Very friendly, spotlessly clean. Restaurant and bar on site, offering basic but good food. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Staff eager to help.

Lots of noise in the morning from staff knocking on doors and using the fire exit next to our room. Letting the door fire exit door slam shut behind them woke us up several times.

The flush in the en suite wasnt very powerful, reported to staff when checking out, and it was very noisy with banging doors - appreciate nothing can really be done about the doors.

Great location, about 15mins walk from anywhere we was going. Manchester Victoria station and the AO arena. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay.

A perfect location for a budget hotel. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel offered every we expected. A great location to explore the city.

They offer parking but you have to pay for it. The bed moved which wast great. The bathroom was so tight when you sit on the toilet your leg can reach the door. The shower handle was broken too

Fantastic stay yet again from the team there. Absolutely recommend them near to city and close to local facilities and small walk to trams etc

Nothing wrong with room or anything. However would recommend air conditioning in future as in summer can become sweating and a table fan isn’t always the best as just blows the existing air around but can’t be helped

Es un hotel sencillo pero que tiene parking propio en la puerta para dejar el coche lo que es muy de agradecer, aunque me pareció caro. Tiene recepción las 24h lo que facilita tanto el checkin como el checkout. Son muy amables en recepción e intentan ayudar en lo que se pueda necesitar.

Tanto la habitación como el baño son pequeños para dos personas. Nada más, todo lo demás correcto.

Car park had a lot of glass both within the car park and rubbish and glass on the entrance to the car park. Have to pay £10 per night to use car park on top of paying to stay there. Couldn't access EV charger on 2nd night as the spaces are not specifically reserved for charging. Lots of noise early in the Sunday morning from other guests (6am) which i had to address myself, there is CCTV but no staff challenged the guests. Road is quite noisy, location is good but not many options to eat near hotel.

We stayed here for secure parking and location with easy access to the Spanish Consulate. As a bonus, it was a short walk into town for food and drink.

Stay inn was in an ideal location for us and was very easy to get around the local area.

Its tired and needs re modernising .

The breakfast avoid like the plague not worth money go to whetherspoons far better

Staff member unlocked my door and walked in one morning unannounced, he apologies but this should not have happened. Parking fee also not included in stay, there are cheaper car parks in the nearby area.

Had a great stay here, it was clean and comfortable. Parking was available for an extra charge and there were plenty of spaces available. There was enough space for two of us in the room and had tea and coffee sachets in the room.

Would recommend renovating as it needs updating. We had trouble with the flush, sometimes needed pressing two or three times or holding down for a long period. Also the soap and shower gel needed topping up but we did bring our own so not a problem for us.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city centre. The rooms are acceptable and reasonably comfortable.

The reception staff were very rude and unfriendly. During check-in, not a single staff member showed a welcoming attitude, which made a very poor first impression. We were also asked to pay an additional city tax at the hotel, even though we had already completed our booking online. When I questioned this, the staff simply replied, "Sorry," without providing a clear explanation or trying to resolve the issue. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and even contacted Booking.com to try to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the experience remained disappointing from start to finish. Overall, my stay was quite shocking, mainly because of the poor customer service. Considering the price charged per night, I do not believe this hotel offers good value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not choose to stay there again.

Stayed here for one night. On a visit to see grandson. For the price it was extremely good room clean hotel clean. Friendly staff. Close to main city centre walking distance. Would stay again.

Staff were polite enough. Good shower with food water pressure. Tea and coffee in room. Easy to get a cab / bus. Pubs nearby.

Fan fell off the wall and cut my finger. Wasn't a very good fan either. Didn't feel particularly safe in the area. Sunday night someone kept kicking a door / door was banging for hours. Terrible nights sleep.

The room was quiet with a nice view, decent heating, excellent service.
