Su Casa at Venice Beach

Me encantó, la vista espectacular, me quería quedar muchos días más, la Sra que limpia súper agradable y el chico de la recepción fue súper atento.. repetiremos..

Locatie is absoluut fantastisch. Venice beach experience op z’n top. 35 mins wandelen tot Santa Monica pier, 15 mins tot shopping/eating street en Venice historic canal district.

De fantastische locatie komt tegen een kost, erg duur voor 1 nacht, daar komt dan nog eens overnight public parking cost van 40 dollar bij. Wat er ook onvermijdelijk bij hoort is avond en ochtend lawaai. Oordoppen lost dit wel helemaal op.

That it was very clean and exactly as it was described in the listing. The Front desk staff was very helpful.

The stairs. Lol. We were on the 3rd floor and it is an old building with no elevators and winding stairs.

I loved the facility. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was gorgeous.

The suite in Sua Casa 2nd floor is just wonderful, such a great place in the ocean front of Venice Beach ! The manager Kyle has been very kind and helpfull with us We recommand 100% !!

La posizione sul mare, sulla passeggiata di Venice Beach. Lo staff è stato accogliente e gratuitamente ci ha permesso di avere un upgrade alla camera vista spiaggia.

WiFi quasi inesistente. Qualche miglioria all’appartamento: mobilio un po’ datato (porte, bagno …) aria condizionata rumorosa, pentole da cucina rigate e non pulitissime.

El departamento que nos tocó es muy lindo y amplio, tiene un living, la habitación, baño y una cocina amplia con todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar unos días hermosos. La ubicación a pasos de la playa es genial, un gran lugar en Venice beach

I loved the location and the size of the room.

There were many stains on the furniture and the walls. The appliances were also dinged up. The smell of the hotel was also not appealing.

Fenêtres sur rue et sur cour. Il y a une place de parking devant l’entrée de l’appartement qui bloque le passage, vous devez porter vos valises et vous faufiler autour de la voiture, c’est ridicule. Le quartier est très dangereux le soir.

Lovely setup, very comfortable bedding and clean. Nice touch on the scented soaps and plush duvet. The shower exceeded expectations.

I REALLY wished the windows opened and I could hear the ocean.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, felt very safe. Very cool little hotel that I will definitely return to!

I(42) found the bed really uncomfortable and didnt sleep great. My daughter(18)didn't mind the mattress, but we both thought the pillows were hard. Also, they have DirectTV, but no streaming options, which made finding shows difficult.

The boutique-style atmosphere made for a pleasant stay. A good restaurant on the premises. Plus, very helpful staff.

I didn’t expect much but was satisfied with this solid 3 star property.

The fixtures in the restroom and kitchen were loose. A little hesitant to use the water as they were loose.

De locatie is prachtig, direct aan de boardwalk en veel restaurantjes om uit te kiezen.

Het personeel is onvriendelijk, wij hebben geen housekeeping gehad, dus 3 nachten dezelfde handdoeken moeten gebruiken. Uiteraard zit er een keerzijde aan de locatie van het hotel, namelijk veel geluidsoverlast. Veel zwervers op straat ook wat een algeheel probleem is in Venice Beach. Al met al een onrustig verblijf maar prachtig uitzicht. Wat ook opviel is dat het personeel niet eens vraagt of alles ok is, ook met uitchecken alleen kamernummer gevraagd, vrij arrogant. Wij zouden niet nog eens boeken.

Right on the beach. The hotel is nice but our room was on the first floor above the restaurant so it was a little loud.

Though you are on the beach, the breakers are not really visible. If you want to sit and watch the waves, Venice beach isn’t the place. The windows in the rooms do not open.

A expectativa de ter vista para o mar, conforme as fitos foi totalmente frustrada, pois nos colocaram numa casa, atrás do prédio, sem vista para nada. Além disso, o recepcionista foi é extremamente indelicado e grosseiro.

A hidden gem by Venice Beach!

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Staff was always very accommodating and when we checked in we were informed that they were upgrading us to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The beach and boardwalk access is amazing. The Fig restaurant adjacent to the hotel is quite good. If you enjoy the very busy activity of the unique types of people that frequent the Venice boardwalk, this is a good place for you. The beach is huge and clean.

Although the room was clean and comfortable we could not open the drapes due to windows from the other building looking in on us. That other building has regular meetings starting early in the morning with large groups of people that are often quite loud. At night the boardwalk was often noisy and woke us up. Parking is also rather expensive.

Era més un apartament que una habitació, amb sala d’estar i cuina, molt espaiós, ben il.luminat i amb finestres davant del mar, ens va encantar. La decoració molt bonica, el bany i la cuina estaven molt bé. El personal de l’hotel molt amable. Fantàsticament ben situat, davant del mar

Els parkings públics del voltant son caríssims. Amb sort es pot aparcar gratis més amunt, a uns 8-10 minuts a peu. Per carregar les maletes, casi no es pot ni parar dos minuts sense que et renyin els veïns. El preu de l’apartament, només ens vam quedar una nit perquè la nit següent ja era cap de setmana i els preus estaven pels núvols

The proximity to the beach, as well as the boardwalk and restaurants. The suite they upgraded us too was so quaint and large. The staff were friendly and had great suggestions.

The cost was quite high per night, and there were no other amenities inside the building.

Excellent staff - super helpful, friendly, and available 24/7. The location is excellent (albeit as expected being on the boardwalk can be a bit noisy at times) but you get an ocean view at the heart of Venice beach

Better noise isolation of the room would have made a huge difference

The view of Venice Beach out the window, the lounge area in our upgraded room. Bring able to extend our stay until 4pm. The space. The great location. The restaurant downstairs.

Really close to the beach! The room was nice and comfortable and there was a little kitchen, which was nice when we couldn’t be bothered to go to out for breakfast. One of the gentlemen at the reception was very nice and helpful too!

Nothing to do with the property as such, but despite the great location, there aren’t many choices of restaurants nearby.

Es war toll! Super gelegen und sehr ruhig trotz Restaurant unter den Wohnungen. Die Lage war TOP und das Personal super nett ☺️ Die Wohnung war schön lichtdurchflutet und sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Wir fanden das die Küchenutensilien bisschen dürftig waren. Es gab halt keinerlei Schüssel oder ein Nudelsieb . Es gab eine Spülmaschine aber bei 2 Tellern 2 Tassen 2 Gläsern und 2 Töpfen lohnt sich das nicht wirklich das Ding anzuschmeissen jedesmal. Wir hätten uns dafür lieber einen bisschen grösseren Kühlschrank gehabt da vor Einzug noch für 3 Tage volle Verpflegung eingekauft hatten….. aber alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau, wir würden jedesmal wieder genau dort hingehen ☺️

L’emplacement est génial et la fenestration très bien avec une vue directe sur la mer 🌊.

Le matelas du lit canapé était affreux. Très inconfortable.

L'emplacement était merveilleux, sur la plage avec vue incroyable. Le personnel était gentil et courtois. Le fait de séjourner à cet endroit a rendu notre voyage merveilleux. Je recommande.

L'odeur des tapis en entrant dans l'établissement. Sinon, merveilleux.

- Very old furniture and rusty everything (to be fair it’s manageable for this price) - Cockroach party at the bathroom after sunset is insane. Disgusting - Loud, very loud. Neighbouring building is super noisy and also all the noise from stairs is not ok. I’m very hard to be woken at night, but here I did it every hour.

The location and all the views were beautiful. Very convenient to everything. The staff was exceptional very friendly, helpful, and full of joy. The room was beautiful and it was bt far the best vacation stay we have ever experienced. Thank you and God bless. 5 star for sure.

I wish there were parking offered or a discount to nearby lots as my daughter visited and needed parking.

L’hôtel est bien placé à Venice beach à deux pas de la plage . La chambre était spacieuse et propre . Équipée avec une kitchenette . Café à disposition .

Les parties communes sont moyennement propres . Moquette au sol assez sale . Le frigo fait du bruit dans la chambre donc prendre des boules quies .

The speed of response to our questions before we arrive was very good.

- is it an appartement in an old building, very noisy with no privacy at all: the neighbourgs can see inside and the people walking in the street as well. - the sea view is useless because you need to keep the curtains shut otherwise people see you inside - we found cucarachas bugs in the dishwasher, on the kitchen top and in the fridge ! At the end of our stay we spotted a mouse in the kitchen! - only 1 fire on 4 works in the stove - the staff advice to park on very extensive paid-parking next door (probably their friends!) whereas there is free parking a few blocks away. This info was never given to us !! - this is so noisy we had very bad sleep, next to being concerned on the bugs and the mice! - no light in the sleeping room !! - it absolutely does not deserve the price. Go to SantaMonica for this price !

Camere e bagni spaziosi con tutto il necessario. Appartamento a due passi dell'oceano e dalla spiaggia di Venice Beach. Comodo anche se si vuole fare una camminata verso Santa Monica.

Uno dei due bagni aveva una porta di servizio con affaccio sul maleodorante locale spazzatura. Purtroppo non era possibile chiuderla a chiave nonostante comunque l'odore fortunatamente non entrasse. Sarebbe molto utile istituire una convenzione con uno dei parcheggi limitrofi. La cucina prevede solo un piccolo tavolo con 2 sgabelli, essendo in 4 ci siamo alternati per la colazione.

We liked that it was on the boardwalk.

We thought the 2 bedroom apartment was oceanfront but it was not.

Sehr helle und gepflegte Einrichtung- in der Küche Alles was man braucht und tolle Aussicht!

Die Fesnster sind zugeschraubt, und somit keine Frischluft. Lärm durch Klimaanlage vom Gang direkt beim Kopfende des Bettes.
