The property is big and the staff were amazing!

There was not much to not like. Loved the rooftop pool but a few extra sun beds would be great!

toilet floor flooded because of leaking tap.. bathroom door had to be opened with chisel as the lock did not work ..safe was locked had to call to get it opened bath with shower did not work maintenance man came to fix said he would come back i was there for 11 days never came back ..

Air conditioning didn’t , needed to change rooms , problem with toilet leaked throughout the bathroom .

Location is perfect. There are trusted money exchange outlets either side of hotel and atm in grocery stores nearby. We had a beautiful sunrise view from 4th floor. The bar had regular live music. The staff were all friendly and helpful, transport is easily booked/accessible. I felt safe and no theft reports. Aircon worked well. There are great spots for eating/drinking nearby. Short walk to the beach. Cost effective and clean rooms, beds are satisfactory. Room cleaned daily with 2 small water bottles provided daily which were handy for bathroom/tea coffee. Small fridge for drinks/snacks. Ours did freeze some drinks, but that worked well if walking around in the day as stayed cold! Any reported issues rectified immediately. Good variety of events. Small convenience store in the lobby area. 2 clean pools. For the cost i would stay here again :)

It was noisy as above the bar, which would bother light sleepers/people needing early bed time for big day trips. It wasn't a huge issue for me and im sure the hotel would have considered a room change for those who could not cope and likely common with most hotels in the area. The water pressure wasn't great, but managed. Only 1 room key, again not a big issue. Some lights didnt work, but not a big deal. Extra towels would have been nice, but clean towels daily helped. The carvery food night was disappointing as cold (baked potatoes are best served heated), the pork came out under cooked but was removed. By this time after a big day trip I just ate what was available as famished so didn't feel this all you can eat dinner was good value. The roof top pool needs maintenance. The tiles along the edge are loose and one large tile fell in the pool which is dangerous. There could be more shade and beds around the pools.

Location fantastic. Large rooms with comfortable beds and good air con. Rooftop pool (not warm) with pool table, bar and shaded areas to relax. Restaurant food quality and prices were more than acceptable 👌 Will definitely return!

This hotel is lovely we have stayed here several times and will be again. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The restaurant is good and breakfast is good. The rooms are very big with everything you need. A very good budget hotel. Easy walk to shops and easy access for transport.

The extreme mosquito spraying every Friday. Gets into the rooms. Can be harmful long term to humans. I wasn’t informed they do this every Friday, the first time I stayed.

Smell of drains in our room and the bathroom was dirty , but of urine smell in the shower unfortunately

The location was great

Our room was on the second floor which was fine but windows and curtains faced out to the corridor which was lit up all day and night so it was difficult to sleep due to the constant light shining in and not black out curtains.

Position was great and the staff were wonderful

The place is a bit dated and rooms are very dark especially the bathroom, hard to have a shave. No PowerPoint beside bed as I use sleep apnea machine but was given extension lead.

The location. Very easy to walk to whatever you needed or wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was great and the hot water was hot. The prices at the bar and restaurant was well priced. This was my 3rd visit will be back.

The lighting in the rooms was very dim. The bed was too hard. They were doing heavy plumbing and refurbishing which was very noisy. The generator was so loud. Would have been nice to be warned of the work before we arrived. And when the workers stopped kids were screaming and slapping the noodles in the pool. Parents just ignored them. We expected a bit of noise from the pool but that was excessive.

The location was ideal, for all shopping and restaurants. The food was ok, speciality nights were great. Rooftop pool good, and onsite spa was excellent.

Rooms a bit dated, but ok for the price. Main problem was that there were no shade on the rooftop pool, umbrellas would be awesome up there.

First room given was not acceptable. Door to balcony did not close properly. Bathroom tiles in the shower, grout stained. Tiles broken around the bath area which would cut you if you walked close to it.

Breakfast is very average, Pillows, shower. Property is looking a little tired but can see some positive works to improve the condition.

Love that there is 2 pool areas and they have good stairs to get in and out of the pool

The bathroom the shower wasn’t great the pressure keep Going in and out and we lost hot water if the bathrooms had a make over this place would be great

My room didn't have a kettle. I requested a room change because I had requested a room close to the lift as I find it difficult to walk long distances. Was very happy with the new room and it had a kettle.

Needs desperate repairs my balcony railing was rusted out at the base quite dangerous . Shower floor floods in cubical poor drainage . The towels were ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL.. no longer white but now all grey and actually smell like sweat .. the pool towels smell as well . I think no detergent is used or not enough to save money maybe

It’s close to everything

The bathrooms need a good cleaning or regrouping.

Nice breakfast, lots of choices. Good location close to shops, restaurants and beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Staff are lovely.

Bathrooms are grotty and don’t feel clean as there old and worn out. Downstairs pool only has 9 sun lounges. Roof pool is nicer, but no shade.

The staff are always so friendly and the rooms are a good size

The only issue I had was the air conditioning in my room was not very good. I asked for it to be looked at but it was still not very adequate. It was ok as weather was not too hot but in the warmer periods it would need to be addressed.

Beds were rock hard. It's old and run down and needs a lot of work done on it. The walls need painting. breakfast wasn't very good

Room size is great. Staff are fantastic.

Not much l liked about this hotel or some of the unfriendly reception staff.

Room 218 bathroom was disgusting. The shower needs a good bleach and disinfectant scrub and clean. The bathroom and room smelled terribly musky, the pillows were lumpy and hard. For the number of rooms - there were very few sunbeds at both pools. The photos don't accurately show the disgusting dirty condition of the shower.

The location was excellent and the breakies yummy. Staff could not do enough for you.

First time staying here. Booked 3 rooms for the family. Down stays for the first night due to an earlier arrival was amazing air con , bed and pillows. Recommend down stairs for sure. Moved upstairs for 2 more nights it was all down hill from there. 1 room had no Air con working, complained so they offered 2 petal fans and no plan on changing to another room with air conditioning or no discounts offered to the cost of the rooms after the stay. Pillows not good, bed not comfortable and then they tried charging me for makes on bedding due to having a tattoo, I knew I made a small make on the sheet which I was happy to pay for, they tried to say I made marks on two towels, two pillowcases, I knew I hadn’t so I asked them to show me the marks on towels and pillowcases which clearly there were no makes. I was able to speak to the manager where he voided what they originally asked me to pay minus us not having Air con in one of the rooms. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

Love the layout with rooms surrounding or overlooking the ground level pool and quieter option of roof top pool. Like the rooms are spacious comparing to other hotels. Beds are very comfortable. Love the beautiful and very helpful staff. Love the drivers always on hand out the front.

The rooms are tired, shower had a consistent leak. We asked to move but other rooms not much different. Rust to mirrors, lighting limited in the rooms. Lamp had a dirty rusty shade. And old musty smell.

Some of the bathrooms showers could do with a good clean, as mould does build up due to the humidity conditions

We enjoyed our stay, it’s not 5star but the rooms were clean, food was good, enjoyed the roof top pool, location was great everything within walking distance and staff were great

First room was Dwn a ramp and long corridor Moved because of leaking roof above toilet Transport organised by hotel to Sanur was four times price of Gojek which we caught to get back to Kuta

Staff were lovely and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and convenient to start each day. Happy hour on roof top pool was good value.

Room door and air conditioning needed maintenance, which was attended to straight away.

Property and rooms were very outdated the safe in my room didn’t appear to work balcony door wouldn’t open there was nowhere to change my phone in room unless I unplugged fridge or used bathroom mold in the rooms just very poor

Great location, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is very good. They let you stay after checkout. So I used the rooftop pool all afternoon to wait for my flight.

Loved the staff, location and ambience...

A couple of staff members in the restaurant didn't understand English...I know they have to learn but was a tad frustrating as they had to get another staff person to help us. This happened most days. They were lovely though.

The breakfast was good value for money. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Great entertainment at dinner. Overall very friendly staff, good size room and central to everything👌

It was centrally located. The pool area were great.

The bathrooms are dated and smell a bit. Our shower door wouldn’t close properly and our friends had to be moved as there was water leaking from the shower and welling around the toilet. Some of the cocktail quality needed to be improved.
