Located on the beach

Certain processes and aspects of service availibility that are dictated by corporate decisions rather than staff. Though been upset on a few occasions, the staff did absolutely their best to smooth out the experience.

Queuing at the dispenser to get my own water for my room. The AC didn't blow cold enough. The sofa bed mattress was very poor.

Breakfast was excellent - so many choices. In particular, the fresh smoothies and the options for children. The room was very modern and clean, with nice products in the bathroom. I also liked the spacious terrace with nice sofa and coffee table and rack for hanging wet swimwear. The gym was very well equipped. The children's pool area was excellent - our son loved the water slides. Also, the playground behind the hotel had an excellent climbing course.

The stay was very expensive. Although we understand August is the most expensive time and the accommodation is high quality, we still felt it was overpriced. It was also not clear that half board means breakfast and dinner. Most people's understanding is that half board means breakfast and lunch or dinner (thankfully the reception staff agreed to allow us to change when we needed to). We had to pay a supplement for our 7-year old child on arrival because the booking incorrectly registered him as a baby. I had already brought this to the attention of the hotel, who told me to follow up with the external booking service. Nevertheless, they could have modified the booking accordingly ahead of time or made a note in the system and at least told me to expect this extra cost (which was significant)! Sunbeds on the beach were at extra cost.

Great service and staff. Kids activities were amazing and the activation team super engaging and friendly. Food was good.

The whole vibe, the layout of the hotel was just perfect. One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everyone working at the hotel were just super professional but also super friendly and very kind! All were very good with children! I highly recommend this hotel to parents who want to travel with their kids! From any age if you ask me!

This is nothing to say!

Rooms spacious. Beach easy to get to.

A small pool area with limited places to sunbathe and very few places to lounge on the beach. Lots of towels on beds and no one using them. Poor management keeping sun beds cleaned and ready for other users. No restrictions for people from taking beds all day then, not using them. There was a terrible mosquito infestation during our stay which ruined the holiday. No management plan to spray in the evenings to keep infestation at a minimum. I have never seen so many badly bitten people!!! Some people had been so badly bitten that they stayed in their rooms! No joke ..... beware. Apparently due to a nearby area of conservation.

I like the location and the beach sand/water

1. WATER was not included in the breakfast and dinner even thou, the water that was charged to us, was from a machine and refillable (no drinks included -should be explicitly stated at booking) 2. there is not beach chairs or umbrellas that belong to the hotel (otherwise its extra 20 cash you have to have on you at the time- even thou most people dont even carry cash anymore) 3. the staff - some rude and some very fake nice 4. overall feeling of the hotel does not feel like 5 star but more like 4.5 5. it was self serve/buffet at ALL the restaurants 6. sofa bed for 2 persons was not comfortable or big enough 7. lots of food but the QUALITY of the meats and fish was not very good. could not even chew it down

The ac in the room wasn't as cold as I wanted to be but it wasn't that bad.

По качеству сервиса отель совершенно не соответствует цене. Особенно с точки зрения баров - маленький выбор коктейлей, не особо вкусные - просьба сделать что то не стандартное вызывает ступор. Ну и классика жанра - в меню при "все включено" - по итогу выясняется что включено не все. Основная претензия скорее даже не к персоналу а к организации - персонала явно не хватает, за обслуживанием надо ходить к бару - не сложно конечно, но не в 5-ке за 1000 евро в сутки.

The main swimming pool is a bit small. The dinner buffet at the beach restaurant is weak as opposed to the main restaurant one.

Dobré místo pro rodiny s dětmi. Velikost a zařízení pokoje splnilo očekávání stejně jako skvělý přístup personálu.

Jeden den z pobytu neproběhl úklid pokoje. Jídlo by mohlo být lepší.

Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her sehr angenehm und bieten ausreichend Platz. Allerdings sind sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

Especialmente el servicio. Increible lo hospitalario, alegre y servicial de todos y cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel. La comida nos sorprendio para bien, muy rica!

Die Lage. Wir kommen seit Jahren zum Radfahren. Dafür herrschen hier optimale Voraussetzungen.

Im Speisesaal die Akustik. Schreiende, am Boden liegende und mit Essen um sich werfende Kinder sind ein Graus. Offensichtlich nehmen die Eltern jeweils Urlaub vom Erziehen der Kinder. Oder können‘s nicht besser. Jedenfalls wurde seitens Iberostar nichts dagegen unternommen. Das ist äusserst ärgerlich.

Everything was just 10/10. Hotel is really focused on families with childs/infants stay. Staff were going extra mile, so our baby has 5 star experience. They even prepared requested-baby food. Location is amazing, just few meters from one of the best beaches on mallorca.

Please note that beach is public, so bed/umbrela bundle is 20e. Though not a hotels fault.

I had a room facing the aircon of the breakfast room, and hence it was a little noisy

Ausgesprochen schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal. Das Buffet war ausgezeichnet, selten so gut gegessen. Wunderschöner Strand und tolle Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Traumhaft für Familien.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet, jedoch war der Badbereich offen gestaltet, was wenig Privatsphäre zulässt. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Abgeschiedenheit erhofft. Das Schwimmbad war bis 15.00 Uhr auch für Kinder zugänglich, danach für Erwachsene alleine. Super, damit auch hier Bahnen im 25m Schwimmbecken getätigt werden können. Die Sauberkeit im Schwimmbad hätte einen Tick besser sein können.

Tolle Lage, leckeres Essen, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, vielen Dank an Pepe für den hervorragenden Service und die tägliche Extra-Meile, die er für uns gegangen ist! Der Spa mit den wunderbaren Massagen und Gesichtsbehandlungen hat uns ebenso sehr gut gefallen.

Bei 5 Sternen und dem Preis hätten wir mit weniger Abnutzung auf den Zimmern, besserer Ausstattung (winzige Schränke, wenig Stauraum) und einem desinfizierten, sauberen Dampfbad gerechnet. In echt sind es wohl eher 4 Sterne / maximal 4 Sterne Superior

Beach front location was good. Family room was large and clean. Reception staff were lovely.

Pool facilities were disappointing, the spa was very busy and quite dirty. Family rooms are grouped together so there is a lot of noise early in the day.

Leider Ameisenbesiedelung im Badezimmer, in allen Sachen waren diese leider dann vorzufinden. Kann vielleicht vorkommen ist aber trotzdem ziemlich unangenehm wenn eine Invasion in den eigenen Sachen ist.

The location is beautiful, the staff is very nice, professional and helpful , the food is very good, especially the deserts which were amazing 10/10!

Its a family type hotel, focused mainly on children activities, not well suited for couples/adults. No hotel sunbeds on the beach, by 9 AM all public sunbeds are sold out.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area with water slides was excellent. The sea was very clean and shallow, perfect for children. There was a wide variety of food, but the quality could have been better. Housekeeping came at inconvenient times, towels were not always replaced, and bed linen was never changed. Overall, I don’t think the hotel fully meets 5-star standards.

Très bruyant dans les chambres, payer 600€ la nuit pour une vue parking…… sans parler de la population qui laisse des serviettes à la piscine ET à la mer des 8h du matin. On se croit au camping amélioré avec des prix de 5 étoiles…..

Eten was super lekker. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Leuk entertainment voor de kinderen voorzien. Alles super proper. Ideale accomodatie voor ouders en kinderen van alle leeftijden.

It is a good

Super endroit. Très bien situé avec accès direct à la plage. Le service est au top. Tout était parfait à part une mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Ce qui fait que les chambres situées non loin de la rue peuvent être parfois bruyante. À part cela, et ça ne nous a pas énormément dérangé pendant le séjour, rien à redire. Parfait pour les familles et on arrive même à être au calme au bord de la piscine. Service exceptionnel.

Beach was lovely but impossible to get a lounger.

Transport and taxis are impossible to get in the evening unless you go out around 6pm. Asked the hotel reception to help several times and basically told not our problem, get a bus! Not really good enough for a 5-star hotel at pretty much €1000 per night for a family suite for 3 people. Majorca itself with strikes and attitude to tourism is slowly killing itself.

The service staff is amazing. The restaurant/bar/food staff as well as the housekeeping doing and incredible job.

Reception is unreliable. You reserve a taxi by them, but they cannot guarantee if the taxi will show up or not. You ask for silent room months in advance as well as during check-in, and you are assured, then the room is just next to reception and rooms are not soundproofed. You hear every soul on the reception lobby as well as the customers that live above you.

Excellent animation team for the kids who really gave it their all to entertain. Carina at the front desk was a star who helped us to sort transport. Food was good.

Bed size and confort were poor. Alot of mosquitos at the property.

Overall great experience. 2 areas for improvement would be parking and the in-room air conditioning, which didn’t do the trick.

Room had an off smell like sulphur. Daybeds on the beach were not part of hotel but they are displayed on hotel photos which implies they are part of the resort.

Amazing hotel on a fantastic beach! Positives: Staff, food in all restaurants is great, swimming pool is amazing, great slides for kids at the kids pool, literally 5 steps from the most amazing beach. Negatives: Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and my husband felt the air con at the room was not enough. Overall amazing stay and we will come back.

wow this place is amazing the staff can't help you enough and the selection of food is also amazing. the rooms are large and comfortable. there is a good selection of all inclusive drinks easy access to the beach and everything is kept to a high standard. we had entertainment each night. there are shops and bars across the road we will deffinatley return in the near future.
