Easy to get to.

Bed is buggered and that was same on previous stay 4 weeks prior in different room. Need replacing

Bit of a rabbit warren to use lifts and go through lots of security doors with luggage

Room was nice and tidy, great use if space. Had a balcony - fantastic. Breakfast was great.

Restaurant was closed but that was it.

Room had a great view & so quiet . Great price. But most important the staff were exceptional 👏 especially Dean who was so good to find & post my charger i left in the room. His service made my stay . Great tthese days to experience a place where people are still valued . Thank you Edit

Not great! overcooked scrambled egg, tough bacon Not good value for the money.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Skirting boards definitely need some attention. The ranch sliders to the deck also need attention particularly the bottom of doors.

Loved it, the staff were so nice! The room was exceptional and just so comfy, cozy and clean. looking out to the water from our balcony was stunning! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had more than one night there, will most definitely be back!

Temperature control was a little hard even without the heater on it could get really hot in there, We would crack the door open but then it would become quite loud. The elevator is a little freaky too.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good recommendations for where to eat. Onsite guest laundry very reasonably priced. Breakfast was on the ordinary side, but enough to get you fed and on your way.

Das Zimmer war schlecht erreichbar. Von der Rezeption eine Treppe bergab zum Lift, dann durch das gesamte Hotel gehen und am Schluss eine steile Treppe bergauf (15 Stufen), das alles mit schweren Koffern. Wir haben um ein Lunchpaket gebeten, in diesem war nicht einmal ein Getränk

Receptionist fiona excellent and upgraded my room at a small cost so I could really take in the marina views. I will be back.

Good position stunning views. Reception gentleman very warm And welcoming.

The room was very dirty in so many areas. The communal areas rough and worn. Staff using lift and don’t come out when waiting with loads of bags. Breakfast dull drab cold and staff non welcome. The cleaning staff came and had breakfast same time. The whole place felt unwelcoming. There was piles of dust in many areas of our room.

Great location. So warm in our room shower was nice and hot etc. The check in lady was so lovely. Recommended

Restaurant being open for dinner would have been awesome

Our room was not clean A- very dusty room surfaces were not wiped . B- Pillows stained and also missing a pillow case. C- Stained bottom sheet. D- Stained towels

The room wasn't huge, and it faced the road - but I was only there for one night. The heater worked a treat and meant I could dry an item of clothing I got dirty in front of it. Everything else there that I needed.

The road noise was quite noticeable and it was a Sunday night - but I am a light sleeper - so others might not be bothered. I reckon if you can upgrade to the pool side view and less noise.

Needs a microwave

It was only for an evening as we arrived late and left early to catch the ferry but the room was spacious as were the beds. We ended up with queen beds each and that was a real treat. The receptionist was lovely. Only bad thing was we only got to enjoy it for a few hours.

Centrally located, stones throw from pubs, restaurants etc.

The Suite although comfortable, wasn't overly clean, outside the windows was McDonald's rubbish, sliding doors hadn't been cleaned for a while. At night a security light comes on from the building nextdoor, Edit has tried to fix this by adding extra curtains to no avail. As a trucker who can sleep anywhere, I had trouble sleeping once that light came on as it brightens the room terribly.

Central to the town centre and nice staff at check in.

We were on the ground floor and it was very windy and there were gaps under the main door that I had to block with a towel during the night. The sliding door wasn't well sealed so there was also a breeze through here which was opposite the main door so the wind was howling through the room. Flight was cancelled but decided not to stay here an additional 2 nights. Breakfast appeared to be in the bain marie for a while so bacon and eggs very dry.

The room was not quite warm enough and the heater fan was noisy.

We had to cart our suitcases up the outside set of stairs to our apartment level in the pouring rain late at night

We are a family of 5 and there was so much room for the children to play there games on the floor. Rooms were big and great to have 2 bathrooms.

No fault but having no water for sometime was a problem then not being let know when it was back on having to check until it came on every half an hour enough for a coffee would have helped.
