I found my bed to be really uncomfortable, the facilities are a little tired looking, nothing a coat of paint and refresh couldn't fix.

Could have had a faster boiling kettle which took about 5 minutes to boil and pillows were quite firm, but that was the only thing that could have been improved. Other than that the hotel was great.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026the location was great. Central to one of the main streets. Walking distance to beach and shopping mall. Staff were also very kind and attentive and tried to help us with our concerns.
The smells in the room are so bad we could not sleep. There is a strong hold, damp smell in all the rooms. We changed room 3x and checked 5 in total and all had the same smells. We settled for one that had the least amount.

Water pressure in shower not so good and mould around showers - just older rooms where we were this time. Stayed in May and had a nice renovated modern room. Bed frame was very awkward to get in and out off this stay. Overall was fine.

TV didn't work had to ask 3 times before they realised it didn't work. Had to ask them to change my sheets...didn't just do it..took 10minutes to get hot water for a shower. Tea, coffee, & sugar in the room bit no milk.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is what you stay here for as its right beside one of the best and biggest bars in legian for entertainment. live music, midget boxing, great cocktails . the rooftop bar is good but very rundown eg tvs broken and not replaced lights broken not replaced but that's normal for most of bali. they open a place then don't repair anything overall place needs a lot of maintenance
Pillows were ridiculously huge and hard both got a sore neck and had to get them to swap them. Noisy depending on the room you get if you get a room over the ybar expect to be kept awake.

The tables in dining area were always dirty.there should be a ladder or something in the adult pool so us oldies can get in and out without embarrassing ourselves. No shade of a morning to eat breakfast on the veranda unless you’re there at 7 to get a table in the shade.
