Menu or some indication of what was available for evening buffet would be helpful.

The bathroom was good,good towels with everything you needed and the bed comfy with nice sheets. The room was nice. We had a lovely stay close to rail and bus services.

There wasn't one draw to put underwear or swimwear nor at the side of the bed. There was no where to hang long dresses or trousers.

The hotel is well located on the edge of the pedestrianised town centre. Staff are friendly, particularly the cleaning team. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the aircon worked well. The pool was small, but sufficient to cool down.

We arrived late and the hotel had no parking. The nearesr parking garage is not 24hr and so we had to drive around to locate a parking garage further away

The cat faeces on the upper lounge pool area, the restocking of breakfast items and table clearing a bit disappointing, the vibes pool bar stopped serving food very early. Leaf blowing by 8:30am every morning was very loud

الجناح لم يكن كما بالصور الموجودة بالموقع الحمام مساحته صغيرة وباب الغرفة كثير متعب بالفتح والاغلاق ازعاج كثير من باقي الضيوف بالفندق لانه الاجنه كلها عندهم تقع عند مخرج السلالم والسلم الكهربائي الاكل كان غير متنوع مع انهم عرفوا احنا مسلمين ولا نأكل لحم الخنزير الا انهم لم يقوموا باي مجهود لعمل شيء . صراحة لا انصح به للمسلمين الذين يحجزون مع وجبات.

Smoking allowed in the pool area which was disgusting. Especially as there were two sections. Would have been nice if one of them was no smoking area. One of the sections was like an afterthought - sand on the floor with cigarette butts everywhere. Grass was really patchy too. Was just not a nice relaxing area to sit in.

El desayuno y la cena han sido muy buenos con producto de calidad y camareros muy atentos en todo momento. En la piscina las tumbonas están muy juntas y algunas muy hundidas. En la parte profunda de la piscina la escalera para subir y bajar está rota; las barandas que salen para sostenerse están desniveladas lo que hace que el escalón también quede de esta manera y mas profundo lo que dificulta la entrada y salida del agua pudiendo provocar un accidente si alguien se confía. Debería mirarlo mantenimiento. Gracias!!!

The hotel was clean, decor fresh, good breakfast buffet with good variety of food and drinks. Staff accommodating, great area - lots of things to do around and metro only few minutes away from to hotel for further trips.

Unfortunately kitchen/bar staff could do with some improvement. We discovered dirty glasses, cups in the breakfast area, lipstick stains and some other stains, cutlery included. Very unpleasant experience at the pool bar, where a tip of the nail was found in a beer cup and no replacement beer offer. The nail shouldn't have been there in the first place. Lifts can be really busy around meal times, one of them stopped at every floor making the journey longer. Pool area , could be a wonderful place to relax, but too many sun beds, looked a bit over crowded.

Woda kapała z sufitu na brzeg łóżka, w reakcji Obsługa położyła ręczniki na podłogę i brzeg łóżka, rano pani która sprzątała ręczniki zabrała i sytuacja się powtórzyła. Żółte zacieki namaścicie świadczyły o tym że to nie po raz pierwszy zaszła taka sytuacja. To jest zdecydowanie domalowany!

Oengagerad personal som inte hälsar. Frukosten var katastrof!!! Vi kom ner vid 10.05. Då fanns inga bord. De som var lediga var fulla med disk. Det fanns inga rena bestick, inga glas eller muggar. Maten var nästan slut. Cavan var borttagen. Sämsta upplevelsen av en frukost någonsin! Vi testade även dagen efter då var det likadant. Dagarna efter åt vi frukost ute på stan.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Torremolinos. Great location. Spotlessly clean,and comfortable rooms. Lovely pool area,with a great bar for food and drinks. And most of all,a special mention to the friendly and helpful staff. Always service with a smile. Excellent hotel.

Le seul vrai point fort de cet hôtel, c’est le personnel, qui est très sympathique, surtout Pilar : toujours disponible, souriante et agréable. Merci à elle ! Malheureusement, pour le reste, l’hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. Pour moi, même 2 étoiles seraient déjà généreuses. L’établissement a vraiment besoin d’une rénovation. Il y avait des fourmis partout dans la chambre. Impossible de laisser quoi que ce soit traîner sans risquer une invasion, j’en ai même retrouvé dans ma valise ! L’isolation est inexistante, la climatisation fait tellement de bruit qu’on dirait un tracteur, et le lit est tellement inconfortable qu’on finit par dormir en diagonale pour essayer de trouver une bonne position. Clairement, cet hôtel ne vaut ni son prix ni son classement. Je n’y retournerai pas et, malheureusement, je ne peux pas le recommander.

Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man es gebraucht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie das Abendbuffet waren sehr gut, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Завтраки и ужины вкусные. Расположение отеля прекрасное, до пляжа 10 минут спокойным шагом. Магазины, кафе , остановки все рядом. Автобусная станция и ж/д в 5 минут ходьбы. Приветливый персонал . Все понравилось . Мы довольны отдыхом в этом отеле. Рекомендую 🙂

Los baños necesitan una reformita. Están bastante anticuados

Las atenciones del personal. El desayuno y cena, buenos cumpliendo mis expectativas. La limpieza y empleados muy bien, así como la habitación.

La piscina y sus alrededores muy mal. Un riesgo muy alto de resbalarse y caerse alrededor de la piscina. De hecho presencie más de una caída. Menos camas balines as y más hamacas.

Que no se oía ruido en el hotel

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Jantar e pequeno-almoço variado e de muito boa qualidade. Varanda ótima para duas pessoas relaxarem. O ar condicionado funciona na perfeição. Limparam e trocaram as toalhas e lençóis todos os dias. Voltaremos, sem dúvida.

As instalações necessitam de uma reforma.

No puedo decir mucho porque para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, he estado en hoteles de 3 que le superaban con creces

El baño según nos duchamos se inundó, reclamamos para que vinieran a verlo eso y que no se pasaban a limpiar el cuarto, de hecho de 1 semana se pasaron 2 días y porque reclamamos y aún reclamando tuve que decírselo a una chica de la limpieza porque subimos y seguía sin estar. Cuando se supone que nos arreglaron el baño nos volvimos a duchar y se volvió a inundar, no podíamos ni usar las toallas porque teníamos que tirarlas al suelo para secarlo. La mesa del escritorio con hormigas… la nevera apenas enfriaba. El garaje te soplan 108€ por 1 semana y estaba lleno de cucarachas y humedades.

La ubicación, cerca del tren y del centro. La distancia a la playa estaba bien gracias a un ascensor que te baja hasta ella

El horario de la cena está hecho para los extranjeros.Me parece irrisorio De 19:00 a 21:00 ,casi es la merienda. Debería ser por lo menos hasta las 22:00. No tiene animación, sólo un rato el finde a la hora de comer en la piscina. Es bastante soso la verdad. Aunque sea un hotel only adults, también nos gusta que haya animación en la piscina y también por la noche, como hay en todos los hoteles de alrededor

Location

Had booked a pool view room and paid extra for it at booking but was told when we arrived, that no pool room was available. No refund offered and left us in a room too small, with 2 single beds. No impressed.

Esta centrico, tiene piscina, personal amable, tanto el personal de cocina como de limpieza. Desayuno y comida muy variado. Tamaño de la habitacion esta muy bien, television grande y balcon con mesa y sillas. Tiene para tender la ropa, muy importante. Esta reformado por dentro, buen lavado de cara.

Ruido en las habitaciones, mejorar limpieza del baño. No hay sitio en las amacas de la piscina por que dejan las toallas reservadas. No hay niños, pero hay perros. La tv tiene capado los botones, hay que pagar por el servicio de caja fuerte (3€ dia). Se aparca muy mal en la zona y el parking es demasiado caro, 18€ por dia. Los horarios de las cenas son muy prontos, de 19 a 21 horas. Desayuno, cafe y zumo es lo que es, pero su quieres mejorarlo hay que pagarlo. Conclusion, por lo que pagas, no merece la pena, tienen que mejorar.

The cleaning of the room

The food in the dining room was a very poor standard.

Great location. Spacious room. Nice pool area! Good rooftop bar. Quiet AC. Very comfy bed.

Elevator… so slow. And you can only call it, not call the direction. Your elevator might stop at all levels. Also the WiFi was spotty on the upper floors, and slow everywhere.

la posizione era ottima, la colazione era a buffet con tantissime cose da mangiare, le cene anche quelle a buffet ed tutte le sere cambiavano e anche cera la griglia in cui cucinavano sia qualcosa di pesce e di carne, cera anche il buffet di frutta e dolci, nel complesso tutto buono

Le camere purtroppo non sono insonorizzate, avevamo la porte con tre dita di spifero di luce, si sentivano chi entrava e usciva, chi dormiva sopra di noi si sentiva spostare i letti etc, la pulizia era poco raffinato. Dovrebbero pulire di più le fughe della doccia che erano amuffite, anche la piscina nei bocchettoni erano con muffa, sebbene abbiamo visto che le pulivano ma non a fondo.

Ampliar el horario de cena

Una buena ubicación en el centro junto a la estación de cercanías y zona de ocio y comercial, están cerca las escaleras que bajan a la playa. Las vistas de la habitación estupendas. La habitación confortable. El desayuno y la cena variado y abundante. El personal amable y profesional. Nos dejaron una habitación para cambiarnos cuando nos íbamos a ir.

La piscina se quedó un poco pequeña y el número de hamacas también. Muchas camas balinesas de pago .En las zonas de hamacas de arriba había muchas hormigas muy molestas.

La posizione è perfetta: attaccata al centro e vicinissima ad ogni fermata di treno o bus.

Struttura a 4 stelle , per essere tale però avrebbe bisogno di qualche accortezza maggiore con le rifiniture delle camere o con la cura di qualche dettaglio. Però tutto sommato era perfetto.

Los horarios de desayuno y cena deberían ampliarlos para adaptarse al público español no solo al extranjero

O buffet de pequeno almoço e almoço eram incríveis! A comida deliciosa e muita variedade.

A limpeza não é incrível, bolor nos azulejos da casa de banho… Além disso sendo um destino de praia, a mopa que é usada para limpar os chão dos quartos é casa de banho não é suficiente para tirar a areia e lixo acumulado no chão.

Localização do hotel, simpatia dos funcionários todos super simpáticos, camas confortáveis, limpam os quartos todos os dias. O buffet do hotel tanto no pequeno almoço como no jantar é sempre super variado e tem água grátis o que é ótimo.

Não que seja um problema do hotel, mas a noite quando já estamos a dormir acordamos várias vezes com o barulho de outros hóspedes que estão constantemente a gritar. E na zona da piscina várias vezes não há espreguiçadeiras para todos no melhor sítio.

La piscina grande para acomodar a toda la gente. El personal de 10.

Hay una política expresamente escrita en todos los sitios que prohíbe reservar tumbonas. A las 930 de la mañana se juntaba a la puerta de piscina 5 turistas que dejaban sus toallas ocupando más de 30 tumbonas y luego se iban a desayunar. Nos quejamos en recepción dos veces y nula respuesta fue que no tenían personal para controlar todo. Así que si quieres jugar a los Juegos del Hambre contra otros turistas es tu oportunidad. Los tragos tanto del rooftop bar como del de la piscina , malísimos. Hasta pedí un gin tonic y me lo prepararon con Sprite en vez de tónica. El desayuno con jugo de naranja de polvo y aguado porque si querías uno PREMIUM tenías que pagar de más, esto en un supuestas 4 estrellas.

Hotel położony jest przy jednej z głównych ulic w centrum Torremolinos. Wokół hotelu mnóstwo klimatycznych restauracji, barów i sklepów. Dogodne połączenie z Malagą – stacja metra zaledwie 5 minut pieszo od hotelu. Personel w hotelu bardzo życzliwy, uprzejmy i pomocny. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, z balkonami, lodówką, sejfem i czajnikiem elektrycznym; z widokiem na góry lub morze. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Czysta łazienka wyposażona w zestaw kosmetyków, suszarkę do włosów i czyste ręczniki. Żadnych uwag do ekipy sprzątającej. Wybraliśmy opcję ze śniadaniami i obiadokolacjami. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane. Duża różnorodność smacznych i ciepłych potraw, które są również przyrządzane na bieżąco. Duży wybór deserów, owoców, sałatek. Do plaży nie daleko – choć trzeba pokonać sporo schodów :) Można skorzystać z windy. Polecam ten hotel na wypoczynek i jako bazę wypadową na zwiedzanie pięknej Andaluzji :)

• The pool area was one of the better parts of the hotel. It was relatively clean and we could see the cleaning team thoroughly wiping down and cleaning the area every morning. • The rooftop bar is a nice addition and has a pleasant setting, although we did find it quite expensive. • The reception staff we dealt with were friendly and pleasant.

• The room looked very different from the photos online. The pictures show blue accents and finishing touches that make the rooms look much brighter and more modern, while ours was completely plain, with none of the blue décor shown — not even the small throw at the end of the bed. • The room itself was very drab, dated and in serious need of refurbishment. There were marks and scuffs all over the walls and it simply didn’t feel like a 4-star room. • The bathroom was poorly finished. The door wouldn’t close properly, the entire floor flooded every time we showered because there was no proper seal at the bottom, and pieces of grout were coming away while showering. • The air conditioning was outdated, incredibly loud and didn’t cool the room particularly well. • There were very few of the small touches you would expect from a 4-star hotel, not even a bottle of water in the room. • The lifts were extremely slow. There are three lifts, but we regularly waited 10 minutes or more for one to arrive. We ended up taking the stairs a lot instead, which isn’t ideal when the hotel has 10 floors. • The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and loungers are taken almost immediately. There are signs everywhere saying loungers cannot be reserved, but people regularly leave towels on them and this didn’t appear to be enforced. • The hotel photos prominently show the nicer beds around the pool, but these cost extra to use, which wasn’t particularly clear from the pictures. • While reception staff were friendly, we found some of the pool bar and cleaning staff slightly rude and didn’t have any particularly standout service during the week. • Overall, the hotel did not feel like a 4-star property. Based on the room, facilities and overall standard, we felt it was closer to a 3-star hotel at best and unfortunately wouldn’t return.

Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Bardzo smaczne kolacje podawane zarówno na ciepło jak i na zimno, codziennie inne potrawy przyrządzane przez kucharzy na bieżąco. Dużo owoców i deserów. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani o imieniu Rosa, która codziennie perfekcyjnie sprzątała nasz pokój. Na plus zasługuje możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu oraz skorzystania z basenu. Vertigo Sky Bar na 10. piętrze z tarasem był bardzo fajny.

Pokoje wymagają remontu i odświeżenia. Długi czas oczekiwania na windy. Zdjęcia hotelu nie oddają rzeczywistości. Do plaży jest trochę daleko i trzeba pokonać dużo schodów.

Internet nos quartos péssima, casa de banho muito pequena e duche nao veda a saída de água. Os clientes deixam toalhas mas macas e vão embora o que não é permitido por lei mas nada é feito sobre isso. Tem que haver urbanidade e controle.

L’aria relax molto positiva

⭐ Esperienza molto deludente La notte era praticamente impossibile dormire a causa dei continui rumori dello scarico merci. La camera tripla era minuscola, senza spazio nemmeno per appoggiare i vestiti e talmente stretta che non si riusciva ad aprire il divano letto: uno di noi è stato costretto a dormire sul divano chiuso. Inoltre, ogni giorno la chiave si smagnetizzava e dovevamo tornare alla reception per farla riattivare. Decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per una camera venduta come tripla.
