Det var min dotter som bodde på hotellet. Vi hade ytterligare en bokning så vistelsen var 30/8-10/9. Närhet till stranden och kollektivtrafik var mkt bra. Även ett ljust och stort rum enligt hennes rapportering.

Under hennes 10 dagar långa vistelse städades hennes rum inte en enda gång, inte heller skräp/papperskorgar tömdes. När hon frågade i receptionen vart hon kunde kasta skräp hänvisades hon till en plats där hon ej kom in pga låst staket. Hon rensade undan 7-8 kackerlackor från hennes dusch under vistelsen. 7 dagar efter att hon checkat ut, har hon fortfarande inte fått tillbaka depositionen som dragits/reserverats från hennes betalkort (strax över 2400 kr, så relativt stor summa att hålla inne) Hon har kontaktat hotellet, men endast fått autosvar tillbaka.

The location is amazing. Get the ocean front rooms. You won't regret it. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a great size.

Расположение отличное, но будьте готовы к шумным прохожим (крики, пение, ругательства и тд). Сложно отдохнуть и уснуть. В номере не было коврика для ног в ванной комнате, не было геля для душа. Полотенца и белье не менялись в течение 4 ночей. Во время ночного check in и ночного check out на месте не было сотрудника ресепшена.

The location

The view is everything—the studio, with its 100% ocean view, was quite minimalist but featured a wonderfully comfortable bed (medium-firm). Simply opening the windows was enough to keep the room at a pleasant temperature. I recommend picking up breakfast to enjoy at sunrise while watching Venice Beach wake up.

There could have been more hooks for hanging clothes, as well as a bench to place a suitcase on. It is not pleasant having to put it on the bed.

The homeless guys were terrible.

Excellent location right on the beach, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean. Near everything in Venice, music, entertainment, water. Sunset was awesome. Room wasn't ready when we arrived, staff kept our luggage and called when the room became available which was very nice. Close to bars so be aware there is a bit of noise until late in the evening, especially since you need to keep windows open for air.

No electrical plugs near the bed, therefore, no lights in the bedroom area, other than overhead lights, phones had to be plugged in either at the window table or in a location that caused a trip hazard. There was a lamp on the table next to the bed but nowhere to plug it in. Bed was uncomfortable, single relatively thin mattress on frame (if you sleep on your side as we do, the bar was very hard on hips), room had no air conditioning, fans helped but the heat was too much for the fans to handle, For the price we paid, I would have expected a little more comfort.

Nagyon szuper helyen van közvetlen a parton. Tiszta volt nagy kényelmes volt az ágy könnyű volt a bejutás és segítőkész volt a személyzet. Sokan panaszkodtak hogy hangos de teljesen elviselhető ablakot lehetett nyitni így hűvösben lehetett aludni amint hűlt a levegő.

Los chicos de recepción fueron muy amables todo el tiempo, nos guardaron las maletas al llegar y nos entregaron la habitación más temprano de lo que estaba previsto. Y antes de irnos también las guardaron luego de hacer el check out. La ubicación es cerca a la playa (pero ojo, escuchamos que es contaminada y es mejor no bañarse) y cerca de restaurantes deliciosos.

Hace falta que las habitaciones tengan aire acondicionado, en especial en verano. Nos cobraron un depósito de 250 dólares sin avisarnos previamente, y bueno el precio era elevado, toca esperar 15 a 20 días para la devolución. No es culpa del hotel si no una problemática de la ciudad y es que hay muchos habitantes de calle en el sector, no es recomendable salir a caminar por la zona de noche, se siente muy inseguro, en especial si usas transporte público

L’hotel non ha un parcheggio a disposizione, se si vuole parcheggiare bisogna pagare 30$ a notte, abbiamo trovato peli sulle lenzuola del letto. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista mare, ma la vista non c’era

No A/C, cockroaches, lobby smelled of urine, loud outside, and no parking. Outdated, dirty, not many towels provided. Place has gone down unfortunately.

Les photos mises dans l'annonce et dans la réservation ne correspondaient pas à ce que nous avons obtenu en réalité. Les murs n'étaient pas blancs comme sur la photo. Des briques délabrées qui donnaient l'impression d'avoir été laissées à l'abandon car le rhabillage mural n'était pas fini (nous nous sommes demandés si nous n'étions pas au Bronx finalement). Le parquet n'était pas non plus de la couleur indiquée sur les photos, ni de la qualité présupposé. Les boiseries étaient de très mauvaise qualité, difficile d'ouvrir ou même de fermer les fenêtres. Nous avons retrouvé de la poussière derrière le lit, sur les plinthes, dans les stores (jamais nettoyés à en voir la quantité), sur un sol nettoyé à la va vite difficile de savoir si la serpillère y a été passé. Mauvaise surprise encore dans la salle de bain, quelques poils ou cheveux Dieu sait dans la douche encore humide et calcairisé. Le sol de la salle de bain était clairement à l'image du reste de l'appartement. Nous avons contacté l'établissement et demandé un remboursement de 50% car payer 800$ pour deux nuits, pour une publication mensongère est inacceptable! L'établissement a proposé de rembourser 20% (plus ou moins les taxes de séjour). Booking a tenté également de négocier avec eux mais sans succès. Vous comprendrez donc bien que nous sommes tombés de très haut lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte de ce logement. La déception était telle que nous étions dans l'obligation de rédiger ce commentaire négatif.

Stanza pessima, finestra del bagno che non si poteva chiudere in quanto rotta, la cassaforte non andava, televisore rimasto sempre acceso con delle scritte in quanto col telecomando non si spegneva. Finestra del soggiorno che non si tiravano giù le tapparelle e zanzariera rotta per concludere la vasca pessima con asciugamani con le macchie. Tutto con allegato foto

Staff disponibile, posizione buona e camera con vista mare, mezzi pubblici abbastanza comodi (varie fermate del bus e metro verso Santa Monica). Zona piuttosto tranquilla, forse un po' rumorosa la sera per via dei locali vicini ma nulla di fastidioso anche durante il weekend.

Manutenzione della stanza scadente, le finestre faticavano a chiudersi e la doccia non funzionava benissimo. Parcheggio disponibile lungo le strade della zona, se si trova, altrimenti ci sono alcuni garage vicini ma perlopiù non custoditi

Very good location

We stayed there for a day, and they charged 250$ deposit, and we didn’t get it why, any other hotels we stayed in (mariott,hilton) they charged 10-20$. And it wasn’t clean

Dichiara di non avere un parcheggio. In realtà il parcheggio è disponibile a pagamento. Se si parcheggia in zona poi bisogna spostarlo all’interno del parcheggio dell’hotel pagando così due volte.. non c’è l’aria condizionata e tenendo le finestre aperte, si sente molto rumore dovuto dai locali sotto l’immobile

Läget var enastående precis vid stranden. Gå avstånd till Santa Monica Pier och närliggande kaféer, restauranger och små butiker längs strandpromenaden. Rummet var mysigt, rustikt och svalt med myggnät för fönstren. Alla rum hade kod, så man behövde bara ta handduken och gå ner till stranden.

Hissen var seg och kyl/frysens kondensatorn lät då och då vilket väckte mig flera gånger under natten.

Personál byl velice vstřícný a ochotný. V pokoji je velká lednice.

Hotel je na krásném místě u pláže, ale v okolí se pohybuje spousta velmi podivných existencí. V pokoji bez klimatizace bylo dusno a byl cítit jakými levnými úklidovými prostředky. V noci byl z ulice slyšet velký hluk až do 2 ráno. Pokoj nemá dostatek úložného prostoru. Zařízení pokoje bylo velmi zastaralé.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating

We didn’t like that there was no air-conditioning like it said on the website and the TV kept not working. We had to keep asking someone to come up and fix it. It was super loud with the trivia night from downstairs on Friday night and we just couldn’t stay cool in the room it was so hot and the homeless people were very dirty and there was needles from drug addicts right on the street outside the hotel when we were loading up our car so that was kind of scary. Parking was expensive in a nightmare experience.

O estacionamento indicado é caro e um pouco longe para ir a pé. Estacionar na rua é possível mas exige atenção aos horários e ficar trocando o carro de rua (tem vários horários diferentes de permissão em cada rua). O chuveiro é muito baixo, meu namorado não cabia embaixo dele, tinha que ficar abaixado para poder lavar o cabelo. O hotel parece mais abandonado do que nas fotos e o ventilador não dá conta de resfriar o quarto.

Air Venice is the ultimate place to use as a base, no matter where you want to go in LA. It is such a peaceful and amazing hotel, and it is always our first choice whenever we travel to Venice and Los Angeles. The view is magical — you can sit for hours just taking it all in. Close to restaurants, shops, and gyms. Our favorite stay in Venice! Already looking forward to our next visit!

We ended our 5 weeks travelling the US (from Australia) with 5 days here at Air Venice on the beach, which literally is on the beach and in the middle of it all ! The energy of Venice Beach and its colourful eclectic mix of characters made the stay really interesting, which we could experience from our ocean view room. Our bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the fresh ocean air breeze was heavenly after not being able to open a window in a room until our stay here. The convenience of the location and the ease of having everything we needed at our doorstep step was perfect.

We really couldn’t fault it, however, I appreciate that some guests may find it a little noisy, but that is only up until about 10pm when Venice Beach seems to go to sleep. The pluses certainly outweigh the minuses here.

Die Grösse des Zimmers inkl. Aussicht (seitliche Meersicht), die Lagen nahe am Strand und gute Organisation der Unterkunft.

Es gibt eine Küche, jedoch ohne Herd, Ofen und Geschirr (nur 1 Glas). Es ist nur ein Ventilator vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage. Dies ist zwar in der Zimmerausstattung so beschrieben, für amerikanische Verhältnisse jedoch unerwartet, es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Das Abstellen des Autos fürs Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks ist sehr eingeschränkt. Die dafür vorgesehenen Parkplätze sind dauerbesetzt und man ist überall im Weg. Es ist kein eigenes Parking vorhanden. Das vorgeschlage Parking kostet 30$ pro Nacht, ist aber sehr sicher und nahe gelegen.

Nous sommes arrivés la chambre était « sableuse » (sol pas propre), les serviettes ne sont jamais changés sur un séjour de + de 3 nuits, pas de ménage non plus, pas d’insonorisation (des voisins qui tapent sur le mur à + de 3h du matin). Évier minuscule.

Es werden im Internet andere Bilder gezeigt, als wir bekommen haben Wir waren in einer Kammer mit kleinem Fenster Ich hätte das Hotel so nicht gewählt mit diesem Zimmer. Aber, der Satz mit Seiten Meerblick war halt enthalten und so bin ich drauf reingefallen.

My room said partial ocean view. There was no actual ocean view. We were faced toward the street with all the parking.amd loading. And the parking was s little far to walk at night when we checked in

friendly staff, clean room, good security (especially meaningful given the neighborhood), and genuine character from the historic building.

It is living somewhat in its past glory. You could see a lot of character that is no longer in top shape (i.e. the wood work was likely stained back in the day and is now painted with less than perfect detail. Venice Beach has a lot of trash and shady people trying to sell their wares.

Location was good for the purpose of my stay

It did not feel secure, old, run down property, rooms are mediocre, floors were dirty. It’s a very basic accommodation which was extremely overpriced in my opinion.

Beach was as close as can be! They also had a portable A/C unit which helped keep the room cool during the hot weather.

Website was completely misleading and showed photos of OTHER rooms, so we booked this room under false pretenses. We expected a much nicer room with more beds and amenities. LOL. Kitchen did not have utensils, soap, a sponge, or even enough glasses. Felt a little grungy (shower was icky, broken soap rack couldn't hold soap, paint was peeling, etc.) Room was minimal and did not look like the photos online, at all. (I'll attach a photo that shows a room with a rug, fresh fruit, flowers, two large mirrors, two large bookshelves, a standing lamp, dining area, etc. It looks like there are two large chaise lounges but those are actually the beds. There is another photo I'm attaching that shows a bedroom with a bed in it, and that is part of the listing for the large oceanfront studio as you can read, but that was NOT part of our room. It's 100% FALSE.) I contacted the management but they honestly didn't care. I even sent a video of the website showing the incorrect photos but they refused to acknowledge the situation.

The beautiful ocean views, and how easy it was to walk to restaurants, shops, and the Venice Boardwalk. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location was Amazing and staff was lovely the room Was great. Nice sea view and windows for air.

The coffee machines were really not great the coffee was so weak. Also the plug sockets were not really in any convenient places like near the bedside. The air vent fan in the toilet is filthy and dusty so please look at that. That’s it really.

The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the location. Being right on Venice Beach with direct ocean views was fantastic, and waking up to the view of the Pacific Ocean was a highlight of our stay. The area is lively, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the Venice Boardwalk.

Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet our expectations. The room appeared poorly maintained, and there was occasionally a noticeable urine smell that made the stay less comfortable. In addition, the bed was in very poor condition and felt unstable, as if it was close to falling apart. If the hotel invested more in room maintenance and improved the condition of the furniture and bedding, it could be an excellent place to stay because the location is truly outstanding.

Found out after I booked that you had to park in a parking garage two blocks away at a $30.00 per day charge. No air conditioning, we had to leave window open. Very poorly remodel of old apartment building.

The location is right on the beach, although the photo is a bit misleading as not all rooms have beach views. The staff are fantastically welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean.

It's a little run down for the price they are charging. Whilst spotlessly clean, there were scratches and some peeling of laminates etc in the bathroom. The hinges on the lower hinge of the bathroom door, for example, were loose - which whilst was fine in a cheaper hotel, for this price I would have expected it all 100%. Its too expensive for what it is - maybe its the location that means it commands such a high price. Also worth knowing is that it is right next door to a bar, which is noisy, but the noise stops at 10pm.
