I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Rabi Guesthouse over the weekend on the 11 sep 2026 Room 13 for 2 nights.as a returning paying guest,using this establishment for the second time I am utterly appalled by how we were treated. The customer service is non-existent and the management clearly does not care about the comfort or satisfaction of their guest. The absolute worst was *The sleeping arrangement.the main bed was in terrible condition.i explicitly asked management if the bed could be changed.but they completely ignored my request and never changed it.as a result I was forced to sleep on a tiny bed,separated bed while my husband had to sleep on the edge of the same uncomfortable bed. *9:00 am Housekeeping literally busted open our room door without knocking & walked right in.There was absolutely no apology for this massive breach of privacy. The room itself had zero maintenance and lacked basic amenities. Broken toilet seat Broken kettle No cutlery- basic essentials were entirely missing. Unfortunately my husband & i had a terrible experience,poor service & uncomfortable stay. Save your money,take R855.00 elsewhere I can never recommend this place to anyone.. TIA......

I didn’t like that the bed was uncomfortable, the room was not properly clean and had dust everywhere, proper cleaning is required. There was also cold water in the morning, and not enough plugs in the room.

the place needed to be fumigated the walls were dirty where they meet with the ceiling and insects are just a lot because the walls are not thoroughly cleaned this causes itchiness on the skin so with fumigation this shall really make a difference
