken bathroom fan were constant. Air conditioning is right above the bed so you can turn it on and freeze or turn it off and sweat.

The breakfast and buffet dinner was amazing . Lots of choices and very fresh.

Some sound issues (dragging of chairs and heavy step traveling) during breakfast and dinner if you are located on the floor below the restaurant.

Sve je bilo odlično .Od prijema na recepciji ,raznovrsnog jela ,blizina plaže do koje se spustiš sa listom, bazen odličan, osoblje restorana a posebne pohvale sobaricama koje su veoma pedantno uredili svakodnevno sobe i zamjenile ručnike.Ima 3 lifta plus jedan kod bazena.Blizina na par minuta do autobusa kao i do podzemne željeznice koja vozi do Malage(C1)

Trebalo bi malo osvježiti hodnike kod soba sa novim tepisonima.

Rude staff on my late arrival, got told difficult directions to my room which would have been nice to be shown the way to my room. Had to carry my large cases down some stairs and back up another set of stairs to get to my room.

The pool was small, there was no entertainment at night and some of the staff were not very helpful. Overall the hotel looks very tired and needs updating.

O hotel excedeu as nossas expectativas em todos os aspectos, foi um dos melhores que já tivemos!! A localização é excelente, está a 200 metros da praia, fica em frente a uma farmácia, tem uma paragem de autocarros ao pé, localiza-se na zona central movimentada e tem uma estação de comboios relativamente perto. As instalações apresentam-se muito bem cuidadas e com uma decoração exuberante. Quanto à estadia, é um hotel para adultos muito relaxante e silenciosa, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Relativamente à alimentação, não apresenta um buffet enorme mas apresenta uma qualidade e opções de escolha muito variadas, e acima de tudo apto para pessoas com intolerâncias à lactose. A zona da piscina é muito agradável e apresenta música ambiente.

Nada, tudo excelente e dentro dos nossos parâmetros.

Really liked the lokation so close to the beach, bus/ trainstation but also "privat" pools, restaurant and helpful staff when I locked my self out etc. Good cleaning and always someone in the reception.

Burde kanskje spurt etter et røykerom, eller et rom der noen IKKE gikk inn i kjøleskapet mitt og fjernet medisin som må være i kulden. Kanskje gjort i god tro da det ikke så ut som medisin, men det kunne blitt svært ødeleggende for meg og burde ikke skjedd. Den er også mer dyrebar enn alt jeg hadde i safen, og kanskje noe de mente burde lagt der. Fikk også lekkasje på badet, men det ble ordnet ganske raskt.

Myself and my husband stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Rooms- the room was lovely and spacious with a large king size comfortable bed. Shower was nice, hot and powerful. Enough space to hang clothes. Only downside was we upgraded to have a balcony, but it was the smallest one iv ever seen and we had a view of a brick wall! Pool area- small pool but nice and warm. Had a lunchtime van with snacks and drinks and Sunbeds were nice and comfy. Food- the food was hit and miss which is what its like in most places, they had loads of selection at breakfast and dinner(we went half board) but we just didnt like some of the food on offer, I didn't like the sausage. But the desert corner was to die for. My husband loved all the salad and meats. Great for adults and couples and will go back with my husband Location- was a 5 min walk out the back to the beachfront and a 5 min walk out the front to the town so location was great.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Torremilinos staying at the hotel Fenix Cannot fault the hotel in any way The room was spacious , lovely view from the balcony and was cleaned every day so a huge Thankyou to housekeeping. The hotel staff work really hard to ensure a pleasant stay, the maintenance man constantly checks the pool making sure everything works and is clean The food every day was amazing so much choice didn’t know what to have as it all looked and tasted great, well done to the kitchen for preparing such lovely food The hospitality staff , are extremely pleasant and welcoming Every day a smile from Hose the restaurant manager who takes the time to know your name and welcomes you And a huge Thankyou to Jesus for fantastic service throughout our stay making sure we were very happy with everything And Barbara on the bar for her lovely smile We will definitely return to this hotel without a doubt and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Samantha & Pauline

Frokosten var ok, veldig bra at det var varme egg, veldig kjekk og fin plass å sitte ute å spise frokost og middag. Pizza de hadde var veldig god og mye utvalg når de hadde taco. Veldig god kaffe og godt brød. Jacuzziområdet var veldig fint og fredelig. Kjekt område ute hvor en kunne sitte med en drink eller to.

Frokosten var kjedelig, lite utvalg i pålegg, type 7 sorter ost var litt drøyt. Rotete oppsett med smør, av og til her og der. Middagene var ikke verdt pengene, kjedelig og dårlig forklart hva de sto å stekte på, spis ute. Noen av personale var mest opptatt av å snakke seg imellom eller med andre gjester som snakket Spansk :-(

Cheiro desagradável por todo o hotel, especialmente nos quartos, tivemos que mudar de quarto, ainda assim o cheiro manteve se, dormir com portada aberta para minimizar o cheiro a humidade e a fossa e provavelmente a algum desinfectante ou algo para esconder o odor.

Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno. L’hotel è molto bello, con interni dal sapore retrò da romanzo modernista, e si trova in una posizione strategica sia rispetto al mare che alla movida. Ottima la colazione e la cena a buffet, anche se suggerirei di includere almeno l’acqua la sera, così come avviene a colazione, dove è compreso addirittura il cava. Il personale è cortese, la pulizia della camera adeguata, e piscina e palestra incluse nel prezzo sono un valore aggiunto notevole.

La stanza era molto spaziosa, ma il bagno cieco e senza scopettino per il water (pare per scelta deliberata). La vera pecca è stata però che la stanza dava su strada, sopra l’ingresso, ed era quindi molto rumorosa fin dal primo mattino, a causa dello scarico merci che iniziava all’alba: impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta.

The hotel is great. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely engaging. Jesús was very kind and would continuously bring me wine to help me deal with my constant work calls. 🤣

Stayed here for a week. Comfortable rooms, good beds, good TV options. Reception located at street level with the dining room, restaurant and bedrooms located below with direct access onto the beach level below. Staff very courteous and friendly. Paid a good price for the 7 nights, would have been disappointed to have paid more. Dined for dinner on our late arrival, very average. Didn't go back as dined outside rest of holiday. Breakfast, a great selection on offer. Having said that, the quality of the food was average, catering to the numbers. The freshly cooked eggs were good, sausages poor, bacon a bit hit and miss. Beans, couldn't go wrong. Pool area was small for the size of the hotel but was never over busy. Nice Balinese beds for hire which we did most days, ensuring sun and shade when needed. Music at times was a bit too loud for the space. Overall, would return if push came to shove but on a room only basis. The food didn't do it for us.

Mixed view of this Hotel. It’s touted as 4 stars. However, 3.5 stars at best. It is definitely worn out in places, steps, chips, needs a revamp in places. The pool is cramped there too many sunbeds for the amount of space but that’s because it has several rooms to accommodate and several people. Breakfast was great! unfortunately evening meal wasn’t so fantastic, average food in the evening. Food was quite tasty and managed to eat something though, just not 4 star quality. Gym was small and smelt of rising damp, put me off to be fair for training in there. Staff are friendly. On arrival, I was given a voucher for a drink at the bar, but you can only use it Monday or Friday & only between 6-7pm. Ridiculous gesture and don’t bother with a Ridiculous gesture and don’t bother with a silly little voucher for the drinks at those times. My first room was below the restaurant and it was so noisy. I complained and I was moved thankfully to a better room. However all in all I wouldn’t return.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Fenix Torremolinos and had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was excellent, with a lovely balcony and a great view. The room was cleaned regularly and kept to a very high standard throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, with a great choice of food and plenty of options to suit different tastes. The swimming pool area was also very good and a lovely place to relax. The location is excellent, being close to both the town centre and the beach, making it very easy to get around and enjoy everything Torremolinos has to offer. A special mention must go to Manuel at reception. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. His excellent customer service really added to our stay and is a credit to the hotel. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Fenix and would happily return. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located hotel with great facilities, friendly staff and excellent service.

Just got back after a chilled out 10 days in the Fenix Hotel. Perfectly located (3 minutes to the beach from the lowest floor of the hotel & 3 minutes to the resort centre from the reception floor). 3 lifts to choose from. Food very good, top shelf drinks at competitive prices, staff great & very friendly. I would like to specifically mention ANDREW, who looked after us at meal times & the many hours we sat at the bar. Top person. A lick of paint here & there, a few more sun beds, & more storage space in the rooms, would improve the hotel further. A bit more entertainment would also be good & might do more to fill the lovely lounge area. All in all a good choice for a chilled, adults only hotel, right in the centre of Torremolinos.

Bel hôtel à la décoration un peu vintage avec une touche de moderne. Localisation très pratique en plein centre, à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la gare, à 5min de la Nogalera et à 15min de la plage. Chambre très spacieuse avec très belle vue sur mer, literie hyper confortable, et grande salle de bain. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent, beaucoup de choix, et le restaurant a vue sur la mer aussi (très belle terrasse). Chambre au calme le matin, sans le bruit des femmes de ménage dans le couloir. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner très agréable. Un excellent séjour!

Le personnel de la réception pas forcément très chaleureux. Le prix un peu élevé en haute saison, mais malgré tout plus raisonnable que d'autres hôtels. Piscine non testée.

Vi tyckte att hotellet var väldigt bra. Det var sköna sängar, trevlig personal, välstädat, det låg väldigt nära affärer, stranden och restauranger.

Hade önskat ett större utbud i baren vid poolen. Gymmet var väldigt litet och fanns inga vikter över 10kg.

I had a lovely first time solo break here from 5th to 8th August. I loved how chilled it was around the pool and the fact that a glass of cava from the pool bar was less than £4 was a bonus! I always managed to get a sunbed even when I went later in the day, the pool was warm (maybe it was even heated!) but nice to relax in. Breakfast was lovely - proper bacon 👍 and the fresh orange juice machine was great! I was half board so had dinner there, I maybe wouldn’t next time as I’m a fussy eater but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food! The staff were amazing and helpful, shout out to Jesus who always seemed to be around (thanks for my last glass of rose wine on the day I was leaving!) I was in room 310 which had a massive bed and a balcony that overlooked the pool area, the air on was great and the bathroom was lovely. My only suggestion would be to maybe have entertainment on occasionally in the bar in the evening to encourage more people to stay in and drink there - all in all I had a wonderful little break and will definitely be back.

Flott beliggenhet midt mellom stranden og bykjernen. Frokosten er den beste jeg har vært borti på hotell. Rent estetisk har hotellet en veldig kul vibe og personalet var smilende og imøtekommende. Hadde jeg fått et annet rom hadde nok dette vært en av de fineste hotelloppholdene jeg har hatt.

Jeg fikk rom med vindu til tross for at bookingen sa at rommet skulle ha balkong eller fransk vindu. Det gikk fint uten, men fikk trøbbel med å få håndkle og badetøy tørt til dagen etterpå. Vinduet på rommet var mot en trapp som gjorde at jeg måtte ha gardinene igjen om jeg ikke ville ha fritt innsyn til rommet. Bassengområdet var mindre enn jeg trodde. Jeg valgte heller stranden der det var mer plass mellom solsengene.

The hotel was truly cozy, and the staff were wonderfully welcoming. I received my room earlier than expected, exactly the one I had requested. It was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a lovely sea view. I especially appreciated the convenience of having three elevators — everything felt comfortable and easy.

Although the room was cleaned every day, some of the towels had holes in them. The air conditioner worked only on one setting, and it was extremely cold. It was disappointing that the jacuzzi on the 9th floor was closed and available only for private bookings — I really wished to enjoy at least one moment of sunbathing on the rooftop and try the jacuzzi in the evening when the air gets cooler, because swimming pool is also open just untill 19. Even though there are 3 elevators, they were very slow, although the nearby stairs were a convenient alternative. I also wished the terrace and the hotel bar stayed open longer than until midnight.

Great location for the beach and transport. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was outstanding- such great choice, value for money and fresh- again friendly staff. Our room was really clean and a great size on the top floor- no noise from the street or hotel.

The only little thing we didn’t like was that our room smelt a bit of cigarette. But resetting our AC made this stop.

El desayuno está bastante completo. Me gustó. La ubicación increíble.. Estás en la nogalera y en la playa al mismo tiempo. La habitación en cuanto a tamaño y comodidad, un 10.

Encontré 2 cucarachas en mi habitación. Se lo comenté al concierge y me limpiaron nuevamente la habitación... Entiendo que son cosas que pueden pasar, pero hubiese esperado algun tipo de compensación o detalle. Más alla de re-limpiar, nada.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana, ho scelto la formula di mezza pensione e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia della colazione che della cena: cibo vario, di qualità e sempre ben preparato. Tutto il personale è stato sempre attento, cordiale e disponibile soprattutto al ristorante. Vorrei fare un ringraziamento speciale a un addetto alle pulizie, Marcos, che si è dimostrato estremamente professionale, intervenendo con grande rapidità e attenzione quando ho avuto un piccolo problemino in camera. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva e consiglio sicuramente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e un servizio attento. Bella anche la piscina.

Great location, excellent hotel, friendly staff very clean and tidy

Just back from an amazing week staying at this lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and the hotel Is very clean. Our bed sheets and towels were changed twice and our made was made up most days, you could ask for clean towels if needed. The view from the bar area is amazing. The pool area is so relaxing and peaceful, no sun bed wars either which was brilliant. The location is perfect, a minutes walk and your on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Primero la habitación olía a un producto perfumado fuertísimo tanto que no me dejaba ni respirar y menos dormir, Creo que era para esconder el olor a humedad. El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba bien, Luego quise tomar una ducha antes de acostarme y no había agua caliente me dieron una habitación sin agua caliente, entonces me dieron otra habitación más inferior de lo que yo había pagado y me encontré con una cucaracha en la cortina la tuve que matar con una zapatilla sin contar con el olor a humedad que había en la habitación era la planta baja. Por la mañana después de haber dormido apenas tres o cuatro horas fuimos a desayunar yo la verdad no comí mucho solo un poquito y me cogí un plátano para llevarmelo porque sé que me iba a entrar hambre y tenía que irme a devolver un coche de alquiler rápidamente, el gerente no me dejó llevarme el plátano después de todo lo que pase la noche anterior con la habitación así que le pegué dos bocado al plátano y dejé el resto en el plato porque no me dejaban llevarlo de verdad supuestamente debe de ser un hotel de lujo y esto fue ridículo y barato ya no vuelvo nunca más.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Un grand merci à Angela, qui a été vraiment formidable : très accueillante, bienveillante, à l’écoute et toujours de bon conseil. Elle comprend également très bien le français, ce qui a rendu les échanges encore plus agréables. L’ensemble du personnel est parfait, sympathique et professionnel. Rien à redire sur l’accueil et le service. L’hôtel est un peu ancien et pourrait bénéficier de quelques améliorations, mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale du séjour. Tout s’est très bien passé et je compte d’ailleurs revenir dans cet hôtel au mois d’août !

Few staff in restaurant were not friendly and their customer service were absolutely poor even they did not understand simple English words, also they were too close to us during taking food we felt uncomfortable. The quality of service was significantly dropped on the restaurant manager days off. In overall very disappointed of service.

We have been to this hotel many times as we love the location and the staff are superb. Great breakfast and dinner food quality is okish. The pool area is small so when people reserve beds or block beds (by reserving middle two of four) it’s really, really, really annoying. Apparently the reserving of beds is not monitored until mid day when the drinks truck becomes manned. Sorry but the damage is done by then and we are on the beach. We would like to have the choice of pool days as well as beach days but selfish people reserving beds take that choice away from us! Not sure if we will go back to the Fenix as the edge was taken off from our last visit.
