Reviewed Aug 3, 2026We did not have breakfast there, but see that the rooms did have cutlery and crockery and also a microwave. The beds were super comfortable. The location is great as we were attending a tournament at ISSA - less than 5 minutes away.
On check in, the lady showed us to Room 10. We noticed that there was only 1 towel and requested that we get another one as we are 2 people in the room. She said we can lock up and they will leave it in room 18, as we were travelling with other friends in room 18. Upon getting back to the property at 8pm, we go get the towel and it was not there. Luckily we had a spare towel in the car. I left a note on the bed the next morning requesting a second towel. This also happened when we stayed there last year, also only 1 towel in the room and I had to go hunting for a second towel after the staff said they would leave it in the room and they didn't. When our room was cleaned, we realized what wasn't in the room on check in. We now had a mat at the end of the bed, we had a shower mat and we also had a mat by the toilet. All this was not there at check in. Hopefully going forward, your staff can check the rooms before check in to make sure all is good.

Yoh! There was no water, and we checked out without bathing had to travel back like that. If they can work on the water think all will be ok.

The rooms don’t like in booking.com. The room was smelly, air on not working. Linen bad. And the beds made noise. Water would also finish in the middle of a shower. Only the ground floor rooms are proper. That’s why I had rebooked thinking I’ll have the same experience I had in February

The hot water was an issue in some of the rooms. They ran out of hot water. They need to add geyser for each room if not currently the case or install bigger geysers. Also the walls are thin between rooms.

There was no hot water coming out of the bathtub tap but there was hot water coming out of the basin tap. And you have to wait a while at the gate before they open for you yet they have a no hooting rule.

Even when electricity was down generator kicked in and wifi never disappointed..
