Im Großen und Ganzen war alles ausgezeichnet. Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Service ebenso. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Strand war mehr als praktisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie kinderfreundlich das Hotel ist und wie sehr an die kleinsten Gäste gedacht wird, was man an vielen Details erkennen kann: Kinderschwimmbecken mit mehreren Rutschen, Kids' Corner beim Essen, Tritthocker in WCs, beim Buffet oder beim Check-in, Kinderanimationsprogramm etc. Wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel v.a. Familien mit Kindern wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Zimmer könnten sauberer sein. Es werden zwar täglich Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, jedoch wäre uns nicht aufgefallen, dass der Boden während unseres Aufenthalts ein einziges Mal gewischt wurde.

Výborná poloha priamo pri nádhernej pláži Playa de Muro a krásne more. Jedlo bolo chutné s veľkým výberom. Oceňujeme aj dobré značky alkoholu a drinky. Veľmi praktický bol náramok, ktorý slúžil na otváranie izby aj identifikáciu v reštaurácii. Počas nášho septembrového pobytu bol vždy dostatok lehátok.

Hotel je veľmi výrazne zameraný na rodiny s malými deťmi, ktorých bolo počas nášho pobytu naozaj veľa. Najmä v reštaurácii bol pri bufetoch chaos a hluk, keďže si veľa detí samo naberalo jedlo. Na izbe bol nepríjemný zápach kanalizácie, ktorý sme cítili aj cez klimatizáciu. Pri otvorenom balkóne bol zase hluk zo zásobovania a odvozu odpadu. Sprcha pri toalete pretekala, takže sme ju nemohli normálne používať. Voda v bazéne bola veľmi studená. Personál v baroch bol milý, ale často menej skúsený a pri jednoduchých objednávkach sme niekedy museli vysvetľovať, čo chceme. Večer bolo v okolí aj na balkóne veľké množstvo komárov.

كان من الأفضل توفير خيارات أكثر من اللحوم والدجاج الحلال. كما وجدنا مشروبًا كحوليًا في الغرفة، وأعتقد أنه من الأفضل توفير بديل غير كحولي كـWelcome Drink للضيوف الذين لا يشربون الكحول

Family-friendly facilities, food, and entertainment! Just amazing and truly relaxing holiday for the whole family!

One of the children’s shows (super heroes) suddenly turned quite scary, showing pictures of action movies clearly with FSK 12 or higher (monsters, aliens, world-ending scenarios) while many 4 - 7 year olds watching all that in first row. Please make sure that the backdrop to the dancers (which were amazing nonetheless) is age-appropriate! My son was very scared and we had to leave the show early, he is still scared when thinking of the scenes on the screen. That was the only glitch though and all other shows were fantastic!

Wasserrutschen, Badebereich, Sauberkeit, verzahnte Abläufe des Hotelbetriebs, Programmvielfalt und Angebot, Ausstattung des Hotels, Meerblick, Bar, Restaurant, etc. Kein Zigarettenrauch. Bemühtes, effizientes und Freundliches Personal. Gutes, vielfältiges und feines Buffet.

Die Zimmer sind etwas zu knapp geschnitten, insbesondere das Familienzimmer. Buffetbetrieb- und Bereich voll ausgelastet, d.h. Lautstärke der Massen innen wie aussen ist teils störend. Alle Liegen den ganzen Tag besetzt, obwohl kein Mensch sie nutzt. Keine Handtuch-Policy vorhanden. Keine Handy-Policy vorhanden. Leute telefonieren non stop per video call auf Laut und das stört im Restaurant.

War sauber jedoch könnte es etwas sauberer sein.

Fantastic location for kids with many facilities, activities and immediate access to the beach. Food is absolutely great, high variety and with different themes every night, and high quality cooking.

Room equipment is old and worn off; main restaurant is much too crowded in peak season; staff does not prevent guests from occupying the pool seats with towels early morning - no seats available after breakfast although only 10% are actually occupied. Price is not really justified - Iberostar Waves in Crete is only a third of the price but it is superior in every way.

For the price we paid, the hotel was disappointing. The rooms are very basic and there was not even a coffee machine in the room. Nothing really felt special or “wow” considering the cost. The children’s activities were also quite basic and repetitive, with almost the same things every day. Some activities changed in the afternoon, but they were not specifically designed for children. The pools are quite small for the number of guests, and with so many children around the atmosphere can become very noisy, crowded and chaotic. The beach itself is beautiful, but the sunbeds and services on the beach are separate from the hotel and you have to pay extra to use them.

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent, as was the dinner buffet. All the services were great, and the food was delicious. The location is excellent, right on the beach, but I didn’t particularly like the surroundings on the road side.

The pool was far too crowded for my liking. I also understand that this is not the staff’s fault but rather the guests’ responsibility; however, in the afternoon, the area around the pool was really dirty. Although there were designated points for leaving glasses, there were glasses everywhere, as well as ice cream leftovers and even diapers. I did not like this at all. Also, in the evening, when I wanted to sit quietly on the terrace of my room, the air outside had an unpleasant smell. The same unpleasant smell could also be noticed at the reception, near the children’s play area. At first, I thought it was coming from the toilets, but I believe it may have been due to the large number of tourists in the destination and possibly the local infrastructure not being adapted to such a high number of visitors, such as the drainage and sewage system.

A kihúzható kanapé elfoglata az egész nappali részt és nagyon diszkonfortos volt, hogy szinte a földön volt a kihúzható rész. A recepción néhány alkalmazott nem igazán volt segítőkész.

The staff is amazing and friendly. The service is impeccable. There are so many options for food and activities that you find it difficult to even leave the hotel area. The hotel caters really well for families and children.

As with most hotels with a pool, you need to be either early or quick to get a pool chair as these are hot commodities.

Zu überfüllt (Kantine, Schwimmbad), um 9 Uhr, nach dem morgigen kampfritual um ein Liegestuhl sind bereits alle Liegestuhle besetzt. Ein Versuch von Personal mit Markierung von unbenutzten Liegenstuhlen ist ein schwacher Trost für Tourristen, das noch die Liegenstuhl 'enteigneten' zusätzlich verärgert. Auch das wurde nicht konsequent (wie scheinbar in anderen Iberostar Hotels) umgesetzt. Müsste ich nicht meinem Kind nicht erklären warum wir jetzt nicht am Schwimmbad bleiben können, hätte nicht so grosse Bedeutung gehabt. Genereller Eindruck - verbunden mit viel Ärger.

The AC wasn't strong enough and had a motion sensor so if you aren't in the room, it shuts off.

My family had a mostly nice stay at the resort for just about 5 nights of time. It's in a great location and the pool and general facilities were very nice. The ease of the all-inclusive model was great for my kids, which can be picky about food at times, as there was just always something for everyone. The staff were overall very friendly and I personally liked the restaurant and bar staff the most. Our room was appropriately sized and generally the beds/furniture comfortable and in good shape. If it wasn't for the big issue I highlight below, i'd easily have rated this an 8 or 9. The pool does get busy and you need to lock in chairs early if you are going to go. My kids had a ton of fun playing with other children in the kids pool area and around the pools in general. Other guests were friendly and we had nice conversations. We took some half day trips to other areas like Alcudia and Palma which despite being a bit of a drive were nice to explore while there. It's definitely worth checking out.

You can see throughout other reviews there is some sort of smell issue in parts of this hotel. When we first got to our floor we smelled it in the hallway, but not our room, and thought we were safe. The staff did call us 2x to confirm we were ok with our room, and after a very long travel day, we were. That was a mistake. Within a few hours our room smelled of sewage, that we seemingly couldn't figure out where it came from. This came and went for the entire trip, and it honestly ruined it for me. We'd avoid our room until sleep, and leave asap in the morning. The smell generally seems to come from the room's HVAC units though why I can't say. Our room faced inside the complex on a higher floor. It would smell in our room, but not in the hall or outside on the balcony. We tried numerous things throughout the week to pinpoint it and it seems like it came when air cooling was happening. We brought this to the attention of the staff once and they sent up a cleaning woman with some perfumed spray that she sprayed on curtains and stuff, but that was not it. Staff offered potentially a different room in another day or so, but how could we know it wouldn't smell too? There is clearly a maintenance issue here that has persisted for months. (read other comments). The food was good, but I'm not sure it was completely worth the all-inclusive costs. Generally its quite basic in breakfast and then at least half of it is the same every day. The themed days were nice, but there really isn't that much variety to each theme. But it's easy, so can't complain too much.

The property has a good location by the beach

The cleanliness of the elevators and the pool was disappointing. I had a major issue upon check in where i was asked to pay extra 900 euros which was refunded back after 2 days and multiple calls and emails. Very disappointing.

Il est impossible d’avoir accès au transat de la piscine, beaucoup de client se lève à 6h30/7h pour aller mettre leurs serviettes sur les transats pour les réserver puis vont se recoucher et/ou aller à la plage, quel manque de savoir vivre, on peut observer une personne réserver 10 transats et personnes dans la piscine.

The hotel is located in the heart of Playa de Muro. The sea is perfect. 15 min by bus from the old city of Alcudia. The family room was clean but very small for a family. The room had a nice balcony with the sea view. The food was really good but only buffet.

1) The main problem was that you have to get up very early to get a sunbed. If you come to the pool around 11 a m, where will be no sun beds. Not a single one!!!! So, you paid for a nice day on the beach, but you have no sun beds! I do not think it is ok for a vacation hotel(. 2) if you choose HB ( not all inclusive), you will have to pay 5 Euro for water during the dinner despite the fact that water is free inside the hotel. Even for children! ( we had to fill our bottles and bring them with us, as we are a family of 6, and it is not ok to pay 30 euros for water when you have already paid 12 000 euros for your stay. 3) too many babies and little children in the pool and all around. If you want a quiet adult vacation, this hotel is not for you.

Чудове розташування готелю, широкий пляж і найкраще тепле море навіть на початку червня, завжди смачна різноманітна їжа в ресторанах, активності з аніматорами для дітей, невеликий аквапарк, дуже сподобались додаткові бонуси для проживаючих в номерах star prestige, рекомендую вибирати такий номер. Загалом, мережа Iberostar це найкращі готелі для відпочинку!

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach. It has all the amenities one would need such as restaurants, spa services, kids clubs. The rooms themselves are not terrible. The buffet breakfast is pretty good, there is a huge selection to choose from.

The staff could have been trained better. Some were fabulous, but most could not comprehend an "out of the box" accommodation for guests. I was met with an eye roll when I asked for slippers, like I had not paid enough to be given a pair. Also, towel service is suspended for a few hours at 1pm. I arrived with soaked towels that needed to be replaced and the poor young kid said he couldn't exchange them until 3. If you want to be able to hang out at the pool with a chair, you have to get up at the crack of dawn to save your seat. Cleanliness of the property was ok for the most part, but not exceptional. Kids were up at all hours, so the property is not quiet.

We returned after staying at the hotel two years ago, although this experience was very disappointing compared to our previous time. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival our room smelled of sewerage, we were moved efficiently to another part of the hotel which was suitable. There were some great additions to the hotel like in the ground trampolines which was a great socialisation area for the children day/night.

The hotel was not as well kept as our previous stay, the pool area was particularly unclean at times during our stay.

Everything was excellent. The staff were wonderful – everyone was friendly, cheerful, and always smiling. A special mention goes to Oskar from the animation team. He constantly created a great atmosphere, and the kids absolutely loved him. The same goes for Laura, Zoe, and honestly the whole animation team. The reception staff were also always kind, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. Our original plan was to spend most of our time at the beach, but there were so many activities and events around the pool that the children had an amazing time there, and the sea almost became secondary! 🙂 The hotel's exterior and interior are beautiful. Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The restaurant is excellent. There is an incredible variety of food – you can find practically anything you can imagine. The food is delicious and of very high quality. Greetings from Croatia from Roko & Zita who won Bingo three times! 🤣 Thank you for making our holiday so special. We hope to see you again! ❤️

The only downside was that during the night there was a strong smell of sewage outside, so we couldn't keep the windows open. I'm not sure whether this was just a temporary issue or a general problem in the area.

Un excellent séjour ! Il y a beaucoup d'animations pour les enfants, et les repas sont variés. L'établissement bénéficie d'une très bonne situation géographique avec un accès facile à la plage. De plus, le personnel est très sympathique.

Mauvaise expérience autour de la piscine : les chaises sont trop serrées et les places sont chères ! Si vous arrivez tard, tout est déjà réservé à l'avance. C'est déjà difficile de trouver de la place à deux, alors je n'ose même pas imaginer à 4 personnes ou plus.

Fantastyczny pobyt! Hotel położony tuż przy samej plaży, co było ogromnym atutem. Pokoje czyste, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i różnorodne – każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Na plus również dobre drinki serwowane w barach. Świetnie zorganizowane animacje dla dzieci, dzięki którym najmłodsi mieli mnóstwo atrakcji i zabawy. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Cały pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel rodzinom z dziećmi i osobom szukającym wypoczynku nad morzem.

It felt too crowded, at the pool, the buffet,… gave us a hard time to relax. very limited non-alcoholic options in all inclusive, whilst the alcoholic selection was huge. also always waiting times at reception, even for small inquiries.

Gyereksírás és ebédlőben étel szétdobálás a kicsik miatt. Kávéfőző nincs minden szobában. Reggelinél a gépi kávé nagyon rossz sajnos!

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, kisgyermekes családoknak tökéletes választás. Remek minőségi ételek. Gyerekeknek rengeteg program minden nap, minden reggel arcfestés, napközben animátorok által vezetett érdekes programok. Esténként színpadi színvonalas előadások! Nyereményjáték minden este, utána előadás:pl: Jégvarázs, Cirkusz, tűz show, akrobata show stb. Félpanziós ellátással voltunk, szinte minden nap kedveskedtek valamilyen extra fogással, közös paella főzés délben, smoothie, koktél, aperol spritz, coronita stb.

Június közepén voltunk, a medence vízhőmérséklet hideg volt! A tenger sokkal melegebb volt, végülis emiatt mentünk főleg, úgyhogy nem okozott nagy kellemetlenséget ez sem. Aki nem gyerekkel érkezik, az számítson rá, és gondolja át, hogy ide mindenki gyerekkel érkezik, étkezések közben a neveletlen népség gyermekei üvöltését és étel szétszórását el kell viselni! Hála istennek a mi gyerekünk normális, ehhez mi otthon nem vagyunk hozzászokva, így hiába van nekünk is 6 évesünk, az üvöltő sírás,hiszti és étel dobálás még a mi idegrendszerünket is próbára bírta! Erről persze a szálloda nem tehet, erőn felül takarítottak folyamatosan!

The location is fantastic and the sea is just amazing with its turqoise colour. The variety and quality of the food were truly excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and well-prepared dishes that appealed to different tastes and preferences. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, providing attentive service and showing genuine care troughout the experience. We really enjoyed the evening performances with the kids, our favorite was the Frozen show. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel complex, the environment was pleasant and the service met our expectations.

Pool und Strand waren sehr schön. Die Gegend ist ideal, um Ausflüge zu machen. Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Auswahl auf dem Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Möbel veraltet. Es ist ein Kinderhotel, dies war mir bei der Buchung nicht klar. Mit Teenagerkindern ist es nicht ideal. Am Frühstücksbuffet war es sehr laut und nicht gemütlich.

Great location, family friendly, great atmosphere with friendly staff, in particular Miguel at the reception, Mateo the porter and last but not least Jessi our room cleaner. An extensive selection of food at the restaurants and bar with amazing staff. Amazing sustainability credentials, I particularly like the purified water stations and recycling ethos. Clean beach right at your doorstep!!!! The list goes on

The facilities and food were fantastic. The pools were fantastic for kids and having the beach was amazing. The hotel was very clean and there were plenty of staff to help. There was a lot of choice for food for each meal and it was fresh.

Our room didn’t have a balcony and was smaller than I thought but we weren’t in it that much.

Proximity to the beach, beach had clear water and sand (not rocky), very scenic.

I can tell it starts to get overcrowded, we didn’t go during peak season so I can imagine it gets very busy but that also comes with the location and the nice beaches.

It would be great having more identification on the food in buffet, only a very few plates had a name or what was in the plate.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die bequemen Betten, das tolle Animationsteam und die wunderschöne Atmosphäre der gesamten Hotelanlage. Für Kinder gibt es eine große Auswahl an Aktivitäten und Angeboten, wodurch sich Familien hier sofort wohlfühlen. Auch das Essen und der Service waren hervorragend. Wir können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!👍❤️

I loved the location and the staff was very friendly, the hotel was extremely children oriented.

The room we had is starting to show a bit of wear and tear, but it still feels modern and well maintained.

Este hotel es un paraiso para familias. Nuestros hijos disfrutaron de cada momento. Todos los empleados son muy amables pero el equipo de animacion es lo mejor. Todos fantasticos pero destacan Javi, Vicky y Carlos. La comida muy rica y variada. El hotel a pie de playa. De verdad no hemos esperado que este tan bien. Quieremos volver lo antes possible.

Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent! Loads of options.

The bed is composed of two separate mattresses not good for a family with a kid sleeping in between
