The bad attitude from Boipelo. When we checked in our room was not ready at around 20:30pm and when I asked why she was rude and told me to practice some patience😡😡. The bedding was also not clean with a fridge that was frozen with an empty ice tray.

The service at the hotel from reception to your room was fantastic and so is the staff. The kitchen and restaurant however need new management and kitchen staff overhaul. Way too overpriced with poor quality

The toilets do not have enough water. Flushing the toilets was very uncomfortable because when you flush, the water is not enough to flush out the waste; even to flush out a small tissue was a problem. Management might be thinking that they are saving water by having less water to flush out but what they need to realize is that we flush the toilet many times trying to take out everything and that wastes a lot of water. It is not nice to be in a place where the toilet does not smell nice because it cannot flush properly. This might affect your clientele base. Customers like to be in an environment which is 100% convenient. I would like to urge Management to deal with the issue of toilets. My family and I would like to use this hotel occasionally because we have relatives in Mafikeng. Like in December we would like to book there because we will be coming to Mafikeng.

The aircon was not working on my first room and I had to be moved to the other room. The pricing for this hotel is really high, i paid more than R2,000 for one night and i think it is expensive especially for mid week.

Housekeeping, yesterday we requested that the room be cleaned and a load of washing be done. Firstly there was so much confusion for laundry services, whether they were operating on Saturday after I was assured that the laundry would be by picked up in the morning. At night I felt some sandy stuff on my sheets that really irritated me for most of the night until I decided to sleep on top of the duvet. In terms of the actual facilities, the tv needs to be upgraded to smart tv, the channels are horrible. The lack of maintenance for bed side lights and plugs.
